Domino's Pizza in Central Bedfordshire

Don’t like dominos generally Had my arm twisted by my youngest tonight Ordered their new Korean chicken pizza and their mixed chicken box thing Delivery very quick Food was good Fresh and tasty (for mass produced fast food!) Pizza was decent (spicey though!) Wouldn’t have every week but it was better than previous experiences

We have been regular customers of Dominos in Letchworth for several years Recently we have had some problems. One delivery in August was just left on the front door step and so it was cold. We also had a pizza which was supposed to have chicken on it but did not. I sent an email to complain with a photo but had no reply. I telephoned the shop in Letchworth to complain and was told that next time I ordered I would get a free of charge pizza. Apparently I was speaking with the manager. I asked how they would know it was me when I ordered and he said it would be on my account.Tonight (5th September) I telephoned my order and asked for my free pizza and was told there was nothing on my account about it. They would have to wait until the manager returned and would call me back. That was at 6pm. It is now 7:30pm and I have not had a call back. Needless to say we have ordered elsewhere and will not be using Dominos again.

Terrible customer service, bad pizza and an hour late. Order ‘apparently’ did not come through. Then it was a further hour!! Avoid at all costs.

,its my girlfirnds birthday when the pizza turned up it was unshakeable due to the portion on each slice I'm very upset because I like dominoes but this is unacceptable. I have called Flitwick brach and they are offering a refund but can't prove they will do this. If I could get a call back from a manager that would be fantastic.

We are bitterly disappointed in the service at this Domino's. My father went in the day before we wanted to order to check that they were doing gluten free pizza as we were ordering pizzas for us and friends. However, when we rang up to put in our order they informed us that they were not, in fact, currently serving any gluten free food! This was the sole reason we chose to order from here! This resulted in our guest having to eat just chips from the local chip shop! To add insult to injury this was on my mother's birthday and was meant to be a bit of a celebration! We will not be returning to this establishment!

Ordered a delivery, one pizza was forgotten, however, the lady apologised profusely and told us the missing pizza would be sent out as soon as possible. Less than ten minutes later, it arrived, delivered by a different lady who was equally lovely, friendly, who observed social distancing. Highly recommend this dominos

Pizza is typically pizza you can get better elsewhere but sometimes you got to do what you gotta do ! I work in restaurants so have an idea 💡 Pizza was as expected but the same driver Julia I believe the 1st time a month ago . Missed a coke on the order. I didn’t even realise and came back to drop it off. And was so polite and genuine, then a month later ie now i ordered again! Wow big boy how many you gonna order you ask? A month period time frame ! FYI . I just wanna say is that it was a really nice pizza and customer service like Julia is sometimes forgotten and thank you 😊👍

Last couple reviews I have been supportive - particularly with all that’s been going on but disappointing tonight Prompt service but pizzas overdone and items missing Which they did redeliver but after we’d eaten the rest! I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt

I felt the need to share how professional and friendly the man was who took my telephone order. George was helpful, and had an extremely good telephone manner. I felt valued as a customer, and wanted to let the store know. There was a technical during payment, and yet he was apologetic and reassuring. Thank you George! You are clearly very good at your job.

Ordered a large order, as before pizzas missing, bad attitude from staff, awful service. have been promised a free pizza next time on the last 4 ordes. Absouloute joke run by usless managers.

Had some pretty poor experiences from Dominos Flitwick in the past but tonight’s Friday night delivery was exceptional Tho food arrived in less than 30 minutes. The driver followed social distancing completely and was friendly and Funny. The food was hot, tasty and perfect. This was not the normal cold uninspiring offerings we had previously had. In fact we had as a family decided that we would never order another Dominos. Tonight we let our guard down and unenthusiastic your gave in to the kids demands for a mother try due to friends saying things had changed....and we are so glad we did. Well Done Flitwick Dominos you have won us back and we will definitely be ordering again very soon. 10/10 5 stars!👌

