OMG dirty Ill mannered disgusting food

I’m telling you now there’s no other place that can beat there pizza cheap delicious fresh ingredients not much to say I have tried there garlic bread 👍 tried there bbq chicken pizza delicious and tried there seafood I don’t like seafood at all but this place can not be beat it’s just the parking sometimes other than that good job good job to the owner and everyone that works there thank you for the beautiful experience

We have been ordering pizza from here over a year now and is still the same taste nice and always fresh. We will continue ordering from here.

Price is reasonable worth the pizza itsgood and they have good customer service all in all 4 star for me

On the internet it's says open at 11am this is not true it's open at 12 needs to be changed. He gets there at 11 then takes an hour to prepare.

I have tried pizzas from all parts of London, especially central, west and south west london. This place is one of the best pizza places in London. I find it crazy that pizza at this quality is in a quiet area

We ordered two Calzone pizzas, both arrived cut like cakes (what is the point of a Calzone, cut??) Quality of the ingredients is very poor, I had exactly one cube of chicken in mine. The Ham is not ham, looks like leftover sausages of some description 🤢 Dough was decent, and the Delivery guy was ok, hence the 1 star.

Jacket potato was not a jacket potato but mashed potatoes the filling was almost non existent and it was topped with cheese . This was not stated on any menu that they provide and could of been fatal had we not noticed it .. rang and asked to speak to the manager and was told he's passed away and there isn't one .. All in all a very badly run business also meal cost included a 1.5 litre bottle of coke but only a 1.25 litre coke was delivered.

I recently tried this Pizzeria and it exceeded my expectations in every way, earning a solid four stars! The experience was flawless from start to finish, making it my new go-to spot for delicious, convenient pizza. The pizza itself was outstanding. The crust was perfectly thin and crispy, with just the right amount of chewiness. The sauce was rich and flavorful, and the toppings were fresh and generous.

The pizza is good value especially for collection, but tastes good. It is not sickly like some pizza where it has just too much cheese, and it's is clearly cooked fresh in front of you as you wait. My local preferred pizza over and above established large company branches.

unfortunately the taste has changed so much that i'm wondering is it the tomato base sauce, cheese or just the lacking in ingredients, really disappointing as this is the second time this has happened, so i'll find somewhere new.

Rubbish, First time and never again. I ordered very clear 18" half margarita and half with toppings And chicken wings. The pizza arrived just for 2 persons and the toppings were all over the pizza. I called the person he is angry and making its my fault. Why should I order medium pizza for my 4 visitors. The guy said if I want I will order again and wait for 45 minutes again. U wished mate. U ruined our afternoon rubbish.

Not long moved to Hampton and looking for a good local pizza takeaway. This is now it! Everything was perfect,fast delivery, piping hot food, not stingey on the sides. Would definatly recommend. Also very happy with the price! 5 stars all the way

Cheap decent pizza, looks a bit rough on the out and inside, but clean. Pizza is definitely worth it.

I've ordered from here for years and never had a problem, but recently the service has plummeted down hill. They almost always get your order wrong, they have changed their pizza sizes, apparently a 'regular' pizza is 9 inches now, not 12. And when I asked them on the phone about this they were very rude and didn't have any customer service.

Im a regular customer of them Very bad service this time Ordered a pizza which came 45 mins after cold Called them told pizza was not as expected Came after 45 minutes and driver asked for old pizza which i gave them back and said there were three slices missing,ofcorse dumbo we had a bite and put in bin and then he started checking our bins which was totally apalling and then he wanted to give us back the pizza which we returned with the new one Its a joke!!!!

Three times my order has had something wrong with it. Either Taste, packaging or things being forgotten from store.

That was my last time to order from it’s pizza time I will never ever call hem again very bad service and very bad staff and also the Pizza wasn’t cook properly And I did ordered garlic suse and I did’t get it when I called back way you did not put the garlic suse the staff has been told me I will put the garlic suse next time .

