Well, it is a pizza place, and they do a great job. I don't like the chips but our son does, so everyone is happy. This is one of the only places he will eat Pizza from.

The pizza and customer service never fails! Best pizza in Sudbury without a doubt. It appears there are fake reviews... we are a loyal customer for several years and never have any issues. The staff are always friendly... always!

When the food arrived there was a beetle / some sort of insect cooked onto one of the pizzas. Picture attached. Abysmal customer service received over the phone and no refund offered. Reported to trading standards.

There was a beetle cooked into our pizza. Asked for a full refund and told nothing they can do. Absolutely rude staff. Please avoid. Reported to food standards agency. Hope this place is shutdown

Love Pizza town pizzas! Consistently good. We have used for both collection and delivery service and have nothing but compliments to give. Keep up the good work!

Not very satisfied with the mozzarella sticks g, weren’t even stringy.really got my hopes up to be very disappointed Pizza aite tho

I ordered my pizza and on arrival I realised it wasn’t right, it had a bbq base instead of tomato.. accidents happen I understand that but when I called them to ask for a replacement I had what sounded like 2 young girls telling me that I’m wrong! The lady I talked to said “why would they put bbq sauce on it, we aren’t stupid” and laughing and joking down the phone at me. once I asked for her name and to talk to a manager they hung up.. I called again and a different lady picked up also telling me that it doesn’t have bbq sauce on it even though it definitely did! I explained some people have serious allergies and this needs to be taken serious and I want to talk to a manager and a replacement to be sent as I’ve paid good money for it and they told me the manager doesn’t want to talk to me and that if it is wrong bring it to them so they can see.. I paid for delivery so won’t be going down to them.. hands down the worst customer service I’ve ever had!

Ordered two pizzas and stipulated not to put certain ingredients ie meat on the pizzas especially as one was a vegetarian pizza. Came and had meat. Spoke to manager who argued with me and refused to provide a refund. The one member of staff laughed down the phone. Burnt bad piazzas and rude staff.

Haven’t had Pizza Town pizza for a long while .. so decided to give it another try after having so many different pizza take aways in Sudbury.... we decided not to eat in but take away... we rung up with our order to be delivered it would take up to 1 hour so we decided to collect ready in 15 minutes... I had the deep pan 9” with Jalapeños pepperoni and onion..my husband got the 12” Farnhouse. it was delicious the pizza base was tasty a complete different type of pizza from the rest... really pleased will be ordering next time we want pizza... come highly recommend if you like the pizza pie types and great value.

I paid for a pizza and it failed on pizza town part but the money taken from my account I phoned them about this and they asked for proof so I phoned my bank and got an authorization code and they still didn't place my order this has been going on for about 3 hours what a big waste of my time. and the lady on the phone said it is it that man again I said yes she replied with ohhhh in such a insulting way and she sighed and told the manager it's that man again then he said tell him I'm busy. this is soo frustrating as I now have no money for food tonight and they have basicly stolen my money. the bank told me that I can put a cancellation order to try recover my funds but it takes about 24 hours which I Still can't get dinner. this is the first time I ever ordered anything from them and it's certainly the last. pizza town you owe me a big apology. #staff-from-the-cave

By far the worst service I have ever received. We ordered a delivery and paid over the phone, I was told it was an hour wait. The food arrived and was burnt. After an hour they still managed to burn the food. Chicken strips were black and the pizza was incinerated beyond recognition. We phoned up and the manager argued with us telling us it was not burnt. We were told to bring it back if we wanted a refund. We took it back and the manager argued with us trying to tell us the reason why it was burnt was because it was cheese and tomatoe. Ridiculous excuse. We got our refund but will never go back. This is the second time our food has been burnt. Awful rude service and burnt food, steer clear.

Ordered at 10.40 pm and no pizza turned up! !!! You could have rang or something I waited a hour and no show

I absolutely love Pizza Town my friend told me about it and I now I'm glad she did. I always order my pizza from pizza town and I find the food delicious. Pizza town is the only place that will deliver to my town and their is a large variety of food. I would highly recommend pizza town.

We order from Pizza Town regularly, and the service is always amazingly fast. The last time we ordered, it came in fourteen minutes! Since they merged with the Wimpy next door, I've stopped in for my lunch hour at least twice a month, and when you've got less than an hour to order and eat, speed is important. Can't fault these guys on service or quality. A little gem!
