Best ever. We ordered our first take away pizza after hearing good reports.... Stopped having pizza take aways years ago as it just was poor and not appetising. This pizza was the best ever! The Large is large! The easy ordering. Great app to follow. Great timing and lovely delivery man. We will be having again! Really quick time delivery.

I tried chicken fajita xxl pizza buy one get one offer, taste is soo good and value for money..

Waiting over an hour and an half and no one is picking up the phone so can’t even ask how long it’s going to be before we can expect to receive what we’ve paid for.

BBQ pizza didn’t have BBQ sauce

First time using this establishment for Pizza, I’ll definitely use again, food arrived early & hot.

Good to have the option to have pizza without cheese. Barbecue sauce missing off BBQ pizza, but otherwise fine.

This was the most disgusting pizza I’ve eaten in my entire life. Cold tasteless. Just horrendous. Couldn’t find my house had to chase up when said delivered. Dominoes all the way….

Took over an hour to deliver, pizzas were cold - my husband is extremely sick with bad stomach this morning! I used to love PJ’s but just lately their customer service has been awful! A small bottle of Pepsi to say sorry on delivery doesn’t cut it!!!!

First time ordering as my daughter really wanted a pepperoni pizza and it was the only place available at 2pm. She really enjoyed and said it was the best one so far. Will definitely order again, plus bonus was that the delivery was free.

I like the pizzas from here and I have been coming here for years now. Never had bad service of pizza. Pretty hard to mess up a pizza really. However it’s a great place for convenience.

Last pizza I ordered took nearly two hours to deliver. No discount or even apology given. The pizza was more dough than toppings. To wind you up even more they have put prices up and added a £2 delivery charge. I've spent hundreds over the years at LB papa Johns. These days there is absolute no value for money, customer service or quality. Won't be ordering again.

Really think the food was overpriced. £45 for two medium pizzas and some chicken poppers is a tad silly so won't be doing that again.

Didn’t turn up till 9pm and the delivery driver rang and had no idea where the house was blaming his lack of local knowledge! Called restaurant 5 times before I got through to be told sorry for the delay !!! Awful customer service.

One star because I do actually think these are the best pizzas around. It's just such a shame that the delivery appalling which matches their customer service when you have to ring up and chase up your order! You're best off ordering for collection. Don't preorder ahead for a certain time, they never get it right. Most recently it arrived 1.5 hours early as we were heading out for our sons evening swim lesson. When redelivered for the correct time it was obvious the order had been reheated. As the sides were a soggy, luke warm mess! Almost forgot, the kids party my son went to last weekend the food didn't arrive as expected. Again it was ordered ahead for a predetermined time. Embarrassed host parents making apologies (not their fault), another parent offered to drive out & collect. Over an hour later the group of six year olds finally got their birthday pizza!

Use to love Papa John's in Leighton Buzzard but I now find that unless you use the special offers it's not worth the money......A couple of times now there has been next to no toppings on the pizza and should I decide to buy again will make sure I return the pizza to the shop and make them aware so for now 3 stars. Will that improve, unlikely

Food was good but felt it was overpriced.

Sent me the wrong pizza, with a BBQ base which i am allergic to. Made me wait for a call back that never came, so i called back, was offered a "free pizza" - not free i paid already and got the wrong order Agreed to replace the entire order "now" and ended the call, then called me back to demand i pay £5.99 delivery or collect it myself, then told me to SHOW SOME RESPECT and threatened to hang up on me. Reluctantly agreed to pass my number to the owner to call me back ( after claiming he was there and they were just talking to him - then claimed he WASNT there ) - who no shock hasnt bothered raised a formal complaint with head office now and will also pass this along to trading standards as this order could literally have killed me and trying to make me pay more is disgusting

Everytime on time and The food is still hot))

Called the phone line, was left to ring for a few minutes. Called again, a lethargic and disinterested sounding man picked up the phone, and shortly after I started making the order, he stopped me and told me the system wasn’t working and that I had to order online. I tried to order online, but had issues so returned to trying to phone. I tried to call again, and the person in the shop rejected the call, then just left it to ring when I called a fourth time. An hour spent attempting to make a £75 order. Ended up ordering from Pizza Hut. Thanks for making my 7 month pregnant partner wait unnecessarily for ages.

Delicious pizza!! Ordered online, it arrived within 25 minutes! Lots of toppings and proper hot! I am converted to Papa John's!!

Burnt, lacking taste and covered in grease!

