Good Dominos - food was fresh and staff were pleasant. Would recommend.

This branch has really improved compared to when I used to order here years ago. The food is delivered super quick, it's always hot and my orders have been correct everytime. We order almost weekly and I'm really impressed with the food and service.

Quick delivery but the 'extra' tandoori chicken was very sparse for a £27 pizza! Expected more for the money!

We ordered some pizzas and left a delivery note that leave the pizzas on the stairs if we didn’t respond to the doorbell. The app showed that the pizza had been delivered, but when we checked, nothing was there. We called the store, and the person who answered was not very friendly. They claimed they had tried to ring the doorbell and called us 😑, but I found no missed calls and didn’t even hear the doorbell. Our doorbell is loud as hell so it’s impossible not to hear it. It’s either someone else took our order or they didn’t really delivered it. At least they sent new pizzas. Hope the customer service improves.

Forgot my Garlic Big Dip, they said they would refund but haven't yet?

Pretty good deals, variety of pizzas and sides, prompt.

Over 3 hours and still waiting for an order containing 1 pizza and 2 sides. After 1 hour and a fake delivery notice, store said the order was still out for delivery. After 2 hours, the manager said the driver will be a couple minutes. After almost 3 hours, worker said they'll send a new one with a coupon after delivery was denied (we have a video doorbell, this is untrue). Poorly managed.

Two for Tuesdays… but 4 x large pizzas still ended up costing £60. Had some trouble with the app, rang the store who had zero willingness to help. Delivery was 1/2 an hour. Food arrived warm, not hot and looked like the dough was underproofed? (see photo). Other than being a bit sloppy it tasted ok. It won’t last long like this. Won’t go again

It great if you collect your Pizza but if you order a delivery it usually cold!

I ordered a large pizza and they delivered a medium. I called back to let them know they made a mistake and the manager said he would add a coupon on my account for a free pizza. I called back a few weeks later to redeem the coupon and they are arguing with me saying there’s no record of my order or coupon. Not happy. They are liars and scammers. Will not shop here again! Worst customer service I have experienced in my life!

Wouldn't be surprised if it closed down. Service is so poor, staff look clueless when you ask a question, muttering to one another, no smiles or even proper conversation...food meh, not had it in ages, probably won't have it again.

Got the order wrong twice. Gave up trying to fix it. Pizza didn't taste nice, and toppings were missing. Will never be going back, so many better places for pizza. No wonder why dominos have reduced the price of there pizza's

Stupidly ordered a pizza and bits for home delivery but it never arrived. Rang them and they said they had been to the house and there was no reply and wee didnt answer the phone either. Utter rubbish, never happened at all .. I wouldnt ever bother with this lot if you want a take away , horrific and a waste of time.

Great deals for big family orders and for the convenience of not cooking dinner. The kids love their pizzas from here. They have a good week at school work hard and focus, they get orders of their choice from D pizzas. So far so good.

Took over an hour to be delivered, 4 adults, 4 children so big order which is understandable - £114.88 to be exact. Food kept saying delivered online but wasn’t. When it came it was only mildly warm, not great for us but perfect temp for the kids to tuck in. 9 year old shouted “ERGH, there is a hair” in the 1st pizza.I said that couldn’t be the case and as partner took a bite from his pizza he looked at me and pulled a hair from his mouth. Other two adults found 5 hairs from theirs. We didn’t even want to eat the sides… rang up and spoke to a manager and stated asked if we wanted new pizzas or a refund, I said refund. Well an HOUR later and 3 pizzas turned up! Doubt we’ll be getting our refund now!

Sadly they don’t deliver on time however the app says the food has been delivered and we can’t even call them as phone number doesn’t work to see where our food is - someone competent needs to but this franchise and the current owners are clearly useless!

My God.... How wrong you can run a business. The service is dreadfully appalling. How are these people still in business. Don't bother ringing them because they constantly hang up on you. The food arrives stone cold... And the order is completely wrong..... They are so rude. Please done buy from them. Find somewhere that'll treat the customer with respect.

Just a shambles. Always late, always cold and store staff have no clue where your pizza is when you do ring them up.

