Believe it or not I've just had my first dominos, wow amazing Wasn't greasy/oily like other shops My Mrs is fussy but she ate all of hers bar 2 bits Definitely be ordering again from them....💥update, have ordered 3 times since and every time a cracking pizza and delivery time💥💥💥

I had very bad experience at this Domino's, I ordered a pizza without cheese by mistake and they send me the right one but bcuz I ordered my mistake I called them and I said that I ordered by mistake but the manager Saqib was saying I ordered wrong so they can't do anything but I called them for making a new pizza and I will pay for that but he was saying the same thing again and again in a rude and in a very bad way then they cut the call. I called again and a girl named honey pickup the call and she assisted me very nicely and also make me a new pizza for free bcuz the manager talked with me rudely. I prefer honey for manager as a personal opinion.

Food was done OK however each time we have ordered the chocca lotta pizza the ice cream has always been wrong! Not good when you have a food allergy!

I enjoyed their service. The guy there actually uses 7min to get my pizza ready. That was splendid

Crap food and bad service on Tuesday midday. They use less topping on pizzas. They well overpriced. Not value for money.

Went there with my friends this afternoon and the staff are just amazing! They are very polite and gave out free leftovers. Really would recommend, they’re really nice and the food is always brilliant.

Been waiting for a refund for a "1x Chocolate Fudge Brownie (100ml tub)" which arrived an hour after our pizzas were delivered and in an inedible hot, liquid state for 3 months and 10 days. After pizzas arrived had to chase it 3 times over the phone. Order number is 526633415. Have not ordered from since and will not till you give me a refund.

We ordered 2 meals which had or something which had like 2 medium pizzas, you could choose 2 appetizers (we chose 1 cheese wedges and 1 garlic bread) and 1 cold drink (1.5L) and all this for 30 something pounds which is fair enough!! The service was quite slow despite of no rush in the store and they made a blunder with our order by giving the garlic bread to someone else but to compensate they gave us 1 free appetizer which was sweet of them! The food was delicious and same like every other outlet of Domino’s!! :)

The manager Khalid is a very big lair and has got no customer service. I think dominos needs to train there staffs specially the managers. I hope dominos do review there customer reviews, if they do then get in contact with me as I have all the proof of what has happened to me and nothing was done for my damage.

Ordered pizza and some sides, when the order arrived it was incomplete, driver side he would be back in 3 minutes, he never returned, I have deleted app never to order again, there are plenty more pizza places in Dunstable that take pride in there service.

There are loads of great pizza places in town! Tops, Papa Johns … Dominos is certainly not one of them!!! I detest the dominos franchise and begged my other half to order somewhere else, I was convinced because she found a promotion, but wish I’d stood my ground. We ordered a half and half pizza that turned up such a monstrosity that I wouldn’t have made my dog eat it let alone the rest of my family. (I only wish I could upload the picture I took …) Your money is much better spent in another pizza place! Save yourself the disappointment!

Ridiculous service. We paid online, called them immediately to ask them to change 1 pizza, was told no problem. A few minutes later we receive a call to say it can't be changed as in less than 1 minute the order was made... I don't think so (3 large pizzas and sides). I asked why we were told we could change it if we could not, the answer was the person forgot to check. My sons birthday take away ruined. Refused to refund so we could go elsewhere. Very rude on the phone and put the phone down on me. I don't shout, I was asking for clarity, I was not rude. Disgusting service. Will never use them again. Would give 0 stars if I could.

It was a very good dominos! A little bit too expensive but very good in any other way for an local city!

I ordered a large pizza and a cola with delivery, I had to go out on rain in the middle of night to get my order from the street and the supplier forgot my bottle of cola. The driver said he will come back but he never arrived with my bottle. Besides, there are almost no ingredients on the pizza. It's almost plain dough. I do not recommend!

