It is not possible to place an order in any way. Someone doesn't like to work. so the owner probably doesn't take care of the premises.

I ordered pizza late night to the hotel . The pizza supposed to come in 20 min unfortunately it never arrived. I talked with the manager of the hotel and they talked already with the restaurant. They promised refund but I’ve never got my pizza also my money back . Really unfortunate situation…

Ordering for a while from this brunch,never had issues, just today collected my pizza and was really dry, have called and explained that and received in 20 mins my expected pizza.Well done 👍

Had one minor issue with dip and came across Manager Ali who called back and ensure I am okay, he was so respectful, excellent customer service. Thank you Ali and staff members.

Didn't have an option to give a 0 start rating. Ordered 2 large pizzas this evening from Wigmore Lane, Luton. On the last bite and we found The Mighty Meaty had 2 dead flies on it. Spoke to the manager Ali who said we can't prove it as we had the pizza. Absolutely appaling. Will also be reporting this to the food hygiene department on the 2nd January. Would request anyone who orders their pizzas from this Domino's branch to check for flies on their pizzas before they start eating. Will be sending this message to Domino's head office and other related governing bodies with pictures accordingly.

Very expensive and most times now the pizza is bland and has little flavour and the wings are absolutely tiny. We have a delivery regularly but last night the driver went past the house 4 times before finally stopping and the person who answered the phone when I asked what was going on was very rude and unhelpful

Disgrace. I got a pizza which was most likely reheated form a canceled order. Pizza was dry like a sand. Shame on you. Never ordering from this store again!

In the local area needing something gluten free and glad I visited, asked for gluten free base and stressed to the staff please do everything you can to prevent contact contamination, they reassured me they would clean the work area before making my pizza. Don't know what the do differently at this store but it's better than other Domino's I've eaten from.

It costs a bomb. Even on the walk in BOGOF offer, but soooo tasty! Sadly will not except cash anymore. So has lost our custom.

Very delicious. Despite the hefty price of adding extra toppings, it was very tasty, kept well in the fridge and re-heated (to an appropriate temperature!) after that. I would certainly order the Absolute Banger, Italian crust with all possible extras again...

Poor experience using domino's I had to keep repeating myself over the phone to make the assistant understand what I required which was only Pizza with garlic bread and chicken nuggets. When I arrived to collect my order there was confusion over my order IE wrong name on the boxes. When I got home less than 5 minutes away all of my order was warm at best. Won't bother using domino's Wigmore Lane again

5 Stars All The Way. This is my Local Domino’s which I probably visit a bit too often 🤫 All the staff greet me by name and know exactly what I want and how I want it. Front of house girl “Sophie” very nice and professional, always greets me with a smile. I would Recommend this store to anyone. I will see you guys next week! And the week after that,…. And maybe the week after that 👌🏼👍🏼👌🏼

I have never had a bad experience here. The pizza is always hot and the people who deliver my food are always polite- even when it's raining! Collection is a bit of a nightmare due to minimal parking out front and the side road being a bus route, however there isn't a lot they can do about that. I had a problem with the app once, however customer services were very helpful.

Made a order through the mobile app and for some reason our cheese and tomato pizza was amended to having no cheese. We received a pizza that was burnt tomato paste on dough with one mushroom. I called up and spoke to the manager Abdhullah and his response was basically it was your fault as it said so on the order even after explaining it was an error and not sure why it was amended. He went on to further explain that some people are lactose intolerant and that’s why they didn’t think to call to confirm with us in regards to the no cheese on the cheese and tomato pizza. Surely if we was lactose intolerant I wouldn’t of ordered cheese and tomato pizza? No Customer service what so ever just a sarcastic is there anything else i can help you with at the end of the call. If this is who a big franchise like Domino’s pizza hire they are not giving themselves a good name if that’s who represents them to the customers. Burnt tomato on dough for dinner with one mushroom lovely!

This spot simply knows how to please their customers. Regularly with a super friendly demeanor. The food is reasonably priced, regularly delicious and clean.

they gave me a pizza with half the topping stuck on the box so shameful and then when i complained they said they couldnt do anything about it.

