Domino's Pizza London - Feltham in Hounslow

Orderd from here this evening and I have nothing postive to say other than the delivery driver was friendly. There was an item missing from my order that he went back and got very quickly so that was good….. unfortunately though the whole meal was just terrible. Undercooked and soggy. I got two pizzas and one had the main topping ( that I orderd extra of! ) missing and both where soggy. I got chicken kickers and they were so badly cooked half the coating wasn’t actually on the chicken. Then to make it better I call the shop and the woman who answerd simply didn’t care atall. An unapologetic sorry and and constantly “ what” was all that achieved. Before the shop feel the need to tell me to fill out the online form I have! Yet the order was so awful I looked up and store and saw it’s been awful for literally YEARS.

Rude customer service on the phone, pizza was poor have cooked better frozen ones, must be a cheese shortage in the area. Place is a joke

Ordered a pizza with fries and wings. Instead of fries i received garlic bread and aswell as the wrong food my food was bland and cold. So disappointed.

Franchisees should be checked. As they are removing pizza from the middle. The pizza came as egg shapped thanks to their practice and last time from large it became medium. This is unacceptable, on the positive note thanks to them stealing part of yoir pizza, your diet would be great as less pizza, less calories. Healthy option, as very soon they will start sending just empty boxes! Strongly recomend if you are not hungry, on a diet, or you just want to blow your money.

Abaolutely rubbish. Of all the Domino places, this is the the most rubbish of all.

After another bad Just Eat experience my long forgotten app and memory took me to Domino's. Staff at front of house were excellent and the food came up quickly enabling me to est and stop my mood worsening. Thank you, Domino's

I've returned to this branch after 15 years. And thought that the quality would have changed. I ordered 4 pizzas, collection and I will not return again. All four pizzas were under cooked with raw dough. Stuff crust was raw. On collecting the pizza I saw a number of workers use their phones and touch raw produce...was this supposed to add extra flavour? It was a waste of Money and an insult to the American brand. I will continue to order elsewhere.

The driver asked for old pizza back. He opened the box and started telling us that its not mushrooms but onion. Like we dont know the difference. Absolutely disgusting service and waste of money the photo below is supposed to be cheese nachos not the same image you see on the dominoes app the whole thing could be picked up together. We spoke with the manager at the store all we got was he would speak with the driver and call us back still waiting. Also same issue as other complaints the driver had the pizza in hand rather than in a heated carry bag again cross contamination.

Pizza 🍕 has gone up so much. For that price, u expect a better service. Ended up ordering online while at the branch because of the lack of service and also the language barrier. I presume someone can speak english, but at the time, the person that spoke to us was very limited or just couldn't be brothered to help.

Made an order at 18.08, delivery was meant to be 21-34 minutes. Delivery took 52 minutes. Cookies were smashed, pizza was missing toppings. Driver wasn't carrying the pizza in their usual bag to keep it warm, he was carrying it in his hands which was contaminating my pizza. I had to return the whole order. I contacted the manager and he just tried to make excuses by saying they are busy. They are too busy to give proper service but expect full price for their horrible service. Will be contacting Dominos head office on Monday and also my bank. UPDATE: I've already filled out your online form and nothing was done to make this right. You guys keep quoting the same generic response, saying you want to help but end up not doing anything.

Website said delivery in 30mins yet After an hour with no pizza I called to find out what was going on and was told they were very busy and pizza was in the oven. Lots of excuses, no apology. The pizza arrived 20mins later and had clearly been out of the oven for a long time. It was overcooked, dry and stone cold. Do yourself a favour and go to Pizza Hut instead.

Only ever ordered delivery from this branch of Domino's, but it always comes hot, in good time, and with friendly delivery drivers. :)

This evening as I waited to collect my order, I witnessed the girl who was preparing the pizza bases from the dough, take out her phone and kept tapping and swiping the screen. She proceeded to then touch the pizza base she has just made without washing her hands. Before making the next one she took out her phone and stood there at her station and made a call. I alerted the manager to this and he said he was aware and when she was about to start making the next pizza base, he told her to go and wash her hands. Which she seemed very shocked to be asked to do. If the manger or myself hadn’t spotted her she would have just continued with all those disgusting germs on her hands. God knows how many times she has done this or what else she does without washing her hands and preparing food 🤢🤢🤢

Would only go here for collection via the app as there’s usually good deals. Not worth ordering without the app to be honest. The food tastes good but quite pricey without deals.

