The delivery guy lied about dropping the can of coke which exploded on my doorstep and then tried saying my son must of dropped it!! It's a pity I can't send pictures because the coke is all over my floor, my mat and my doors!! Despite callin them and getting a replacement can, I'm not happy!!

Food listed wrong on Just Eat, so don't expect what you order, although they may ring you to ask for more money to get what you ordered. False advertising, beware!!! Food wasn't that great either, certainly not worth the cost.

Después de esperar un buen rato tuvimos que llamar. Nos dijeron que la comida había llegado y no abrí la puerta que es una basura completa. Estábamos tan hambrientos que la cortina se movió. There was no option in the app to select salad for chicken kebab so it came dry and with no sauce or salad

It’s not the quality of the food that’s the problem, it’s the lack of food that is the issue. I have ordered a chicken kebab twice now from Andras and neither have come with salad which they advise that all kebabs come with pita bread and salad.

took over 2hours from when order was placed to arrive. when food did arrive it was all cold

Ordered last night thought the food tasted off. My brother has gone to eat his leftover chicken and comes to find that the chicken was bleeding and raw on the inside. Ordered less from here as I’d thought it had unfortunately changed. However that’ll be the last order I place.

I would of rated this zero stars. Cold food. Chips and chicken nuggets so hard and overcooked. Kebabs were soaked in sauce. Kebab meat was gross. Fatty and cold. I would never order from here again!

Chicken has no seasoning everything pretty bland taste like oil don't waste your money

Food was ok but not very warm by the time it arrived

It's the second and last time I would order from Andrea's! The lamb meat was black, dry and tough, (small pieces of meat) I ordered the special, I could only eat a small portion of it and threw the rest in the bin! Infact I was very disappointed with the whole thing! Unfortunately never again!

Fancied an Andreas after a long month away working! Not disappointed! Been having Andrea’s food for many years and I’m glad it’s still no1 in bedford! Very nice food, classic Andreas taste, and came early! Win win! 👍

The choice was very limited compared to when I previously ordered direct. Some of the salad seemed past its' use by date. The lamb was so chewy I could not eat it all. The chilli sauce was lacking in intensity. Why slice up the olives?

Took 1 hr for delivery, Chicken and fries were cold, Cheesy garlic bread was OK, chicken kebab did not have any salad included unlike the photo on the menu, no sauces were included. The wrong drink was included in the meal. Very disappointed!

Lamb kebab and triple cheese burger was the best I have had from any delivery. Meat was juicy, flavourful and fresh tasting. Well worth the money and was delivered in the time frame given. Definitely ordering again. Thanks

Seemed better than before,and that was good!

The bottom of kebab was very greasy but the top of pitta was rock hard. It had been a long while since i had ordered from there and it used to be great but i wont be ordering again.

Was ok but have had better from other takeaways. Chicken burger wasn’t great, big bun, cheese not melted and cheap tasting chicken burger. Chips were lukewarm warm and tasted like they had been warmed up. Fried chicken pieces look like they came from the smallest chicken ever. It was ok but will order from elsewhere in future

I received it an hour and a half after dispatch. The salad in the kebab was like 5 days old and tasted like garbage. Ignored all notes as well

Firdt order from this place, and the last - Garlic bread was buttered cardboard. Chicken was soggy outside / dry inside and bland. Diet coke was a Pepsi max. Never again ...... lesson learned.

Quality fresh produce when ordering salad, meat cooked perfectly with sizeable portions and variety of salad. Always deliver to good time and customer service has always been amazing! Best kebab in bedford :)

Ordered 2 tray pizzas online. Delivery driver was great, arrived on time and pizza still hot. Some of the slices were a little dry but overall good. Everyone enjoyed it. Will use again. Thank you

Worst place to order . Can’t even get your food correctly. Ordered a jacket potatoes cheese and beans and they send just the potatoes no beans or cheese . Tuna salad looked like old salad with a nasty taste . Chicken and chips with over cooked . Spend nearly £30 for a wasted dinner . Gone down hill

We ordered two 24 slice pizzas. Comfortably the most tasteless low quality pizzas we’ve ever had. At least they were delivered on time.

Absolutamente ignorante y despistado a la hora de decirles sus faltas. Sobreprecio por lo que es. Cobrando cerca de £ 30 por una comida donner Keenan y donner carne con papas fritas. Kebab was good,chips very good and the courier was miserable!

The pizzas was cold and the delivery driver handed me the pizzas looked at the reciept gave me the receipt and said that's it knowing full well that he hadn't gave me 4pots of sauce 2 lrg chips and a donner kebab.

We had a large pizza last night ,and it was stone cold ,It ment to have pepperoni and pinnacle, the pepperoni on the piza was 6 bits on it , thats it ,I was so tried I did not ring then back ,so I rang today was told the manager was out rewound be back in 10mims so afther I rang back told he then was back at 6pm I then rang back to be told basic I should have rang back ,.he then said I could have so kind of discount on the next order ,but I will never be using then again ,I do hope thay look at the reviews

Awful. Delivered two hours from order time, as delivery driver delivered to wrong address on the street. Called up and after the second call, for an update, they decided to be rude to us as if it were our fault. Annoying, the food was actually alright but the service was horrific.

Both pizzas were cold. Tuna was in huge chunks, had not been separated to cover the whole pizza. No dressing on salad. Disappointing as not cheap. Obviously a rushed order.

Ordered at 2245. It showed on the app they delivered it at 2340, I chased up the restaurant and they gave me a new deliver estimate of 0025, it actually came just after 0030. Asked for some money back and they just told me to enjoy my food. Only picked this restaurant because they had previously delivered in a reasonable time.

It was like this restaurant had never made a kebab before..tough meat, cold and about 50 million bits of tomato for some reason. Won't be ordering again

Usually we have a good meal from here. Tonight the breaded mushrooms where still cold in the middle. My chicken kebab tasted like it had sat on the side for ages dry and cold the the chicken wings where still pick raw. My husband would uslly just eat anything but these were raw and he didnt eat any. A waste of money. I asked for Diet coke and got given Pepsi max. Really disappointed

Looked like the pepperoni was forgotten and put on last minute on the top and it burnt. I ordered double pepperoni but still only 1 bit on each piece. Hardly any cheese also. Very disappointing!!
