Papa Johns in Brentwood

Absolutely vile!! I wish I’d had beans on toast instead!! Never had a pizza so dry in my life!! Was like eating a stale piece of bread, don’t waste your time or money domino’s all the way!!!!

Turned up really late, near closing hours and Kasim provided great customer service and helped me find what I wanted well. Pizzas always nice at PJs.

FRAUD AVOID AVOID AVOID FRAUD Ordered took money said they hadn’t received any order and nothing would be delivered unless I ordered again …! Called the shop very rude and un helpful … I’m still waiting for a refund !!! Even after complaining to head office they just say .. Thanks for your feedback we aim to do better … WTF … give me my money back I’m now starting a fraud claim against PAPA JOHNS … Please NEVER use this store or PAPA JOHNS

Absolutely disgusting, overpriced muck. Dont waste your money. Staff very rude, food vile. Never again. Soggy pizza, completely tasteless, mushy sides. Staff will do nothing to rectify.

Don’t answer the phone! Waited an hour so far already and still not got my food !!!

Ordered food tonight only for the wrong food to be delivered. Minor inconvenience at best - but when phoning the store they lied to me, called me a liar, argued with me for a full 5 minutes and hung up on me mid-sentence refusing to fix the issue.

I ordered an original crust Large pizza garden party pizza from this branch The store manager Qasim was really quick in making the food as I was in the hurry definitely recommend this place

I don’t know why I keep ordering from here, it’s by far the worst service and food I’ve ever had from PapaJohns, it’s as if it’s ran by Monkeys! Actually, I think Monkeys could run this place better

We ordered a vegan cheese and tomato pizza amongst a family meal deal as our daughter has a dairy allergy. Upon collecting the order they gave us an original Cheese and tomato pizza. When querying the order the manager was extremely rude and said we would have to order another pizza as they had made the wrong one. He then refused to correct the order. After eventually agreeing they had made the wrong order, he then refused to recook the rest of the order and said it would have to be eaten cold. We asked for our money back and to cancel the order and he refused directing us towards our bank to refund the money. Such a bad experience and this was before we even had any food.

Papa John's corporation has taken over the franchise in Brentwood and for some reason service, quality and even the ordering system has gone downhill. Ordered 2 pizzas and extra garlic dips online. After seeing that the order had not been dispatched after 40 minutes, we tried to call the shop to find out what was going on...no answer after 3 attempts. Also realized that the second pizza hadn't been added to the order. As there was no answer, my partner went to see if they were even open. Of course whilst she was gone the one pizza (can't say it was cold, but it sure wasn't fresh) arrived. Got the second pizza made...funny enough it only took 10 mins to prepare. We paid a lot of money for 2 medium pizzas...and the quality was not what it used to be at all. What a (£40) rip off for poor customer service and a lack of quality from what used to be a great pizza provider. In my opinion, go somewhere else until Papa Johns can up their google rating (good luck Papa Johns... I'd start with your customer service).

The place is filthy. The food is disgusting and served cold. Everyone that i know has some stomach issues or diarrhea after eating there. The staff are obnoxious and unhelpful. They messed up my order. And in the evenings they rack up the prices by at least 200%. Normally a pizza on their menu would be between £12 to £22. Go in the evening and they will charge you £40. My friends last week got charged almost £100 for 3 pizzas. Not massive pizzas, medium size pizzas. This is ridiculous. Even FIGO, which is a italian specialed restaurant with professional staff and actual Chefs dont charge anywhere near as that for a pizza. And theirs is actually good. Oh, and if you have an issue with your order, well, too bad. They wont do anything. The manager/owner and the rest of the circus dont give a damn. Dont bother with this place, there is not a single redeeming thing about it. It's honestly better if just walk to Tesco and get a meal-deal.

Terrible customer service. Extremely rude staff. Refused to do the meal deal they advertised. Better off going to the domino’s opposite or cooking a frozen one at home. Very overpriced.

Great tasting food, great customer service. You get what you pay for. The store Manager (Gondal) was very helpful in explaining the menu. Overall a great experience and well worth the visit.

The pizzas are tasty well worth the wait the delivery drivers are friendly and fast to get the orders to you

quick delivery good food 👌🏻 i recomend ordering from the app rather than uber eats(more promos). Food was good, especially the brownies and cookies arrived in 20mins (quite quick considering we ordered at 10 on a friday and dont live nearby) highly recomend!

Your standard papa John's franchise, consistent, good flavours and suitable for a lazy night. You know what to expect right. Staff listen and make amendments to the pizza and delivery is on time to their quote. Be mindful of busy nights

Food was lovely , driver forgot the drink , we had been out for a drink our self's Mrs run after the driver an fallen over a wall he was so good an kind , he helped her up an walked her back to the flat an for his kindness we gave him a £10 drink an phoned his manager an said how helpful he was , definitely have him back

Could do much better. We ordered extra Special Garlic sauces and neither of which arrived. We ordered the mince pie scrolls and these did not come with glaze. Instead they came with a pot of pizza sauce?! The scrolls were all different in size and misshapen with varying amounts of filling. Very disappointed. Both pizzas were undercooked and were oily which resulted in a soggy base.

We order from here regularly. Never really had any issues except for them forgetting dips one time but in general; food is good, arrives hot, friendly drives and good value for money. Excellent vegan options too

Possibly not the best customer service but in terms of the quality of Pizza for me head and shoulders above Dominoes and Pizza Hut. Not even a comparison. Less greasy, fresh ingredients, shame customer service not as it should be. But 5 stars for pizza alone

We were given a 'pepperoni pizza' instead of an 'all the meats' pizza. Prior to that, after we ordered, the staff told us it would take 30 minutes. After one hour, we called back as our pizzas didn't arrive yet. A man on the phone, who was pretty rude, told us to wait another 30 minutes. I am rating this 3 stars because the pizzas from this shop are delicious, but the service is very poor.

Normally good service, but tonight I’ve waited almost two hours on my order which is frankly unacceptable and they’ve told me I have another half hour to wait, no apology...just that they are busy and don’t have enough drivers

Shocking customer service from someone on the phones; very rude which there was absolutely no need for. However the food was good and the delivery driver was friendly. Delivery time was rather slow for a Monday afternoon, but that could be put down to many things.