Generally not a dominos fan But during lockdown there’s been a couple of Fridays where we can’t face cooking so we ordered a delivery Usually it takes ages and everything a bit cool and chewy A few weeks ago delivery took 30 mins and was good Tonight 23 mins from paying on the app to the food being in Ampthill?? Hot, not soggy or tepid, and tasty Well done

After a long shift, I decided to get a pizza. We have used this store quite often but tonight I feel compelled to express my gratitude. Pizza arrived quickly, piping hot and by a lovely, pleasant young man. It has made a difficult day less so. Thank you so much

At least they are consistent. Quite literally the worst pizza ever but for some strange reason everyone still buys it, including myself. We need some competition in the area because quite frankly this place is only surviving due to lack of choice. Honestly get a pizza from tesco you will enjoy it more.

Just committed fraud against me. Ordered online, took my money, (have proof on my bank statement), denied any knowledge of my order. Refused to give me pizza, despite paying for it. Refuse to deal with the situation and referred me to a customer service number that is closed for the foreseeable future due to corona. Apparently, 'this happens all the time', said a patronising member of staff. (Dunstable Branch). Disgusting attitude of staff at the local pizza shop. They couldn't care less. Never again will i use these dodgy, fraudulent, inept and carefree, ignorant excuses for a food service. Reporting to the bank for fraud as I've not been refunded.

Same standard yet again from what I’m assuming to be the worst domino’s ever. Normally just looks bad this time it even tasted bad. Fed up of complaining as you have to seriously stand your ground to be refunded. I honestly have no idea how anyone can struggle to produce and deliver such a simple thing.

I order £42 of pizza, It turned up burnt. I phoned up to complain and was told by the manager it can not be burnt. He further told me whatever and put the phone down. I went in to store ask for his name and his areas manager name and he wouldn't give it to me. I'm disgusted with the way I have been treated today.

Every time we use them (which I still don’t know why) the food is late, semi warm and nothing special.

So you order the pizza online, you see it's ready for collection, you turn up and they say they are waiting for one more item(normally garlic bread) they ignore you, you ask again and they give you someone elses garlic bread with your less than hot pizzas that have sat on the shelf for 10 minutes. This then happens to the person that has just arrived ad infinitum....

Of course the pizzas is amazing but the staff really put the extra time and effort to make my visit a bit more special, special thanks to Abdul for making me feel part of the Dominos experience🎉

This dominos is terrible, they hardly ever get the order right, and the quality of the food that arrives is ridiculous, pizza is either burnt, minimal topping sometimes toppings missing, can’t remember the last time they got it right first time, I’m giving up on this place.

Rang dominos up last night they took ten years to pick it up like usual. Then the muppet on the other end of the phone kept screaming hello in an aggressive manner towards me I felt scared for my life but it turns out it was actualy my mum i phone so I dont really have a reveiw for dominos but I can suggest something. They should has a wrong dial protection service to make sure nobody can acidently call there mum instead of dominos.# waggwan piffting

Not sure about the other reviews but my experience was excellent, I ordered online and it was ready exactly when stated, the pizza was reasonably priced as I’d used an online deal, and even given an extra side as they had been cooked by mistake. Staff were very pleasant and when in the area again I will return. Definitely one of the best dominos I’ve used

I usually order from dominos, but no longer! I ordered from there last night using the app, the app had told me my food had been delivered, when in fact it hadn’t. I left it 20 minutes, rang up the dominos to be told my delivery driver was around the corner. 20 minutes later, my food arrived, and was like warm. My order was also done wrong, as I didn’t have burger sauce all over it even though I had asked for it. Working in the same industry, I didn’t want to ring up and complain again as I find it embarrassing when someone has complained about their food twice. Dominos has lost a loyal customer.

The Flitwick branch is my nearest takeaway that deliver. The food is “okay” but 9 times out of 10 they get the order wrong. We always order on the iPad app and by the time it arrives we just want to eat rather than have to wait until they bring the correct order. We had a takeaway last week for my sons birthday and for £25 we had 2 large pizzas and a few potato wedges! We were all still hungry after our meal, good job we had birthday cake!! In my opinion £25 is extremely expensive for 2 pizzas & a few wedges. I will not be using Dominos again. I’d much rather pop to Morrison’s and buy a couple of freshly made pizza’s for £3 - £4 They are very tasty with loads of fresh toppings. You can have a feast for the same price!

