What the hell is this. Why is there a thumb mark, and why is half the cheese missing. This isn’t okay. Bit nervous to eat it tbh. If something happens to me after you better hope I don’t find the chef…. My sister said garlic pizza no complaints though.

We usually love dominos and there food is a really good but we are very annoyed we have tried to order last 3 times and I have kept an eye on it they have only collection on there app they don’t give the delivery option anymore unless you call. Last time I called spoke to someone he wouldn’t give me the deal normally the app gives this is ridiculous and false advertisement! It’s a shame as the pizzas are usually really good have they had a change of management if so there definitely losing customers in our area due to this!!

If I could it would be zero stars! I wouldn’t even feed my dog that pizza, the quality was so poor, pizza looked dry. Maybe it was made the day before. Customer service is useless when you do make a complain. Better to stick with Pizza Hut, they have never let me down.

Terrible place. The staff just ignore you and it is impossible to get served. I waited with my little girl for 15 minutes, with three members of staff simply ignoring us, before walking out. It seems that last thing the staff want to do is work, or sell any pizzas. God knows whether or how they make money to keep the branch going. Perhaps best to close it with this attitude.

I rarely order from domino’s but when you’re stuck on time, it’s usually not a bad option. This is hands down the worst domino’s I’ve ever ordered from. Bad service and undercooked, odd-tasting pizza.

How do you forget to add tomato sauce base in the pizzas? This is becoming a regular thing and getting worse everytime.

Not up to standard, they are rude with 0 customer service, the manager cannot communicate in basic English. I guess she got the job by having connections.

Very disappointed. I ordered from here, waited 3 hours and my order never arrived. Tried to contact the restaurant but their phone line was always busy and couldn't get through to be able to get an update. After waiting 3 hours I received a notification saying that my order was marked as completed, which was not. I never received the order yet I was charged.

Not my best experience in a Dominos or this one. I do understand it may have been busy but they seemed to have enough staff not doing much. I entered it took quite a bit of time for someone to greet me even though there was someone just to my right getting the basses ready for the pizza. They then greeted me and informed me they wouldn’t be long. Think they shouted to someone from rear to cone and serve me. After a total of 5 mins someone took my order this may not seem like long but I was just me waiting. My order was taken and told it would take 15 mins so decided to go for a walk to Tesco. When I returned I noticed my name was no longer on the display counting down my wait time. I then had to wait again for another 5 mins waiting for someone to bring my pizza from underneath the heat laps.it would have been better if I could have done it myself as I did see the pizza on the shelf going nowhere. There was delivery pizzas going on the shelf and going out. My poor pizza was being ignored. Poor little pizza with no friends. I did eventually get my pizza and go home. To find what I got wasn’t what I was expecting the pizza looked nothing like what I had asked for according to what was shown on the menu and advertised product of the Korean BBQ Pizza. What I got wasn’t appraised at all. Didn’t taste that good ether. Wouldn't try this again. Maybe just an off day and very busy but they need to think of the customer experience this didn’t help out me off Dominos.

Ordered pizzas from this branch and after waiting an hour called the store to ask what happened to the order. I was told the driver was on the way. Then the driver starts calling asking for directions. We waited for the driver outside, talking to him during numerous calls where he kept saying he was nearby while still being completely lost. After this frustrating wait outside when the driver finally arrived the food was completely cold and the evening was ruined as we had spent so much time standing outside rather than with our guests. But what makes the situation worse is that the manager of this store was very rude on the phone and although he eventually promised to give us a refund, it has been 2 weeks and this refund has not happened! We have tried to contact them to get the refund that was promised but they do not pick up. They provided terrible service, were rude, and then lied to us about giving us a refund.

Can't thank the driver Mr. Ravinder Singh enough. Had the address mixed up for delivery. Mr. Singh went out of his way and delivered the pizza to me. He got in touch with me and helped me get my order to the right address. Without any hassel. Thank u Mr. Singh. Also thank u mohit and faruk, thank u for sorting this out in a prompt manner.

They make the pizzas quickly and I've never had any issues with orders. The guys seem friendly and there are always deals when you collect. Place looks clean and well kept.