After waiting 45mins called to be told delivery was in 5-10mins…finally arrived 1hr and 15mins in total and food was in a condition that looked like it was in transit for most of that time May have left shop in great condition but arrived in squashed boxes, cold and I think the driver attempted juggling on the way I spend circa £50 I certainly expect better Dominos you completely deserve the poor review rating and I wish I read them first Papa’s here we come next time and I suggest steer we’ll clear

My husband ordered at 7pm - only just received our order - mine was cold and slimy because it was undercooked- this is not the first time they have ruined our order- mine has gone in the bin - thanks!

Food is good..... But they are card only.... No cash, so I rarely use them nowadays.... Local pizza shops are better priced and taste good and they accept cash!!

Been here loads to collect pizza and had it delivered once. They always get my order right, and I order gluten free every time and it's always lovely!

Not ok if you are starving waited too long and people who ordered online were told it was ready but the pizzas weren't ready when they arrived to collect. Staff were polite and friendly and eventually we were given two pizzas we didn't order an apology and a refund .

£2 delivery charge plus rising costs.. I would atleast expect my pizza to arrive on time and warm. Domino's keep making a tonne of profit per year yet still charge more and NOT meet basic consumer expectations.

Rude staff. Waited 1 hour 45 for my pizza on a Tuesday night. Rung to ask where my pizza was and was told its out for delivery and to wait and then I was hung up on.

Waited nearly an hour for delivery, phoned and told it was on schedule for delivery, when it did eventually arrive the pizzas were just warm and my gluten free was so overcooked and hard I could only eat the very centre bit, will not order from there again !

I've been ordering from here for years usually with no more than a 40 min wait. For the last few months it's never been less than around 90 mins with no apology or explanation, usually cold. The manager (I think) hung up on me when I called to ask where it was and it wasn't until I was forceful that I got my refund. After 60 mins I expect a courtesy call/apology/voucher.

Domino’s Pizza in #leightonbuzzard was absolutely diabolical tonight. Ordered on the app and 2 hours later still not arrived (Although app said it had). No answer from store on phone so went to store. Remade order but had to wait 40 mins although was told 20 mins. 😡 Anyone else had a problem tonight?

Worst dominos ever!!! Ordered twice this month and it never came on time, first time 1hour and a half after, finally got some cold pizza, and second time, I had to go and get them myself after an hour!! Shame for you dominos, good for the other businesses around that can satisfy their customers and bring their food on time and hot!!

Normally very good but waited nearly 3 hrs even though app said it was delivered. rang continuously until I got through to them and they, said they were having problems with app. pizza will be there in a few mins even though they never took my order number! 45 mins later pizza arrived, crushed boxes cold pizza small amount of filling and wedges inedible. Don't blame the app admit you are snowed under that at least makes the long wait understandable

Absolutely shambolic. The last three orders I've placed have taken roughly 1.5hours to be delivered. Keep getting told on the phone the order is out for delivery and should arrive within 5-10 mins. Today after nearly an hour and three quarters, I was eventually told there had been a mistake and the order was to be remade and delivered within 20 minutes. I'm not holding my breath.

I ordered a delivery at 6:30pm, at 7:30pm it was saying out for delivery. By 8:30pm there was still no delivery. Between 7:30pm and 8:30pm I rang the store over 10 times and had no answer. The driver turned up at 8:45pm. By this time I had to order from elsewhere as my family were hungry, there was no guarantee the food was even going to arrive as nobody answered the phone and we were isolating so couldn’t leave the house. I told the driver I wouldn’t be accepting the food as it was ordered over 2hours 15 minutes prior and had been out for delivery and sat in a car for well over an hour. I explained I had called the store and that I had resorted to ordering from papa johns at 8:40pm. The drivers attitude was appalling, no apology or sincerity, he just said there were only 4 drivers. Well the store should stop accepting orders if they can’t manage the delivery. Stop taking peoples money when you know that the service can’t be delivered. Disgusting service and appalling that they don’t answer the phone. Leaves you very frustrated and unsure whether the food is late or just not coming. Will not be ordering from this store again and they shouldn’t be allowed to tarnish the reputation of Dominos. I have contacted the head office.