I ordered sat at 6.45 for a treat for myself and son. Was told 25-35 mins which was fine. An hour later I called the shop to find out where our pizza was, he said it will be maximum 20mins. Half hour later I called again, she said 15-20mins. Manager hung up on me when I asked her name as she was being very rude. Pizza turned up 2 hours later. Cold and soggy, asked for extra Ham as a topping. Most slices had one slice on each, not sure how that is extra.

How on earth this 'restaurant' keeps going, I'm not sure. We ordered from here lately, even though we consider it over-priced. It was a treat as we'd both had a long day at work. When we ordered, the website indicated between 35 and 45 minutes for delivery. All good so far.

ordered at 1840 arrived at 2030 , they had run out of garlic bread ! so subbed cold wedges and pizzas barley warm .wont be using again

2 hours late, order was wrong! No apologies, wouldnt offer a defund! Even charged up 40p for the dip they forgot Pizza Hut from now on🍕🍕

We haven't ordered from here for sometime as the toppings are sparse and pizzas not always great but we thought we would give them another try but wish we hadn't bothered, the toppings were sparse again and the 3 pizzas had been pushed into a delivery bag that was too small for 3 pizzas so the small one had squashed the large pizza's box so the pizza was all out of shape too.

Usually okay but this order had orange grease dripping from the box...not a good sign!!! and went onto my carpet. Soggy tasteless pepperoni pizza. Had a two pound pizza from Aldi which was tasty and delicious. Won't be returning to order again as my pizza was a inedible greasy mess.

Ordered pizza at 6:30 online and was told that it would arrive in 40 minutes. 9pm and still not arrived. Heard shouting over the phone when we originally called which was bizarre and were told that it was on its way at 7:30. 4 more called and supposedly it’s still on its way. Actually a joke. SHOCKING.

Awesome as ever. Clean and fast and friendly. Usual menu. Delivery or collection are both good. Ample parking out front!

Me and my mate ordered a delivery which took ages to arrive and when it did finally arrive it was cold. Couldn't be bothered fo wait ages for another pizza and they were very understanding and refunded me my mibey.

Awful pizza. Does not compare to Dominos in the USA and Dominos head office customer service is NONE EXISTENT avoid DOMINOS if your looking for a decent pizza!

When we ordered from here more frequently last year your service was always fantastic and on time. Obviously it has gone down hill in a very short space of time.

Staff not always helpful, pizzas never ready in allocated time when collecting or delivered. Always have had items missing, so don’t visit anymore.

Twice in the last month the pizza has been 1 1/2 hours delivery. They have no staff and are an awfully run Franchisee Domino's. I will not be re ordering.

Three times I have ordered from here and three times the food has been an hour late and four occasions in the last month been told on the phone expect delivery time up to two hours... and I only live in Silsoe.

My pizza took forever and when it came it wasn't cut into slices. Poor effort. The staff there need to get their bum in gear.

After 80 mins, I phoned to chase only to be advised they are busy so orders were 1.5 hours. I told sullen girl on phone, we were advised 40 mins when ordering. When they eventually arrived, initially the driver did not offer my change until prompted which I thought was disgusting, if he had offered I would have probably told him to keep the changeFood.Baring in mind I could gave cooked pizza from fresh by the time it was delivered. It arrived luke warm, soggy bottom was so undercooked it was nearly raw. The toppings were tasteless. We only could describe them as soggy flavourless cardboard. A complete waste of £35 I will never give to Domino's again. TripAdvisor do not do minus ratings so hence it is rated a 1!

We have used this particular restaurant for delivery twice this year and both times have been awful.The first they arrived on time however they had someone else's order! We had to wait a further 20mims for our order to turn up. No real apology.The second time was yesterday, we were on way home from holiday with the kids. We had a long journey and ordered it to be delivered for when we got home as everyone was really hungry. 30 minutes after the booked delivery time we had to call to chase up just to be told it's on it's way! It eventually turned up however the kids were absolutely shattered by this time. Again absolutely no apology at all from the people on the phone or the delivery driver.

