Domino's Pizza in Hounslow

The service is really bad, they delivered the food one hour late, not even a sorry. The food came cold too, will never order from here again. Very unhappy about the experience.

Tasteless food no flavour. I used to buy from there for years and now the pizza is 10 times worse. Staff barely understand English and the owner himself doesn’t know the menu

If only you could give 0 stars Ordered food only for it to be delivered to the wrong person. Then for the driver Radhika to ask me if it’s okay for her to go collect the pizza from the person she delivered it to. Don’t want to be touching someone else’s food now do I 😖. Fresh pizza from the store is what should be given not something that was given to the wrong address only to be collected and re delivered to me Ankur only was happy to give a free drink as compensation. Not happy with this service. If only I could order from cranford or another store that would deliver to me

It took 17 minutes to place an order for delivery because they don’t understand English! Most ridiculous service… They can’t speak or understand. And even the manager doesn’t know the menu.

Me and my Mrs got in from a party at around a 11.15 so thought we would order a pizza from here. well the delivery driver was coming down my road so I waited outside for him, the porch light was on so couldn't miss us. he had no intention of stopping and went straight past my house, around the corner, back out the estate and waited at top of the estate for ten minutes, walked up to find the guy and then the app said the food was delivered.. so I called up and spoke to the manager who said "sorry he delivered your pizza next door" and then said we are closed now so I can't make a pizza again which is ridiculous. the driver has blatantly taken and eaten our pizza and definitely didn't not deliver it next door, seeing as he didnt even stop down our road. he was rushing to end the conversation and get me off the phone. my Mrs is pregnant you try tell her that someone else is eating her food which we paid for. thanks for nothing and now wait for a refund. the worse bit is because of them we couldn't order from anywhere else because of the time everywhere else was shut. so beware when ordering from here.

I ordered from the domino's app and bought a pepperoni pizza and some chicken wings. I had the pizza and I have my dad the wings. This was yesterday. He was up all night vomiting due to food poisoning. Please be careful when you order from these guys

This is the worst place I’ve been to! The staff has little manner’s and no curtesy to speak to the customers. The person who was making the dough asked if I had come to work in there or to take the pizza and humiliated me in front of everyone. I felt so embarrassed. Well I have to say this staff member and the other’s who were laughing are absolutely good at ruining their customers day. I was too humiliated to even question them why they said that to me. Well Thankyou!!, for humiliating me and God bless you all and the work that you’ll are doing.

My order was delivered to another address but the refund was not initiated quickly and no mails or confirmation on the refund process. It’s quite disappointing in ordering and waiting for more than an hour but still our order was not delivered and not a single concerns from the restaurant. Please check and order in this branch.

I don't know how this goes but I thought thy wear hand gloves and hair net but non of the employees had on. I'm sorry but I didn't even like the pizza it was not done properly. My son loves Dominos pizza 🍕 but this was not good experience at ur store.

Consistently late on delivery and occasionally late upto 2 hours. Worst customer service as they don’t care if you are hungry but want the sale to happen so may offer free pizza next time or give you 50% off voucher which you can only apply if you spend full price and not deals which are cheaper without offer. Be very cautious ordering from this store as they won’t even let you know how long will it take

Avarage pizza massively over priced won't be ordering again .

Over priced and oily pizzas. Rude staff for requests. Got food poisoning from their pepperoni pizza. I was the only one in my house to eat it and was unwell

On their phones, not washing their hands no gloves, forearm hair in the dough and when I asked if they could put some gloves on I got ignored. Won't be ordering from this branch again.

Can't order gluten free in three shop. And when try online there are some issues with discount.

the price is not worth the tiny pizza that isnt fresh nor is any good. the other day i ordered one.. cost me over 11£ for a tiny one that is half the size you get from elsewhere. To top it of, its almost tasteless i don't understand what's good about domino aside from the brand name i bet a salted cardboard would taste better. im curious to even try it

The pizza was good but the delivery was not good. The delivery person was very rude and dint deliver it to the door. He spoke very rudely and refused to come up on the 9th floor even with lift. He called me outside the apartment to collect the pizza. He seems to be very lazy as he asked me how i turned up so fast to collect the pizza. Its delivery at the door not outside the apartment

Never keen on the deep pan when it comes to this companies pizza. The thin crusty taste so much better. Great veg supreme pizza also have vegan option. This is a tiny shop so max 2 people can stand inside considering the space. A busy shop with deliveries so if I order from this branch I'll always pick up. 30 mins free parking, display the ticket, press and hold green button on parking metre.

