Delivery guy did take cash on delivery thinking it was not paid.Rang me back to give my cash back.Responsible and very respectful towards the customer.5/5 for the delivery guy.Pizza was awful,greasy.

Since I have moved to Luton I always ordered pizzas from tops pizza but this time I’m very disappointed with my order it was not the same, I ordered 2 large pizzas and received 2 medium sized pizzas and the pizzas were very poor quality. I still have loads left because we couldn’t eat it.

Ordered at 9pm . Was told the delivery will come in hour and 20 minutes . A hour passed , nothing is delivered . Rubbish service , 5 star food places with bad delivery . Shocking

The pizza is always good specially their £4 pizza offer. The staff was amazing and gave us Pizza couple minutes before 11 as we had to drive far and were hungry. Going out of the way for people actually give customers forever. <3

The order was fine only issue was they forgot to put the small white table in one of the pizza boxes and the cheese and toppings got stuck on the box. They are pretty good always order from them. They probably busy and forgot to place it...

Tops pizza is game changer in the UK. I have had one of the best pizzas here in UK. Absolutely love the stuff and the owner as well they manage everything so nicely and quickly. My personal choice is chicken tikka ,Peri Peri And sometime cheeseburger. Keep on doing well guys

Can you please stop hiring people from your country who cannot speak or listen I English. This is the second time i have made a phone order and the girl took it wrong, I get to the shop to pick up my collection as soon as come in they insist in me making the payment before handing over their mistake. I always order 1 large pizza with half & half. When the girl presented me 2 large pizza box I asked her where is the half & half? She was confused as he'll and couldn't say anything. None of your staff apologies nor did they care that they made a mistake. This is the second time they have charged me for they stupid mistake! Save time and order in the shop and talk to them like a bloody baby because they don't speak good English and nor do they care if they mess up your order. Stupid yardy!!

The food arrived early and it was ok but i order 2 pizza one with double mushrooms and one with mushrooms and black olives unfortunately one pizza arrived with red pepper and mushrooms and the other one black olives and mushrooms may i say the order was incorrect..... But the taste was ok

The first guy forgot card machine second card machine run out of paper sent a 3rd with a new one and gave us are ice cream free brilliant service so patient kind never once rude about it will be ordering again and the pizzas was soooooooo good thank you again for last night and making 3 trips to my house no complaints
