I've order thru uber eats and it didnt arrive for more than 3hours. Uber eats agents tried to contact them and i was trying to contact them finally after long wait i managed to speak to a staff n he was super rude started asking "what you want me to do about it we are closed now" Super unprofessional rude staff. Super inefficient. As shown in the screenshot it supposed to arrive by 10-10.20pm but even by 12.25 it hasn't arrived. All he said was it is closed now what u want me to do. Disgusting.

Isn't the best of places. Dominos should be a well presented place with well-worked on pizzas. Their pizza quality is not the best at all. Last time i ordered, food was not bad, however EXTREMELY oily.

Went to this location late on a Sunday night. The staff were very accommodating even though they were very busy.

I don’t think this dominoes has ever got our order right, we’ve given up now and use Pizza Hut delivery instead. The franchise is this dominoes needs to have a look at what the staff are doing. No matter what crust you order you get thick crust, you never get the right toppings.

Ordered a meat feast arrived late, me and my girlfriend got food posioning, I call them up get offered free food, gladly accept and food is 35 minutes late and ends up being incorrect and feel ill again. Shut this place down

Dishonest and Disgraceful Business! Places an order online with Domino's Cranford as I have for many years. I keep a sharp eye on the domino's tracker so I'm ready for the driver on arrival. When checking the tracker the status went from "out for delivery to delivered" which I found strange as no driver or my order had arrived. Like a lot of people, I have networked CCTV on my home which I checked and no driver made an attempt to deliver my order. I than called the Domino's Cranford store to enquire where the driver was and advise the tracker status showed delivered. The shift manager I spoke with advised at first the driver had pushed the delivery status, then the tracking system was malfunctioning (which was it). I was then advised the driver would arrive in 5-7 minutes. I advised the shift manager to cancel the order and kindly arrange a refund, to which I was told would take 6-7 working days. This is not an isolated issue, it has happened previously at this very domino's store in Cranford - delivery drivers clicking they've delivered an order when they hadn't which mislead customers. In my opinion, the first time is a mistake, the second time is a habit. It's clear to me from this experience, this establishment is dishonest, misleads customers and is happy to hold payment for as long as possible for a service not delivered. I thankfully found a nice, independent pizzeria which delivered in a reasonable time and the food was delicious. My 18 years of business ordering from Domino's Cranford has come abruptly to an end. My only advice I can offer to potential customers is, look elsewhere for your pizza craving. You don't have to far in the immediate area, thankfully.

Ordered food 2 hours ago. Phoned the shop multiple times with no answer. It’s now 10pm app says food was delivered and it certainly has not. Happily taken the money for it but won’t answer to explain what’s happened. Absolutely shocking.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS STORE!! I Orderd cinnimon dough balls and recived playing dough balls. Pizza wasnt warm and only 4 of the 6 slices of pizza had cheese on them!! When I called the store there was no sorry or them caring insted I was told we will send out a new order but we want the old ones back!! Twice Iv orderd from this store and Twice Iv had to call because of issues and both times staff did not care.

Best domino’s pizza I’ve had in a long time. Delivered to the door piping hot. Very friendly, completely correct. Would highly recommend these guys. We had a large order as well and and everything was on point.

Awful ! Placed an order on wednesday 10th april the food was stone cold and arrived 1 hour 17 minutes later. The shift manager took my number and told me i would be elegible for a replacement and took my number On Friday the 13th the midnight shift manager told me no such thing exists and my number was never taken nor was an order under my name or number which was clearly false as i provided him confirmation from the previous order, he was also quite rude and spoke to with a lot of attitude. Will be going to the isleworth one from now on

Easter busy days, queue as expected. Front staff is busy taking calls, only 2 staff preparing pizza. One medium pizza nearly takes half an hour. Regret it -- accepting the offer of 7.99; 2 toppings pizza. One extra sauce cost u another 0.69 p. Total waste of ⏲️ ⏳️.

I'd personally like to thank the staff at Cranford Dominos, I've used them so many times, the pizzas have always been great. Today I had an issue as I put the wrong time down for my delivery time, I called the branch and they reassigned a new time and delivered the pizzas sooner than the time I had put down. Thanking you so much for the speedy delivery

I placed an order to the Cranford branch, which is a 6 minute drive from my place of work and the driver took 35 minutes from when he left the store to get to me, unbelievable, he went up the M4 for a drive and then back. this place is a joke.

