Best chicken shop I been to, bought fried chicken strips nd peri wings , loved it....

Very disappointed with my last order,fried chicken strips were the size of a little finger at least half the size of what they used to. Jalapeno bites were mushed up Deffinitely not going back there!!!

Chicken was dry and burnt. I think this maybe due to the chicken being stored in a oven so its potentially drying them out. Further to this I waited 15mins to get some wings, about 6 people came and left before I got my food. I was then shocked to see I had been given less wings.

Horrible! Arrived 20 minutes late and stone cold. If I had wanted cold food I would have ordered a salad

I went in to get the food and there was a portion of chips missing and there was not peri salt on the chips that I had asked for. Also the chips were soggy and cold.

Food was very nasty. Especially for the prices. Poor service. My chicken wasnt even cooked properly. Dont reccomend it.

Easily the best friend chicken takeaway in Isleworth. Tower burger is awesome! Had BBQ chicken wings for the first time the other day and they were delicious. So much meat in the bone and swimming in tasty BBQ sauce!

The order was wrong and they refused to put it right unless I collected the incorrect item. Totally impractical - very bad service - if you accidentally make an error turn heaven and earth to put right or be damned.

Lovely chicken, tasty, plentiful. Nice touch of sauce, mayo, salt pepper vinegar given as well. Liked the coating on the chicken. Only chicken wings were a little bit too spicy for me. Highly recommend!

I ordered my meal this evening. My order was never delivered by the driver- Mohammed A Tahir told me his bike had broken. My husband went to collect our food. I called him and he said he had handed my food to my husband. My husband returned home empty handed!!!! The driver LIED AND BUGGERED OFF WITH MY FOOD !!!! The lovely staff at dejandos were rude, unhelpful, moronic, zombies who barely grunted to me that there was nothing they could do.

Awful fried chicken, sweaty and not crispy at all. Used to be good here, now it’s a filthy place I dunno how they have “5 stars” on the food hygiene rating.

Depending on what time you order, sometimes it’s amazing and very fresh and sometimes it seems like the chicken has been lying there for weeks.

I journeyed here with great expectations - the reviews on Google Maps and the words written on the counter front proclaiming "The Best Chicken in Town!" had me thinking I was in for something special. I had what I always have at chicken diners: three wings and a chicken fillet burger meal (which means that it comes with fries and a drink). The wings were all nubs rather than flats - I do prefer flats, I have to say - and were coated with a typical batter. They weren't that good; the meat tasted like it came out of the freezer. The burger was similar - not fresh and juicy but very slightly tough. It was of an average size... Coated with a batter and with Lettuce and mayonnaise. It was OK. The fries? Quite a small portion, but they tasted OK. The total was £7.00 - the cheapest I've found yet. But I've had excellent versions of this for only 50p more elsewhere - I would rather pay a little bit extra and have a delicious meal. This is on the level of one of those imitation KFC places, really. I'd give it 3.5 stars if I could. Cheap, but you do get what you pay for. My mission to find 'The Best Chicken in Town' continues...

The Pepsi and soft drinks are counterfeit and taste disgusting. Would appear they don’t care about their customers

Nice food overall, ordered the peri peri chicken meal, the chicken was lovely though the hot flavour was not that hot at all, so probably best to go with extra hot if you like a bit of spice, and the chips were a bit too oily and overcooked.

Chicken wasn’t up to usual standard. Strips were dry and wraps were toasted for too long.

Tried the peri peri chicken spice level hot was very tasty and good size portion had peri salt chips which where also tasty reasonable prices and good service highly recommended a visit. They do burgers and fried chicken aswell.

The menu is misleading. I picked items from the menu where it was clearly mentioned fries and drinks and I did not get them. It's the last time I order from them

Very good for take away. Walking distance to the westmiddlesex hospital. Nice food options and most importantly it is Halal Restaurant. Highly recommended

Around 12pm I ordered half a chicken for my spouse and bbq wings and 1 chicken piece for me. The half chicken was nice but the bbq wings and chicken piece were atleast 1 day old! Unfortunately we won't be ordering from here again.

Love the food lovely people always friendly but I have to say that whilst we are going through this lock down I have just gone on their site and it's saying that they are open so I me and my partner are trying to ring them and they will not pick up the phone so they should not say they are open when they are not

I ordered a whole chicken which didn't arrive. The restaurant told to contact JustEat as they couldn't deliver it themselves. JustEat told me to contact the restaurant as they could redeliver anything themselves. The restaurant then miraculously found a driver to deliver the chicken, only to call me 2 hours after the original order to tell me a refund had been processed so they would not be sending over the chicken. I feel sorry for two people: the poor chicken sat in its coffin for over 2 hours and the poor sod who gets it instead of me. RIP

We had to wait nearly an hour and a half due to a driver from just eat NEVER turning up to the restaurant. In the end we had to walk to get the food. Poor service by just eat. Really unhappy.

Food is usually great, today the bbq chicken wings had been left there for hours, tasted like plastic and completely inedible.

We ordered 3 burgers, which consisted of readymade patties, and even then the burger was very poor! Soggy and falling apart and tasted awful. The chips were stale. The only thing we enjoyed were our drinks. Will definitely not be ordering again

Good place for quick bite. Many options from one piece of chicken to massive meals with drinks and chips. I love their spicy wings. You can take your lunch away or sit and enjoy it in a shop. Those guys are very nice and funny, ready to help you to choose from many options. Only one negative point, and that is the price for some meals. You can find many of them cheaper elsewhere.