Wasted £17.99 due to pizza arriving 1 hour 40 minutes after I ordered (which was too late and was in bed). Nobody answered the phone so I could cancel and no manager available on the several attempts afterwards to get a refund. No email back from customer support, either. Use Dominos, as they do have a generous procedure to deal with situations where they can't deliver on time (and they answer the phone!).

I have not had a pizza for many months and I was so looking forward to this Papa John's pizza. My first and ordered online. The tracking and delivery were exemplary, a very good impression. However, disappointment oozed out of the few mouthfuls I ate of the pizza. The remainder went into the bin. The cauliflower dippers tasted of very old oil, even with the garlic dip provided to mask some of the taste. The relief came in the unrecognisably tasting cheese, and garlic 'bread', which appeared to be little more than pizza base with some sort of cheese on it. Whatever the reason Papa John might have for this tasteless meal, the fact is, it was definitely not what I remember as a good pizza. For just over £30 for the three items, it will make expensive compost. I declined their survey because I could not stop them from planting cookies on my computer. The only working option was the 'accept all' button. Never again! Regrettably, I cannot recommend their pizzas, their cauliflower dips, or the cheese garlic slices, which is rather a shame, Pull up your socks and change that oil, Papa John!

I left feedback purely to raise the issue only for awareness of the company. Cheese was all over top of pepperoni, so pepperoni was buried, not crispy, but soggy. My kid wouldn’t eat it that way as was a lot of excess cheese. Waste as was supposed to feed us all.

order v late, Not acceptable. Couldnt call either just kept hanging up.

Awful / non existent customer service. Over and hour late and a complete refusal to pick up the phone when we tried to ring multiple times to try and get an update on when our pizzas were going to be delivered. I can grudgingly accept late deliveries if the restaurant is very busy but the fact that they refused to answer the phone to us to give us an update or explain is not acceptable.

Over an hour late. When phoned the first time said it would be 15mintes. 40 minutes later tried to phone again but wouldn’t go through however tried on another phone and went through straight away

we ordered for deliver to be at 4 and it took an hour and 45 minutes longer to be delivered at which point my friend had already gone home without eating

Called about food being late and was told 3 Minutes… the delivery then arrived 30 Minutes Late! No complaints about the food, in fact one of the best pizzas I have had from there.

Been an hour. Order still not arrived. No contact from the restaurant and when call the line goes dead and I'm hung up on.

Unfortunately the delivery was 45 mins early and I was still in a meeting until 12:45. Therefore the pizza was luke warm by the time we broke for lunch which was disappointing as it didn't to it justice.

Ordered at 7:30 with an eta of 8:25, called at 8:50 and was told my order was on route and would be a few minutes. Called again at 9:50 as food still not arrived and I was told my order hadn't been processed - food finally arrived at 10:15pm and we were given a free bottle of Pepsi which was nice of them but I certainly wont be ordering again. They cant manage their orders properly and food was not worth a 3 hour wait.

Ordered for the first time couple weeks back and thought we'd try again. Oh boy were we wrong about them. Ordered through just eat at 7:25 was given a delivery of 8:20, at 9 we ring and are told it is in the car and will be here shortly... At 9:48 we rang again and was greeted by, who told you it was on its way, we have no order then got told that the system never picked up our order. Did however get an apology and offer of a free bottle of drink, lets just say if my banking app let me cancel a payment on the go i would have... As i write this im still waiting for the pizza 2 and a half hours after ordering and ringing twice. Place shouldn't be alowed to trade, from the other reviews seems its common by them!

Very tasty, hot and really quick!

We received a confirmation number once we’d ordered, but after over an hour of waiting we decided to ring to see how long it would be. We were then told that there was no order on their system and there was nothing they could do about it! When we signed into our account it clearly showed we had ordered it from the Leighton Buzzard store. The money was showing as coming out of my account but yet we would have to call head office the next day. So left without food and money still taken.

I said I wanted special garlic dip and I got the garlic and herbs one that is terrible, I did not want that one

Fast delivery, always tasty don’t see why people moan on here. Occasionally they have got an order wrong but always happy to fix.

Ordered my pizza and hour and a half ago still not arrived

The food came really early which was fine, but I asked for a bottle of diet 7up and got a bottle of tango instead and I paid extra for double garlic dip and got one small garlic and one sweet chilli. I also had 5 random jalapeños with my pizza which I can’t eat and didn’t ask for. A bit odd. Pizza was good though
