Did not recieve my cheesy ships that i paid for

Was ok but have had better from other takeaways. Chicken burger wasn’t great, big bun, cheese not melted and cheap tasting chicken burger. Chips were lukewarm warm and tasted like they had been warmed up. Fried chicken pieces look like they came from the smallest chicken ever. It was ok but will order from elsewhere in future

I received it an hour and a half after dispatch. The salad in the kebab was like 5 days old and tasted like garbage. Ignored all notes as well

Firdt order from this place, and the last - Garlic bread was buttered cardboard. Chicken was soggy outside / dry inside and bland. Diet coke was a Pepsi max. Never again ...... lesson learned.

Don't normally have bad food from here...until tonight. The chicken was raw. Rang up and got told to send it back as basically he didn't believe me. Rude, terrible customer service.

A little bit burnt. A lot more tomato than the cheese. Actually hardly any cheese and was very bland and rubbery.

Very comforting information as to handing me the pleasing knowledge of his bother in-law being a police officer and to find where I Live 🥰 even suggesting to sort out issues face to face 🙂 How lovely ! Didn’t order anything but insisted my food was delivered. Maybe this was a sort of drill training 🤷🏽‍♂️ Needless to say i am traumatised and will not be back for drill training next summer Was euphoric while it lasted Thanks guys chicken burgers were great 👍🏽

Quality fresh produce when ordering salad, meat cooked perfectly with sizeable portions and variety of salad. Always deliver to good time and customer service has always been amazing! Best kebab in bedford :)

Kebab used to be ok, now inedible- meat too tough to eat Thank God I ordered chips in person- only redeeming factor. Order would’ve been inedible otherwise

Meat cooked to high standard, quality dishes and fresh produce.

Ordered 2 tray pizzas online. Delivery driver was great, arrived on time and pizza still hot. Some of the slices were a little dry but overall good. Everyone enjoyed it. Will use again. Thank you

Worst place to order . Can’t even get your food correctly. Ordered a jacket potatoes cheese and beans and they send just the potatoes no beans or cheese . Tuna salad looked like old salad with a nasty taste . Chicken and chips with over cooked . Spend nearly £30 for a wasted dinner . Gone down hill

Kebabs were well filled with meat and salad,this at times the amount can vary greatly,and with fries was very tasty!

We ordered two 24 slice pizzas. Comfortably the most tasteless low quality pizzas we’ve ever had. At least they were delivered on time.

Every time we visit Bedford we order food from Andreas. Once again the food was delicious. We recommend the kebabs, the vegetarian deep pan pizzas and the fries.

Didn’t deliver all of the food. Had to ring them up to get the other half of are order also the food was cold when it arrived

Poor service. Cannot get order right, eas delivered food and wrong order called again and they returned with new food STILL WRONG. Absolutely ignorant and clueless when telling them their faults. Over priced for what it is. Charging close to £30 for a donner Keenan meal and donner meat and chips. Crazy prices and can’t even get order right. LAST time I will be ordering from Andrea’s. Terrible service

Kebab was good,chips very good and the courier was miserable!

The pizzas was cold and the delivery driver handed me the pizzas looked at the reciept gave me the receipt and said that's it knowing full well that he hadn't gave me 4pots of sauce 2 lrg chips and a donner kebab.

We had a large pizza last night ,and it was stone cold ,It ment to have pepperoni and pinnacle, the pepperoni on the piza was 6 bits on it , thats it ,I was so tried I did not ring then back ,so I rang today was told the manager was out rewound be back in 10mims so afther I rang back told he then was back at 6pm I then rang back to be told basic I should have rang back ,.he then said I could have so kind of discount on the next order ,but I will never be using then again ,I do hope thay look at the reviews

Awful. Delivered two hours from order time, as delivery driver delivered to wrong address on the street. Called up and after the second call, for an update, they decided to be rude to us as if it were our fault. Annoying, the food was actually alright but the service was horrific.

Both pizzas were cold. Tuna was in huge chunks, had not been separated to cover the whole pizza. No dressing on salad. Disappointing as not cheap. Obviously a rushed order.

Super dry chicken… drier than a shepherds, sandal

Ordered at 2245. It showed on the app they delivered it at 2340, I chased up the restaurant and they gave me a new deliver estimate of 0025, it actually came just after 0030. Asked for some money back and they just told me to enjoy my food. Only picked this restaurant because they had previously delivered in a reasonable time.