The service is really bad, they delivered the food one hour late, not even a sorry. The food came cold too, will never order from here again. Very unhappy about the experience.

It took 17 minutes to place an order for delivery because they don’t understand English! Most ridiculous service… They can’t speak or understand. And even the manager doesn’t know the menu.

Me and my Mrs got in from a party at around a 11.15 so thought we would order a pizza from here. well the delivery driver was coming down my road so I waited outside for him, the porch light was on so couldn't miss us. he had no intention of stopping and went straight past my house, around the corner, back out the estate and waited at top of the estate for ten minutes, walked up to find the guy and then the app said the food was delivered.. so I called up and spoke to the manager who said "sorry he delivered your pizza next door" and then said we are closed now so I can't make a pizza again which is ridiculous. the driver has blatantly taken and eaten our pizza and definitely didn't not deliver it next door, seeing as he didnt even stop down our road. he was rushing to end the conversation and get me off the phone. my Mrs is pregnant you try tell her that someone else is eating her food which we paid for. thanks for nothing and now wait for a refund. the worse bit is because of them we couldn't order from anywhere else because of the time everywhere else was shut. so beware when ordering from here.

I ordered from the domino's app and bought a pepperoni pizza and some chicken wings. I had the pizza and I have my dad the wings. This was yesterday. He was up all night vomiting due to food poisoning. Please be careful when you order from these guys

This is the worst place I’ve been to! The staff has little manner’s and no curtesy to speak to the customers. The person who was making the dough asked if I had come to work in there or to take the pizza and humiliated me in front of everyone. I felt so embarrassed. Well I have to say this staff member and the other’s who were laughing are absolutely good at ruining their customers day. I was too humiliated to even question them why they said that to me. Well Thankyou!!, for humiliating me and God bless you all and the work that you’ll are doing.

My order was delivered to another address but the refund was not initiated quickly and no mails or confirmation on the refund process. It’s quite disappointing in ordering and waiting for more than an hour but still our order was not delivered and not a single concerns from the restaurant. Please check and order in this branch.

I don't know how this goes but I thought thy wear hand gloves and hair net but non of the employees had on. I'm sorry but I didn't even like the pizza it was not done properly. My son loves Dominos pizza 🍕 but this was not good experience at ur store.

Consistently late on delivery and occasionally late upto 2 hours. Worst customer service as they don’t care if you are hungry but want the sale to happen so may offer free pizza next time or give you 50% off voucher which you can only apply if you spend full price and not deals which are cheaper without offer. Be very cautious ordering from this store as they won’t even let you know how long will it take

On their phones, not washing their hands no gloves, forearm hair in the dough and when I asked if they could put some gloves on I got ignored. Won't be ordering from this branch again.

The pizza was good but the delivery was not good. The delivery person was very rude and dint deliver it to the door. He spoke very rudely and refused to come up on the 9th floor even with lift. He called me outside the apartment to collect the pizza. He seems to be very lazy as he asked me how i turned up so fast to collect the pizza. Its delivery at the door not outside the apartment

Never keen on the deep pan when it comes to this companies pizza. The thin crusty taste so much better. Great veg supreme pizza also have vegan option. This is a tiny shop so max 2 people can stand inside considering the space. A busy shop with deliveries so if I order from this branch I'll always pick up. 30 mins free parking, display the ticket, press and hold green button on parking metre.

I used to think dominos was generic, you get what you get where ever you go, whatever branch it maybe, that is one day until I was in Guildford and end up getting dominos from the merrow branch. I could not believe the level of perfection from the pizza. Stuffed crust. Be more like merrow dominos

Never get my order right when getting delivery! pizza tastes bland, dough tastes old and they ‘always’ (and I mean every single time) miss at least 1 topping (toppings which are actually part of that particular pizza - not added extra). I have given them a few chances but will not be ordering from Dominos Isleworth again!

I had a pizza in Domino's in Glasgow and it was delicious but this one was really bad. No comparison.

I had a very good customer experience with Dominos all of the time, my local shop on Isleworth is exceptionall. All requests, even silly are made. Would recommend to everyone!

