The staff is very rude the lady took my order she was terrible will never go back so unprofessional not helpful at all

Not quite as flawless as other dominoes pizza outlets. Staff were not friend at all. Pizza topping had come and the Slices were not equal.

Whether it's collection or delivery this particular branch has an ability to make a mess of an order. The pizza has often been over done and we've had to return to reorder which they accomdate for once they see what was sent. On the occasions the pizza is made well the delivery drivers always manage to turn up once it's cold. Hoping to try our luck this time, we ordered a seemingly simple pepperoni pizza... expectation vs reality, was amusing. Clearly some moron can't differentiate between sausage and pepperoni. 👏 As the delivery man clearly took the scenic route to the destination the pizza was cold (keeping up the standard 👌). Unfortunately this also meant the store was closing (10.55) so the correct order was not able to be sent out. Well done again chiswick dominoes 👏

READ ALL PREVIOUS terrible reviews !! 26/12/2019 - It was "Boxing Day" so I thought I'd treat myself to a "NY hotdog" classic pizza, as it looked appealing on the shop window advert. COMPLAINT 1 - I was served by a female with European accent (possibly Italian ?) Her oral appearance was dire as the outside of her Mouth was covered in crusty cold-sores. She was not wearin gloves nor did she wear any protective mouth covering or plasters. COMPLAINT 2 - Hotdog pizza had so much mustard layered on it that it tasted disguisting and looked nothing like the picture. I immediately complained and this European female refused to refund or provide her name. I wonder why, she was guilty perhaps? I will NEVER return to this unfit pizza joint, as I believe the conditions are full of poor hygiene. What has happened to the food standards @ Dominos, I wonder? I've emailed Head Office & hope for a full refund.

I placed and order with this " restaurant " and ordered a bottle of the cinnamon coke as I was curious I was then handed original coke when I mentioned it was the wrong bottle the manager told me take it or leave it then refused to give me back the money for the coke as I didn't want original. Now for the pizza it was stone cold and looked like it was made the night before when I complained I was told that's how it was meant to look I don't normally use dominos and I wish I had stuck with that rule. Take my advice avoid this dirty place with its rude staff and get pizza express its a little further down the high-street or pizza hut in the other direction the sooner this place closes the better.

Disgusting dominos, spent £30 and everything was burnt even the cookies, worst takeaway pizza meal I’ve ever had and I’m 40, make your own mind up .

Stopped here whilst staying at nearby Best Western as they did not do food. The assistant could see I did not know what to order as not a regular in these places so helped me make my choice and told me what the offers were. The pizza only took 12 minutes, was very good and I went large for only £9.99!

BODY HAIR on pizza!!!!!! I ordered my usual pizza (for breakfast... Don’t judge me I’m pregnant!) today and when it arrived it was cold. So I casually contacted the store to make them aware and I basically got called a liar by a female worker called Rajinder. She was incredibly rude and disrespectful towards me (baring in mind it literally 11.30am!!!) I then contacted the Head Office to raise my concerns towards the way I was unnecessarily spoken to and the face that I was worried that they would do something to my new order (I’m sure we all get that paranoia sometimes). The customer service rep very kindly contacted the Chiswick branch on my behalf to request the new order! The pizza then arrived... Happy days OR SO I THOUGHT!!!!! Well I was right to be paranoid as I have just found some sort of BODY HAIR (Looks like a pubic hair if I’m being completely honest AND ITS WEDGED INBETWEEN THE CHEESE ON THE NEW PIZZA!!!!) I recontacted customer service to advise them and email a photo of this disgusting find and the male customer service rep (wasn’t that helpful or reassuring) basically stated that it might not necessarily be a pubic hair.... IT COULD BE EITHER A BEARD HAIR OR A CHEST HAIR!!!!! I honestly don’t know what’s worse!!???! The thought of the cooks strolling around in the kitchen with NO SHIRTS ON literally makes me gag!!! Seriously... NEVER ORDERING FROM DOMINOS EVER AGAIN... The food is contaminated and the staff are just plain rude. I pray to god that I’m not sick as I’m pregnant and that could do some serious damage to my unborn child’s health!

The pizza arrived a bit late and it was disgusting! Easy to realise had been cooked from frozen!! Never again, it’s better to order from a local pizza place

ordering online, I went back to the cart to double check the order, and the delivery time defaulted back to ASAP instead of the 6:30 I had selected. I did not notice till after placing the order. After frantically trying to contact them for 10 minutes, I finally got through and it took some convincing as they already had 1 pizza cooking, but they agreed to delay the order for me.

Pizza arrive cold and melt ice-cream after 90 minutes from when it was order! Not worth the prices and the waiting time!!!

Probably the most unhelpful staff i have ever had to deal with . After ordering 5 pizzas for 5 people for home delivery i had to call the restaurant on Chiswick High Road to ask what happened to the rest of my order as the deliver driver could not tell me why i was missing a pizza . The young girl on the end of the phone told me thats what i ordered and to get the order right next time . I checked my debit card a week later and indeed was charged for the full order of 5 pizzas . Will never use Dominos agian

The smell and sight of a sizzling pizza is so incredible. My grandson ordered his favorite pepperoni pizza plus the Hawaiian delight. The have also the tasty buffalo Chicken wings. You have to eat the 🍕 hot.

If you want an order to be delivered over an hour late than scheduled then this is the place for you! Placed an order to be delivered at 8:45pm which eventually arrived at 10:15pm. Not only did it take 1 hour and a half after calling the restaurant 4 times to find out where my food was, it arrived missing an full appetiser! When I called Domino's to tell them I was told my food had been left on the side and they had forgot about it hence why it took so long ! Inevitably the nachos were stone cold and a real mess and so was the pizza. When I called them again for the third time to inform them of this they assured that they would send a new portion of nachos with the missing appetiser which was "on its way to me". After waiting another 30 minutes I called for the 4th time which again I was told my food had been made and was left on the side due to lack of delivery drivers. What makes the entire ordeal worse is that I live only a 2 minute drive away by motorbike !!! Now if this isn't taking the mick I really don't know what is ! The decent thing would have been to at least tell me that they had a lack of drivers and they were busy then maybe I would have collected it which wouldn't have been a problem. Instead they just threw my order to the side and made me wait an hour and half without informing me once ! Below is their standard of food.... Order at your own demise

Allowed us to phone in an order,and use online discounts/deals. We then hopped on the tube from our hotel to the store, waited a few minutes in store, watching as our pizzas were prepared in front of us (fascinating experience!) and then hopped back on the tube to eat at our hotel. The store doesn't have a restaurant area, but that's fine as I expect the majority of customers want take-away anyway.

Cardboard base, flaccid topping, probably the worst pizza in Chiswick, seemingly survives on deals and being cheap.

Located in the high street. Easy to get there. Friendly staff, great service and good discount. The pizzas are tasty but little bit reach in oil. Overall good.
