The best restaurants serving Pizza pasta food in East of England

One star is already too much in my own opinion. Manager always seem like she does not want costumers in. No smile and that... weird : "Can I help you ?" Instead of saying "Hi, table for 2 ?" It's just rude and almost made me want to get out directly a few times. (This is not the first time for the first points... it's always like that). So secondly, we did order both, my friend a Lasagna and me a pizza. The waitress didn't double checked, which should already be done in case something was forgotten. She didn't. Bad costumer service carrying on then. Pizza arrived. No lasagnas. She said she didn't heard him... but he did definitely talked to her and ordered something. So she definitely knew he talked before I did ordered my pizza. What did she didn't listen then ? 😳 or not heard ? Bad service. She told us she would take the pizza and make it fresh. I said it was fine. Would not want them to waste it, we just wanted the lasagnas. 5 minutes after she came back saying lasagnas were out of stock. We were already a bit dissatisfied to be honest. We said we would refuse to pay for the pizza that they were planning to put in the bin anyway. She said she would call the manager to see what's possible. That manager was so rude. She does not give much importance to costumer that came already and still come back. She didn't cared at all of a bad experience. Like not a f***. She just basically took the pizza and told us that it wasn't the restaurant fault at all, the waitress didn't heard her and lasagnas were not in stock. But if my friend knew when we first started to order that they didn't had lasagnas, we may have been happier to take something else. But that service was the worst I ever experience.

Disgusting, Cutlery dirty, plates dirty, hair in food. Ask for table To be cleaned and staff wasn’t impressed Staff just chat don’t ask if you’re ok. Place was filthy. Walked Out. Made us feel sick!!!! 🤢

The Chelmsford takeaway from the good old days is simply legendary and deserved 5 stars, now unfortunately closed. This place is pure nostalgia for anyone who grew up here. Amazing kebabs, Krazy sauce, chilli sauce, fish and chips, fried chicken, and that double chicken fillet burger—so good! Hygiene was on point, health inspectors approved. Perry and Bubli ran an honest, customer-oriented family business for nearly three decades. They knew their stuff and even only joined Just Eat revolution when they wanted to. But hey, after they left six years ago, things went downhill. Amateurs took over, and Krazy Chef lost its charm and reputation to the point of closure. Now, there's hope with Super Doner taking over! 🌟 A new franchise run by an experienced owner who's all about good food is coming. The refurbishment looks astonishing, and I can sense greatness ahead for kebab lovers. Perry and Bubli might even make an appearance we hope. Exciting times! 😄👍

Chicken was soggy on the outside and dry on the inside there is no flavour and has the flavour of water not great. Chips are fine

Pizza was made in time, exactly as ordered. You always know what you're getting from Domino's.

Rude comcason of stuff I want my money back

Disappointing!! I ordered The Waveney. The crust was too thin and hard. I couldn’t tell what topping was what, it all looked burnt. It didn’t taste good either. I lived in Italy for years. This is not how I like my pizza! I will not be going back.

Driver could not find address arrived cold after taking g pizza out of box cold base was under cooked like eating rubber had two bits could not eat anymore called Mildenhall shop asked for manager barley spoke English hard to understand long story short sent out another one when arrived have the pizza was missing pepperoni never will I go back to papa jons better of buying a pizza from sainsbury you should be ashamed serving this rubbish

The chicken pizza's I ordered had too much of tomato sauce in it. Not quite impressed.

I ordered the Beefeater pizza from Farmhouse Pizza and was pretty satisfied overall. The toppings—beef, onion, mushroom, and chili—were a good combination, and the chili added a nice kick without being too overpowering. The crust was crispy on the outside and soft inside, just how I like it. I collected my order, and it was ready really quickly, which was great. However, the beef was a bit underwhelming—it lacked flavor and could have been more tender. A little more seasoning and cheese would have made the pizza even better. Still, a solid option, and I’d order again. 4 stars!

WANTED TO ORDER SAME AS HAD PREVIOUSLY ORDERED. TWO MEDIUM PIZZAS FOR DELIVERY. ONLY THIS TIME THE PRICE WAS 1/3 MORE EXPENSIVE WHICH SEEMED AN ENORMOUS HIKE. HAVING BEEN ON HOLD, THEN PASSED TO THE MANAGER, THE DECISION WAS TO CANCEL THE ORDER RATHER THAN PAY THIS EXCESSIVE PRICE HIKE WAS TAKEN.

I placed a order and forgot something called up and there was no way off cancelling order so a lovely staff member ateeq added what I wanted to the order and paid out he’s own pocket thank you

If you order a pizza from here make sure open the box and check it i never ever see pizza in my life. Thats must be joke.
