my order wasn't delivered. spent 50 pounds for them to not deliver and not answer the phone. 18 times I've tried to call and not once answered.

Pizza is lovely really enjoyed it.

This is no longer the establishment the original owner created, shame.

Train wreck food, extortionate pricing, polite over the phone though. Ordered a medium Margherita with garlic stuffed crust + garlic knots. I understand the above doesn't exactly explode flavour but the price for the product I received was a straight up scam. The worker over the phone told me it should be changed to a small on the uber app but it hasn't yet, so you just get straight up charged for a medium. Rather inconvenient of google to not allow me to upload my photo but it appears small when compared to a coke can next to it. Not the medium standard you expect from a pizzeria. I spent £23 on a watery tasteless pizza with no seasoning in the sauce and a size that just straight up makes you feel robbed. Never again. Cannot stress enough the patience and willingness to apologise on behalf of the business for said complaints, hope he has a good shift and thank you for taking my call.

Food is great, but had so many issues ordering from them both directly and on their website. I had an uber eats order cancelled without any acknowledgement. Have had to wait 1 hour+ several times. I keep coming back because the food is good, just the service is awful.

Ordered a half and half pizza tonight to which I finally noticed after eating 1 slice already that the chicken I had on my pizza was a very weird fishy smell and tbh didn't even taste like chicken it tasted like fish aswell I have been put off from using these again and I'd be sure to check your food before eating

£19 for a tiny pizza and a small milkshake??? Very very bad, I would never use again

Awful. Paid for 2x12” pizzas and received a 12” plus a 9”. When I told them they just told me that they’ll send a screenshot of my order. I’ve triple checked my order and I ordered 2 x 12” pizzas. Lost my business and hopefully people will vote with their feet. Would have given zero stars if possible.

Was starving on my way home from work thought I would phone a head for an order tried multiple times for no answer cracking customer service right there well done

After spending £30 for ONE pizza and wedges and two shakes I have to say I could only stomach one slice of pizza that was the worst iv ever tasted and wedges that tasted like dry cardboard *AVOID*

Ordered through Just Eat- my order was cancelled. I called them to find out why, they explained they didn’t have a driver. Asked if I could collect. The restaurant said they would cook me a fresh lot of food if I could arrange collection. My friend went and collected. I received cold, tasteless pizza. Clearly not freshly cooked. Plus they still charged me for delivery! Never again.

Ordered a pizza to be collected 20-25 minutes later as directed. Turned up to pick it up to find the shop closed and didn’t answer the phone, they obviously never bothered started cooking our pizzas! It was a real shame as their pizzas are really good but I’m too disappointed to order from here again! Just not good enough.

We come here often as the pizza here is the best in Sudbury. Never disappointed by the good we get from here and it's reasonably priced too. Friendly service as well!

Had a pizza here tonight and was very impressed. Cheese, bacon and pineapple pizza was enormous and very tasty. Sat inside as there are a few tables with chairs and some ar stools. Good value for money. Would definately recommend the tasty pizza and will return.

I mean, just look at the size of that bad boy. Tastes good, looks good, feels good. For pizza, what more do you want?

Tried a delivery from here on Friday evening, ordered 2 large pizzas, honestly not worth the hassle. The delivery driver couldn’t find our house even though it’s very very easy and we’ve never had problems before, we ended up waiting over an hour for the pizzas to arrive cold. The grease had caused the pizzas to stick to the box, leaving most of it inedible and horrible looking. This place is just as bad as dominoes if not better, a real shame they couldn’t bring the New York quality all the way over here.

Had a half and half take away pizza, and was impressed. These pizzas are huge! Never seen a pizza this big in the UK. It was really tasty, and great value for money. There are no complicated offers like a well known chain establishment, and i didnt leave feeling like iv been ripped off, like a lot of places in the town. Iv eaten pizza in New York, and it is pretty close to that taste. Only thing i was hoping for, was a little more variety on the menu, but maybe that will come as the business grows.

If you want a great slice of pizza this place is for you. One slice is huge and enough for a quick lunch. Really tasty pizza. The owner is from New York and seems to have brought authenticity to his little pizza joint. You won't be disappointed.

The best pizza around. You won’t find better locally. Me and my girlfriend had the Meat feast one (can’t remember the actual listed menu name) between us and it’s the best pizza I can remember having. Will definitely be a returning customer. Very fairly priced.

BEST PIZZA EVER!! just had the Brooklyn and my wife (who's not really the biggest pizza fan) a mushroom and pineapple. Well she couldn't get enough and neither could i! light thin base with a light crispy crust, tasty sauce and toppings, a real delight to eat.... Thank you shaun for bringing "a slice of new york" to Sudbury!

Popped in with my teenage son as a treat after picking him up from the school bus. Mouth watering selection of pizzas, and the slices are absolutely huge. What a wonderful addition to Sudbury's food offering! My son is already badgering me about going back, and we will :)

Delicious and super close to a real NYC pie. (You have to be in NYC for that to happen) No Garlic knots were available though, which was ashame! I guess we will have to come back again! Oh well! 👍
