Abdullah is always pleasant and gives great customer service. The food is always hot and tasty and good value for money

Driver was rude because he couldn't use his eyes to find my house (in the middle of a street and not hard to find at all!) So decided to go and park over the road from my house and he said he sat there for 10mins and tried to call me a number of times, which is a lie as I received no call. So food came stone cold (and under cooked) I have used this place a number of times before with no complaints but I will not be using again.

firstly ordered from wrong place but so glad I did. Absolutely delicious, best chips from a delivery in years. Crispy and cooked perfectly, not soggy and sweaty as usual

Worst place ever..didn’t even touched the pizza. it was really awful taste. Hi there! Instead of overanalyzing my comment, maybe try analyzing why your pizza tastes like regret on a plate. Focus less on being confused by feedback and more on fixing the flavor—trust me, it needs all the help it can get!

Really good dinner i took home for the family. Kids loved the kebabs and the 2x large pizza and a bottle of drink for £20 deal is very good value for money.

Probably the worst sharing box I’ve ever had. A box full of chips and naan with a little bit of meat, no chicken doner as advertised will not order this again was really disappointing

Main food was nice, but cookie dough was burnt and not edible.

Ordered a family chicken meal for 4 and was missing the 1.5l drink .told driver it was missing and he said would call the boss but he just drove off .I then called the shop and said they could add to my next order .I said I wanted what I paid for so they said would drop off later but I have still not received it.very poor service .won't pay in advance again if I order from them again. Been told driver was sent back straight away he must have forgotten my address as still not received the drink ? Update just phoned the shop and apparently they no longer have a drink with the order despite on the website and online ?????

Worst service I've ever received in the history of mankind. Order food at 5.45 the food arrived 1 hrs and 30mins later. We ordered a drink which we have never received and chips felt like they came out of a freezer unedible wouldnt even feed it to a dog. Call them to make them them aware of the poor service which they said at first they said will replace the drink and give something in return. Waited an 1hr nothing turned up. Thought the drink was going to come tommorow. Call them they said we don't deliver to the area which doesnt make sense as they delived food worth £55.

Waited over 1 and half hours, food cold, wrong sauce and poor customer service. Food went straight in bin. After using for over 20 years. I won't be using again.

Haven't ordered from here in a year or so as was having issues with delivery time and food quality, left a review about it so it's only fair I do the same now as everything was absolutely spot on, really improved on quality and no issues at all

The food was really nice although the Chicken tikka sizzler was so so spicy. I like spicy food but it was quite hard to handle. But flavours were great. Delivery was 20mins later than expected but I understand short staffed situations.

Ordered at 6.15, delivered at 8.35.. absolutely freezing cold. They marked it as delivered way before it was. Certainly wasn’t worth the wait, awful.

Milkshake came split inside the bag no longer inside the cup. Some of the food was missing the sauce and cheese which is a shame as normally it’s a good tasting restaurant

sent wrong meal, claimed they would send the missing items, 2nd time they have done this. the garlic naan was covered with tinfoil so the cheese stuck to it....

Asked for Sauces garlic and herbs, received bbq and sweet&sour also expired 🤢 additionally according to the webstie waiting time should be 35-50 mins instead estimated time was 42 min - 1h2min. Delivery was late, not all that was ordered was delivered, incorrect toppings on one pizza, pizza size incorrect although larger than ordered, got home late after work so just wanted a quick dinner 🤷🏼

I got the 2 16 inch pizzas for 20£ deal. The food; Great pizzas, toppings are the average ones you get at every other pizzeria but they add loads on the pizza, their rich, flavourful, and well seasoned tomato sauce is amazing. Dough is average and the crust is nice and crispy. The service; I called the restaurant 5 times because the order was late of about 1 hour 30 minutes and the employee was always calm, respectful and helpful. Overall the service was great and the only downside being the really long times during busy hours.

Bought a pizza. through too good to go app and got the poorest pizza i've ever seen in my life .I would have been happier with just the raw dough in a plastic bag to bake my own pizza home where i can put at least some ingredients on it . I was made to believe that i'll get a pizza worth £18 but got a margherita instead. Kind of a scam 😒

Placed order at 11:45ish and food arrived over 2 hours late. Contacted the restraunt to get a refund and they said the driver was on the way. I told them to refund money as I was no longer able to get the food due to me not being at home anymore and was told that they cant give me a refund and it has to be done on thr appDriver came as I was in my car. I informed the driver that I cant accept the food as I was leaving. Driver called the shop who said I will get a refund and the food for free. Next day got a message that the shop said that they cant process a refund

Incorrect delivery times. Price on delivery doesn't match price over the phone.(big issue with cash on delivery) Received incorrect orders multiple times including replacement orders. 3 times ordered from fast and fresh and none of them have been positive. I give a decent review for the food as it has been tasty despite not being what I have ordered most of the time. Real shame.

the sauce dip was inside the chicken wing box covered in BBQ sauce.. and only got 7 chicken wings instead of 8 pieces....

very busy bank holiday. food was delivered piping hot but extremely late mum had to leave for work so missed out

Not at all happy. I ordered a donner delight pizza and chips. First of all there was no Kebab whatsoever on the pizza also I asked for mushrooms and sweetcorn as extras and sadly there was no sweetcorn or mushroom on the pizza. First and last time I'm ordering from here. clearly lying to customers via the menu and quite clearly don't know how to run a takeaway. needs closing down asap

food is really tasty and there is plenty of it, bit disappointed I did not recieve my 5 dips with my order.

Quite possibly the worst pizza I have ever had. Lack of flavour. The chicken wings were over cooked. The delivery driver asked me to check the pizza because he had to slam on the brakes resulting in 2 pots of garlic mayo covering one of the pizzas. Will not be using again.

Delivered late had a item missing rang the shop and was told the said item would be delivered within 45 minutes after around 1 & half’s later still waiting this isn’t the first time having problems with this shop most times it’s good and everything is spot on but when it’s wrong it’s wrong and they fail miserably which is a shame as the food is generally very good

Ordered food from here using the option pay by cash to receive a call 30 mins later saying that I have to pay by card or my food won’t be getting delivered I only had cash so couldn’t pay by card shouldn’t have the option to pay by cash if this is the case!!!!

“Crispy” chicken strips are the worst I’ve ever had in my life - not crispy at all. Chips are always soggy. Burger was undercooked. Won’t be ordering any time soon

I ordered chips and only half the pack was filled up and they where cold. ordered bbq sauce and paid for it and they gave me two sachets which aren’t worth the price I paid. I love eating here and I won’t stop just a bit disappointed

Rang afyer an hour and was told it would be 15 mins and it took another hour to arrive 2 hours for a small pizza come on that is ridiculous ised to order fron here all the time theu have chabged the chicken wings which are of poor quality aswell bad

Food is amazing and the price is hard to beat. Their toogoodtoogo bag is also definitely worth the price.

Placed order at 7:20 to be delivered at 8:15. Called for update at 8:30 order hadnt left yet. Delivered nearly 2 hours after initial order. Pizza was fine when it arrived.

The food is fast, fresh and lovely! My address does not show correctly on a sat nav so they called me to sort it out. Delicious food arrived, still hot and the customer service was great! I will 100% be ordering again.
