The Flamez in Central Bedfordshire

Not great. Waited 1 hour 20 minutes for a delivery i was told was on its way after 50 minutes. The food delivered was cold and then me and my partner ended up with bad stomachs all night. Steer clear.

Chicken was like rubber and I’m not sure what the chips taste of but it wasn’t pleasant. Last order I have from there.

We ordered a 1.5L bottle of Coke and it didn’t arrive - not happy.

The food was cold. The pizza was greasy and the chips were soggy. Won’t order from here again

Normally one of the best! but wasn’t great tonight chicken shish was like rubber and the chips were rock solid and cold.

Disappointed. Usually pretty good but no salad with kebabs (am I a caveman) and the chips are literally kissed in the fryer you could put them back in the ground to grow a new ones. Somehow everything apart from the doner meat (which was lukewarm) has a cold. Checked the order 5 times and yes I ordered them with salad, I even ordered it with garlic mayo. The delivery timing wasn’t even bad about 50 mins from when I ordered that’s why I’m baffled it’s so cold. Cheers for a great Friday night….. 👍🏻

Was very disappointed with the order tonight was all cold, the garlic bread so hard you could barely eat it and one of the kebabs wasn’t correct

Chips were dry and really crispy would of thought they would be moist sitting underneath the donner meat, however the meat was okay

Generally very good but lately the quality of the chips has been lacking, disappointing.

Food always excellent from the kebabs to the pizza, recommend the garlic pizza with chicken and lamb donner and chilli's, only 4 star for atmosphere as a takeaway but always cheery when I pop in, once went in late they were cleaning up and still managed to get me a kebab together which was mega!!!

The salad was very wilted and just generally not grewt

all pieces of chicken had pink bits inside and the donner was not cooked enough, was soggy and overall just not very nice

Chicken kebab was very poor. Meat was minced in small pieces and didn’t taste very nice at all……..

First time trying from here wrap was 3 small qubes of chicken in each wrap couldn’t finish it the texture like rubber so off putting the cheese chips good portion size loads of cheese but it didn’t melt would think with delivery it would have. Delivery was however super quick I may try again in future Donna.

We usually really have no complaints ordering from here as food has always been good and tasty. The wraps were absolutely fine and very good as per norm but the chips that we ordered were inedible and had a cardboard texture, so dry and did not taste fresh at all. Disappointed 😔

Portion sizes are perfect! Our definite go to kebab! Wraps are spot on!

Never used this place before but so glad I did. Been fancying a "shish kebab" for a few days. On the way home i spotted Flames, wow wow wow, lamb shish cooked with lots of favor, the salad was in pot very very fresh and tasty. I've put this place in my sat navs favourite places.

Ordered chicken wrap, chicken shish kebab and fries. All fresh, tasty and delivered quickly. Kebabs come with salad & sauce in separate tubs so not soggy and messy to eat. Over the years I think they might have changed ownership a couple of times but can't fault them at the moment. Cheaper to order directly online than on Just Eat

Really nice burgers & hot chips. Fried chicken dry & overcooked and seemed like leftovers from lunch. 2 stars lost for this.

only 4 star for quality because the lettuce looked a little sad. the rest was Bob on.

Perfection. We ordered 2 quarter pounder burgers ( best burger I’ve ever had and I’m a burger type of gal), chips ( perfection- crunchy but not empty), and a pepperoni passion pizza- I normally hate deep pan pizza ( the only they offer) but this was glorious. A good sign for It’s coming home! X

Can’t fault this place, decent food and always arrives piping hot. Have also collected in person and they’re friendly and efficient, not terribly priced either. Quality of food is what you’d expect from fast food but better than your average McDonald’s. It always arrives long before the estimated time too and cold items are delivered separated from hot items, something a lot of places don’t consider.

I don’t like leaving bad reviews but honestly this was inexcusable. Ordered a kebab with salad no sauce, turns up with just kebab meat (wouldn’t have minded if it was mine, but just had to be the missus). Not only that they forgot to give us the pots of sauce that we paid for. Kebab meat looked like it had been boiled all day, was as pale as an albino. First and last time for me.

me and my other half ordered food from this place tonight, and on arrival the food was cold and the cheese chips had strands of hair in it🤢, this is unacceptable and unhygienic.

Ordered a large chicken kebab and received a lamb doner instead..not the first time my order was incorrect.

Ordered the chicken kebabs...brilliant. Quantity and quality spot on. Delivered before expected time too! One of best kebabs I've had.

I very much like the Kebabs from this take away, but I was disappointed with the size of the regular size Kebab, I thought it was a child's portion, and I ask for a small chip's and it was X Large but it was very nice.

Was my number 1 place for years but after this week im done with them they didnt mark my burger witch caused a mix up wich then went to waste then yesterday got my kebab rong then trying to lie to me waste of 30pound order at your own risk

The delivery absolutely superb! Delivered after 14mins of ordering. Quality of food not great!! The Mozzarella stick coating crumbles off doesn’t stick well and just taste strange cause of the texture. The chicken burgers charging £5.80 for 2 buns and a cheap Birds Eye battered Chicken Fillet that’s reconstructed and isn’t a proper bit of chicken is awful!!! Chips needs to be seasoned! Fried chicken was not bad.