Do not let the very casual shop front or service fool you, good pizzas every time; they do need to improve the way they speak to customers.

It took 1 and half hours to get here was cold and staff on phone was rude !! Never again!!

I always buy pizza from there, probably for the last 10 years and no problem. Today ordered pizza and... Not half - half as ordered and bloke behind the counter was so arogant, laughing while telling me it is perfectly half - half, not deep pan as ordered but thin crusty but he was convincing me it is a deep pan. No apologies, didn't offer to make another one so decided to take it (as kids been waiting for it) and go back home, just to notice that pizza hasn't been even cooked properly. Straight in the bin!! Not sure what is going on in this shop but maybe boss should educate your some stuff members about basic customer service and basic cooking. Or just bring regular guys back behind the counter to keep your customers because guy from today was an absolute joke. Probably ex customer...

You can't beat the price and quality of the food

Pizza generally okay here. Hit and miss sometimes. Ribs vile however. No longer pork (suspect for religious reasons) and the lamb ones they serve are just fat and gristle. The portion I got had one piece of something that remotely resembled meat. They also do my absolute pet hate here. Mid-way through taking an order from someone (me for example) who's walked in off the street, they'll regularly stop taking the order to take a telephone customer's instead. Really really irks me to the point that I once walked out. I don't mind them picking up the phone and saying "please hold the line" but to take a whole telephone order and often card payment before going back to taking mine, even though I was there first, just takes the biscuit. It's rude. This place, when it opened some 20 years ago, was the one to beat. Unfortunately it's now in the rear view mirror of its competitors.

Bought a 9 inch pizza, the price inside says £2.99 but it was actually £3.50, poor service not a smile, make you wait ages to order, overpriced drinks, charge £0.30 for ketchup, pizza tasted not good, never again

My card was fraudulently used at this shop and the owners refused to help me and are terrified of police for some reason

I work next door to them Carpet world. They have the best prices for collection and since I’m next door I get my food alway fresh and hot It’s the best place for pizza by a country mile

Ordered 2 "chicken" pizza but but they handed over "beef pizza" Despite our insistence , they refused to give us "chicken pizza" hence half of us didnt eat food at all. Terrible attitude, totally unacceptable service. Anyone orders from them must check their pizza twice before leaving the shop. Not for us in future !!!

Tasty pizza but they did forget the potato wedges

Thinnest deep pan pizza I’ve ever received, and didn’t really taste of anything. They cancelled my first order and, when I reordered, called me to check whether I really wanted it. I should’ve said no, but back then I was naive as to the quality of the pizza I’d be receiving.

Just two pizzas took well over an hour to deliver. Then when it did arrive, one was burnt and therefore very crunchy but also stone cold.

Pizza was quite nice. Shame it came nearly an hour mate though.

Very disappointed with the food. Pizza was not hot which put me off straight away then the it really didn't have flavour. Was like chewing on cardboard. Plus driver was grumpy and made me take my food out of the pizza bag.

Pizzas came but was wrong, called back to sort it and it took another 20 mins to arrive after waiting 20 mins over the expected time. What you'd expect for the price in terms of food and shop rectified situation well with free pizzas delivered and letting us keep the wrong ones

took 20 min extra to arive as driver got lost and the sent normal coke not diet like ordered. when i order it at work the y deliver to the kebab shop next door. but the pizza and garlic bread are great :)

I love ordering food from here but the only issue I had this time round was I paid extra for cheese stuffed crust and I didn't get it. I was too hungry and too tired to complain at the time.

Food arrived early, however was missing some items. When I phoned the member of staff tried arguing with me about whether the delivery driver had delivered the whole meal. He said I could have the rest of the food next time I ordered, I said we wanted it now and he told me it would take half an hour to arrive, did we really want it? After eventually saying they'd send it out it never arrived. Food quality was low, the ribs were tough and tasteless, the calzone greasy and slimy. Would give 0/5 if I could.