Awful awful service. Pizza was ordered at 6:50 pm. At 7:40pm I phoned the store as the pizza had not arrived even though it stated on the pizza tracker it had been delivered. They informed me it had left at 7:30pm to be delivered and would be with me shortly. At 8:10pm still no pizza! So I phoned again, I was told it was still out for delivery!!! I asked them to cancel it as I didn’t want a cold pizza that had spent 40 mins sitting in a car, I was told this wasn’t possible and I would need to speak to the manager who was on the phone dealing with other complaints! The decision was then made to go and get some food for dinner which myself and my daughter then did at 8:20pm an hour and a half after I had ordered the pizza. Whilst we were out I received a phone call from the driver at 8:30pm to ask where I was as he was at my door with my pizza. I told him I wasn’t prepared to eat a pizza that had been sat in the back of a car for an hour and could he get a manager to contact me when he went back to the store. That was 2 days ago and not surprisingly I’ve still not received a call!! I will no longer be buying from Dominoes in the future

If what your after is a stone cold, tasteless pizza and poorly cooked wedges that takes 90mins to deliver when the app says 30 then this is the shop for you!

Inconsistent. Avoid 2 for Tuesday as they can never cope. Last time I ordered my delivery took 2 hours and food was all cold. Tried calling the store for 40 minutes without answer. Had to make a complaint to head office which has still to be replied to.

Almost 2 hours to receive our order, although the app says delivered after only 40 minutes. After 2 calls to the store the order finally turned on, the boxes were half crushed and pizza was stone cold. Ashame as we've had good service in the past.

Terrible service ordered a delivery, took over an hour and half to get here after text stating out for delivery and then being delivered to wrong address it arrived cold. Decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and place another order for delivery. This takeaway are beyond useless, again out for delivery and still waiting over an for over an hour when it states the order is out for delivery and its still not arrived. No idea what temperature it will be on arrival if it gets here, but if cold they can take it back Don't know what the issue is but i wont be using them again and advise others not to use them, back to Papa Johns

Problem with delivery, pizza recooked but was absolutely disgusting

Although usually good today friday 26/11/21 after 2 hours waiting for the delivery half an hour after the delivery was made according to the app i had to drive to the shop with the food still not found had to wait another 30 min for fresh food to be made with several more people arriving with the same issue

Service terrible. 1.5 hour delivery, tells you on the app it’s been delivered 30 mins before. Been a regular occurrence last 6 months! Food not even warm, garlic bread not even cut up, whole order tasteless literally worst I’ve ever experienced! For someone who loves Domino’s ashame to say I woll not be using them again, waste of money due to awful standards.

Pizzas took forever to arrive cold and side order left out phoned up Domino's and the girl on the other end of the phone didn't have a clue what to do. In the end she said it would be sent out which was a blatant...

Just that really, ordered a pizza online at 7.30, hadn't arrived by 10.30 so went to bed hungry. Attempted to call store but it would appear that they had pulled the phone out of the wall as no answer.

Normally amazing, today ordered at half six still nothing an hour and a half minutes later! The app says delivered, called multiple times no answer extremely annoying!had to go over to the actual shop to see what was happening.😡😡😡

Service at the moment is lacking. Out for delivery for 35min+ (app thought it was delivered 15 min earlier) driver was delivering 8 orders at a time and ours was last. Luke warm at best. Also forgot drink, driver will be back in 5 mins - 45 min later and still nothing. No one answering the phone. Avoid until they can staff adequately.

Okay many would disagree with me. It's side orders are a rip off and anybody could cook better. It's pre processed garbage reheated 9r over cooked and insane prices per side. The pizzas are not to great either I have been to many independents and had better in quality of taste and better value in money. Why so many ppl put up with these chains and making them rich with your orders. You can do much better. And the staff seem under paid and almost trapped by the managers in order to not give great service. WAKE UP DOMINO'S treat your staff much better and change your ingredients to something that would be classed as home made and delicious 😋

I'm pretty sure they aren't allowed to serve chicken that is "relatively warm" Claimed that refunds would take 72 hours, I can't say I believe this at all. this was due to the football being on, well football isn't new and neither are dominoes so they should be well prepared when they know it's going to be busy and make sure they have enough staff..... Long story short, they simply aren't good enough

Ordered pizza at 7.20. Called to chase it at 8.50 was put on hold and then got hung up on. Called back shortly after and the phone got picked up and put straight back down. Called back again to be told my pizza was out for delivery and then when speaking to the manager was told it was still in the store. Pizza then turned up cold. Appalling service.

The pizza was 13.5" unfortunately the toppings were only on the first 9". Disappointing
