I used to order pizza in this shop as the taste was the best for me . Recently ordered pizza , pizza was hard, dry no flavor. They also made a mistake in my half/half pizza when I sent picture and call to complain the lady said that it was my order ( looks that they don’t understand the concept of half/half) and then start to speak in her language (I believe Hindu) while talking to me. I was so furious that I hang up ! It’s not professional

I just ordered pizza to my house for dinner and when the driver got close, he called me to come outside to collect my food. Never have I ever been told to come outside to collect my food. After going back and forth with the driver about him delivering it to my door (because that’s what I paid for) he said he refuses to deliver my food and is taking it back. When I called the restaurant to report this, the driver lied and told his colleagues that I swore at him (which I NEVER did and would never do). I was also told that drivers aren’t allowed inside buildings to deliver food, which isn’t true because every single driver before this one has delivered straight to my front door. I told the man on the phone that I can’t go outside to meet the driver due to my disability and he told me that I’m supposed to put a note when ordering to disclose my disability and tell them that they need to deliver it to my front door. I don’t recommend ordering from this restaurant at all unless you want childish and unprofessional drivers refusing to do their job & DELIVER your food. Horrible works, horrible place.

I remember pizza hut used to be the best for pizza takeaway I used to work in a pizza hut and it was good food but it has gone downhill pretty quickly, I don't think the ovens in this branch are working properly since the cheese was bright white and looked like it was melted with a toaster and the dough lacked crunch. The pizza hut restaurants are alot better with the buffet... Can't say I'd trust this branch or pizza hut delivery again

I'm guessing the older woman that works here is either the manager or married to the manager other wise she'd of been sacked by now she's got the worst customer service skills and she make the wettest most undercooked pizza everytime, I only go because my family likes the desert. They'll respond in the same way they always do and nothing will change.

I ordered on the too good to go app on Tuesday I definitely will not be ordering from here again the food was undercooked it’s left me with food poisoning and made me very ill. I’m disgusted that you can let food leave without making sure it’s fully cooked! Don’t order from here!!!

If i could score 0 I would. Have used this outlet for years and never complained. I just ate my pizza and bit into an empty ketchup wrapper! I called the store and got called a liar. A new pizza was sent but waited 30 plus mins. When i called bk to say i wasnt a liar it went from bad to worse,will never use this franchise again!!!

The lady that makes the pizzas in the afternoon needs some training . This is the 4th time in the week. When I order in the evening it’s well cooked but when that lady makes it , it’s watery , uncooked and too much tomatoe . On top of that she’s very rude ..

Ordered through the app - got a good deal large pizza with extra peri peri toppings - cheese bites-cookies dough.order arrived very quickly fresh and hot- perfectly made- forgot to take the pictures at the beginning but my son took it half way while I was busy finishing the pizza.Thanks March road Pizza Hut.

Amazing service from start to finish from JiJi at the Luton - Marsh Road branch. JiJi was very polite and friendly on the phone, took a note of the specifics/special requests on the phone. Pizza delivered very hot, looked fantastic and tasted delicious. Best pizza place in Luton and fantastic service. I ordered from this branch today and when the pizza arrived we were eating the topping separately from the base… go figure… they also charged me extra for a Pepsi but delivered a Pepsi max… I’ve had issues with them in the past, will be going back to dominoes!

I would give 0 stars if i could by far the worst pizza hut in the UK rude staff always deliver with items missing, when you call its always will give you something free next time you order no i want what i ordered and paid for or a refund for the missing item. Also to be honest the food is sub standard. Honesty a Lidl pizza taste just as good, dont just take my word for it try it for yourself. Save your money and support your local takeaways.

As it mothers day I placed an order for delivery at this branch which was suggested by the site. I placed the order as instructed. The payment was confirmed and it was taken from my card. I received an email confirmation with an order number. I received no food for over an hour. I contacted the branch but they denied the order existed even though I had an email confirmation and order number. The staff and the manager Iqbal were not interested in investigating the matter or helping me. They told me it was a customer service matter while my email clearly stated that I should contact the branch in case of a problem with my order. I contacted the customer service number provided by the branch. The number had a pre-recorded COVID message followed by an auto disconnect. The limit was I then received an email asking me for feedback on how did they did with my order and the food. In spite of denying the existence of my order. The only good thing is that I then ordered from Domino's and got a fantastic deal which was delivered in 15mins.

