Pizza Go Go in Dacorum

AVOID!! Ordered 3 pizzas and dips, only half our order arrived as the delivery driver had given our pizza away and gave us the wrong pizza. Dips missing too. Also missing some of the additional toppings to one pizza. We called up to complain and was told they would remake the missing pizza and send immediately. They then call us back over half hour later to ask again what we were missing! So they had no urgency to remake the pizza. We asked to cancel the order and they promised a refund. Nearly a week later no refund processed. Called up yesterday and was told the manager would call back within an hour. No call back. I think they have no intentions of resolving and are hoping we will just give up.

The last three orders I have made to Hemel Domonos have delivered the wrong food. I have used Dominos for years, probably once a month or so, and I've not had many problems until recently. My last order included two toppings that I specifically asked to be removed, and missing the stuffed crust. No apology, and they asked for the pizza back when I got the replacement delivered. Not using Dominos again.

Found a Hair in My Food – Expected Better from Pizza Express I ordered from Pizza Express via Just Eat and was absolutely disgusted to find a coarse black hair inside my pizza. It completely ruined my meal—I felt sick and had to throw everything away, wasting the whole order. I contacted Just Eat immediately, expecting a refund, but they refused to take any accountability and declined to compensate me twice without even giving a reason and now are ignoring me. It’s shocking that they think it’s acceptable for customers to receive contaminated food and be left out of pocket. I have now contacted Pizza Express directly and am awaiting their response, as I would expect better from them. I sincerely hope they take this issue seriously because food hygiene should be a priority, and customers shouldn’t be treated like this.

we went in and we're ignored for about 10 minutes until someone finnaly came but then we were rejected a walk in as they were short staffed, then the employee walked away mid conversation.
