Domino's Pizza London - Feltham in Hounslow

I wasn’t feeling well on Saturday so I have requested a delivery. Delivery driver refused to deliver the pizza to our flat saying that he is not allowed to deliver to flats! It took him over 15 minutes to call his manager asking if he can deliver to our flat. He was very argumentative and very rude once he got to my door. I have called the manager, she was very apologetic but by the time we sat down to eat our pizza. It was cold. The lesson here is: we order food to enjoy the experience. Was it enjoyable? No. Will I order ever again? No. Will I ever recommend to anyone? No. I will never order again. No one deserve a verbal abuse because a Delivery driver is very lazy to walk through a block of units. This is not acceptable!

Very friendly staff my grandchildren have the individual Pizza as a treat every week good value always ready when you go to collect

Walked in to order food but the staff were no where to be seen, could hear them out the back, looked around whilst waiting and it was not clean so left

i ordered the food online and went to the shop to collect the food and had to wait more than five minutes for someone to come and acknowledge me at the counter. at that time shop was very quiet and i was the only customer waiting to be serviced .

Ordered a pizza for delivery, got a phone call from a very rude, arrogant man that said his driver couldn't find my home in station road west. I said that's not my address and that road didn't exist. He still kept repeating this address and continued to shout very rudely over me. When I asked to speak to the manager he refused and put the phone down. Pizza and chicken wings stone cold. How could dominoes have someone like this working for them baffles me? I'm getting on to head office on Monday morning,. Would never use again!

Dom8nos is the sam3 everywhere and my review is based on not liking Dominos and the manager telling me he was nit obliged to let me use the staff toilet

Ordered a pizza for delivery which came within 30 minutes so very happy. Pizza always very good from here. Good service.

I ordered pizza delivery at 8.30pm, received a message at 9.05pm to say that my pizza had left and was on its way to me. At 9.45pm I called to find out where my pizza was. I spoke to a very rude, arrogant man who said that they were busy and that my pizza would be there soon. I had literally ask for an apology because his attitude was awful. Eventually my pizza arrived at 10.00pm, stone cold!!! I phoned to say that I was sending it back with the driver and that I wanted a refund and was basically told that I would not get a refund straight away and would have to wait 5 days for it. I was also told that I wasn’t the first customer to receive a cold pizza that night, but that I was a bad customer for complaining that it was cold!! I asked to speak to the store manager but he didn’t care either and put the phone down on me. To say I am disgusted with the whole sorry story is an understatement. I am also still waiting for my refund!!! Absolutely disgusting!!!!

Really impressed. To be honest, having had pizzas from Dominos in Isleworth wasn't expecting too much, but quite an amazing difference in quality, toppings and presentation. Just shows that experience depends on staff at each restaurant, rather than brand name.

Always great delivery service and fast. Food is always great quality and never had an issue and even order sometimes to be delivered at work, never a problem for these people. When i want pizza, I always ring dominoes.

Rating the useless manager at this branch. On a day trip with my children and call to ask if I can order, pay over the phone and meet the driver at the road next to the place im out at. Girl on the phone asks the manager who says no. Why?? I was happy to pay over the phone and meet the driver to get the food. Glad pizza hut were not so stupid and petty and delivered as requested. Won't bother wasting time with Dominos again.

Dominoes in feltham is quick, efficient and friendly. Really good pizza!!! Lovely helpful staff, and really great attitude.

I mean it's Dominos Pizza... What do you expect? It's awesome! If you don't know what you're getting: If you like pizza and you like it fast... Well... There we go; You've answered your own question there! Dominos is great!

We come from Norway and didn't know that all the shops and resturants were closed on the day after new years eve. The hotel recommended this place to us and we were very happy with the food.

Very good pizza for take away and good prices for sides delivery very fast and pizza is still realy hot

Delivery time was more then I would expect but food arrived piping hot and delicious and that is what counts. Love the pizzas and sides at Dominos and good choice of special deals as well.

Ordered pizza... Expect to wait more than an hour. Gosh. So si slow, not sure why this takes so long. I get a message saying in it's way and then must take forever. Called them and then not their problem..... Great service...
