Domino's Pizza Bedford Central in Bedford

Just ordered from this branch and the person i spoke with in the phone was so abrupt and rude. I placed my order and called within 2 minutes to change one of the pizzas from tomato base to a BBQ base, and the man I spoke to said the base could not be changed which in fact it could and the pizza base could have been changed and removed or used for a different order. The customer service was atrocious and definitely won’t be ordering from this branch again. Really disappointed

It would be nice to have a table and couple if chairs inside if you can make it happen as I feel I have to eat in the street sometimes bit of putting

Was Looking for a treat as son was poorly. Dominoes pizza is different. Not from bedford central. Meats burnt. Cheese dried up and hard having been in the oven to long.

So a guy named Micheal he gives no good behaviour at all. Rude but scared to give full name in case I complain..trust me guys karma will hit him

Some times (usually the intence traffic hours) does arrive cold. Not much of a driver fault. Rather the packaging

Wow. Tried calling as soon as I placed the order. No one answered for 5 minutes after 7 phone calls. When I finally got a human on the other line, they refused to be helpful at all. I won’t be giving them business every again.

Worst branch I have ever seen in my life. I ordered the pizza around 10:55pm and I got the confirmation message saying that the order will be ready with in 9-14 min and when I went there they already closed. I went the very next day and explained them everything and they are not ready to give order to me and they charged me 21 pounds for nothing.......

Conflict of prices on website - have noticed they have now stated to up the price - which is very disappointing due to the price being high for a pizza- one could easily go next door and get one hit for a few quid - yes it’s not Dominos, also no half and half still??? Really ? And still no cheese dough balls - think this chain needs to rethink

Once again, the chickens are well cooked and the garlic bread also. The pizzas were tasty and satisfying. The prices are normal plus the quick delivery on time. I would say 4 stars because the chips aren't fried which it should be but in overall they're very good to me.

Ordered pizza from this store, I didn’t choose extra sauce but pizza came with extra sauce. Couldn’t eat it :( So I contacted the store to complain, and was put on a call back. Waited 45 minutes for a response. Only to be told to contact to head office. Terrible customer service, I will not order here again! Wish I could give 0 stars - AVOID DOMINO’S MIDLAND ROAD, BEDFORD

Went in to collect pizza tonight. Weren't even acknowledged when we entered the store, the staff were rude and employees either weren't wearing a mask or were not wearing it properly! To top it all off the pizza was cold.

Food was fine but delivery drive was rude unimpolite and impatient cuz I did come to the door quick enough but they didn't update the Oder so I did know coming you want to be rude to customer then won't be ordering from here aging piss take

Easy location from the Primer inn. Order over phone collection with in 15 minutes. Fresh pizzas with sides. Staff very helpful.

My 80 year old grandma ordered 2 x pizzas and was please about the 40% off over £40 deal. It’s her treat she looks forward to a delivered pizza. She now has the app on her iPad and it was her first attempt ordering and she did it. But as soon as confirmation email came through i saw bbq sauce base. She is allergic to two of the ingredients. Rang up within 30 seconds of order going through. Order still not even accepted on tracker. Nothing they could do. Pizza already done apparently. Still not a whole minute has gone past and tracker still on “order”. Order another pizza at £21. Just so poor. She is 80 years old always ordered every other week same order she only got confused because they have changed their menu due to covid. That’s a lot of money for her. Then items turned up separately and one cold. Go to local Italian.

Ordered a takeaway after working an 18 hour shift ! Sloppy pizza, base barely cooked, 2 pieces of pepperoni on a pepperoni pizza ?!! The chicken pieces were slimy on the inside and I wasn’t going to risk eating them and soggy on the outside , I tried to call the branch but they were closed ! Called another branch they couldn’t help, called the next day and gave me an email address . The area manager would not help at all and said I should of Calle Don the day and returned it ??!!! ! I appreciate that it’s a cheap takeaway but especially at the minute being a key worker I just wanted feeding after a long shift to receive rubbish and it should still be of a standard that is edible ! I have had Dominos previously but never as bad as this one ! Not the first issue with the Midland Road Bedford Store . Please DO NOT bother !

Awfull place delivery was OK but the food was terrible we had chicken dippers they tasted like they was microwaved or perhaps last nights re heated the pizza was luke warm at best we had a desert of cinni dippers and that was cold as well Tried phoning the branch that took 4 times to get through but when I did the branch tbh seemed not to care at all

Avoid will make you fat. Not advisable for skinny people. Only eat if you want pizza made with dirty hand. Pizza maker came out of the toilet and started to make a pizza without washing his hands and no gloves. He was also scratching his nose.

Not worth the money for the price and service

The pizza is great here, but it is more expensive than the Papa John's just around the corner. Service slow at peak times, but if you order over the phone or online you're guaranteed a smoother ordering process. Top tip: check for discounts online before ordering - you can save a lot of money on bigger orders!

Love dominos as always. Their pizza is always consistent and very fresh. As well as that their cookies are delicious. The delivery is always fast and the staff are super nice. I have never had a negative experience with dominos

I live just around the corner from them, it took them 40 minutes to delivery one large pizza. It arrived cold and was clearly under-cooked. Waste of money. They are going to give somebody food poisoning at this rate.