Ordered for collection and was told it was ready to collect to then have to wait another 5 minutes after my collection time as part of the order had been missed, luckily I didn't order for delivery or would have had to wait longer, usually have good service from this site but this has let them down, no offer of compensation or apology either just saying they forgot part of the order and would be 5 minutes

Hardly any ingredients on pizza. I ordered double pepperoni and my friend had standard pepperoni i can't see any difference. Really gutted with quality of pizzas. Won't order again. Laughing at Dom's ' quality check' Ps. Extra cold even though they have less then 1 mile to deliver...

This dominos will send you awful food which will make you extremely ill, NEVER order from here, you will get ill

Tried the cheese burger pizza. Very nice. Had issues with my romotional voucher code. But pleased to say when I spoke with customer service on the phone they were helpful. And rectified the issue. This restored my confidence in dp.

Ordered and paid on-line, selected the time we wanted them delivered, followed it on their tracker and they arrived on time and still hot. It was 2 for 1 Tuesday so doubly happy!

Food poisoning. I advice all of you not to eat here with the current staff, I have a family of sick people now and one of them already has a bunch of pre existing conditions so we will have to see if she'll be okay. If not legal action will be taken.

Shocked!!! Have ordered food from these guys all the way through COVID! Service is normally ok..to stay safe they normally leave me food outside my front door,knock and leave...Well today the lazy delivery driver refused to deliver my food! Said I had to come down (live in a flat) and collect my food! Left it on the floor in the rain 2 doors away from my flat...Will not be ordering from there again.

Quite small for a "large" £20 pizza. Other then that amazing pizza here. (like every other dominos branch).

Just had a meal delivered from Katherine Drive. Everything was perfect. Food was hot and fresh. Driver was polite and very quick delivery 10/10.

Ordered tonight, a Saturday. Their website kept me up to date with its progress, and tracked delivery. Arrived hot and very tasty. Potato wedges needed a minute on the microwave to heat them up, otherwise very efficient. Gave the delivery guy a quid for bringing it, but it’d have been a couple of quid if he’d seemed a bit happier about it! Smiles equal rewards.

Totally sh@t declined order. Then reorder and received double the order and won’t refund. Have to take it up with head office. Great when your only 17 with a limited budget. Have to leave on here, because big dominos of Catherine drive don’t have trip advisor!!!

My partner called Dunstable dominos to order pizzas to have a young member of staff mimic her every word to the delight of his co workers laughing in the back ground she actually thought she had rung the wrong number so she hung up, So I called the domino’s number again to my disbelief It was the same member of staff I Told him I was absolutely shocked & disgusted with his behaviour & would never order food there ever again the thought crossed my mind if they are playing up like this on the phone what would they actually be doing with your food when they are making it !!!

Very polite and friendly people. Easy to speak to over the phone. Much better than any other dominos I have dealt with. Also good food served hot.

Rude manager placed an order for two pizzas via the dominos app to ring up and find out they have binned my pizzas and won’t refund me or replace my food disgusting attitude received on the phone

Disappointing this evening. Ordered online at midday for a 6pm delivery. They still managed to be half an hour late having ‘lost’ the original pizza. Delivery guy knew nothing about it. Everything needed a boost in the oven to warm it up. Was tasty eventually, but their fancy ‘how’s your order progressing’ app is more efficient than their actual process.

Sent wrong food, promised a replacement that didn't come. Then told I was lying and was only promised credit. Took 10mins to explain the issue because the guy was not very bright. Gave up and contacted complaints. Just go to pizza hut.

Never had a bad pizza from this Dominoes But when you input a time for the pizza to be delivered and they come early its very annoying. Otherwise all OK

This time we ordered and paid for on-line, for collection. £6.99 for a large pizza was great value, we had the Veggie Supreme and it was excellent, and ready to collect within 12 minutes of ordering. The premises seemed clean and tidy, although there were what seemed like dozens of staff milling around not seeming to be too busy, but I guess they were waiting for the rush, perhaps...!

Mickey Mouse service, I had to scream into the phone as the guy who picked up the phone was next to the noisy kitchen and he couldnt understand what I was saying !!! Get a proper room to take orders maybe ??!!! I hang up in the end as I had to repeat over and over again POTATO WEDGESSSSS !!!!

