Staff were amazing, the food was great but the restaurant was just not kept well. Dirty seats and tables, broken air con, fans just blowing hot air, ice machine not working.

when the driver handed me the box I felt that the pizza box was a big soggy in the middle, I then had a slice of the pizza which wasn't great but wouldn't complain, then the next couple of slices I had was very doughy and under cooked to the point I spat it out and chucked it. now I don't make a habit of moaning or complaining because life's too short but this was disgusting

went after 5 years and missed it, Food was amazing, staff were helpful, Easy to order kids enjoyed this place after such a long time visit. Could have added sides with buffet.

Great staff, really nice. Without asking manager gave us a discount and voucher after we had ordered desserts to match the meal deals. Can’t ask for better!

Sam the manager was absolutely amazing, my husband is hard to take out at the best of times due to his anxiety but Sam really made us feel comfortable and was very visual on my diatry needs

they changed the cookies it was half the size and added chocolate sauce to my milk chocolate cookie I'm not a fan. from my favourite cookie dough to my worst, will not be getting again.

I’ve received the complete wrong order, I have a vegetarian at my house and have received a meat pizza! Order was for 2 pizzas 2 sides and 2 deserts and I’ve recieved 1 pizza with the complete wrong sides

The food was delicious! We ordered the mac n cheese which was amazing and the flatbread which was great! The atmosphere was chilled and the service was very good!

Absolutely shocked at the miniscule size of the pizzas, and what they cost. Basically a kids sized pizza at anything from £17-19 each. The waitress and manager were friendly enough and the place was clean and tidy, but for what the bill came to, I certainly won't ever go back. We also found it odd that the waitress decided to give us the bill before we'd even received our food. Very odd. £140 for 6x tiny (maybe 8 inch) pizzas that skimped on toppings and didnt cover the entire slice, 5 soft drinks and 1 cider. An absolute rip off.

Good vegan/veggie options and the quality you'd expect from a Pizza Hut. Not quite as 'above and beyond' as other Pizza Huts I've been to, but the staff were still helpful and served us nice and quickly. Little in the way of parking outside though.

Hosted My Birthday Treat Here. Brought 4 pizzas ,sides and dessert which is sufficient for 10 People. The loaded chicken pizza felt pretty average The rest were good still not the quality we expected for the price. Onion rings as a side was one of the worst onion rings I ever had. Good dessert choices and decent quality. The staff was very kind and the place was clean.

Staff communication including the manager, the ease of being able to easily get around in my wheelchair with my service dog. I would recommend this restaurant for anyone who is disabled with an assistance dog

Lovely place. Might be an idea to do the safety video prior to your time slot so not to lose any time. Took my 3 year old and he was enthralled. Plenty to do even at that age. He even had a go at the big jump. Will definitely return

Previously thought of this place as being too expensive, pizza tastes bland. Then I saw they were serving free pizzas to Israel's army and it's mass baby killing, no thanks.

Great place, Sal was very welcoming and catered to our needs very well, pizzas came out fast and fresh with plenty of toppings very happy overall 👍🏼

I went with my son and his family. On the whole we received very good service and food. As so often happens we had to try and get the attention of several of the staff as they were on their phones. Disappointing as it really isn't a cheap meal out.

Food was hot and tasty. Service was awful, wait times were so long. 10 minutes to even be greeted and seated. Pizza came out in decent time. But was waiting 50 minutes for dessert even after asking twice where they were. Wasn't even that busy for a Saturday night.

Our visit to Pizza Hut was a delightful experience. The combination of nice food, a clean and hygienic environment, and efficient service made for a perfect dining outing.

Omg, is this the state of Pizza Hut today. Dirty empty restaurant that doesn’t except cash and provides you with a depressing excuse for a dining experience. OMG

As a kid Pizza Hut was a real treat but OMG how the mighty have fallen. A Saturday night and it was empty and having eaten there I know why. 1. it’s filthy, 2. the staff look like they are all ready to quit. 3, it cost a fortune, since when should a small pizza be £17. God it was depressing. They don’t take legal tender and I left slightly depressed. Never again.

Took too long in getting seated especially as a disabled person...

We were greeted by Faiza who was very friendly and seated us at a great table. We visited for the lunch buffet and the salad bar was fantastic. Stocked up nice and tidy. Matt did a great job ensuring all the pizzas were nice and fresh out the oven. Compliments for the onion pizza. Gorgeous. Vipin also did a great job. Overall a really nice experience today. Thank you to all the team for a lovely family outing will be back soon.

Great food. It's been a while since we had Pizza Hut. Brought back a lot of excitement ☺️ Would have given 5 🌟 for food but salad bar was a tad messy and many of the toppings for the bottomless ice cream were missing. Likewise 4 🌟 for service as just 5 minutes into our food we were asked if we wanted pizza boxes to pack it away. Made us feel they needed the table as they were busy.

Young waiter was great, the place was not heaving and full (which was good for the atmosphere). But the Icecream was sour (off tasting) and the district manager appeared very upset and asserted that this was wrong, even though we all had the same experience. Apparently there's a change in producer and this was escalated.

Ok but not great, expensive and the food quality is poor. Pizzas were tasteless, chicken bites were awful. Service was good. Knifes and forks were dirty so didn't use any of them.