The food arrived piping hot nice and tasty pizza the chicken was tender and fresh the cheese squares ware very nice , the delivery driver was quick and friendly overall good experience

beware of the online deals not working! We got caught out having ordered a family meal and only having one pizza delivered. I rang to explain what happened and the person on the line didn’t really care. To top the experience the pizza was cold and late (it even said delayed on the receipt) and I didn’t even get an acknowledgement or apology. I told them to leave redelivering another pizza as I didn’t really trust them after that and didn’t want them to think I was pulling a fast one in wanting a free pizza. Save yourself the hassle and the hungry family and order from elsewhere!

I had pizza deal on 3rd of nov 2021 from Pizza Hut it’s in the marsh road I had very bad experience bcz chicken was so smelly and it was under cooked never recommended again

The lady at the Marsh Road branch refused to give me free dips which come with my pizza because in her own words 'I've already given you a deal' very bad customer service.

Have stop ordering from here now three times have been over 45 minutes late, food very cold and when call up they don't care will not use again

There is so much sauce on this pizza the toppings are sliding off. I went to collect my pizzas a d when I cled the man was really rude. First and last time I will be getting pizza at this hit!

Quite disappointed. Wasn't sure whether to leave a bad review, but I have given them enough chances. This is about the 3rd time (to be fair, from many) that my pepperoni pizza has been undercooked. It arrives sloppy and the cheese and toppings just slide off. The other times, the replacement has been good, but this time, the replacement was the same. Quite poor quality control. I didn't give one star because they have been good a lot of the time, but this time it just took the biscuit.

Disgusting. I was expecting a crispy nice pizza especially because it's a big brand. We paid £42 for 2 pizzas plus delivery and honestly I expected more. I don't know if this is in every pizza hut but this one was out of order. Please fix yourself. This is not okay especially because it's a big franchise. I should of went to dominos.

Last time I purchased 2 cookie dough and pizza,the pizza we’re kinda ok but the cookie doughs were really burnt so we rang them and they gave a new one but it was near enough the same. Today I purchased 2 pizzas and cheese triangles,the pizzas were quit stiff and the triangle were a rip of by 7 of them for 5 pounds and they were small also as well as that 1 of them were like not even a triangle and it was extremely small.

The wait was so long, about 25 minutes. The pizza was dry.

The most horrific place in the world. The service is disgusting, the food is barely cooked, the wait is easily over an hour, they always miss stuff off of your order, they never answer their phone. I’ve tried to give this place a fair chance over the past year, but never again. If I could give any advice to anyone wanting to get Pizza Hut from Marsh Road, PLEASE do not waste your money here!!! Go to the one in Dunstable or Luton Town, but avoid this one because you will be left feeling disappointed and angry.

Wakefield Horbury Road Branch. Part of my order was a vegi sizzler delivery. It came with 2 tiny 1cm slice of onion, 1 piece of slice green pepper & plenty of jalapeños. I was so disappointed with the lack of veg as I am a regular customer & spent a lot of money over the years. I have twice sent feedback on Pizza Hut complaint email. I haven't yet received any correspondence whatsoever. I am very disheartened so much so that I have decided not to use Pizza Hut again. This was the 2nd time I have received minuscule veg on a vegetarian pizza... I didn't complain the first time.

If you want to spend £20 on a so called pizza that is just raw dough, this is the place for you. Soggy, raw, wet, bland, disgusting and will never order from Pizza Hut again

ordered 2 large double pepperoni pan pizza. dry, 3 inch crust without topping, tasteless pepperoni, and only 17 slices on one and 18 on the other. Cheese looked like it was rationed too, so sparse, tasted of soggy tomato. took me 9 phone calls to speak to manager and agreed a refund. Said i had to speak to head office and they said I would have had to have kept the pizza even though the manager had agreed refund and I had kept pictures just in case. Awful service. please please do not order from this branch, it is a totally USELESS,

Ordered pizza first time and it would be the last time. It was Raw and tasteless. delivery man asked for another £1 excusing it was not exact payment and he have to pay from his pocket.

Discgustong service, food was dry over cooked and not even cut up properly. We got apauling service from the woman on the phone that didn't know what she was doing or what deals they were offering. Didn't get what we asked for. Manager was rude and obnoxious and refused a refund. Delivery driver took money without giving change and the manager then refused to return the correct change. Pizza tasted nothing like the kind pizza you get in Pizza Hut restaurant and we were told that the prices vary from Pizza Hut to Pizza Hut so had to pay extra for the pizza we wanted even tho the menu we received through our door was cheaper.

