Do not order from here got food 4 weeks ago there was a hair in it , they apologised so I decided 2 weeks ago to order some food again and it took 2 hours for the food to arrive and it arrived cold I didn’t even complain because I hate to be one of them people and tonight I orderd from them at 11:50 they said they would have my food ready for 30 minutes , 50 minutes had past still no food I then proceeded to ring them at 12:34 am they said driver was on the way ( which at this point I’m assuming they just pretended they was delivering my order because no one has showed up there now closed so no food has came , if they had to be honest with me I could’ve orderd of somebody else and not wait up till 1 am waiting for food that wasn’t going to come and now every where is closed , I realy hope no one else gets burned like this , and I hope everyone who works in that take away has a shitty month

Excellent doner Kebab with lots of fresh salad on top.

We have been ordering from Turkish delight for years but noticed recently how quickly the delivery has been arriving yesterday we were passing and decided to go in to get our food to see they’ve got new people. The new people are absolutely lovely to talk to so accommodating and welcoming gave my children a lolly pop each and just as we was about to leave he handed us a bottle of coke on the house service top notch food even better 👌

Very please with the overall service and cleanliness of the shop the food s very good Shish meat very tasty portions are good . I would have given them 5 stars but the chips are too big would prefer fries like they use too be positions too big would be a cost saving if used fries.

Terrible! Ever since the change of ownership I have had the worst service! The man gets my order wrong every time and takes ages to serve me. Not going back.

I haven’t been to this place for 18 months, it has always been good. However, I found out that it’s under new ownership. I just had a mixed skewer kebab with pita, hummus, salad, chilli sauce and chips, it’s great. I highly recommend this shop, the staff are friendly and accommodating. Enjoy and support local business.

Lots of the kebab choices have disappeared and they've ramped up on the pizzas. Still good but I went for an offering they no longer sell.

Cant even deliver an order properly, waited 2 mins and didnt call once then left. They then refused to refund our order and the bloke was very arrogant and rude over the phone. Please save your money and never order from the worst kebab house in leighton buzzard!!!

Ordered online, food was over 40 minutes late and barely warm when it arrived. Didn't get to eat it myself as I had to go to work. Absolutely appalling service. When I phoned to ask where my delivery was, I was told it was ready 2 minutes after the delivery driver had left the shop, hence why it was cold. One to avoid

Had a issue with my order I left a review on just eat. Turkish Delight called me and sorted it out straight away. They've made us fresh kebabs which are delicious and have great portion size as always! Thank you Turkish Delight. Best kebabs in Leighton!

Rude staff and quite unpolite. No customer service skills at all. Will not listen to customer and will basically call you a liar. Spent £60 and wasted money. Used to be our regular kebab place however we certainly won't be ordering from here again.

Hate giving low reviews but this wasn’t great. Ordered online, food arrived prompt and good and hot but the kebabs were awful, absolutely full of gristle and bone. I know you don’t order a doner for the goodness but this was teeth breaking, worst kebab i think i’ve had. Every mouthful had bits in it. Both of us had to chuck the kebabs away and just eat the chips, which in fairness were pretty good.

Great takeaway spot but they occasionally grill you meat that’s seconds from rotting! A bit of waste instead of serving nearly rotten food will keep the customers happy guys! I’ve had this experience at least 3 times, it shouldn’t be a gamble on whether one gets half bad meat when one places an order.

Food was good but very oily? Chicken Doner was very greasy and that's all I could taste. I recommend getting the Lamb Doner over the Chicken as I thought it would be healthier alternative.

So ive been there every day and used to be very kind people there who give free drinks food was outstanding but now, food horrid time is horrid like 1 hour chicken undercooked not reccomended.

I've been going to this place for an couple months now at the start it was good recently since I've been ordering they been forggeting items off my order. Delivery been over an hour and half. Not happy at all uses to be an good place.

It used to be the best take out in the area,but it seems owners have changed, seeing all new faces, I have tried twice after that. They have increased prices, and the food portion was reduced. The first time food was good but less quantity compared to before , last week I tried again, the kebab was undercooked and bland and the quantity was very much reduced. I have been getting takeout from this place for over 2 years,not anymore.

Turned up just before closing after leaving a concert at the Milton Keynes bowl. Ordered a Donner kebab for my friend and me and expecting the usual greasy rubbish. Surprised to have the best kebab of my life. Was absolutely fantastic. Not greasy, fresh salad and incredible sauce. Shame we love 3+1/2 hours away. I will make another trip one day

Really not that great anymore, especially with new owners bumping prices up whilst lowering the quality of the food. Wraps all wrapped poorly and half of the fillings wrong. Also took ages, can see with more and more reviews this place is its way out

Popped in at 7.20pm and waited nearly 30 minutes to be served, even thought there was only 1 person in front of me. Very busy doing phone orders for deliveroo? Just eat ? Needs to work on delivery and shop customers a bit better. Couldnt fault the food when i was eventually served. It was fantastic (maybe even worth the wait!)

Food took 1 hr 10 mins to arrive on a Tuesday, so not a particularly busy evening, won't be ordering fron here again. Not particularly good quality food either

Brilliant kebab only pop in here when in the area I live 55 miles from there. When I got home they hadn’t put any chilli sauce on wasn’t a problem I put a bit of mint sauce on and I still enjoyed it

Long wait for food but I could tell they were really busy and working so hard! Food is definitely fresh but my chicken donner was extremely greasy. Affordable prices though so will give it another try.

