Awful service, waited 25 minutes for our food as it sat under the lights for 10 minutes as the staff were too busy talking and buying energy drinks to actually serve us. Then we checked it and it was wrong anyway.

Good pizza you get to see being made, bit of a wait but friendly staff.

Good Pizzas, all be it on a smaller size than some others... Maybe they should reduce the price to match the size. Taste is good though..

4th time I have ordered thinking things would have changed, clearly not, dominos is going down hill, as always pizza drenched in sauce and hardly no cheese. Never again would I buy dominos, delivery drivers are the worse and cannot read delivery addresses correctly!

Incorrect pizza was delivered mistakenly (mistakes do happen!), but the Team were very shifted in arranging a swap ! Mohammed re-delivered my pizza and He was very kind and swift with the re-delivery - please commend him! I wish I could have tipped him but unfortunately I did not have any cash at the time.

Ordered 1 pizza and wrap at about 12:45 (they closed at 2am). The pizza was horrible, clearly needed longer in the oven. Wasted perfectly good money on this place. Never again.

The sizzler is the best pizza imo lots of other good choices and usual pizzas on the menu and a choice of bases.

I used to love Domino’s cookies but every time I get them from here they’re ridiculously burnt … not good enough when they cost £6.49… Won’t be ordering again!

Get what you expect from a Domino's pizza. Kinda over priced and expensive but it's tasty, arrives warm and customization always correct.

Sometimes they deliver a lovely hot pizza but a few times the pizza has turned up stone cold as the driver takes for ever at the last stop or takes for ever to leave town going to stop ordering from Hemel central as hit and miss with pizza's or delivery

Ordered 2 pizzas....one of them was missing the chicken, mushroom and corn.... basically empty chicken pizza! Straight to the bin.... Just another 16£ lost because of them....I suppose they never fix this mistake 😂😂😂...make sure guys you check your pizza front of the driver....peace of mind... other pizza was okay

Order a pizza online then went to collect. Was no parking anywhere and I ask dominos driver when can I parking and he show me the space on front of dominos cars . After few days received parking ticket. Avoid this place if you don't want to buy a pizza with £70.

Order never turned up. Delivery driver claimed he "dropped it off at a neighbours"... when raised with the Manager, he was even more clueless. Still awaiting a refund. Utter shambles. Use any other pizza place than this place.

just purchased to take away pizza from dominos central hemel hempstead and probably the worst pizza i've had for years, hardly any cheese when i paid for extra cheese, sloppily put together and both pizzas i ordered basically just tasted of tomato on bread.....yuk,wont bother using dominos again as there are too many decent pizza places out there

VERY VERY RUDE. will never come back....

This is the 3rd time I have ordered in the last couple of weeks, today I thought I would try something different, I had chicken wings and some other type of chicken with chips, never again will I order, it was horrible, £15 wasted, should of got a McDonald’s for £8 , never again so don’t send me any texts.

This store has some really good deals on all the time. The pizza is always spot on. They are generous with their toppings. Delivery has always been quick / on time.

Delivery took over 30 mins and I’m 0.5 miles away, the driver threw the pizzas down and wasn’t even in my road after answering the door 30 seconds later. The pizzas were cold and squashed so I rang the store to rectify the situation and I was greeted by a very unpleasant miserable person on the phone who initially started arguing with me why the pizzas were late and basically gave an attitude and said ‘do you want new pizzas or not’. He finally offered new replacement pizzas that took over 45 minutes to send out. The store is literally a 3 minute drive away. Highly disappointed, would avoid ordering at this store and just go to the other store.

Today’s visit (collection) was spot on. Both pizzas had a fair amount of toppings on them and the stuffed crust was lush. Sides of kickers were cooked well as well. Quick and friendly service.