I've ordered a pizza with sides and drink last week for first time here as I wanted something different of that I used to eat. Was waiting almost 1h 30 mins then I've called them they said the delivery guy has dispatched so it can be here any minute. It came 10 minutes later and the pizza got cold and soggy. Pizza Hut is like 10 minutes away which is not that far to get a pizza like this. I was doing deliveries and I know well! Sorry to say that but this was terrible!!

The delivery time is great the food is delicious and their new strawberry cookie dough is amazing.

All of the one star reviews are true. I've ordered from here twice, as I thought the 1st time may have been an off day. I was so surprised a franchise could be this bad! First pizza turned up cold and very very dry. On the second occasion the delivery driver refused to deliver to my 1st floor flat, he said the policy had changed in the last 6 months. Then stormed off when I explained that I'd never heard of this new policy. The branch manager then gave me incorrect information on how to claim a refund, then stopped answering the telephone. Terrible example of a Pizza Hut. You're better off using one of the others in town.

If I could leave minus 10 I would. Wrong door number, rudest woman I’ve ever had the misfortune to encounter on phone, food over half hour late and completely raw and inedible. So I get home today and find a delivered menu with offers. I'm won over and call my local Pizza Hut Marsh Road Luton. I try to order a large pizza with ultimate dipping box only to be told "no we are not honouring that deal" the operator was rude and gave no reason as to why, he said he would do it for £20 not £17.99 as stated on the deal. I was going to spend £40+ but I have now gone to Dominos. Please don't waste my time and post deals you will not honour and you need to train Marsh Road operators some manors. Was he going to pocket the extra £2?? I went to Dominos in the end.

Really poor service, pizza arrived squished took over 40 mins to send another completely ruined meal as everyone else had finished eating and one person hadn't eaten. No proper apology had to ring to chase pizza.

Worst pizza from a pizza hut place could not even be eaten brought two large only half of one was eaten dry hardly no cheese and veg it was like we where eating just bread brought for kids to open fast never again wasted £20 and had to make kids something else.

When calling staff confuse orders and cannot understand what you're asking for, they also don't know about half of the deals that are advertised online or on the tv adverts etc. Much easier to order online. Delivery has been ok but often things are missed off order eg bottle of drink. Try to call up if the order's wrong and you just get abuse or some offer that you can get money off next time, however this is never honoured. If they get the order right, the food is generally ok though.

I made an order online at 3pm to deliver at 6pm. My order was late so i phoned at local branch & spoke to the manager Hussain, who was very rude & start telling me that he has staff shortage, he is the only one doing all the work here. So, pizza order arrived at 6.30pm. When i opened the pizza box, pizza was stuck to the lid, not appetising at all. Very disappointed 😡

Ordered for collection as I live too far away for delivery. Managed to get a great online deal and saved money. Once in the store the member of staff that served me was fairly pleasant. Food was still hot by the time I made it home and was of good quality. Definitely will return.

Staff and drivers are untrained, unhelpful, late delivery up to 2 hours late. Tried to contact the store, but they werent bothered about the order.

Food delivered over 2 hours after we've placed an order!! Freezing cold food was delivered but the driver still demanded full payment. Very unhappy with the service!!! Will never order from them again!!!!

I went there yesterday and orderd 2 large veggie sizzler, a lady & a guy called Shahid served me , they actually gave me wrong pizzas (Veggie Suprem) & when i came back home and called them to let them know then all they both were doing was to put the blame on me that i should have checked the pizzas in there shop before leaving. Seriously you dont expect it from PizzaHut, i didnt go to any GoGo Piiza or Papa Jones Pizza that i have to make sure these stupid things. They were not at all helpful. Inspite of giving me wrong pizzas they were not ready to change it as i think its against Pizzahut's policy.

Ordered a very large Pizza half was tp have a barbeque sauce on one half and the other with a tomato base it was a meat feast with a stuffed crust, they did not do as we requested and very little meat.

Ordered pizza for home delivery, 50minutes later still nothing. Called them 'Be there in 5 minutes' when delivered, under cooked, dough still wet and pizza was cold.

Tenía un folleto y llamé para pedir una pizza y era un poco molesto que acabé tener que ir en línea a la orden porque no aceptan un teléfono para pedir el cupón que quería. Finalmente nos dieron la orden y sentimos el mediano pizzas estaban un poco pequeña. comida no estar caliente durante demasiado tiempo.
