The guy on the phone was very helpful and recommended me Shish kebab which was extraordinary. Fabulous fabulous!!! If I could give 10 stars I would. Love this place and the staff.

Food wasn’t great to be honest. Chicken shish was over cooked and chewy. The chicken wrap just wasn’t nice enough. Maybe we got a bad batch not sure it was the first time we tried it.

I've ordered pizza from town grill for YEARS and every single time they have never disappointed me, pizza is always 10//10 would highly recommend you order a town grill, it will be the best decision of you're life

Updated review : Sept 2024. Quality of the service is heavily tanked to bottom. I specifically note absolute basic instructions for my order but kitchen doesn't care or read anymore, so don't bother. I ask them to not put chicken doner for the town special as I have fed up with removing chicken skins and hair from my doner, they still ignore and put doner which is going in the bin. Marinade for chicken wings also changed, they taste like bought from Asda yellow stickered. From 5 star review it is going down to 1. Today was my last order from you guys. Hopefully you will fix this. If I am paying up to £30 for my food, at least do what I want. Nice service and food. It was piping hot and delicious. If prices can be reduced a bit it will reflect their business positively. No parking, close one is white hart pub and it's free for an hour to grab your food.

I had from here so many times always was good…. But I think the Staff has changed the person that took the order didn’t seem like he knew what he was doing. Good the food home they forgot to put my salad in so had no salad. Food smelled different they put too much sauce probably to cover the dodgy food. I did try to eat it but It didn’t taste right put the whole thing in the bin terrible waste of money don’t think I will ever. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone anymore…..

Could do with separate box for burger and chips

Absolutely vile! Do you guys even follow food hygiene guidelines? What I was delivered was the most inedible pizza I've ever had. The food tasted of literal mould! Someone with eyes would have seen that the cheese was mouldy. Very dangerous to serve mouldy food to paying customers! AVOID!!!! 🤢

This has been our go to kebab place for years, however our last four orders have been completely wrong! I wonder if there's been a change of management as I haven't recognised any faces in there recently. It's a real shame.

Some of the food was okay. However portion sizes were very poor. Combo kebab only provided a small amount of one and the majority of another, I can only assume the cheaper of the meats. Some items were also stone cold and needed to be microwaved. Overall edible but will avoid in the future.

4th time ive ordered from here, 4th time they’ve got my order wrong. Guy at the till nodding, saying yes has no clue what im asking for, let alone what hes telling the cook. So annoying when you get home with your takeaway and its completely wrong. Stay away!

Unfortunately the chips were so chewy they were inedible. Tasted reheated. Cucumber in my husbands burger when requested it to be left out due to allergy. Refund requested but not yet received.

Foods always been great. Always use Town Grill for our takeaways

waited ages for food, called over 300 times, phone must of been off the hook. when it finally arrived it was just thrown in the bag, leaking and food spilling out

We ordered from Town Grill through Just eat, normally they are really good! Tonight very much not so, it took over 2 hours to receive our food. Order came, half the order was there. Phoned through explained stated they would get another asap to us. Another 50 minutes later no order. Phoned through and all I got was we are busy!!! If at all possible I would just avoid at all costs.

The chicken shish kebab is the best in the area and my delivery only took 30 minutes. A large kebab is enough for 2 people! Il be back. ✅

Got to say I never usually leave reviews but this deserves one, was passing through as a hgv truck driver from the midlands and had to sleep out in the lorry tonight so decided on a kebab for tea, I wasn’t expecting the size of the large mixed kebab what so ever as a big bloke, I couldn’t even finish it, by far one of my top 3 all time kebabs without a doubt!, hope I pass through again soon! lol absolutely lovely 100% reccomend!

Food arrived cold and late was really disappointed as we were so looking forward to it

They delivered for me even though I ordered collection by mistake which was nice. However the food arrived cold and I had to heat it up it still tasted great and they forgot my drink.

Cold burger, yogurt curdled on the iskander. The chips were pleasant re heated.

My partner and I had a chicken wrap meal and a mixed donner kebab, which we have had many times before. This time the chicken had a sharp tang to it, making it bitter to taste and we was unable to eat it. I telephoned to tell them about the chicken taste and the gentleman said nothing has changed and it was fine, he then thanked me for my feed back, so here it is.

We requested sauces with our kebabs but they were never delivered.

Ordered a kebab and chips. Meat very poor standard. 6 hours later I am up all night with food poisoning and currently feeling awful nearly 24 hours later! Had to take time off work 😖 Never again!!

Food was delicious and delivered after only 15mins of ordering! The only thing I would have liked was a little more sauce on my kebab but overall delicious.

