The Pizza Plus in Central Bedfordshire

My family just by chance walked by and smelt the food. We met Ali, he personally made the pizza & We got tempted to taste the range of food he offers. Long story short we went for a pizza walked away with pizza, Kabab chips, salad & more than perfect dessert. My family & I couldn't recommend this restaurant any more highly. If you're in leighton buzzard this is the place to eat.

Had a great meal delivered from here last week, 5 meals all top notch. Fresh and hot, best I've had in town for a long while and didn't wake up gagging for a drink in the middle of the night 👍🏻

Very Disappointed! Just ordered a pizza and I found a hair in the pizza, not on it, in it 🫥 as if it was inside the cheese when it got melted

I’ve been ordering from here for years and never really got a bad meal but I’ve just had a doner kebab and it was awful, it just tasted really funny like it had been left out for hours and I put it in the bin as it was vile. Really disappointing as I usually don’t have bad experiences here.

Cheesy chips and no cheese ? Don’t bother

I ordered from here tonight and was not happy as food came really cold had to heat it up in the microwave what I'm sure if I wanted a microwave meal I would of gone to my local shop and for the next bit I know I struggle with reading but if I saw on the order notes saying just lettuce and red cabbage only and NO TOMATOS as got allergies you would think they would pay attention to that important note but no they go and slap loads of tomatos on it so i will not be recommending this place as they clearly don't care about people's health wish I was able to give them 0 stars

Food and staff are always excellent...

Not impressed, I ordered a large box of Donner meat only. Nothing else. It wasn't a difficult order. What I got was a disappointing doner with a bit of Donner meat and lettuce. It's interesting they took payment before presenting me with my substandard food. Won't be going there again.

Been here once in the last year due to bad experiences. Had a small cheese and tomato pizza and low and behold I have food poisoning. How from a pizza that is cooked at 400 degrees I don't know. We used to find mold on the pizza bases originally which is why we stopped. And the kebabs had no taste to them. The location for them means the get all the drunks come In and keep them in business, yet the food they sell is not fit.

I’ve been ordering from Pizza Plus on and off for 20 years and they are a good takeaway. Very rarely have I ever had a poor meal. They are reasonably priced and the food quality is good.

Reliable and timely delivery, adapt things if needed. Really friendly and our favourite local takeaway.

Just ordered 3 large mixed kebabs however we were delivered 3 Donna kebabs. Rung up to tell them they had given us the wrong order however they told us we would be charged an extra £25 on top of what we had already payed in order for us to get the correct food. We have always ordered the same order from here before however won’t be any more. They were saying that it was our fault and we must have ordered it wrong they didn’t give us any other option other than paying the extra £25 for the food and proceeded to hang up. Won’t be ordering from here again which is a shame because we’d been using them for years. Will not be recommending anymore.

Ordered thin crust pizza, never have I tasted a pizza base like that before, it was sweet and was obviously not a normal pizza dough, cant explain how horrible it was. Never again Pizza Plus

Ordered dinner after a long shift at work, expected delivery time was understandably very late, but, not 20 minutes later I got my notification it was out for delivery, and ten minutes later I had it and a Christmas card which I thought was AWESOME!!! Food was nummy too, very happy :)

Taste is not good, improper packing.

We have used Pizza Plus for years and years. This evening however our food didn't show up.After waiting a additional hour wait time we rang to check what was going on to be told it we had it and must be lying. They refused to redeliver or refund and hung up on us. We are so disappointed and upset that we are accused of being dishonest after so many years as customers.

Food was all prepared freshly whilst we waited by friendly staff.

Appalled at the “customer service” ordered 4 pieces chicken and chips, returned home to find only 1 price, phoned up to ask for the rest and had to argue the order over the phone, finally they came to the realisation however we herd nothing but shouting and arguing over the phone from the kitchen staff. I had also been over charged ! I felt too uncomfortable to go back so I strongly recommend going elsewhere!

Great quality, big portion sizes, always delivered on time. Easy to order via their own website. Highly recommended

Absolute shocking delivery timescale, had to wait 3 times as long as they quoted over the phone when I placed the order, nearly 2hrs.

Standard kebabs for the end of the night drinking session. Haven’t been in around 5 years so they’ve added cheese and chips. Satisfied

Didn't give me what I ordered. Got my money back and left.

Not what it used to be. They made a great kebab last year but it's gone downhill, not much in terms of toppings and mediocre kebab at best. The chicken on the grill is tastier.

Rude and abrupt service. Got home and parts of our order were missing. Food not that great. Will not be going g back.

Really expensive and very poor portions. The large chicken kebab, seemed the same size as the small, just a bigger salad. Very poor.