Post COVID experience Ordered online for delivery. Service was quick. Got a call when food arrived. Gentleman was polite and mindful of social distancing with food placed ready for collection so to speak. Trying to tip him was a comical affair :) but couldn't let him go without anything. Pizza was really good. Everything still piping hot. My stomach is happy. Life is good 😊

Friendly staff who unlocked the door so I could go in and order a pizza, I had a mighty meaty, they customized it at no extra charge too, was bloody lovely, top marks 👌

Ain't had Dominoes for years as I never really liked the flavour of their tomato base but this time I was really surprised....The 3 pizzas we got were all lovely.....Had 1 thin crust margarita and 2 regular crust meat feasts and they were all spot on.....Lovely tasting crusts and nice chunky meat compared with most other pizza shops....Plus the tomato base which always pit me off coming here was lovely too....Would recommend.....

The worst dominos branch, they always close before the time on the website and the man behind the counter has a serious attitude problem! I only gave them a 1 because I couldn't give them 0!

When someone wants veg options you shouldn't use the same gloves to make the pizzas and specially if they are asking if its halal as one of your nice delivery driver told us not to order from there again after he saw them using the same glove for all meat products and pork try using different gloves if possible when vegetarian options

Telephone staff... Needs trading in customer service, the pizza needs to be cooked longer.. Despite stated well done and pleas leave in over for longer.. Totally disregard my request... This is the third time I have not been happy. So no more Domino's, go. A try Papa John's... Despite being more expensive but I would rather pay more for better quality pizza

If you normally pay for stuff with Google Pay or something similar, the card machines in this place never seem to work. I ordered a pizza via the app for collection and selected pay by cash expecting there to be a functional card reader like there use to be. Please fix your card readers or say on the app if there is no card readers so people can bring other methods of payment.

I ordered one of the deals they had running, spend £30 and get £10 off, so that worked out well as you could prefer anything.The food was hot fresh and arrived quickly.I would say they could put a bit more topping on the pizza, but apart from that, can’t fault it, happy with what we got.

Once again given under cooked and hard potato wedges despite asking 3 separate times for them to be cooked properly as the thicker ones are still RAW inside, staff simply too stupid to listen, understand or care.

Was shockingly drunk and ordered my pizza wrong. Hilarious for 4 mins until i started to cry, nothing funny about pizza with no cheese on. They kindly brought me the correct pizza even though it was my fault:)

The guy who answered the phone was so rude, then I saw him at collection of my pizza and realised that nor only he sounded rude on the phone but he was very rude and arrogant in his presence as well. Of all the pizza's I enjoy Dominoes the most. Their pizza's are always delivered piping hot. Love the garlic/herb dip and they are tasty. Bit disappointed they have taken Anchovies off the menu though

Came back to comment on wrong order made and the response was to poke my pizza, with unclean hands, and then to basically say "you weren't charged enough". Awful. Over priced pizza, poor customer attitude. By far the worst. Dominoes I've visited. Either go to a different chain or a different pizza place. This place is a poor representation of the domino brand. STAY AWAY Update: Tried dominoes again, still appallingly bad. Customer service was awful Pizza was burnt Guy didn't know what was gluten free or not despite me pointing out the menu said my choice was gluten free. Still the worst excuse of a dominos I've ever been to. Never again.

I have ordered a pizza , couple of sides and a bottle of Coke. The pizza and sides arrived after one hour and half soggy and cold and the bottle of coke was lost on the road. Tried to call them but no answer. Probably never going to order from them again.

So fed up with this place. Gave them another chance after a year... pizza takes 50mins off peak. Arrived cold - needed microwaving after 1 slice. I live 1 mile away why does it always take 30mins "out for delivery"?? Phoned while I was waiting, manager said it had only just been made. I said had been out for delivery for 25mins. He assured he was a pizza backlog & wouldn't be cold. It was cold. Feels like a waste of money. So disappointed every time, Dominos need to shut this franchise down.

I loved the service I received at Domino's because I received service with a smile. I ordered and it was dealt with quickly. I had to wait a reasonable time of 10 minutes for my pizza to cook as I did order for collection. I had an enquiry and that was also answered quickly too! These guys know how to make a great BBQ base pizza and know what they are doing.