It was like this restaurant had never made a kebab before..tough meat, cold and about 50 million bits of tomato for some reason. Won't be ordering again

Usually we have a good meal from here. Tonight the breaded mushrooms where still cold in the middle. My chicken kebab tasted like it had sat on the side for ages dry and cold the the chicken wings where still pick raw. My husband would uslly just eat anything but these were raw and he didnt eat any. A waste of money. I asked for Diet coke and got given Pepsi max. Really disappointed

I’ve loved the potato wedges from Andreas for years. Tonight they tasted 8-10 mins away from being cooked fully

Delivery Driver was rude and blamed me for my delivery address being difficult to find on a map. Who is this my fault. Also he wouldn't cone to my actual door i had to meet him outside. Poor food quality aswell. 😢 take your hard earned money though quick enough.

Looked like the pepperoni was forgotten and put on last minute on the top and it burnt. I ordered double pepperoni but still only 1 bit on each piece. Hardly any cheese also. Very disappointing!!

It takes over an hour for delivery.. and the food quality is shocking. Ordered a chicken burger and literally couldn't bite into it! Really poor.

Ordered double pepperoni, there were 8 burnt to a crisp bits thrown on top of a cheese pizza. May as well have not bothered to be honest.

Used to be my go to for a Friday night, recently really disappointing. Prices have gone up, ridiculously small portion of chips & awful pizza - burnt & very little topping. Will not be ordering again.

Food turned up late and when it turned up freezing cold

Ordered a tray pizza for £32 delivered that was supposed to be half and half, half cheese for the kids and the other meat. That’s not what turned up and the pizza was cold. They acknowledged the error and agreed reluctantly to allow us to eat some of it whilst they sent another - it was getting late for the kids by this point. I gave half of the pizza to a neighbour rather than throw it away. Another hour later they turn up with the correct pizza. The driver insisted on swapping out the pizza that was now 2 1/4 hours old. The driver rang the restaurant and they still insist on exchanging it. I said to not worry and I would seek a refund via my credit card provider. The pizza was then given and it was cold again. This was our first and unfortunately our last order with Andreas. The taste was satisfactory when warmed, but the overall service and inconvenience leave much to be desired.

We were a little bit disappointed with the chicken pizza, it was a bit flat with very little chicken on it but the cheese pizza is delicious and lush very tasty, in fact everyone preferred it.

Kebab was bordering inedible, got a spicy chicken burger and it's burnt to a crisp. Tasteless other than like charcoal. Paid for but didn't get an extra portion of chips. Chicken burger ⬇️

Delivery time was awful, an hour late, had to ring and was told it was on its way but then the delivery time was changed so definitely wasn’t on its way. When it finally arrived the food was hot and good value for money.

Excellent pizza trays especially pepperoni, I never used to like Andreas but it is a lot better than other small pizza places in Bedford

Very disappointed with the order tonight. Food was barely warm. The chicken was tastless and fatty. There was nothing hot about the hot wings. Such a shame as I was really looking forward to it.

Pretty poor for the price of it... Make an effort with the food at least...poor quality chips and chicken.

Good job I was absolutely starving, the most burnt and cold, equalling the hardest pizza I’ve ever had in my life, should be embarrassed at the fact they even sent it out that burnt. Never normally had a problem with Andrea’s either which is the saddest thing about it. Pointless ringing up to complain when I’d waited 50mins for the first one to turn up.

Very nice and fresh food! We had the donner and qtr pounder -was perfect! Also tried the cheesecake (1 portion) was a very good portion and filling! Highly recommend

the food was cold and out of it packaging the driver took over 20 minutes to arrive after putting on the app that it’s arrived. i called up to ask if he’s still on his way the lady on the phone was rude and dismissive i won’t be ordering again.

Ordered a chicken donner kebab and a pizza to make up the minimum order value. Was telephoned to be advised no chicken donner available so asked for a regular donner instead. However, a chicken shish kebab was delivered and the pizza was tasteless.

45 minutes late. Food was actually decent once we got it.

Order was late, and when the food arrived it was cold… I did ring and they apologised but gave an excuse of we were the only order in our village… not to sound harsh but that is not our fault and when your spending over £50 and your family have all fallen asleep waiting for there dinner doesn’t seem like great customer service 🥺 it’s a shame as I love Andreas’s food!