Thay call halal but nothing halal in store evan thay don.t wash hands to make glutan free pizza and make line evan when busy time thay use same cutter to cut vege pizza and none halal.

In Dunstable it's ok if your going in at lunch time but would not recommend ordering online

Seriously what is wrong with dominos... Ordered myself garlic dippers, cheese tomato pizza and nachos... For my order to get to my house and for me to recieve only dippers and pizza... Rang dominos up and they said you can get a free pizza I said no I would rather have a refund casually argueing with them saying I don't want a free pizza I would like my money back... So there sending someone out to give me my money back... Won't be order from dominos again

This happened months ago but didn’t have time to write a review . Avoid this branch ! I had a very bad experience with them and I had to escalate the issue to the head office . Won’t ever recommend them . Customer service was zero

Dominoes staff are constantly parking in our Dunstable surgery car park, despite complaining to management & head office with photographs to prove it. This is a private car park with clear signs to not do so. They block ambulance access as well as access for disabled patients and mothers with buggies not to mention the inconvenience caused to staff, both doctors and nurses who already struggle with a limited car park for the surgery use. Our letter to head office has only brought a pathetic apology and an offer of a pizza but their staff continue to ignore our pleas to not park in our premises. Absolutely lamentable behaviour towards a vital public service! Come on head office, do something about it.

Standard quality from a main stream pizza company.

Worst pizza's I have ever ordered. Have ordered on 3 occasions but have now called it a day on dominoes. The amount of cheese they put on on is pathetic !! It's always just base and tomato sauce with a hint of cheese. I always end having one slice and then throwing it in the bin with the hump. They are proper tight with the cheese,never again !!

Staff rude and some can not understand simple English. Have received wrong orders 3 times now. Won’t be going back

Absolutely awful. Called up after 2 hours and told there was a problem with their online orders even though they took payment and said they had no proof of our purchase. Offered no compensation and absolutely awuful customer service. Never had this problem at the Hatfield store so I’ll never be ordering again while I’m at Dunstable.

Hey guys I used to work here! Amazing team to work with ! The mangers are very helpful and supportive. At the store we maintain high standards of cleanliness and food storage. Which in turn makes our pizzas best in the market! We have a dedicated team of drivers who deliver the pizzas hot! Do come and order at the store! 😊

Usually fine but recently things have gone massively downhill. The latest order was 1 hour and 40 mins late for a few desserts, and never showed up so had to cancel the order, then was told I can't get a refund as it was an 'online order'. After arguing over the phone I was now told I will get a refund but will take 5 days to process. Rude unhelpful staff and shockingly bad customer service. I don't know whether there is new management here but something is clearly wrong, avoid ordering here.

Customer Services needs alot of improvement

Order was wrong, waited all together 2 hours and rang up 4 times on a weekday when they aren't busy and was told it would be there in 2 mins, still never turned up.

Leave all hope at the door if you want to get good service here. Took the money for an order without taking the order itself. Then forgot the receipt and did not return when they said that they would go and get it for over an hour and only returned after a phone call to remind them of what they said that they would do in the first place. What absolute rubbish. Will never be ordering from them again.

Great pizza evert time, and quick delivery, also drivers are always very helpful and nice.

Have used them 3 times and we've never received the correct order. When we've called to complain we've been fobbed off by unhelpful staff. We won't use them again

Worst pizza ive had n that includes £1 frozen ones too, not only was it cold the thin crust was 1.5mm thin overcooked, tasted dry n burnt, garlic bread was cold, wedges were cold n soggy... Cannot express how fu*kin disappointed i am

Sadness, loneliness, recursive self hating. All of which are much more adequate options, than the pizzas offered at this establishment. As we arrived early to collect, instructed via the online prompt, we were greeted with the perennial faces of unfading apathy. A chasm of irritated self loathing calamity entered my heart, like a clock with no hands, or a meerkat with no purpose, or a shady co-worker correcting your grammar. So to you, the reader, I say stand up, rise up, demand more, and above all, Just order from the Luton branch, it's much better.