Ordered for kids as we wanted fast delivery which dominos does do. But that must be what they spend there money on as the pizza is just a sloppy mess.

Just an average Domino's. Nothing special. Very overpriced and miserable staff. Always best to collect as otherwise it will probably be cold the time you get it. A lot better restaurants in the area.

Phoned up for a delivery told over an hour and half, Really so no point why have you not got more drivers ? This day and age I would have thought that would have been easy to get more delivery staff When you phone up to complain it's always something has gone wrong or staff not turned You claim to be the home of the pizza no good if it's not in my home is it !

Domino's is a chain that is constantly consistently good, it doesn't matter where you are - when you get a domino's you know it will be quality... and Flitwick branch delivers on that promise... awesome domino's quality.

Spent over £22 on pizza alone for delivery and found it had sparse toppings with some slices without any of the topping requested and no dips. Called the shop and promised a free pizza next time I called. Called a month later and they stated they found no record of any such offer.Out of the last 10 orders over 6 months this was the fourth problem. Will use the other pizza delivery service in Flitwick from now on, how difficult can this be???

Have used several times for delivery and pizzas have arrived like warm when we live 5 min walk away. Waffles are burnt and you hear delivery driver before he arrives due to his over loud sound system.

Nothing amazing. Just quick food. It's what you would expect. Pizza is ok and wedges were not bad. Very quick service I have to say.

Not a great deal to say about this. Its a good Dominos that wont let you down. If you like Dominos as an occasional treat the this is for you. At the end of the day it is take away food so don't expect anything special. You get what you pay for

We often get pizza but this was our first time getting it from the Flitwick Dominos and I'd think twice before going back. Our pizza was delicious but they had run out of cheese and a few other key ingredients. Also many of the side orders were completely sold out. I'm sure this is a rare occurrence but we ordered during the early evening, midweek, not a busy weekend.

Always get my pizzas from here. Very fast and quick service even on a busy weekend. Good alway hot! Can never beat a pizza from dominos

Ordered a few times before and never had any problems. Only negative is the price and delivery times which seem to be getting gradually longer and longer.

Never had a Dominos before but was persuaded by my Son and Daughter to try while thir Mum was out.Pleasantly surprised.

There are Often very good deals, food always piping hot and very good. The staff were pleasant and helpful

Pizza tastes like 'Dominos' rather than actual pizza. How they can warrant charging £20 a pizza plus the extra for a few measly hard potato wedges, whilst Tesco is sitting opposite. You can by 4 large and tasty pizzas plus a whole bag of potato wedges with change in your pocket for pudding. Dominos you rip off merchants!

I ordered two pizzas and a side from here one evening.. Realised another family member would be home shortly and phone to potentially add another pizza to the order. Despite pizza tracker telling me the pizza was being prepped the "gentleman" on the phone informed me my pizza was on the way..( it arrived half an hour later on a 5 minute journey that it was already on route and it wouldn't be possible. It's clear that service means nothing to this business and its a real let down and shame for the franchise. Food okay but over priced.. Would never use again.. Especially after "customer service employee" hung up on me

The title says it all! The order took an hour and a half to arrive and was only puke-warm. One item was missing and there was a hair in the pizza which my 11 year-old son then refused to eat (not surprisingly).

Not a big fan of Domino's pizzas - normally low on quality and high on grease. Family decided we would have a pizza night so gave this Domino's a try. Got to say the quality of the food was surprisingly good and well cooked (not swimming in fat). So would definitely try this branch again. We collected so can't comment on efficiency of deliveries.

This dominos is awful, the way they treat their staff, making them work long hours constant driving and not having any break. Also when they are finished and signed out for the night they make them stay on.They make their drivers go to other dominos shops in other areas to deliver stock. Or help out their, not getting anything for it.They call their employees up on days off to get them to come in. They really do take advantage. I personally think this is unfair!