One guy in there little scammer with poor attitude tells his delivery drivers to take extra money at your door even when showing them their own website order total 😂

Massive thankyou tonight to a top kebab shop! My boss said she never had a kebab before so I said pizza plus! Staff provided great food was good n understanding as who I was with struggled with the menu lol garlic bread supreme to eat why we ordered was great too! Top job, they all great lads an all provide a great service in our town! Massive Respect to all of them 😊😊😊😊 #local heroes

ABSOLUTE DISGRACE! I called up to ask if their meat was Halal, I was told it was. I replied "Ahh, ok, thank you, bye" very politely. Before I put down the phone, I was asked of I was drunk! Not that it is any of their business but, I do not drink at all, he told me I was drunk and that I shouldn't drink! I did not place an order. In fact, I called them back up telling them not o be so rude and accuse a possible customer of being drunk, I got told to hold the line and at the time I just assumed it was the same person so, I put down the phone. I would give this place 0 stars if I could. I was extremely offended and I got upset. I was very polite and to be treated like that is a disgrace!

Took a while to deliver but the deep fried spicey chicken wings were the best I've ever had!

They could use more eco friendly packaging

Just ordered kebabs for husband and child- was advised it’s a Cash only establishment? Get cash, pay - then bloke walks in behind me and orders his food - because it was £30+ he was allowed to pay on card - not happy not professional and screams of money laundering Drive 1 mile home and food needs microwaveing as it’s not hot -Turkish delight here we come

Maaan the food here! It's amazing!! The guys that run this place are really awesome, they are really helpful and the food is banging!! I always love coming here, I recommend the double ringer chicken burger!!

Good size pizzas usually on buy one buy one half price. Had very overcooked pizza on one occasion and they despatched a new one to us. Only had pizza so can't comment on other food but the pizza is good!

Love Pizza Plus, always friendly and helpful on the phone, we have been using them for years. Have come to accept that occasionally things such as sauce on the cheesy chips is missed, but cannot fault the pizza. My other half always collects as we have fallen foul before of delivery time and know that collection is best for a winning, quick, good value dinner. See you soon Pizza Plus! x

Ordered takeaway from here a few times now. Always nice and freshly cooked pizza, never had any issues, Sometimes the delivery times are not very accurate. But the quality of the pizza makes up for it.

Very thankful for the driver for coming to deliver are food as its was snowing and getting bad on the roads but wish we just cooked at home.. Food was warm and chips chewy and food tasted cheap... no flavour to the food. should had gone some where else like put huts.. Sorry... would pay more for better food.. Never ordering from them again.. 100%

Ordered two lamb kebabs and chips- all the food arrived stone cold. When we called to complain about this they were very rude and unhelpful and insisted that the food wasn't cold so refused to help.Thankfully we ordered through Just Eat, who were able to refund the order for us. Do not order from here and go elsewhere.

Love it here. Staff are always friendly, portions are big and they do a great chicken kebab ! Very tasty. Great for lunch or dinner and perfect after a night out :)

Absolutely awful. Do not use these guys. Uses twice now and one includes delivery was over an hour and a half late, not to mention the very poor quality of pizza. Please, go elsewhere.!!!!!

I just try their food recently ,and its was ok...i order online,the delivery was quick and everything came right,the food taste good i have nothing wrong to say about the establishment until today....so lets see if they stay the same in future.

Me and my mate went here last night ordered a pizza and a chicken burger and chips the pizza was greasy bland and the chicken burger was like it was cooked at least three times food hygiene should be notified about the re-cooked food never again

Charge nearly twice the listed price and give half the food. Unless served by the older guy (owner I think) steer well clear. I won't be using anymore.

The food was terrible. I ordered a lamb shish large and i got a large amount of salad. With 6 pieces of shish. Ordered chicken aswell It was cold it was warm it like its been at the hot rack for long time. The bones of the chicken easily breaks i work in a food place so i know how chicken should be. 100% the chicken wasn't fresh at all it taste like its been cook yesterday and reheated today. What a terrible experience i would never go back there

ordered for delivery, crust tasted premade as was rubbery and then notice mold on the crust which made me feel ill. this establishment is open very late and mainly sells to the drunks i ordered very early and still got a not fresh base with mold!

Used Lets Eat app to find this delivery service. Part of order missing and to ring them up, although it was delivered quickly.

Ordered via phone for a large donner kebab, hot wings and 1 piece of chicken and chips. Order came within 35 minutes. Hot wings were amazing, donner was perfect and exactly as ordered (sauce on the side) and my wife really enjoyed her chicken and chips. The chicken was not greasy and had the right amount of batter, chips also perfectly cooked. Would order again. Keep up the good work guys and dont change a thing with the chicken.