Forced to give a star just to write my review. Understanding the pandemic, and having cancelled collection only, the best you could do was to reduce your prices. Your topings are pathetic! The best you could do is to at least reduce your price, not as a discount, but to match the prices of then collection only options. Wish you were more understanding, wish you could learn from any other pizza outlet around UK!

I ordered two pizzas one Texas bbq and one pepperoni I get the delivery and I got two pepperoni pizzas so I call them making a complaint trying to get through to the manager and they say they can’t do anything about it but clearly says that I ordered Texas and bbq do not order from Dominos Isleworth Please I would not recommend.

I normally order online and today there website was down so I had to call. The lady was very rude and didn’t wanna give me bottle of coke with the couple’s delight deal, then she said the issue is fixed but when delivery arrived there was no coke. She said the driver forgot the bottle and bring it back but he never did. Every time I called she just put me on hold. And always spoke so rudely. Never going there again. Absolute horrible behaviour.

Today i ordered a pizza, not the first time. But today driver refused to deliver it to the building. Simple i just needed him to get into the lift like it was many time before, but he said he can not do it. Why? I didnt get a responde, as well as i didnt get my pizza. I have small kid at home and i was alone with him, so it is not so simple for me to get him dressed and then go outside. So my question is, what changed all of a sudden, last week driver delivered my pizza to my flat, today he can not enter the building, and told me i have to pick it up from the street. If i could and want to go outside, propably i would buy much cheaper pizza from local restaurant. Isn't the point of delivery, that you getting food to your home?!

Best pizza around. Check the website for offers and the collection perfection deal is brilliant if you live nearby. Friendly staff and always willing to help. In the unlikely event that anything goes wrong (only happened to me once in 9 years) then service recovery is always offered. Delivery service is fast and friendly too. Food always arrives hot!

My mistake because I put the wrong address but the problem is that the delivery person could have at least use some common sense to give me a call if no one is answering? That’s why I put my mobile number.

Ordered many times from the branch over the years and never had an issue until now. Ordered a personal pizza and the ends of each slice had an extremely pungent smell that I can only describe of as vomit, it was just on the ends where the pizza had been cut along to separate it into slices as the rest of the pizza did not have this smell to it. I don't know if the pizza cutter has been cross contaminated or what on earth happened but it's got to be the most unpleasant experience I've had with takeaway food, I couldn't eat it. As I say I have ordered from the Isleworth branch for years, never ever had a problem up until this point but my goodness has this put me off from going there anymore. I've been told they have new people taking over in there as well, what the heck their hygiene practices are and what they are doing with their equipment in there well I wouldn't even want to know, awful.

Waiting for my pizza an hour and a half still not come yet! If you want quick delivery go to papa johns or domino's they deliver within 20/25 mins usally. This place is awful and I'm sure when I get my pizza i will have to heat it up like last time!

Order of two pizzas for collection. Little to no toppings. For example on the largest possible sized veggie pizza, there were 5 small pieces of pepper, 4 of the smallest and thinnest sliced mushrooms, and 47 pieces of sweetcorn, and 5 slivers of onion, all across 10 slices. The other pizza was a tuna supreme with absolutely no tuna. None. I don't recommend this place. £19.99 on a buy one get one free deal. Neither pizza worth £5 in terms of size or quality or description. Congratulations Domino's. We totally understand why you're going out of business and good riddance to you. Looking forward to this valuable real estate being cleared to make way for a squat, drug den, burnt out shop, or something more useful than a domino's. God have mercy on your souls. Find a new business because you know **** all about selling pizza.

I ordered large Veg and large Chicken Feast pizzas but the Chicken Feast quality was poor and even I thought it away.

Pizza was undercooked, barely any toppings or cheese. The garlic bread could barely be called that, there was no garlic and the texture was dense. The staff was rude and extremely inefficient.

The driver said that his safety was at risk and he will not deliver to the flat .He thought the apartment was a hotel and he was unapologetic of his lack of knowledge . He claimed that he could not contact me on phone and took back the order . My children were crying with hunger but the managers tone was more accusatory with no tone of reconciliation bad experience .:(

The Pizza was actually decent, confusingly though no Domino's to pass the time whilst waiting for my Pizza Pie. Tomato sauce compliments the cheese wonderfully! Who knew?