Food took well over an hour to get here and when it did it was cold and not good. Not chicken fillets they were flat processed chicken burgers.

For the first time trying this place out and it being 20 minutes late isn’t good and was missing a can of coke with a meal which isn’t isn’t great.

The delivery was over 1 hour 15 and when arrived it was stone cold ! Also the driver submitted as delivered after 5 minutes. However it was more like 12 minutes before it was at my door. The pitta bread had gone cold and hard. The meat was cold and the chips were cold and hard. Disappointing order.

Bought a mixed Donner and chicken. Donner was nice but only a very very few bits of chicken. So watch out when you get a mixed Donner and chicken. Very tight on the chicken. Especially on the price. Shame .

Best kebabs in Biggleswade and surrounding areas. The owners family owned restaurants in other locations in North London, and they know how to cook a great kebab. I eat there regularly (as a takeaway) and always had a great meal.

Food quality excellent, had 1 issue with an item not arriving so contacted the store and the apologised and arrange for the missing item to be delivered ASAP. So, all in all, a very good experience would defo be used again

Why did i not know about this place? The meat is really decent compared to most places round here. You get decent sized portions and lots of salad. The chilli sauce is also properly home-made. I highly recommend this place.

Quality of meat really poor and not nicely seasoned

Ordered chicken shish kebab, cheeseburger and chips, and mozzarella sticks. Order arrived and instead of chips we received something resembling chicken with cheese and rice. Burger was ok. No chips. Shish kebab consisted of two thirds of fried bread, salad, and some chicken. Will never order again. Beyond disappointed.

I received the wrong order, lamb doner instead of chicken doner, I throw it in the bin as I do not eat lamb, also I requested salad without onion guess what they put me onion on it, I wonder if they read my order, pretty sure this is last time ordering from this place.

Late and poor service from restaurant

The rice was the lowest quality possible plus so overcooked in turned into a mush. Absolute minimum of salad which contained in 60% of onion (ordered all the salad). Meat was nice though but for £14.95 (19.29 with a can of coke and delivery fee) it wasn't worth it at all. Sorry

Was an hour late. Did receive the whole order. Drink wasn’t with the order either.

I was fishing a nearby complex, a lady rang to let me know when it would arrive, allowing time to get my rods in and meet her at the gate. Food was great too, thanks.

I had a donna kebab delivered this evening. Its the best one ever lots of meat. Lovely salad and pickled chillies. Its better than yummys of Enfield. Keep it up boys.

Food came quick. Was ok nothing great. Delivery driver called to say he was outside, checked to see if he was lost, he pulled up next to me and waited for me to go out to him to get food. Clearly had no intention of getting out and delivering the food.

Gorgeous pizza, fries, greek salad. The only downside was the Olives having stones.

While living in Biggleswade myself and my husband always ordered from Town Grill. Food always arrived promptly, hot and tasty. Will miss ordering due to moving and would highly recommend their mixed doner wrap to anyone!

Donnor meat didn’t taste nice or right

Ordered food this evening, it turned up nearly an hour after our call, which on a Friday evening I might be able to understand, but it turned up lukewarm. The fat on the kebab had congealed, the chips were mushy & unpalatable, and the drink was by this time, tepid. Most of the meal hit the bin at high speed. Wouldn't recommend.

Delivery driver gave My order to some random stranger passing in a car despite clear instructions for delivery. Refund requested off just eat.

Out of date dips, soggy kebab meat and garlic sauce tasted off

Delivery was late. App asked us to select upto 2 sauces and upto 5 salad options but then wouldn't let us check out without selecting all options regardless. Restaurant then ignored the request notes where we put what we actually wanted. Hummus and pita bread just shop bought. Not worth the money at all.

We’ve had the ‘Town Special’ and ‘Grill Special’ on a few occasions now and the value is crazy. Comfortably feeds four and the quality of everything has always been on point. Would definitely recommend!

Never gets the order right online. Last few orders, the meat has been dry, not had any sauce we ordered or salad just plain dry meat. Seriously gone down hill. Won't be wasting any more money on town grill

Meat quality was incredibly poor. Left an awful taste in the mouth. Found small sharp pieces of bone or plastic substance. Risk of causing internal throat damage to my partner who had previous scarring. Wouldn’t recommend

Used to be great, past couple of times I've been really let down by the food, this plus the recent price hike. It's a no from me.

Their chicken shish is very good, comes with rice and 2 pitta’s, all good. But their doner meat is terrible, poor quality and always overcooked, I gave them 3 chances! Their chilli sauce is amazing tho, stock up on that.