Horrible parking to No pearling at all. Takeaway only no dine in. Easy order on phone and collect. If you do that you will get good discount from the app too. Staff are friendly.

First time using Domino's Feltham and was a disaster. Ordered a large Texas bbq with jalapeños on half only. I even said please do not touch the other half with jalapeños as the wife cannot handle chilli. Simple request that went completely wrong. Jalapeños on every slice of the pizza. I called up to explain and was told that the pizza maker was adament he only put them on half. I made it clear I was not after a free replacement but all I got was 'well it was only on half' and said there was nothing he could do. Very disappointing and the such bad service. No apology, nothing. Thanks for listening to the customer Domino's. Update 05.10.22 2 months on and customer services have yet to comment, says it all really.

It’s actually shocking how many times I’ve ordered from here and then not received the order, or the order is nearly 2 hours late. I’ve had to write a review because this place is ridiculous, sometimes it’s great but majority of the time they just can’t seem to get their timing right it’s always so late or never comes at all, the other day it got to over an hour since I ordered, I called the store to which they then reply “I’m trying to call you to tell you were too busy and have no delivery drivers, please come to collect” Why on earth would I order for delivery if I could come and collect? I said I couldn’t, they said it will take another hour or two (we wanted this for lunch, it was already 1pm there was no way) told her to cancel, and refund. I never got a confirmation to say it was cancelled, took my money but hasn’t given a refund yet. The food isn’t bad from here at all, never had a problem with the quality, but the shop & staff itself is awful.

Ended up with food poisoning. I called up in the morning after a brutal night in my bathroom to tell them and was told the manager wouldn't be in until late afternoon. He didn't even ask me which pizza I had, thoroughly couldn't care if someone else got it.

First time we ordered with red hot dip they forgot delivery driver told I will bring now after 10 min he brings garlic dip excellent service!!! Second time ordering same driver brings order taking out pizza and dropping dip to flour all flour doors and door wall covering in dip my trousers! Managers told what I done specially this… customer service low level they don’t deserve even one star

Would not order from feltham again, ordered 1 cheese and tomato pizza, 1 cheese and tomato with sweetcorn and 1 might meat, pizzas turned up and we receive 2 x cheese and tomato and 1 cheese and tomato with sweetcorn, called them and refused to do anything about it, said thats the way I ordered it, obviously something went wrong with the order, why would someone order a might meat then take off the toppings and why would they make it like that without questioning the order!! Would have just ordered another cheese and tomato, still charged me for a mighty meat!! Then they wondered why I got so angry, incompetent rude staff, dominos need to do something about the staff in the store!!

We ordered from the app and were quite clear with what we wanted, but the pizzas that arrived were not what we wanted. We called the store directly and they we incredibly rude to us, claiming it was a fault on our end not the system, and proceeded to do nothing about it. Definitely wouldn't recommend ordering from this chain

Woth I can say 19.12.2021 this team woth is today is not toomuch to comment amators have more experience I don't think if this team can do instant noodle 3min I wos few days ago in dominos in Wimbledon is completely definitely like this Feltham edition no possible say anything good

Pizza is always delicious here. They got my order wrong once and gave a a free pizza on my next order to make up for it, but other than that it’s great 👍🏻

Just wanted to say Thank You to Bilal & his team at this Domino outlet. We went in for a quick bite on Christmas Eve. We requested for a Vegan pizza which we enjoyed. Bilal was very pleasant and friendly. Thank you Bilal and team. Happy New Year to you and your team. Keep up the great job.

Ordered a pizza - Italian crust, received thick crust and upon complaining they decided to say it’s not a big deal, upon explaining that it wasn't what I wanted they then told us not to eat our pizza and they would deliver the right one Immediately. After waiting for an hour and 45 minutes. We requested our money back and they said pizza could be kept. However, upon delivering the money the demanded the pizza back. Which we kindly gave back uneaten. So I’m not sure customer service is at their forefront. So my 2 cents are; double check your order with the branch when placing an order online!