Not much topping and not always equal over whole pizza. Shop menue needs larger print as I can't read it I have asked lots of times for a menu with bigger print but nothing such it's become discriminative to those with inparment s. I want to make choice and not have menus read out to me like a child. Nice friendly staff and nice pizza, very clean shop.

Food was just okay, but the driver showed up late, rang my doorbell and didn’t have the food, then pretended that he didn’t understand me after he told me the wrong price and I corrected him. He then was hoping I’d give up and give him the money but I waited for him to bring the change from the car. He then brought the wrong change, so I ended up with a few pence more because he was not going to give me less then what I was owed.

Pizza is the best way but if they could get their own supplies it would probably be like their Customer service which is non existent.

Pizza took ages to arrive and was cold, only giving 2 stars as the staff were helpful in trying to rectify the issue.

It was meant to be delivery which on the end took 3 hours and then was cold and stuff was not on it as shown on website very poor service and the people who answer phones in the wigmore store are complete liars and incompetent my 7 year old could do a better job very very poor service avoid

They r lucky to get one star what a bad place to get food from they dont have a clue I ordered at 7.43 and my order still has yet to appear and its 22.15 have rung and still being told it has not long left store bad service wish I hadn't bothered with it at all

Girl taking order on phone was useless... had to repeat myself about 5 times and she still got order wrong and over charged me! However the manager was friendly and quickly sorted things out. Please employ staff who can actually do the job... I know kids who would kill for that job and do it 10 times faster and more accurately..

Me and my friends got scammed and we had a terrible customer service.

Food ordered was inedible and going into the store to complain about it just got us fobbed off by the staff and told to complain online. They've messed up our order several times.

Pizza turned up nearly cold .. one wasn't sliced .. ordered dips and none arrived .. not very good guys! .. the one in town is good but this branch needs sorting out!!

No issue with the food quality but the customer service over the phone is laughable. If you ever want to change anything with your order then the chances of it actually happening are slim to none. Often put on hold or hung up on randomly. Bad communication overall and your request is often seen as an inconvience. We wouldn't have to call at all if the app offered more options to customise the side orders in the same way you can customise everything else.

The pizzas sauce was bad the delivery was for 1 hour and a half the pizza smelt bad💩💩 I would never go back there and I got flipping food poisoned 🤢 if I was you don’t go Dominos I would go somewhere better

One star is only for the pizza. Absolutely terrible delivery. Went past our house twice, we live up a lane with 2 houses, did not call, so we rang the shop. First person did not understand English, next wasn't much better. On the phone for twenty minutes, trying to get the car to come back up the lane, when he did he drove straight past again.!! Eventually got our luke warm pizza 40 minutes after the driver first entered our lane !!!!! Never again.

Only rating the food. The service was disappointing. I specifically wrote down when I ordered NOT to ring my door bell as it was late at night. Even after writing it down I phoned and explained NOT to ring my doorbell. The lady was like "ok don't worry". Even then the guy still rung the bell!

This is by far the quickest delivering Dominoes I have ordered from, quality is always very good, definitely recommend.

Very bad service all he does is insult me and ask me if my card is flat..Who ask that.

No major issues with the food or the process when ordering online, but if you need to call to change anything on your order or if you're just calling to put in an order, the communication between staff is terrible, usually resulting you not receiving exactly what you ordered, or being put on hold for long periods of time, and in some cases just being hung up on. Ultimately a below average service.

Have pizza delivery which is always quick, food always hot and never get a wrong order. Expensive but can always find a voucher thank goodness!!

Ordered bbq stuffed crust, got cheese stuff crust. No bbq on pizza what so ever. Phoned to let them know, they were trying to tell me there was bbq on it. No refund, no replacement and no apology. Discussting customer service. Put me off ordering again. Shame on you Domino's.

Worst pizza ever!! There were 5 chicken pieces on a large pizza & a Vegi hot one was almost like margarita! Very scarce topping for the price they charge. Very poor

Although the pizzas here are very nice, it never ceases to amaze me just how much they cost. It's only really worthwhile if you can take advantage of their numerous deals/offers.