Don't bother going for the buffet. The pizzas were that cheaply prepared that you could see the base of the pizza due to lack of ingredients and even the sauce base . Absolutely unpleasant Lovely member of staff who served us tho. A real credit to the store

Sam the restaurant manager really looked after us, the attention to detail was impeccable and I was genuinely so grateful that everything was perfect. The service, the food, the atmosphere, literally everything. I'd not been to pizza hut in years and came a month ago and made sure I came back because Sam and the whole experience was perfect then too! Pizza Hut has a real star in Sam and should have him training staff elsewhere. Nothing was too much. Thanks guys for making what is normally a really stressful time for me as a mum to 4 under 11s, a brilliant experience!

Good food like old times but the service in Dunstable is not the 5-star one I order for my son 2 scoops of bubble gum, pink and blue and get the 2same colour ice cream. Disappointed

I'm putting it simply. As a child I used to love pizza Hut and grown away from it and lean more towards Dominos and Papa John's these days. However I do visit every 5 years or so to get my fill of nostalgia, but I always hope that I'll be pleasantly surprised. I never do and this visit not only didn't change anything, but it surprised me NEGATIVELY. Prices are now ridiculous for mediocre food. We paid £50 between us for a small amount of food (2 mains, a side and a drink). That's unheard of. I've never gone desparately finding Promo codes before but I had to this time to make it slightly more acceptable. Alas, I couldn't find one that worked so we just stomached the high price hoping to have a good experience. It was just bad and not worth it. I think the nostalgia goggles have finally lifted. At £50 for 2 people. I'm better off going to Pizza Express for a cheaper, more flavoursome and quite frankly, higher quality meal. Who knew Pizza Express would offer more value in 2023? Disappointing. This may be my last visit to the establishment. Ever.

Delivery went to the wrong address the pizzas had been on their side and not flat, pizza's where folded and. the filling was in the box. The side dishes were very small, all in all we were very disappointed with all of it.

Raheel made the experience fantastic! Food was great and hot. Everything was clean and tidy. The kids really enjoyed the variety of pizza, pasta and salad. Overall, a great meal on a great day.

Really pleased with our pizza and overall customer service experience. Staff continuously asked us numerous times if everything was okay or if we needed anything. Cost came to about £48 after student discount for a group of 4 which is fantastic. I would recommend it to everyone thank you 🙌👍

Enjoyed a meal here on our way back from Windsor Castle to the Midlands. Food was great Shame we can't spend cash at Pizza hut, I always see one table leave during a visit, and wonder if that's why places like Leicester and Coventry have lost more than one pizza hut its a shame to see pizza hut is losing its way, when I worked for them 20 years ago they were the top restaurant in the high street, now they are reserved for out of town shopping arenas, such a shame Bring back cash, and get back on the high street!

Literally i. Have mixed feelings about this pizza hut… first waiter was very friendly and tried to explain very complicated Manu.. then felt like they forgot about us… no one came to us… we finished our main dish ages ago but forgot to give us our dessert.. we are waiting about half an hour after finishing main dish but no dessert yet.

I am absolutely mortified. I ordered a cookie dough and instead I got a small cookie heated up with some caramel drizzled on top. You are conning customers that isn’t a cookie dough. Ice cream was melted. Absolutely waste of money I want a refund.

Pizza was transpoted whilst presumably on its side( not flat). Essentially just a big lump of mush at one side of the box. I can't serve that to anyone in my household. Really bad experience using Justeat these days and the issues are becoming more frequent. Will need to reconsider a different food app.

Not been in years & years to this brand - and not much has changed! Decor a bit dated, wobbly chairs, although it dud looks clean. The deep pan pizza I had was really disappointing- sent it back as couldn’t even see the cheese. Dry & tasteless. At £16 very over priced. The thin pizzas looked much better. What pizza restaurant doesn’t have any olive oil??? Salad bar ok but couldn’t read the faded descriptions on the spoons. Service satisfactory generally. Appears to be busy with takeaways / delivery. Would not return.

I love Pizza Hut and is gutted that my local hut had to shut down . The salad bar was phenomenal and I love the fact that you can keep refilling your salad. I really miss the pasta in the salad bar bc it was sensational.

Food was stone cold. When i finally got through they said food been sitting there waiting for a driver. So much for preparing once delivery arranged. By time it got to me it was so cold couldnt eat it. 2 hour delivery. Never again.

The ordering process works, the app works well. Shame about the broken drinks machine and lack of staff engagement. Too busy taking to each other.

We really enjoyed the food and the service was superb as she(ClareG) was extremely kind to us and the food service was very quick.

Where to start.... Feeling rushed when you enter as staff were too quick to get away from you so asking questions about anything was out of the question. We had to order through QR coded menu and then asked if we wanted to tip at the point of pay?! Too pricey for the quality of food given. Pizzas were cooked well (no soggy bottoms) but were tasteless. Had to add salt and other sauces to make it palatable. Jalapeño poppers were bland and soggy (probably cooked from frozen). Menus provided on the table were dirty, utensils were dirty (dried bits of food which weren't washed off). Toilets were not too bad. Overall, wouldn't recommend ever.

I took my autistic sons who usually go to the Milton Keynes restaurant. They were ok and the staff were understanding but the buffet selection was reduced in comparison. Also the seating in relation to the buffet means that a person with a walking difficulty will find being independent enough to choose their own pizza difficult