I ALWAYS have brilliant service from this Domino's. They're assertive, polite and make the food the way it should be made. The kitchen area is spotless, I've been satisfied with the hygiene levels when I've gone in to collect my food and I'm pretty finicky 🍕

If you have another choice for delivered pizza, I would say, go for it. Each and every time we order the food from this branch, the food takes a ridiculous amount of time to be delivered. As of right now the food has been out for delivery for 24 minutes.....and still no sign of the food. Sunday early afternoon....how absurd is this.

I ordered pizza delivery at 8.30pm, received a message at 9.05pm to say that my pizza had left and was on its way to me. At 9.45pm I called to find out where my pizza was. I spoke to a very rude, arrogant man who said that they were busy and that my pizza would be there soon. I had literally ask for an apology because his attitude was awful. Eventually my pizza arrived at 10.00pm, stone cold!!! I phoned to say that I was sending it back with the driver and that I wanted a refund and was basically told that I would not get a refund straight away and would have to wait 5 days for it. I was also told that I wasn’t the first customer to receive a cold pizza that night, but that I was a bad customer for complaining that it was cold!! I asked to speak to the store manager but he didn’t care either and put the phone down on me. To say I am disgusted with the whole sorry story is an understatement. I am also still waiting for my refund!!! Absolutely disgusting!!!!

DELIVERY BIKE RIDER IS A MANIAC HE CUTS THROUGH THE CAR PARK OF THE SHOP A FEW DOORS AWAY AT FULL SPEED. REG NUMBER KY66 RHU, MY WIFE CAME OUT OF THE SHOP AND HE NEARLY HIT HER.....I HAVE REPORTED IT TO THE POLICE.

I don't understand how the food can be delivered cold when I live less than 5 minutes away.

I ordered 2 pizzas at 21:12. At 22:00, the app said the order was out for delivery, a 10 minutes journey away. At 22:30, the app said it would arrive in 25 mins, 5 mins later it said 35 mins. I called the store, where I was put on hold for 10 mins, before being hung up on. I called back, and I was very rudely told they would look into where my order was, put on hold, and promptly hung up on. No apology was given on the phone or by the delivery driver. In fact, the guy on the phone acted like we were expecting too much.

Really impressed. To be honest, having had pizzas from Dominos in Isleworth wasn't expecting too much, but quite an amazing difference in quality, toppings and presentation. Just shows that experience depends on staff at each restaurant, rather than brand name.

None of them can speak english and most of them are pakistani dodgy students

Always great delivery service and fast. Food is always great quality and never had an issue and even order sometimes to be delivered at work, never a problem for these people. When i want pizza, I always ring dominoes.

Guys, all you got to do is learn how to read. This is second time you messed up my order. Now the way you mess up is great too, because twice (2 times) you put meat in veggie Pizza. Rating the useless manager at this branch. On a day trip with my children and call to ask if I can order, pay over the phone and meet the driver at the road next to the place im out at. Girl on the phone asks the manager who says no. Why?? I was happy to pay over the phone and meet the driver to get the food. Glad pizza hut were not so stupid and petty and delivered as requested. Won't bother wasting time with Dominos again.

We come from Norway and didn't know that all the shops and resturants were closed on the day after new years eve. The hotel recommended this place to us and we were very happy with the food.

Called them for a delivery to page road which is 8min from the branch but they would not deliver to our postcode but asked us to call there cranford branch which is 15min away. So we called another pizza shop across the road and they were happy to deliver

Delivery time was more then I would expect but food arrived piping hot and delicious and that is what counts. Love the pizzas and sides at Dominos and good choice of special deals as well.

Ordered pizza... Expect to wait more than an hour. Gosh. So si slow, not sure why this takes so long. I get a message saying in it's way and then must take forever. Called them and then not their problem..... Great service...

Don't order if you are hungry or in a hurry! Nice pizza, terrible service. Despite ordering 2 hours in advance, the pizza was 45 mins late. When I chased the order after 30 minutes I was put on hold for 5 minutes. When I finally spoke to someone there was no refund or discount off next purchase offered. The man on the phone made me mad with his lack of empathy and I had to ask for an apology! I think they misplaced my order as I had to repeat my address 3 times!! This is not the 1st time this has happened to me. It's a shame as the delivery guys are always so nice.