I don’t know where to start it from Pizza is alright but the staff there who works is absolutely ridiculous staff they don’t know how to speak to the customers I had been there to pick up the pizza but no one came to serve me for at-least 5-7 min I was waiting like a fool even though I had ordered it online and guess what i ordered large pizza and they gave me medium absolutely ridiculous . And one of the time i ordered the pizza online and they forgot to give me the drink. And never apologised and next time i forgot to order something and I called them and told them to add wings with my order. I had two pizza collections today and one of them was veggie supreme in which I selected no mushrooms but when I brought it and saw it, it had chicken and mushrooms.I am a vegetarian and am allergic to mushrooms. Overall That's too bad

Very tasty pizzas. Domino's brand is very good quallity and try to support a good face of their service all over the world. But here in UK you have very nice options, so recoomned to try. This location often is not very busy, so if you are hurry up and are near the Hithrow airport - it is a very nice place to get a perfect meal very quickly.

2 hours for ONE deal is atrocious, (delivery). We called 4 times, they said there was a problem with the number which was rectified on the first phone call. Apparently they tried to deliver which was proved false by their lack of arrival no attempt to make contact was made over the app (which we used to order). After that miscommunication we thought it would be best to wait outside so as to not miss the driver, 80 minutes and three phone calls later, our food was still nowhere to be found. during the last 3 phone calls we asked if the food would still be delivered fresh which they assured us it would be. It then arrived cold and dry so we are assured our food had been wandering around with their incompetent staff for around 90 minutes, if this is anyone’s local domino’s I would recommend trying to use another branch or going to Pizza Hut/a local.

Pizza arrived burnt cheese that had risen across the pizza, if you press your finger it just filled with air, there was a tiny fly inside the box when I opened it. The look of the pizza overall wasn't very nice. Not sure what happened but the standards have dropped alot from previous orders where theyve made lovely Pizza's and I have enjoyed them. When they look at the pizza they need to see if what they are looking at is acceptable to eat, would they eat it? would they complain if they were delivered a pizza of that standard. Domino's isn't cheap it feels alot of money where a £5 pizza from Tesco is far more better quality. Disappointed guys. keep carrying on as you are you will have no customers buying from you. You have compeition around this area, Papa Johns, Pizza Hut, you should be fighting to win the spot against these.

Just spent £23 on 2 disgusting pizzas. Ordered pan base and sent thin which was over cooked and had the texture of a crisp. Arrived cold, late and no apology from the driver. Disgusting pizza, disgusting service, Domino’s is disgusting and overpriced. Stay away from them, I will. Domino’s you can stick your feedback form also!!🤮

This is one of the worst Dominos I have ever ordered from. Pathetic food quality and poor customer service (only today). Their pizza’s tastes like tomato paste on cardboard. Even a small corner pizza shop has better quality pizza’s than this store. They hardly put any cheese on their pizza because of which they are dry, chewy and basically inedible. After receiving 2 pizza’s with hardly any cheese on it, I ringed the store and the manager went about saying that they have put cheese as per their store standards. I did not know that stores have different standards to put cheese. I have had pizza’s from other Dominos stores and they make them really well. Anyways he said he will send in other pizza’s as replacement. To my utter disappointment they came out to be exactly the same as the once previously sent. They have not made any changes in the cheese they put. I don’t know people should pay the premium to have pizza from these stores if they cannot keep up with the standard quality. I am attaching the initial pizza’s and the once I got as replacement below. Hifi if you can figure out which one was good. Half the pizza is supposed to be double cheese. I'm assuming that my delivery came from this store. We were staying in the Ibis hotel and my partner ordered a delivery but I went to the front entrance to collect. The driver asked for the name and as my partner had given my name in the notes section that's what I gave. He said it was the wrong name, which it was. Bottom line he did a great job and I want to sing his praises. He found a different way to verify who I was and that it was our order. He was super helpful, super polite and respectful and I am ashamed that I didn't get his name for this review. If you can track him down by the time, it was on 30th Sep at about 20:30. He restored my faith in delivery drivers.

I would order here once a fortnight roughly for the last year or so. Never had issues but they’ve suddenly taken my postcode out of the delivery zone… I rang them up and they didn’t care and weren’t interested in my custom. A bit disappointing especially when it’s only a 10 minute drive to my address for them.

Had a bad experience 6 months but thought I’d give this restaurant another try and basically nothing has changed! The pizza was dry and tasteless. The slices hadn’t even been cut properly. The cheese and tomatoe pizza was overdone. Did not have enough cheese on it, was all tomatoe paste. The dough was dry and did not taste fresh. Infact frozen pizzas from my freezer taste better! Appears this franchisee is clearly trying to save the pennies at the customers expense! Will not be returning to Dominoes. Far better pizza establishments out there!

