The best restaurants serving Pizza pasta food in East of England

Please DO NOT order from this Dominos. My recent experience was beyond disappointing. I ordered a tuna pizza, and what arrived was genuinely inedible—both in appearance and quality. The tuna was hard as a rock which suggests the cans were open and left uncovered for days if not weeks. I raised my concerns and the response from both customer service and the very rude lady in the store was dismissive and condescending. Instead of addressing the actual problem, they focused on reassuring me about their “strict protocols” and insisted the product was within their expected range—despite clear evidence to the contrary. Worse, they framed the replacement pizza I received as a “goodwill gesture,” when in reality, it was the bare minimum after serving UNSAFE food. Oh and get this, she even said that in order to get a replacement pizza, I had to send her back the tuna pizza (guess she thought I was just complaining to get another free pizza). And I happily did send that horrible unsafe pizza right back to her. And even the one I got as replacement, I couldn’t eat because I was so disgusted and couldn't trust dominos in dunmow ever again. It’s so disappointing to see a company more concerned with shutting down complaints than ensuring customer safety. So please DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. IT IS NOT SAFE. Want a good pizza place in Dunmow? Order from Dunmow Flames Pizza & Grill, they are more affordable and SOOO much better and kinder to people.

I'm a regular at pizza hut and always enjoy ordering in with family, a lady called Kazzia took my order over the phone (a long order!) and she was super friendly, incredibly polite, with great customer service skills, the food was great as always. Very pleased all round.

Collected my pizza and got to meet the new manager Kalki..my pizza was delicious , will be back again very soon good service

Always loved the pizza's from here, but unfortunately will probably not be using them in a hurry again. The last time we ordered we didn't received either the coleslaw or the drinks we had ordered, was a bit naffed but let it go. Last night I made an online order for the Crazy 9" meal deal which at the time of ordering let me choose which pizza I wanted, took me through to the chicken which clearly stated 6 pieces and a dip, I also received chips and a drink with the deal. Chips are never nice from here so we usually stick in the air fryer for a few mins to actually cook them. On arrival we find we only received 4 pieces of chicken, having had missing items before I decided to ring the restaurant to inform them. I was met with a very abrupt lady who continually talked over me and insisted that I only got 4 pieces of chicken with this deal. Very rude indeed and that's the reason I may not return. She needs a lesson in customer service I think. I then went and checked the confirmation email I had received for my order that clearly stated 6 pieces. I then went on to their website again to find they had quickly changed the meal deal to 4 pieces, amazing how quick some people can work and change things when they want to appear correct. So I decided to actually go through the deal again and low and behold once I got to the chicken pieces it still informed me that 6 strips where included. So when you hurry to change things I suggest you change the whole meal deal and not just the front part of the content. The pizza itself was lovely but the rudeness and being scolded like I was a five year old was not. Very let down. Staff need training in friendliness.

i added my bank details to the website as i was ordering some scran and it literally has stolen my details and my card is being used via apple pay in turkey- i just wanted a pizza bruv and now i am moneyless and have been scammed

WANTED TO ORDER SAME AS HAD PREVIOUSLY ORDERED. TWO MEDIUM PIZZAS FOR DELIVERY. ONLY THIS TIME THE PRICE WAS 1/3 MORE EXPENSIVE WHICH SEEMED AN ENORMOUS HIKE. HAVING BEEN ON HOLD, THEN PASSED TO THE MANAGER, THE DECISION WAS TO CANCEL THE ORDER RATHER THAN PAY THIS EXCESSIVE PRICE HIKE WAS TAKEN.

Me and family ordered some sides and a pizza. On the pizza we ordered mushroom and sweetcorn, and it came with jalapenos! Really bad. We phoned up to say, and the woman was so rude! She cut us off and had such a bad attitude. I recommend just buying from McDonald’s or the kebab shop in the high street.

Great delivery service, fast and can actually find me, polite delivery driver.

Tried this pizza recently and it was amazing! The crust was just the right amount of crispy, the sauce was super flavorful, and the toppings were really fresh. The cheese was perfectly melty too. You can tell they use good ingredients. Honestly, every bite was delicious. Totally hit the spot – I’ll definitely be visit again!

Please be careful when eating here guys. They lied and laughed at me when I had a problem with my kids pizza. Caused me a massive problem only to have been taken for a fool.. the people working here are the problem... DO NOT EAT HERE GUYS customer service is a massive issue

Portions are good and staff very friendly

Ordered food took hour from order not all delivered and it was warm and boxes looked like they had been thrown about, had to phone for rest of food which was delivered but we had lost our appetite, will never use Pizza Hut again

In a competitive market, good food at sensible prices, and they will cater for parties. For us, it's sometimes a shipping order for a cricket club. We chose to collect, but if we had been better organised they would have delivered.

Me and my sister went to Papa John's today and it was fabulous. The manager was brilliant, helpful, courteous, humourous, the food was good and the weather was the icing on the cake. So just wanted to say Thank you Papa John's, New Market
