Ordered food took hour from order not all delivered and it was warm and boxes looked like they had been thrown about, had to phone for rest of food which was delivered but we had lost our appetite, will never use Pizza Hut again

Excellent service very friendly and helpful staff my pizza arrived quickly and it was amazing fresh hot and tasty. Lots of toppings unlike alot of pizza places its good everything time.thankyou everyone at hemel pizza hut .

After waiting an hour and half for our order they missed some items, the driver told us he was to busy to rectify. I tried calling 10 times and no answer The pizza was over cooked and cold

Our family love Pizza which comes from Dominos. I ordered for delivery the same Pizza deal from Pizza hut, Hemel Hempstead. I was shocked that it was so awful. Tasteless & totally ruined my appetite for pizza. Biggest mistake that I ordered the pizza from Pizza hut. Very bad experience. Will never repeat this mistake.

We have been ordering here for a while now. Every time you get exactly what you ordered, no missing or wrong items. The pizza is always piping hot fresh. A really decent amount of toppings. Delivery always on time.

Whenever I have issues with this branch it has always been through the app. Whenever I had called up they have been more than helpful this time being the same, I love papa John because of the special garlic dip and I wasn't able to order it on the app so I added to the delivery notes that I would like some if they had it in stock, I would pay for the added fee of the disp, and they delivered. Really shows the great costumer service, glad they are my local service.

300 High StreetI went there with my brother this afternoon and it was one of the best experiences I've had. Each staff member went above and beyond. I was trying to use a voucher and it just wouldn't work. Those guys really helped me. The food was excellent too. I can't wait to go back there (if they'll have me🫣🫣) Thank you all