Very nice. I walked in and ordered one of their pizza deals. It's a shame it is hard to find parking around the area. The food was good. They also deliver. As a delivery driver of other takeaway restaurants, please tip your delivery driver. They do not make much money. A little goes a long way.

Every time I order the cheese burger pizza they never put the burger sauce on

It's Your typical dominos they will charge you way too much for what you get papa johns is just around the corner which is cheaper and better quality in my opinion.

Had a pizza from midland road Bedford and the pizza had all the topping had slid off the pizza and the the manager tried to blame it on my staff had been messing with when I was the only one who touched it

Tried to order online as was having a party at home, ordering 5 large pizzas and when ordering online got a deal which was 40% off when spend £40 and the online payment wouldn't work. So phoned our local store and they never followed through with the deal that the website stated. Didn't follow through with the deal nor our order! Ordered from our local pizza place and much better deals and prices.

I asked for tomato sauce on a meateor pizza, as well as changing 2 toppings. Paid £1.40 extra as well, and they refused to accept this, telling me multiple times I had not asked for tomato sauce on my pizza. So they basically robbed me of some small change and refused me my order.

Tell them you work for the nhs when collecting and get 50% off the price

Ordered three pizzas on line, one arrived fine whilst the other two were disappointing - one appeared to have no tomato sauce at all and the other was so overcooked that it arrived already separated in dry pieces with bits falling of it. Phoned to complain and driver came back out, agreed with our complaints and took pizzas away. Then the manager phoned and said it's a 'thin' layer of sauce (we and the driver couldn't see it!) and the dry pizza was like that because its thinner but has to go in the same oven. Then he told his driver not to talk to the customers! Refused to give a refund and told us to contact online complaints. Took three days, a chat exchange and phone call with head office before we got a refund. Don't order pizzas from Bedford Domino's!

Do not order pizza from these guys using their website. I placed an order, they gladly took the money and never delivered a pizza. Luckily I ordered using PayPal so could claim my money back. I opened a dispute with Dominos and they never even bothered to reply so I had to escalate the dispute to PayPal, who eventually gave me my money back. Never using these guys again.

we got half and half, half BBQ and half margarita, but it came all as BBQ and when we phones up the man was very rude and accused us for wanting free food and then when we tried to explain he hung up.

I have ordered 2 pizzas and just under 20 minutes I had them at my door. Tracker was helpful as well just to kind of know when to expect it. Nice guys, thanks alot!

Waiting 2 hours for the pizza not to arrive , then staff where very rude and unhelpful towards me and made me wait a total of 2 hours and 50 mins for a large pizza , don't advise anyone to go to Dominos. Pizza Hut and papa johns never had such a rediculas issue with rudeness and no compensation . Appalling service

Called them up to place an order, the man kept complaining he couldn't hear me. After telling him my entire order, he told me he wouldn't deliver to me even though we are just down the road. He then handed me to another colleague. She then told me to order at Kempston, which was shut. Upon calling back to ask if they would deliver since Kempston is shut, he hung up on me. Disgusting service, never going to order from this domino's again.

The reason I have even given this 1 whole star is because I ate it. Mind you... I was bloody hungry at the time. So I ordered a double decadence pizza off the dominos app. After a while I received a notification to say it's been delivered. Went outside a few times, no sign of the pizza. So I rang them up and a girl answered the phone, I asked her where it was as it says it's been delivered. She said 'hold on a minute, aww errr it's gonna be 10 minutes ' I said ok thanks, she put the phone down and didn't even apologise or say goodbye! Anyways eventually the pizza comes. We are starving. Really looking forward to it. I open the box and OMG! ! It looks like someone had half - heartedly thrown together something which vaguely resembles a pizza, in some parts there were no toppings at all, it's dry, looks like it's been left out on the side for an hour. And to top it off, no double decadence in the base!! There was kind of a sandwich-ness to it but nothing in the middle! This is discussing! Oh by the way I forgot to mention it was cold. 20 quid for a slab of crap really. Unfortunately this is the 3rd takeaway in a row which was really bad. What's happened to the good old days where you order a takeaway and it comes exactly how it's supposed to? What a rip off, what a disappointment. What a chav (on the phone) Do not order from this dominos.

Ordered a pizza to be delivered in advance for 7:15, yet when the driver called to say he was outside he was nowhere to be seen. After confirming the address he called then manager once again, to confirm the same address I had just given him, over half an hour later the manager then rudely called to say I was lying about being home and when he realised that he had written down the address incorrectly and apologised for the mistake that he had made, he then cancelled the order and asked to please re-order from another Domino's because it was "too much hassle for him".

Normally use delivery service and a couple of times pick from the store. Good service and most of the time pizza is ready on time

Used to love getting the occasional dominos from here, but had a complaint recently of a meal that was inedible due to some bits being burnt and others not being cooked £25 down the drain. Dominos solution was to offer a free medium pizza, upon saying that this must be a joke of a solution. I have not had any response from them since. There are better companies around town with better prices.

The guys in here are perverts, the food was cold and burnt, I don't know how they acheived this. I went to complain and the manager there could not keep his eyes off my chest and would not help in any way, refused to remake my pizza. Will never go to dominos again