I used to think dominos was generic, you get what you get where ever you go, whatever branch it maybe, that is one day until I was in Guildford and end up getting dominos from the merrow branch. I could not believe the level of perfection from the pizza. Stuffed crust. Be more like merrow dominos

Never get my order right when getting delivery! pizza tastes bland, dough tastes old and they ‘always’ (and I mean every single time) miss at least 1 topping (toppings which are actually part of that particular pizza - not added extra). I have given them a few chances but will not be ordering from Dominos Isleworth again!

I had a pizza in Domino's in Glasgow and it was delicious but this one was really bad. No comparison.

I had a very good customer experience with Dominos all of the time, my local shop on Isleworth is exceptionall. All requests, even silly are made. Would recommend to everyone!

Small but comes with a big blast. Tasty and nice pizzas unlink some dominos, staff s great and friendly and service is quick too.

Forced to give a star just to write my review. Understanding the pandemic, and having cancelled collection only, the best you could do was to reduce your prices. Your topings are pathetic! The best you could do is to at least reduce your price, not as a discount, but to match the prices of then collection only options. Wish you were more understanding, wish you could learn from any other pizza outlet around UK!

I ordered two pizzas one Texas bbq and one pepperoni I get the delivery and I got two pepperoni pizzas so I call them making a complaint trying to get through to the manager and they say they can’t do anything about it but clearly says that I ordered Texas and bbq do not order from Dominos Isleworth Please I would not recommend.

I normally order online and today there website was down so I had to call. The lady was very rude and didn’t wanna give me bottle of coke with the couple’s delight deal, then she said the issue is fixed but when delivery arrived there was no coke. She said the driver forgot the bottle and bring it back but he never did. Every time I called she just put me on hold. And always spoke so rudely. Never going there again. Absolute horrible behaviour.

Today i ordered a pizza, not the first time. But today driver refused to deliver it to the building. Simple i just needed him to get into the lift like it was many time before, but he said he can not do it. Why? I didnt get a responde, as well as i didnt get my pizza. I have small kid at home and i was alone with him, so it is not so simple for me to get him dressed and then go outside. So my question is, what changed all of a sudden, last week driver delivered my pizza to my flat, today he can not enter the building, and told me i have to pick it up from the street. If i could and want to go outside, propably i would buy much cheaper pizza from local restaurant. Isn't the point of delivery, that you getting food to your home?!

food keeps on arriving cold, they keep bringing the wrong items and sometimes don't even bother bringing the correct item once their mistake has been pointed out. AVOID.

Best pizza around. Check the website for offers and the collection perfection deal is brilliant if you live nearby. Friendly staff and always willing to help. In the unlikely event that anything goes wrong (only happened to me once in 9 years) then service recovery is always offered. Delivery service is fast and friendly too. Food always arrives hot!

My mistake because I put the wrong address but the problem is that the delivery person could have at least use some common sense to give me a call if no one is answering? That’s why I put my mobile number.

Ordered many times from the branch over the years and never had an issue until now. Ordered a personal pizza and the ends of each slice had an extremely pungent smell that I can only describe of as vomit, it was just on the ends where the pizza had been cut along to separate it into slices as the rest of the pizza did not have this smell to it. I don't know if the pizza cutter has been cross contaminated or what on earth happened but it's got to be the most unpleasant experience I've had with takeaway food, I couldn't eat it. As I say I have ordered from the Isleworth branch for years, never ever had a problem up until this point but my goodness has this put me off from going there anymore. I've been told they have new people taking over in there as well, what the heck their hygiene practices are and what they are doing with their equipment in there well I wouldn't even want to know, awful.

Waiting for my pizza an hour and a half still not come yet! If you want quick delivery go to papa johns or domino's they deliver within 20/25 mins usally. This place is awful and I'm sure when I get my pizza i will have to heat it up like last time!

