The pizza Was tasty, Delicious and fully baked like although sheraz who helped me alot by chosing the perfect pizza for myself & the taste i liked the most 💯 recommended

When I called to chase the order over an hour after putting it through, they first lied and told me the driver was on his way. Then they told me they couldn't accept the order and had to pass it on to another branch. They only did this when I chased.

I was so disappointed with the pizza from "Top Pizza" that my friend ordered yesterday. The management was nowhere to be seen, and the staff seemed completely disengaged. They lost our order, and we had to wait ages for any service, with no apologies or any attempt to make things right. The pizza itself was a total letdown - soggy and obviously left under a heat lamp for too long. I'd give it one star just for having pizza, but honestly, it doesn't deserve the name "Top".

"Top Pizza" was a disaster. No management in sight, just uninterested staff. They lost our order, made us wait forever, and the pizza was a soggy mess. The owner definitely owed us an apology but seemed only interested in our money, not in providing quality. One star for having pizza, but that's it.

I bought pizza .The pizza was a soggy disaster, The very first impression when I stepped in staff was really uninterested and engaged with each other and laughing even they don’t bother customer existence and interest at all. Poor management and Quality doesn’t entitled “Top”. Waste of time, money and effort.

Quality of the crust. The foundation of any great pizza lies in its cruts. Flavourfull sauce, well balanced cheez, Thoughtful selected topping, consistency in Quality.

Really disappointed I am at the shop till last 25 minutes I ordered for 2 pizza and they did give me 15 min time after 15 min I asked they said it’s not ready yet after 5 min when I did ask again they said they gave my order to someone else and said me to wait for 7 min more I am still waiting it’s really disappointing my order number was 73

I recently had the misfortune of ordering from what was supposed to be the "Top Pizza" in town, and let me tell you, it was an experience I wish I could un-experience. From the moment I walked in, the management was nowhere to be seen, and the staff seemed more interested in their personal conversations than attending to customers. I had to wait an absurd amount of time just to place my order, only to find out later that my order was completely misplaced. When I finally managed to get someone's attention after what felt like an eternity, instead of an apology, all I got was a half-hearted shrug and a mumbled excuse. There was no attempt to rectify the situation or compensate for the error. The staff lacked any semblance of professionalism or courtesy; it was as if they were doing me a favor by acknowledging my existence. To add insult to injury, when I finally received my pizza, it was clear it had been sitting under a heat lamp for far too long, making it a sad, soggy mess rather than the crispy, cheesy delight I was promised. I've never felt so disregarded as a customer. The management clearly has no control over staff, and the staff themselves are either untrained or uncaring. This place has not only lost my business but has also made me question how it could ever be considered "Top Pizza" unless the criteria include "worst customer service" and "most misplaced orders." Save your money, your time, and your patience - steer clear of this establishment unless you enjoy the taste of regret with your pizza.

Without a doubt the absolute best tops pizza going. The staff can’t do enough for you the food is amazing and the manager mukhtar goes above and beyond. Since I have moved to Luton I always ordered pizzas from tops pizza but this time I’m very disappointed with my order it was not the same, I ordered 2 large pizzas and received 2 medium sized pizzas and the pizzas were very poor quality. I still have loads left because we couldn’t eat it.

Pizza"s are okay not brilliant like munchesse but better then two bros. Issue here is the service and the so called managers. Ordered stuffed crust pizzas X2 cost an extra £6. Which they didn't do. Was told I would get an extra pizza for free pr if similar order of get stuffed crusts at mo extra cost. Rang them and they recognised my number but surprisingly couldn't find my last order details, suprise suprise!! Explained toanager and he said sorry we can't help you. Souch for customer service. Been using long time. Won't use again. Avoid these cowboy things with 0 customer service.

The pizza is always good specially their £4 pizza offer. The staff was amazing and gave us Pizza couple minutes before 11 as we had to drive far and were hungry. Going out of the way for people actually give customers forever. <3
