Awful service.. says 25 mins for home delivery - 1 hour later still waiting tried to call and say the "tracker for driver "not working and manager very rude lying on all 3 calls he's coming he's coming...Its got so late I tried to cancel it till another day as I have work tomorrow so early...manager very rude and to top it off I have a pizza I didn't order ots vegetable and I asked for mighty meat feast..

As I have done so previously, I called the restaurant to place a large order, 24 pizzas to be delivered to our local business at 8:30pm for the following evening for a staff party. The driver arrived on time. The pizzas were correct, hot & tasty. Very happy with the service received. Well done again team! It's great to receive such consistent great service.

Pizza was good but loaded fries were undercooked. Eating the loaded fries was like eating raw potatoes. This isn't the first time we've had this problem.

Absolutely disgusting customer service. Ordered a pizza they delivered the wrong one was told they gonna sort it out next time I order. When I did the very next night was told that I’m lying!!! Denied me my pizza n also kept my money! I will never use them again staff including managers have no sense of customer service. I wouldn’t recommend them at all.

A HAIR ON MY GARLIC BREAD!!! !The pizza was cut sloppily and one of the garlic breads had no cheese or tomato on it. Was not offered a refund.

Very poor service tonight 26 January .Order pizza using Domino App.used the tracking ,which told me pizza arrive by had not. Phone Domino’s told pizza not order. When I had received email confirmation. After a few words, I was then told pizza would be five minutes, 20 minutes later arrived and it was cold. When I complained told that they where are busy tonight.

On the 18th of NOVEMBER 2022 approximately 0340 HRS my friend placed an order for me and my herself on dominos website for a total of £30worth of food that meant to be delivered from Luton- Central store. This store was still open at the time. At 0403HRS as my friend’s phone needed a charge, I called dominos central to confirm that they have received the order in case if u didn’t we would order from different opened place.The female who picked the phone stated the order was received and it’s being prepared (after checking order number and address). We continued to wait but the pizza was not arriving from a store which is around 10 min drive away. At 0441HRS we made another call to ask how long it would be (again gave the order number and address) we were told this time by a male ‘it’s on its way! 3 minutes’. At 0507HRS we called again as the order was still not delivered.the same male (with Indian accent)on shift said that the store it’s now closed they will not deliver it they don’t have our order and that we need to find a number online for a refund department. We complained and asked for an refund as our movie night was ruined and we have been lied too by incompetent and very rude staff! We asked for the male’s name on few occasions and he refused to give his name he hanged the phone up on us in the middle of a sentence after we tried to settle.I never experienced so bad customer service in my life! I felt offended by the way male spoke to us and the way we have been lied to!

Two chicken wings delivered as a bone and tomato sauce was missing even though I had added two types of tomato sauces

Very rude delivery driver, I don't appreciate name calling it's just pizza it ain't that deep. I you can't act like a adult don't be a delivery driver.

As we needed a change from having to do home cooking every night during lockdown (and also since we had a voucher for Dominos) decided to try them. There is a good online system but during lockdown there is no collection only delivery, and a somewhat more limited menu. Also you can't order in advance and specify a delivery time, you get it "ASAP". I ordered a pizza a bit earlier than we really wanted as I had no idea how busy they would be. It took two attempts to get the order accepted on-line but it then worked fine including the voucher code, and our pizza was delivered only about 30 minutes later, which was faster than I expected. The size, crust, and toppings were exactly as specified. I thought the toppings were quite generous and flavour was good. We were happy with the whole experience. Dominos are probably not the cheapest but offer good value for money in my opinion.

Ordered regular pizza, get paper burn crust with thin layer of cheese and too much green peppers... Felt like eating carton board... Was there only once time passing through Luton... I though domino mean quality but they have dropped so low... BTW last time I'm going domino.. Embarrassing experience for me as I bring people there reassuring they have best pizza... Domino get a grip... Wish I could put zero stars

ordered 7.99 euro large pizza on offer. never ever eaten such a horrible pizza my life.i m a visitor to luton . its such a cracker base pizza . horrible tasteless sauce and uncooked toppings . feel vomit after swalow it. horrible horrible experience. how could domino piza quality such low in london luton.super avoided this shop wastage of money absolute.better swalow paper witg water then this branch pizza.good bye luton dominos for good.

Everytime I order, the delivery is so quick! Food is always fresh, hot and delicious. Correct order everytime. The delivery guys are always polite too!

I just placed an order which included 2 Fantas and 4 Cokes. When i got the drinks there were 4 Fantas and 2 Cokes. I called the place and the guy wanted me to pay for the delivery for getting my order right. Why should I pay for someone's else mistake? He was keep saying to pay for delivery when i was just happy for an exchange (didn't even ask for a refund or anything exagereted) and just get what i wanted. Who ever picked that phone shouldn't work there and should seriously get a training in how to speak to the customers as i am working in hospitality and i would never speak like that with a customer.

Got a delivery from Dominos Luton last week. Not the best Pizza not the worst. Best thing I found was the meatball wrap, that’s worth ordering with your pizza, just in case you’re pizza crap.