Order of two pizzas for collection. Little to no toppings. For example on the largest possible sized veggie pizza, there were 5 small pieces of pepper, 4 of the smallest and thinnest sliced mushrooms, and 47 pieces of sweetcorn, and 5 slivers of onion, all across 10 slices. The other pizza was a tuna supreme with absolutely no tuna. None. I don't recommend this place. £19.99 on a buy one get one free deal. Neither pizza worth £5 in terms of size or quality or description. Congratulations Domino's. We totally understand why you're going out of business and good riddance to you. Looking forward to this valuable real estate being cleared to make way for a squat, drug den, burnt out shop, or something more useful than a domino's. God have mercy on your souls. Find a new business because you know **** all about selling pizza.

I ordered large Veg and large Chicken Feast pizzas but the Chicken Feast quality was poor and even I thought it away.

Are you suffering from a lack of toppings? Most skimpy pizza I've ever had the displeasure of eating. Overcooked and dry too.

Pizza was undercooked, barely any toppings or cheese. The garlic bread could barely be called that, there was no garlic and the texture was dense. The staff was rude and extremely inefficient.

The driver said that his safety was at risk and he will not deliver to the flat .He thought the apartment was a hotel and he was unapologetic of his lack of knowledge . He claimed that he could not contact me on phone and took back the order . My children were crying with hunger but the managers tone was more accusatory with no tone of reconciliation bad experience .:(

The Pizza was actually decent, confusingly though no Domino's to pass the time whilst waiting for my Pizza Pie. Tomato sauce compliments the cheese wonderfully! Who knew?

Absolutely disaster, I couldn't believe how price and quality will change during 12 months. Seems like tomato paste has been used from cans, very sour . Hugely disappointed. Local pizza shop better quality.

Horrible customer service! I would give 0 if possible! They deliver my order and they put wrong ingredients on my pizza, when on the order it was clear! And even on pizza box it was correct! I rang them and the rude girl over the phone told me (she understand immediately who I was when I talk about the mistake, so they new the delivery was bringing wrong food) she couldn’t make a new pizza as they were busy and the mistake was due to that! She told me she could credit me some points and she hang up! I called back and told her I couldn’t eat what they sent and I wanted my pizza or get refund, she said for a new pizza I had to wait 2 hours as they don’t have driver! So I asked for refund! She said she was going to send the new pizza ASAP but I must give back the old one (of course I did as it was not what I ordered!)! She hanged up again with no apologies, not even greeting! This is not how to deal with people!

If you dont want to do propper filling on the pizza then better dont do deals better charge full amount and fill it full too

We have been going to this branch for years and always order the veg pizza as we are vegetarians. They added chicken to the veg pizza, the service has gone down hill. They replaced the pizza and the chap that come to deliver seemed to be laughing that vegetarians had chicken in the pizza. How horrid is this.

Best pizza there is. It’s unbelievable how delicious it is! AND even cold it tastes amazing , garlic sauce it beautiful, BBQ sauce with wedges is amazing , and red hot with wings is toooo damn hot but it’s so nice. I will always recommend this pizza to everyone !

Called to place an order (two pizza's) was put on hold for 4 minutes then tried to cancel the order one minute after placing it and the man advised the pizza was made!!! really?? worlds fastest pizza makers!

Awful. 4 times prior to this this dominos has either forgotten parts of my order or messed it up completely. I started ordering from a much better pizza service in Ealing although tonight my children wanted dominos in particular, again they messed up my ingredients to my pizza and forgot part of my order. Staff at this dominos lack knowledge in customer service

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Called twice about making one small change to a side (on a pizza & 3 side deal). I was told on a previous order this kind of change was possible & this time the man told me no. When I asked (very politely!) about possibly asking a manager to enquire, he hung up on me...twice. I'm sure if I called again he wouldn't even answer. Incredibly rude - awful service..even if it's just pizza.

A tiny takeaway branch with lots of demand to cope with. They are quick and do a good job.

Typical Domino's. There's no place to sit inside, and little room to stand, but you're probably not getting Domino's to eat there.

Just another pizza nothing great

As a regural customer, I ordered online and got my order wrong.. Phoned up to change my pizza they allowed me to do so on the understanding I gave bad the wrong pizza, the new pizza arrives I checked the "new" pizza nothing on the pizza was changed knowing I asked for a different base on the pizza and I got told I was wrong both times and didn't specify what I wanted changed and basically got into an argument with the women on the phone... Utterly disgusted with the customer service & will not be ordering for this dominos again... Disgraceful
