Terrible servicio. Pedimos pizzas como nuestro hijo había estado en un viaje escolar y no comido. Hemos sonado repetidamente y dejado mensajes de voz, sin respuesta y solo vamos a otro lugar. Eventualmente 2 horas 10 minutos después le pedimos al repartidor que llamara a su jefe ya que no lo queremos. Por supuesto, el gerente no contesta. Terrible de una compañía tan grande.

Manager talks absolute waffle! Ordered just a plain pizza! They bought me a large pizza with no cheese no tomato sauce just bread! Then I needed the toilet “as expected in this dump” and the manager started staring at me whilst I done de toilet! Crapped and he took a picture of me! Don’t GO HERE

There’s a lady working at papa johns She so rude and act like they have put the problem in the world on her soul She so evil and rude. She looks drunk her eye was almost touching the ground when she was insulting her mother I believe she’s still working there because it a family business or something cos the other staff were there when she was rude to me and never said a word. I told her to be quiet and she said no Then when I started dishing out the same food she made, they all came out and started saying we should stop Why did no one came out to say she should stop when she started? Bunch of losers.!! I tried to complain to the manager and she says she’s the manager smh I pray that business runs down cos evil people like her shouldn’t be seen in a public place like that trying to bully customers

Customer service is a joke ! Ordered a pizza at 7:44pm still no delivery at 10:30pm. Phoned the branch and the arrogant woman dint even said sorry for the massive delay. She was also making a fuss about a refund. Very unprofessional and shouldn’t be in customer service role.

Placed ordered at 18:30 waited for 1 hour no pizza delivered, spoke to store and requested eta and advised its weekend what do you expect, no apologises just rude customer services. requested to cancel order, employee put the phone down.

Food was great . Very big portion sizes. Lovely customer service we had Priya what a legend. Very good. Ordered a medium pepperoni pizza and small pepperoni and pineapple pizza and it came in a jiffy. Looked like we were the first customers both pizzas combined prices were £12. Thank you Priya for your lovely service. Hope you get an award for employee of the month. If not I will personally give her one myself. Thanks again Priya

£10 for a large pizza on their website at the moment! Brilliant deal considering it’s around £23 normally. I was going to order via Deliveroo or just eat but they were charging the regular price which I personally think is extortionate. We ordered two pizzas and 2 dips and it cost the same as what a pizza usually costs which is really great! Very pleased and delicious as usual! Also got two extra dips in there, probably usually included but you can never be too sure. I haven’t had it for so long but it’s still just as good as it used to be. Delivery driver was friendly too, thank you :)

I ordered for delivery for £1.99 extra on there app on line with my mobile number I waited nearly about 2 hours on the papa john's it said enjoy but didn't receive it so I rung up and they said we tried ringing me to say there are no delivery drivers but they did not and your husband picked up and took the food I dont have a husband I then asked for a refund but couldn't do so I ended up collecting it and they gave me a drink said for free but a paid for delivery so it was not not free so buy the time walked back home it was cold it would of been nicer if it was hot that's the reason why I chosen delivery it also would be nice if there was at least a table and a couple of chairs so I could sit in for bit as its a bit of putting eating in the street sometimes

Was served by Priya today at Papa Johns. She was cheerful and welcoming and also explained the deals they have on and what is the most popular one so far. Great service

Before ordering pizza online I've put on a small special request by phone and Happy (hope I got her name right!) did everything perfectly and I've received exactly what I wanted. That was some excellent service, thank you so much Happy :)

I love Papa John's pizza but in the past two years this branch has gotten really bad. Twice now my vegetarian pizza had meat on it. When I called asking for a refund this was denied. Last time we ordered, we made a pre-order in the morning for 5pm, pizza was 40 minutes late and again, ham on vegetarian pizza. Unacceptable

Pizza was meh, i.e. somewhat cold. The drink i ordered for too, was not delivered with my Pizza. Spoke to a manager, who promised a refund within 3-5 working days. This was not refunded. Opened a dispute with PayPal, and I was refunded. Horrible food and service.👎

This is last nights pizza. From their finest range'all the meats'. As you can see there is 3 pieces of pepperoni on just under half a pizza. This was the worst pizza I've eaten in my life. Close down guys😑

Just ordered a pizza and I’ve never had a pizza so dry. I complained mentioning that the base had hardly a tomato base. Crazy thing is they sent a new pizza and it was exactly the same. Avoid if you do not want to pay for a pizza that is worse than a frozen pizza. Unfortunately I will never order from papa johns ever again as they did not apologise and couldn’t see the issue.

