Pizza Hut Delivery Dunstable in Central Bedfordshire

Collected my pizza and got to meet the new manager Kalki..my pizza was delicious , will be back again very soon good service

Ordered a meat feast without the pork extra chicken instead.... Got a pizza loaded with pork and Manager trying to tell me that ham and pepperoni is not PORK!!! Honestly!!! She was very rude considering she was in the wrong ..... Sh*t service ... Attitude was Stink ... They should just closed down and retrain the staff in there .... I only gave it a one so I could write this review ...

Takes consistently over an hour to reach, and then sends us the wrong pizza, meat pizza instead of vegetarian. store not bothered, refused to cancel the order and took another hour to send the correct ones,

Abysmal. Ordered 1 hour 40 mins ago when advised 35 mins for delivery. Called to chase, fella was rude on the phone and dismissive. Told to cancel, refused so took it up with main customer service to get money back. Wouldn't waste your time, joke of a service!

Very average, only pizza hut I've ever been to where payment is in advance and order at the till, which leads to a lower level of service in my eyes.

Pizza hut takeaway in Leighton buzzard, really good pizza, they're not shy on the toppings, not overloaded with sauce base, very tasty pizza. Quick delivery to, so doesn't turn up cold. Would defo use again.

Ordered two large cheesy bite pizzas. The pizza was so burnt it was not edible the cheesy bites well what can i say just bits of burnt dough there was no cheese in them at all The nachos were so burnt looked like they had been spray painted black & the cheesy triangles were still frozen Being a pizza lover i gotta say it was the worst pizza of my life

We order on line and the pizzas always arrive at the promised time. They are always hot and tasty and we only use Pizza Hut now.

Yesterday I decided to give this outlet a second chance after a poor experience last month. On the occasion the food took well over an hour to arrive and was lukewarm when it arrived. However, things were worse with the experience yesterday. Items were wrong and the food was once again barely warm despite the pizza looking like it had been cremated. If that wasn't bad enough I also had an upset stomach afterwards. Needless to say I will not be using this outlet again - which is a franchise - and have contacted Pizza Hut head office as this poor service is the norm judging by my own experience and other reviews.

Was OK food but not great service. Staff could have been a bit more polite and courteous. Pizza was OK but a bit skimpy on the toppings. Overall not terrible but not impressive in whole.

We went for a three course meal this time. The salad was superb. The starters which included wedges, onion rings and garlic bread were amazing. Main course was customized pizza which was very well cooked. Dessert was the highlight as we all liked it very very much. Pepsi max with favors are always my favorite.

I booked lunch at the Pizza Hut in Dunstable for myself and family and was very pleased I did. Really yummy sharing pizza with cheesy bites, great choice of fresh salads at the free unlimited salad bar. The children loved their vanilla milkshakes which were very attractively presented. Ice cream factory for dessert was thoroughly enjoyed too. The restaurant itself has really lovely decor and lighting and looks very clean. Staff are very attentive and friendly. Highly recommended for a family lunch. Very accessible and loads of parking.

Firstly, the website told me they delivered to my address but when I was faced with an error message on the payment page I rang up this branch. They had to inform me there that they couldn't deliver to my address. When I agreed to collection instead I then was told I couldn't get any of the online deals and would have to redo my whole order online. I refused as time was getting on and just wanted to order over the phone at this point. After being informed of several things I wished to order that they were out of... they took my (now completely different) order and told me the time to collect. I arrived 10 minutes later than they had informed me (just in case) and I still had to wait a further 10 minutes for my order to be ready. The server told me this was because they had a new guy on who was a bit slow... if they already knew that then all they had to do was tell me a more realistic time over the phone. All in all not very professional. Can't complain about the food though... when I finally got it.

I was a bit concerned with it being the school holidays we would not get to sit in and have a buffet lunch, but we arrived about 12.30pm and they still had a couple of tables free,They were quick to serve us and show us to our table. The salad bar and pizza buffet is great as you can have as much as you like, I tend to go for the pizza only as they had a lot of choices but the salad bar was clean and everything looked fresh, Hubby and the girls got tucked into the salad and 4 or 5 choices of Pizza and garlic bread, then finished off with the Ice cream factory . Variety of sweets and chocolate and strawberry sauce, it all went down rather well The guy who served us was attentive and even though busy he came over just to check if we needed anything. I must admit it was a lot better this time as when we visited a month ago their ice cream factory was not working but they forgot to mention it before we ordered, not such a good idea when you have loads of kids only eating the dinner to get to the ice cream!. Pleased its sorted. Pizza Hut is at the White Lion Retail Park in Dunstable which is great as you do not have to pay for parking.We really enjoyed it and will go again, even in the school holidays!

Good fresh food Well served and pleasant staff. The drink was refillable and the whole restaurant was clean.

Hemos tenido que parar pidiendo desde aquí y recogida en el White Lion restaurant. Tuvimos problemas interminable comenzando con pizza nueva - diseñada con unos quemada, nos quejamos y el personal no hacer nada por lo tanto se quejaron de Pizza Hut oficina principal y nos dieron un reembolso. Meses más tarde, decidimos volver a intentarlo, fue el mismo miembro del personal que dijo ella se acordaban de nosotros por teléfono, después de una hora y media, nuestra pizza nunca apareció, esto sucedió en dos ocasiones, disgracefull!

I came to Pizza Hut for my Birthday party in the month January, and it wasn't the most enjoyable event! The food was average and the food was not worth what I payed, I think the best thing was the staff. They were kind and friendly, very attentive. Maybe my visit was a one of, but I was appalled with my visit.

After always going to the marsh road one as it is closer to I tried this one out the other day. I am happy I did food was done on time and was hot, it was kept in a delivery bag until I picked it up. Good service also not amazing but I'm not that fussed I was only in there a matter of minutes nothing could of made it better.
