They changed the wings and it’s not good spicy and rather disappointed in this tbf

Our first order was three large pizzas. There was an expected 1 hour wait on a Friday evening at 9:45. The pizza was delivered by 10:20. Amazing! The cost is far better than the main chains. 3 large pizzas for £35 is very good. The quality of pizza is 4 star. It is pretty decent quality and had better ingredients than most of the other non-big 3 chains. We weren't fond of the stuffed crust. It was fairly tough and lifeless. However, the thin crust was on point. The regular crust was also worth it. Overall we were truly impressed with the speed, price, and quality. Will 💯% use Bella for future orders.

Double pepperoni and double cheese!!….more like less than single for both, paid extra for pineapple and literally got less than 10 tiny pieces, chips cold and stale, avoid!!

Cold. Not very nice at all. Cheese was rubbery.

Pizza was the only half good item, but even that wasn’t great and tasted pre packaged, the wedges were all burnt, and the ‘cookies’ I ordered turned out to be just a block of cookie dough which was over cooked and tasted awful

My food was 45 min late and arrived ice cold, called the restaurant 5 times but no one picked up! Poor customer service.

Normally I can’t fault Bella but after tonight don’t think I’ll bother again found pizza and chicken overdone , wedges burnt only a handful worth eating , the garlic bread was the only thing cooked right.

The pizza is freezing cold I want a full refund Not acceptable 😡

Chicken nuggets are awful, my child won’t eat them, pizza is very dry and chewy base. Chips and milkshakes are fine but the rest is horrible

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. They delivered me the wrong pizza. When I called and asked them to deliver me the the correct order they refused because I had taken a bite already. This may suggest that they were going to redeliver this pizza to someone else after if I had not taken a bite . They were outrageously rude, unprofessional, and insulting. they called me an d**khead and a mother f***er, and considering their website states that they have “polite and friendly staff” this could not be any more of a lie. To top it off is was cold as well. Avoid this place at all costs as you do not know where your food has been before delivered to you.

Ordered a margarita pizza, garlic bread & a oreo milkshake. The sauce on the pizza is so beautiful, I think the sauce makes the pizza. The garlic bread was lovely so tasty. The oreo milkshake was so nice. 100% recommend. Will be ordering again very soon. Many thanks. 🙂🙂

Very good food and delivery was within the time stated, proper jalapeño poppers and the good chilli sauce that no where else seems to have.

Above all these guys are pricey and although the food is good, the discounts offered invariably work or apply at checkout! Something JE and bella should look into.

Well what can I say. £20 for 2 small dips smaller than the sachet you get from heinz and a 10" pizza. Absolutely disgusting, worst pizza I have ever eaten. The dough was under cooked more tomato sauce than cheese and topping put together the jalapeños on the pizza had a sour mushy taste and texture seems like they where decomposing. Would not recommend they need total rethink the business Bella italian pizza nothing Italian about this company if they are hang your heads in shame, you would be lynched in Italy for this abomination.

Slightly disappointing pizza, good curly fries though

Food arrived 10mins after the end of the delivery slot, which was already 1.5 hours after ordering. Most of it was lukewarm, which is a shame as it was actually good quality.

Returning customers. Brilliant offer on 2 large size pizzas! Went down really well and no washing up needed!

Pizza wasn't hot and the stuffed crust was mediocre

Pretty shocking pizza. Luke warm and over cooked so much that the pepperoni had blistered and the edges were a pale brown that you could crumble in your fingers. Probably one of the worst pizzas I've seen. I'm still not sure what it tasted like. Never again.

Potato skins were disappointing - seem to have been microwaved ): and tiny amount of cheese on top.

Didn’t receive order, called no answer, waited over 1 hour from ordering, they are not close but still, no eta ie order on its way or anything ..

Vile pizza, ordered x2 pizzas, nothing Bella about my order, was late, no answer when I called twice, didn’t even bother to call back, didn’t see a hot food bag, driver just pulled out of his boot, didn’t taste fresh when I got it, tasted stale and there was a funny smell coming from mines if you live more than 4 miles away from this place don’t bother ordering, will not be ordering again, in fact will be trying to get a refund from Just Eat, a waste of nearly £28! Will go to the chains next time.

Always bang on with their stuff. Closest you'll get to a European tasting pizza, furthest thing from dominoes which make you pay 25 quid for some cheese glistened dough.

All pizza was stone cold on arrival sadly and paid for a dip the size of a couple of peas for an 18inch pizza

Not very fresh, looked and tasted like it had been sat around for a while, empty hole where there should have been cheese in crust, wouldn't use again.

Added BBQ chicken to my pizza but there was none, even though I paid an extra £1.15 for it

First time ordering from here, fancied trying somewhere different. Pizza was not very good at all. Wasn’t particularly hot when it arrived and didn’t take long to go cold. Also tasted a bit stale. Garlic bread with cheese wasn’t much better. Fries were probably the best thing about this meal

Ordered cheesy chips just ended up with chips but normally no mistakes made and food always taste good.

Really enjoy eating from here. Pizzas are good and the milkshakes are to die for. I tend to go for a different one each time so I can try them all and haven’t found one I don’t like yet. Their curly fries are also cooked to perfection. They are always hot and always crispy!

Love the food from here, never had a bad one. The pizzas are tasty, much better than dominoes and papa John's, that's for sure! Thanks guys!

Ordered twice from here now and I've not been disappointed, food always arrives quickly and the milkshakes are amazing 😍 After waiting 2 and a half hours for food to be delivered from another restaurant, we decided to order from Bella Pizza instead and it came in half an hour. Will definitely order again.

Really lovey pizza. Garlic and herb sauce is the beats the big chains by far. Ordered a few times now and pizzas always consistent. Right around of toppings and lightly browned evenly. Highly recommend. Delivery guys friendly also.

The restaurant had just popped up on my list, so I thought I'd try it due to the good reviews and picture.. I had high hopes, but unfortunately it just didnt hit the mark. Hawaiian pizza had no pineapple, both pizzas were incredibly salty. (Had one slice of each but really could not eat any more!) It also wasnt like authentic pizza either like it shows in the picture, it was like a thin crust dominos (except it didnt taste as good!) It was quite expensive for what we got, and I'm afraid just really wasnt worth it at all. Chicken wings were okay.