I had a chicken kebab salad and cous cous rice the gents were very polite and made the recommendation of the cous cous I’m glad they did it was delish, salad was fresh and crisp, chicken very flavoursome and the home made chilli and garlic sauce yummy!!! Can highly recommend I’ll be using them everytime I’m in leighton.

Great food, however ordered on the website and gave us a delivery slot, turned up but don't think they'd started making the order. Seems they might well priorize the walk-in orders over the website orders which is a bit wonky particularly when you've been given a time. Great food though so 4 stars.

I called into shop and ordered “small doner and small chips”. I got home and opened bag to find no chips. Called shop, explained what I’d ordered and what I paid for (which was for, small doner & small chips) . Instead of an apology, I was asked, if “I’m sure”. Yes, of course I’m sure, there were no chips. Does the Turkish really think, I’d take the trouble to call them, without thoroughly exploring the bag with the one item of food in? I’m quite insulted that they would suggest I’d call them unnecessarily, do they actually think I was trying to take them a bag of small chips! Never going back!

Used to order every week from here. Was a magnificent experience food wise and people wise. Sadly they messed up an order where I had to go down to "collect" a delivery. Only to be abused by a member of staff who had told me on the phone when I complained that the owner had "died". He lost control in the shop and had to be taken away by other members of staff. .........shame really as "some" staff let the experience down. .........havent ordered since due to that experience

Eaten a few kebabs in my lifetime and I got a tummy to prove it. Just had the best doner kebab I’ve ever had and so did my healthier eating chicken kebab mrs . Meat was awesome and the salad was lovely . Fries awesome . Well done top of my kebab list !

i normaly deliver but recently i popped in after work for a kebab. i noticed they put a new charcoal grill and some new staff not sure if under new management but i got some lamb shish was honestly delicious . would recommend

AMAZING the best kebab I've ever had

90 minutes for delivery including 40 minutes getting cold in the car (7 minute journey). Food arrived stone cold. Politely refused delivery only to have the driver call us "English motherf*ckers" as he walked away. There was no need for that. We were not rude to him and did not deserve to be spoken to like that. We're hard working people and just wanted a quick, hot, meal after a long early shift at work. Having put this down to a new guy having a bad day (still no excuse really), we have since read several other reviews mentioning abusive and rude staff, so I would avoid this place.

Absolutely excellent kebab place. Best in leoghton buzzard that I have tried so far. Had the chicken shish and their chilli sauce is blazing. Delicious.

Fantastic food hard to find a good take away around Leighton buzzard but Turkish delight I really enjoyed turned up 15 mins early and pipping hot too you can’t go wrong thanks

I'm working in the area and have tried a few local kebab shops and by far this one is the best, recommend chicken and Donner kebab

AVOID!!! Our first experience was ok but our second takeaway was disgusting and had to throw 4 lamb shish kebabs in the bin because the meat was extremely salty and from experience this is usually done to disguise the taste of rotten meat. So didn't take the risk and binned the lot after a few bites... let's hope the family doesn't get food poisoning. KEBAB YE across the road would be your safest choice.

Messed up my order, wouldn’t correct my order instead I was just abused. Shouted and screamed at me and threatened to STAB me/slash me and punch me in my face. Wouldn’t return any money just got a lot of abuse. Would never order nor Reccomened to anyone.

Who serves a kebab with no salad AT ALL. The hummus was the smallest portion ever and it wasn't even cheap!!

I hate lamb donner because it usually horrible and taste like nothing . Turkish delight have made me fall in love with lamb Donner. Absolutely delicious food, good quality, clean, tasty, affordable . My new fav place in Leighton buzzard.

Delicious kebabs. Pretty good burgers. Customer service is always friendly. Not particularly keen on the chicken burger or the chips, but when it comes to kebabs, the meat is fresh and tasty, vegetables are fresh and tasty.

Nasty people nasty dirty food had a delivery was rubbish rang to complane and they hung up rude people and uncooked food never ever use this place unless you want a trip to the hosiptal

Ordered at half 6 came at half 8, ordered 2 diet cokes got sent 1 diet Pepsi and a cake...now the kebab, it was rubbery horrible horrible tasting meat, and the salad was utterly awful, it tasted like its been left out and was super acidic, now I have A LOT of kebabs, and this was definitely the worst kebab I've had in my entire life won't be buying from them again

Would rate as zero at the fact that myself and my partner spent most of the time telling and spelling the name of the road to the guy on the phone and then the delivery driver got sent to the wrong address burger buns were burnt to the point that it tasted like charcoal the bottom of one of the burger buns was completely black and the other was half burnt absolutely appalling service I have never had a service from a takeaway company so bad not ordering anything from them ever again as I have also started to get stomach ache from the food and the chips were greasy

Disappointed with the veggie kebab I just had it was advertised as having mozzarella but when I got home (and it was too late to go back) it was just vegetables in a tray with a piece of pitta on top, the grilled veggies tasted very gassy.

I would advise not to order a delivery.

Firstly the delivery driver was rude on the phone, the food was greasy, we sent back our combination kebab as it tasted like gas. They then started arguing with us at the door telling us we are wrong when they delivered the second one. Both myself and my partner tried it it was disgusting i spat it out. I do not recommend.

Serve Falafel for gods sake!! I never understand why these places don’t sell falafel. So easy to make. Soak dried chick peas over night. Place in food processor, add garlic, parsley, cumin, bi carb soda, flour, oil salt pepper or whatever spices you like. Then deep fry and make 10/20 times your investment 🤦🏻‍♂️ Come on guys. I will come in and teach you how to make it if you like. An Irish man teaching Turkish men how to make falafel. Great. The vege kebab is pathetic. Everything else is great. Do it!!!
