Hemel Pizza in Dacorum

Good pizza but the delivery staff don't speak English which has resulted in me waiting hours do pizzas that never arrived despite multiple calls back and forth.

Why they never ask for the code? They are giving the order to anyone, last time my wife opened the building door and the guy just handed her the food without even asking what flat is she staying at 🤦‍♂️

Food was really early which is good but chicken pizza was cold and hard pieces of chicken not happy. This was now the second time I’ve had an issue with this place. Will not be using them again. :( waste of money, food isn’t fresh.

The best pizzas in town...and great value for money 👍 delivery is always super quick too!!

The food is somewhat decent but they've hiked up the prices considerably! It used to be 9.99 for an 18' pizza but now it's 11.99!

Food was left on our door mat no buzzer or knock on door only found food when went to take rubbish to out side bin !

Delivery driver took 30 min extra to deliver won't order again and I order alot on here.

Didn't receive all of order driver said he was going back to get it but didn't come back drivers should make sure they have all the delivery before leaving

didn’t have any problems with the food however the driver didn’t give me my £4 change and took it as tip, won’t be ordering again however if you pay by card no issues

nowhere near as good as it should be considering how late it was

While the restaurant made my order a second time when the original driver kept me waiting over an hour, the pizza was all messed up in the box and the sauces I paid for were not included. I appreciate the effort made but completing the order in full would have gone a longer way to making me feel better about my wasted time.

The food was delicious considering I’m quite fuzzy I really enjoyed it. Delivery was fast Deliverer was friendly Food was lovely and hot defo going to be ordering from here from now on. Very good pricing aswell.

Missing Garlic bread. Called and arrived after we finished the food as it was warm enough (just) to eat instead of waiting for second delivery which was about 20mins after promised.

Delicious Pizza and chicken strips. Ordered from them today for the first time and we loved it.

Driver wondering the streets. Asking members of the public where my home was after calling me. He damaged my food obviously because he was getting angry! Food was then freezing cold. Paid for stuffed crust. I got thin base

Paid extra for triple pepperoni. If this was triple, I'd dread to think what single was. Food was very late with the app and the shop (when calling them) telling me the food had been delivered when it hadn't! Arrived 45 minutes later and was cold, drink was clearly dropped. Looking at the can, I would have said more than once. Overall, very disappointed

Gonna give it a 3 star as my first experience was that the food was great. Had it delivered no issues. Second time, a huge language barrier with the driver, he could not find our address, food ended up being almost 40 mins late, cold and fairly ruined. Had to reheat everything. Manager was meant to call me back but never did. Probably just expect your orders to be hit and miss. The miss will definitely make you regret buying from here though especially for deliveries which is a Shane as deliveries is where these shops make their money!

Great tasting pizza delivered quickly - what more can you ask for!

Friday night was informed the driver is in Watford and would take a while....I was not bothered by this and agreed that's fine the prick on the phone then went on to take my name and address and then hang up , tried to call back . Had many of orders and have left good reviews but tonight ...yeah!

Trying to speak to someone on the phone regarding intolerance due to an intestine infection (gastroenteritis)yet a single person couldn't understand a single thing I was saying... "DO YOU HAVE VEGAN CHEESE" That is all.

Ordered pepperoni but only got a margarita pizza

Pizza was horrid! tasty like soggy cheese on toast, not enough tomato base even that tasted like fish paste, says curly fries but they were very spicy. Never again, hoping to get my money back.

Terrible experience. Ordered the food, was called by a very rude driver asking me to go out to the road to collect the food, told him I have my son so cannot leave the house, he then raised his voice which frankly I don’t know who he thought he was talking too, I then cancelled the order on the phone. Then called back and said should I deliver or not, again rude as anything. Never will order from this place again. Can’t speak for the food as it didn’t go that far.

But would of helped if app is dated as drive came but was on the way to leave as we didn't here knock but all that was on app was restaurant confirmed order and no other update until driver had gone then said driver was on his way

Pizza was late and only warm as were the fries. Large portions but excessively salty. Had to throw over half away. Very disappointed, wouldn’t order from here again . Sorry

The big pizza arrived with alot of the toppings stuck to the top of the lid. Not enough of the doner kebab on the pizza. But very nice and was piping hot and quick delivery, which was great.

The pizza ham and pineapple the ham burnt ..The garlic cheese bread burnt..The Ben and Gerry’s ice cream was cookie dough when I ordered phish food ..Not impressed overall won’t get it again from here and was my first time ordering…

Pizza was burnt. Dr Pepper missing & was told it would be 5 minutes, have been waiting for 40 minutes. Called takeaway place & they knew nothing about it. The delivery driver did not pass on the message to the restaurant & therefore lied about it only being five minute extra wait

Pizza turned up half hour after I recieved a message to say it was on the way and it was stone cold and was also burnt and over cooked. Never have had a bad pizza from here before so was quite shocked with how it was and the delivery service for it to be stone cold!

You guys were doing so well, had a string of correct orders for about 6 weeks (I order once a week). And today we fell into old habits like it was about 2 months ago. Ordered the 15” pizza, side and drink bundle, side of curly fries, chilli cheese nuggets and chicken strips with dips. To start with it was 20mins late then: We got the curly fries, chicken strips, drink and dips without issue. The pizza was squashed to the box lid and practically cold, no jalapeño cream cheese (bundle side) or chilli cheese bites instead we received 6 chicken nuggets. Did the good team take the night off?

Awesome food, very tasty and delivered quickly Recent delivery was missing ice cream, spoke to manager who said it was on the way. 2 hours later was given a bollox excuse by whoever answered the phone to say they had delivered it. Won't be ordering again guys will find somewhere else to order from

Good value for money when it arrives. Unfortunately, still waiting for my order after two and a half hours. Update: it is now 22:02. Order was placed at 18:34 and still no sign of it being delivered. Called twice, assured it was on the way both times. I even offered to collect it but was told a driver is on the way. That was at 20:46. No explanation given either, I'd understand if I was given an excuse or reason but I was told it's on the way. UPDATE: It is now 08:23 and still no pizza OR refund. UPDATE: As of 16:00 I was provided my order when I went to collect! They were very apologetic and sincere

Delicious food and very good price

Ordered food at 6pm, at 7pm driver calls to confirm address and that he's around the corner, 20 mins later still no food, drivers phone is switched off so I call the store telling me the food is on the way. It's now 8:10pm and having called the store several times they keep telling me my food is on route. I told them the food will be cold and want it remade and sent out only for the worker in the shop to hang up on me and now won't pick up the phone when I call. Everything about this place is shocking AVOID.

I have ordered from hemel pizza a few times, but I will never order from them again. Placed an order at 6.30 which never turned up. Phoned twice and was told it was on its way both times, obvious lie, we never recieved an apology. I expect a lot better from a business, very unprofessional. They very clearly do not care about their repeat customers. Also, please note the majority of the 5 star reviews are fake, and very obviously so.

Pizza was burnt on top, came late so it was cold. First time that I experienced that from Hemel pizza - I’m hoping it’s a one time event as previously I couldn’t say anything bad about them - however this time - disappointed with quality :(

My food still hasn’t arrived so I’m just wondering what’s going on

Had a Meat feast and meat had no flavour at all, felt like just tasted of cheese, base was very soft, slightly undercooked underneath.

Finally, I’m glad we got there in the end. After 3 weeks I finally got all the food I ordered. Shame about the drink being wrong but you can’t win them all. Good work guys