On friday i had a large vegetarian pizza with thin crust and less pizza sauce all i got was a very thin pizza with no taste was burnt and too dry to eat

We had been to Cranford dominos pizza,the way they making pizza was really unhygienic,they was using sanitizers, and then directly using hands on dough making.they not even wearing gloves,as well as well as wiping their faces with hands.. it was really insane and disgusting. And when we talk to manager he said it's their way of making. They do work this way .

I was staying in nearby hotel. I ordered at the counter, and then went to my hotel. 15 mins later i came back and it was ready. I had a tandoori chicken pizza, large. The offer was anu size for £9.99 for collections/walk ins. It was OK value, but at full price Dominos are a rip off. The pizza was hot and tasty, I had a beer with it in hotel bar. It did the job, with some spicy chillies. Chicken was a bit scarce though

Ordered Pizza to my hotel on Saturday night after a long day at Ascot! To say it was the worst Domino Pizza ive ever had is an understatement It was warm, dry, and wasn't event cut properly so I had to tear it apart meaning the hard toppings all fell off in one piece! I actually think this a Pizza that was a already made or ordered incorrectly for someone else as it arrived quickly, long before the online timer had even said out for delivery! And it wasn't exactly cheap!

We were staying at the Doubletree across the street and hadn't had a pizza in ages. Thought, "alright, a Dominoes." Ordered the meat lovers (or some similar type). Got back to our room to enjoy the pizza only to discover it was made with barbecue sauce instead of tomato style sauce. It was okay, but not what I expected. I don't know if this is a British thing or what, but you might specifically ask for Italian/tomato style sauce. Just sayin'

I was staying at the nearby Ibis and didn’t fancy eating at the bar so decided to have a walk to see what was close and came across this chain of Dominos. We quite often have a Dominos at home and love their pizzas so decided getting one from here to eat in my room. As it was a walk-in, you could have any sized pizza for £7.99 so ordered myself a medium Meateor and a portion of Chicken Kickers. Waited 15 minutes and it was ready to take back to the room. The food was delicious, definitely up to the usual Dominos standard. Staff were great, very helpful and polite. A fantastic overall experience!

We have noticed that the quality of your Pizzas have been poor over the last 4 times we've ordered. There is little or no peppers, lots of beef and the outside edge of where the crust is takes up all the room, there isn't actually much topping space. Furthermore, it tastes semi raw, where it’s rushed in oven or something, you can taste lots of tomato purée. Not sure whether or not it's a Domino's directive to cut back on toppings and quality to increase profit margins but we feel like we are getting conned. No value for money. I actually prefer no offers just good quality like a year ago. This at moment is an absolute joke! I’m gonna start ordering from Pizza Hut.

Worst dominoes ever There were MULTIPLE pieces of ham on my VEGAN pizza - along with a non vegan dip in the box They got the other pizza order wrong. And just left it in the lobby of the very busy hotel with no warning or call or anything.

The pizza was cold and also I had requested oregano sachets to be delivered which were not given. Asked the driver and he said it should be inside but it wasn’t there and he said sorry n he left saying that he will inform his manager. Didn’t expect this from domino’s. Terrible pizza. The edges of the pizza were complete waste. all the toppings and cheese are put in the centre. literally had to throw most of it away, as it had nothing on it.

It is the 2nd best pizza in the world it is 2nd because first is itlay than is the uk dominoes it d is soft as a pillow and the crust is as yummy as whole of the fast food joined together if you like all of them try dominoes pizza too.

I would like to complain about one of your drivers. Around a week ago i ordered a pizza to Premier Inn T4. When the driver came with the pizza he called me back on my phone number saying that he is waiting. A few days after he msg me that he don't know for who this number belongs and he was asking about my name! Then he apoligized. That should be fine but next day the pizza driver girfriend called me from unknow number asking who am I and why her boyfriend having my phone number. That's pathetic situation! I was very frustrated...

Regular customer , ordered online , paid , didn't turn up , on the app said "delivered" you had an absolute nightmare last night , no follow up phone call , no explanation , no idea , no customer service skills. On a recent order garlic bread was missed off , driver gave me a code to get free one next time , sadly unless you speak to the manager it's not worth speaking to anyone there not even sure if they understand you.
