The best restaurants serving Pizza pasta food in East of England

Don’t like dominos generally Had my arm twisted by my youngest tonight Ordered their new Korean chicken pizza and their mixed chicken box thing Delivery very quick Food was good Fresh and tasty (for mass produced fast food!) Pizza was decent (spicey though!) Wouldn’t have every week but it was better than previous experiences

Please DO NOT order from this Dominos. My recent experience was beyond disappointing. I ordered a tuna pizza, and what arrived was genuinely inedible—both in appearance and quality. The tuna was hard as a rock which suggests the cans were open and left uncovered for days if not weeks. I raised my concerns and the response from both customer service and the very rude lady in the store was dismissive and condescending. Instead of addressing the actual problem, they focused on reassuring me about their “strict protocols” and insisted the product was within their expected range—despite clear evidence to the contrary. Worse, they framed the replacement pizza I received as a “goodwill gesture,” when in reality, it was the bare minimum after serving UNSAFE food. Oh and get this, she even said that in order to get a replacement pizza, I had to send her back the tuna pizza (guess she thought I was just complaining to get another free pizza). And I happily did send that horrible unsafe pizza right back to her. And even the one I got as replacement, I couldn’t eat because I was so disgusted and couldn't trust dominos in dunmow ever again. It’s so disappointing to see a company more concerned with shutting down complaints than ensuring customer safety. So please DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. IT IS NOT SAFE. Want a good pizza place in Dunmow? Order from Dunmow Flames Pizza & Grill, they are more affordable and SOOO much better and kinder to people.

Excellent and quick service when collecting and the food the was great! Would highly recommend this for a good and high quality pizza!

Disgusting muck; avoid avoid avoid; after managing to eat three slices I left the rest in the fridge overnight; the fridge smelled like rotting flesh in the morning. If I could give it minus points I would. Horrific.

DO NOT EAT HERE. i ordered a pizza, never came and they still charged me. Then when i try to call they hang up on me without hearing me out. Horrible place dont order or eat from here

We ordered a pizza for a Sunday evening and was excited when seeing 5minutes after ordering online it was on its way, or so we thought... 15minutes later we were left wondering where our food was, knowing it would likely be cold. We called them only to be told Call back in five minutes. Another 25minutes had passed and Calling them again was told to wait even further. Eventually 10minutes more out neighbour knocked on out door to say they were handed a delivery at our entry door. To our Frustration we checked the food only to have our fears become reality, the Food was cold and NOT fit for human consumption The horror was that this was a MEAT pizza and Chicken bites and the temperature was far below the safe levels. After contacting to request a Refund we was told that the manager was not there and to call back after 5minutes. Calling again we were told they needed to contact the driver first to hear what they had to say. Getting the run around at this point It was clear because it was my wife on the phone they were taking liberty thinking she would get bored and not bother chasing further. When we called again to repeat the request for a refund, we was told the manager had yet again left the premises and was unavailable please call again in 5minutes. ABSOLUTELY fuming at this point I expressed how poor the service was, epressed how unprofessional the manager was for leaving the premises without the ability to refund complaints. I wonder if the franchisee knows how poor this looks on Their business. The last communication I had I was told I would get a call in 5minutes, THIS has not happened I will continue to write poor reviews and recommend NO ONE uses them again, absolutely disgusting service.

I had to order over the phone as I am allergic to dairy and cannot add meat to a vegan pizza or customise a normal pizza to have vegan cheese. Not only did the lady on the phone mumble which made it difficult to understand but she came across as rude. I was not informed of the price before asking for my card details which I didn’t question as it usually comes to around £25-30 for 2 pizza with a deal which the person operating the phone adds on for us but this time it came to £52!! If I was able to order this online I could have got 2 pizza’s and 2 sides for £24.99. Please make the vegan base and cheese an options for customisation for those with allergens so we don’t have to pay double the amount for less!!

I'm a regular at pizza hut and always enjoy ordering in with family, a lady called Kazzia took my order over the phone (a long order!) and she was super friendly, incredibly polite, with great customer service skills, the food was great as always. Very pleased all round.

absolutely shy7e, all of them are proper crumpets, sent out of date coleslaw out and took half an hour to bring a new one and when they brought the new one it tasted like wet soggy football boots and the pepperoni on the pizza tasted like a horses trotter, proper horrible gaff wouldn’t recommend

Pizza was absolutely disgusting, and I accidentally ordered tomato base instead of bbq, so that's my fault. But the tomato base tasted awful, and off, cheese smelled funny and I'm sure the pizza dough wasn't cooked long enough, only had 2 slices of the 8 in a medium pizza, no point calling as they never do anything, may go head office about the standards of this food! I kid you not, I could of gagged

Collected my pizza and got to meet the new manager Kalki..my pizza was delicious , will be back again very soon good service

Absolutely horrendous. Will never ever use them again. The pizza looked like it had been dropped on the floor and thrown back I the box.

Shop was open as i managed to walk in, i called out numerous times to get a pizza but no one, not one person answered. Place looked like it was cleaned down but obviously no one cared to take my order, even though it was the end of the night, but if I could walk in then surely I should be able to order? Aren't you in the business of serving? I know I am! Someone comes into my business with minutes to spare they get served, obviously at dominoes the staff couldn't give two hoots.

Service was good, pizza went in the bin. Same issue as elsewhere in town, tastes like frozen pizza, but frozen cheap pizza, like really cheap pizza, would of been happy if it tasted like Dr oetker, or goodfellas, even a Chicago town takeaway (which are trash), but no, was even worse than a Tesco £1 job, which I'd of still ate as it cost me £1, and I ain't wasting money, but this! Was not suitable for human consumption, left me well annoyed, and £10 lighter! Would of rather been forced to spend it on San Miguel and drink it, well maybe not that extreme, but it was as disgusting.