So I placed an order yesterday at this dominoes in Luton central. 10mins after placing the order I quickly rang back to see if I could change my order to a large pizza instead. Now the lady on the phone was a very very confused person I feel she needs more training or not allowed to be answering the phone at all! Took her 3/4mins to get my address right! Than she told me my pizza hasn’t even been made yet so I could make changes, after sorting the order out within minutes the delivery guy came to deliver! I rang back straight away again the same lady answered and said oh we thought it was wasn’t ready but later realised it had already left for delivery! Nothing wrong with food itself but my complaint is please hire more people who know what they are doing. She rushed both phone calls as if she couldn’t bothered! Definitely needs more training in how to handle customer calls and give the correct information.

As always had a perfect meal at Pizza Express but, could not miss the state of what should be a beautiful restaurant !!! The white painted walls and ceiling are in desperate need of repainting and all the doors are grubby so, would be quite worried about hygiene standards in this restaurant !!!!

I always enjoy Domino’s pizza. The pizzas are great and the taste is amazing. This particular one in Luton is very clean and the staff are good. Would definitely recommend. It’s a pain to get to as they don’t have their own parking. But towards the back of the place there is a public car park.

Nice shop, you can see how your pizza is made ( no need to fear unwashed hands/sneezes ..etc) Amazing pizza! And nice staff as well! COMBO BREAKER! I love this place

This review is about a phone call I received after I ordered online. Firstly, the number had No Caller ID so I nearly didn't answer it as I don't take calls from unknown numbers. The number should be registered as a Domino's number. As I'd just ordered I assumed it was Domino's, the conversation went roughly as follows:

Me llamó al orden a recoger. donde hay una oferta de compre 1 y obtenga 1 gratis. Ya fui a recoger el pedido un precio y el personal estaba pidiendo £1 extra. A lo cual le preguntaron y dijo que lo siento y luego intentó darme £1/- en cambio. Acepté eso como un error. Pero esto ha de suceder muchas veces.

Evita este lugar en todos los gastos . Pedí una pizza en 21,20 la pizza todavía no llegamos a las diez y media debido al hecho de que el conductor no tenía ni idea de dónde iba a pesar de que entrar en mi dirección claramente en línea. Me llamó la sucursal varias veces y me colgó en alrededor de 3 de esas veces. Me dijeron que por teléfono que no habría que pagar por la pizza cuando finalmente llegamos . Sin embargo, cuando no llega a 22,45 el conductor era increíblemente discutió y me dijeron que tenía que pagar. Él entonces sonó la sucursal y nos dirigimos a hablar en su idioma nativo. Le pregunté a decirme que estaba ocurriendo pero él me ignoró. Luego me llamó la sucursal que me dijo que porque me había jurado en el conductor que ahora no está recibiendo la pizza gratis y luego colgando. Este fue un completo mentira! En ningún momento juro. esto ha arruinaron completamente mi noche de sábado estaba originalmente viendo una película, pero que al final no mirando y ir a la cama con hambre. El servicio de atención al cliente es una broma.Dominos es una empresa de la que yo uso muy a menudo, pero sus construcciones franquicias como éste, que supone una mala reputación. EVITAR a toda COSTA

Great pizza, great desserts and great delivery service. Ordered online for a scheduled delivery and arrived bang on time . Can't complain.

Always have a good service with Dominoes however my boyfriend and I had exceptional service the other day. Went in about 10pm to order a £26 deal of two large pizzas and two sides, brilliant deal anyway, we had only been waiting 10 minutes (they were busy so not long at all) when a lady told us our pizza had been made wrong so they would give us the pizza for free and the deal for 50% off, we couldn't believe it, over and above definitely!

El hombre con quien hablé por teléfono era increíblemente grosero y gritó por teléfono. Fue inflexible que no venden pizzas de corteza delgada y se rehusó a pedir un supervisor y el registro doble, a pesar de que el sitio web presenta una amplia gama de varias cortezas. Cuando las pizzas finalmente llegamos después de una hora de espera, parecía que lo habían tirado sobre y las coberturas eran muy escaso. Las tomé estaban fríos de piedra y nos dieron coca-cola cuando pedimos Sprite. Cuando tratamos de circunvalación y quejarse el teléfono se estrelló. He ordenado Dominos antes y que había sido absolutamente bien sin embargo esta tienda en particular es una vergüenza para la empresa y nunca objeto de esta tienda de Luton, el personal necesita ser seriamente modificarse o despedido!

They take ur order on the phone , take money from ur account and u get no pizza ...and yet u show them ur card details. If ur card cant swipe then no pizza and no money back (ie if u use santander bank card )they are very rude and they say it takes 4 to 5 working days for the refund to get to ur account...the service its really bad in luton lu1 1hs dominos store . Bad communication , with attitude ... but are very quick to take ur money and bank details....

I ordered a pizza with chocolate dough, delivery come in time but the food was extra ordinary worse : choco doughs burnedpizza was not at as I ordered, as i called them they said i have told them differently... after a while they connect me to a woman.. who asked me how many slices i already eat, i said 2 .. she say... maybe you eat 3 ? she than wanted to send me a small pizza because i eated already 2 slices I gave the driver the small piza back and also the rest of the food .. as i dont trust them at all, they maybe even spit on your pizza if they are already accusing you of eating soemthing you ordered .. next time i will scratch the cheese from the top to see if everything is there and than call them.They are a big joke and please do not order from them if u wanna have a happy evening with tasty food