Dominos has an image to be a good fast food restaurant but every time i have ordered my food has been cold and my drivers are a mess and can never seam to find my house.

Not used Domino's for 3 yrs. Thought I would give them a go again. Simple order of a pizza. Couple of sides and drinks.app said it was out for delivery within 15 mins. Looking good. Nope. 1 hour later on the phone to them. 10 mins later delivery of pizza and sides and no drinks. Driver said they were in the car back in few seconds. Never saw him again. Not likely to ever see him again. Pizza and sides...COLD..I hate cold pizza and other paid for hot food. Not sure how this company can sponsor top prime time TV show. Utter disgraceful. Never use them again. Quicker to make it myself or pop to the supermarket and buy a frozen one. This is one Voice that won't ever turn round for these jokers..

Worst experience ever!! The pizza took ages to arrive after being told on the app this was delivered. Cold, burned and wrong order. After calling they asked me to wait another 45minutes for a new one..they wanted the burned one back but as I was hungry I had a slice without realizing the other half was missing. Conclusion: went to bed without any food because of this store's lack of customer care. For the price, this people should look after us and show some respect My dog has better food to eat than this.

Absolutely rubbish would never order from here again. Was staying at shendish manor hotel order 2x large pizzas. Was told an hour for delivery. After an hour we called and they said they were on there way. Called another 4/5 times chasing pizza said they could not find the hotel. Hotel staff said they deliver to the hotel all the time. Dominos man said then still could not find the hotel even after we have given then directions. Must have really stupid staff working for them. Ended up going to bed with no pizza. Am going to report this to head office.

Alas what had been a great pizza Parlour which we used for 4 years and had a perfect track record has gone seriously down hill in the last 6 months.

Another hour later it still hadn't arrived when rang back got abuse down the phone and told the pizza was delivered and called a liar. I can assure you there was no delivery to my house by them. Awful just awful, rang up the store and ordered the pizza to have a feeling they had got my order completely wrong. Rang back to confirm the order and they read what I apparently had ordered back to me. Missing a garlic bread and a medium pizza (I thought they had changed it).. When the delivery man come he gave me the order minus the garlic pizza bread and small pizza instead of a medium. I asked where the rest of the order was to the response of a grunt and him demanded my card. I asked him to take the order back and he refused until I shut the door. I called the store to speak about my frustration to be called a liar and advised I never ordered what I said. To make things worse he read back the orginal order to me which shows the order was never changed. I asked to speak to the manager to which I was told "I am the manager" I asked for a refund and was told no so I will admit I got annoyed and raised my voice to them to be told I am now black listed from the store. This is after an incident about 3 weekd ago when my ordered never came and I was told I was once again lying and told I have received it.. honestly avoid at all cost as customer service is low in priority in this store. There lucky they got that star!!!

So i ordered a family meal deal and the garlic pizza never arrived so i asked where it was ... The women on the phone said to me she could make another one and get it sent out to me or she could put a medium pizza on the computer systerm in my name .... So i said that would be amazinging thank you... I rang up 20 mins later to confirm this and was told its all fine ... However when in dominos tonight i quoted my name and my address and ever showed the the date and time my phone called them to tqlk about the situation but they was not having any of it ... They insulted me and make me look like a idiot infront on 20 people! This in my eyes in very very poor customer service therefore i will be contacting citizen support regarding this matter.

Domino's are my favourite pizza. They are always top quality and they change the menu regularly with different crusts and toppings. It is nice to be able to watch them make the pizzas while you wait.

Have been using this Domino's for a long time but in the last 6 months it has become so bad I am taking the time to create a listing and review it. It's OK if you order on a Wednesday at 6pm, but order Friday - Sunday night or on a Bank Holiday and the Pizza's are awful. Long delivery times, overcooked cold pizza's delivered. No chance of getting through on the phone to complain and who wants to wait another hour to get a pizza! I used to pay in advance but found this was a mistake as they have your cash so they really don't give a damn, so started paying cash on delivery, this worked for a few (funny that) but then even that didn't mean hot, fresh pizza's!