Ordered half and half. Got totally wrong pizza. Rang them up and got told I can have my pizza in 25 minutes. I said no thank you return my money to my bank and collect this pizza. With that I got told go online and claim your money back and the phone put down on me. Very rude individual I spoke to so will definitely not order from there ever again.

Ordered about twenty past ten. And got at ten past eleven. Manager was more interested in closing shop than my order.then the delivery driver was making all the excuses under the sun. Not impressed at all.....

Ordered at 6:10pm this evening and food was not delivered until 8:40pm - no apology, no phone answered so I couldn't even cancel it. Food was cold, hard and inedible - avoid this place!

Ordered pizza for a certain time,it was on time and must say best pizza I've had for ages,got to be the best in town . I used an offer so saved money, we definitely be going to papa johns in the future.

I ordered a delivery. Which was half wrong. I rang them and complained. They didn't believe me. After sending them pics of my order they finally sent me out a replacement. Which was the worst, oiliest, greasy pizza I've had in my life. I couldn't even eat 2 slices before I ran to the toilet. I had stomach pain the rest of the evening. NOT THE FIRST TIME THEY'VE MESSED UP MY ORDER. BUT, IT WILL BE THE LAST TIME I ORDER FROM THIS PAPA JOHN'S. TOTALLY USELESS!!

I ordered a pizza a few days ago, came cold and was the wrong pizza. Was offered another pizza which never arrived after 3 hours. Contacted head office who said sorry about my experience but they wont give me a refund ... a Proper piss-take. Last time I ever use Papa Johns. The picture attached was suppsoe to be a Garden Party with extra Olives and Pineapple, just turned up with Olives and Pineapple only and cold.

I ordered for delivery and it took nearly 90 minutes to arrive, food was cold, bland and undercooked not sure why they try to cover such a large area will never order again.

Pizza is good. Customer Service BAD !! Called today as tracker said my order had arrived when it didn’t. I’m very friendly on the phone. The lady on the phone was very short and didn’t even bother to say goodbye, before hanging up. I work in customer service and that’s just unacceptable!!

Over last few months we have started using Papa John’s and it’s now our favourite pizza place to order from now. Dominoes to expensive with toppings falling off everywhere, Pizza Hut to expensive and never cooked well. Always cooked well and a fair price point from Papas and their sauce flavour is better. Delivery guys always friendly and never waited over 45mins.

Pizza is by a long way the best in Bedford. Taste, texture, no grease, not too much or too little of anything. Price has risen a lot, but they have deals to help with that. I won't buy pizza anywhere else.

AVOID AVOID AVOID. I visited this store last night, I ordered an Alice Tai vegan - no meat no dairy. After waiting 45 minutes to receive my order despite making it in store and waiting... My partner checked 4 times it was vegan, 4 times (!!!!), the label was marked as vegan. I ate half of the pizza and suddenly stopped in my tracks realising the id been given meat. I returned to the store to hand it back. Turned out that id been given meat AND dairy cheese. I am lactose intolerant!!!! I have been incredibly uncomfortable for 24 hours. The staff, other than 1, found it FUNNY. I haven't eaten meat for 6 years. Only 1 member of staff was helpful. None could offer any refund or compensation because no one knew how to process it. Was told I couldn't speak to the manager as he was 'out for delivery' this was a lie because they then confirmed hes been signed off and reported to HR! Gave my number with a promise of a call back, haven't heard from management. Disgusting!

Been waiting for a refund since 10th March 2021, as of this date 13th April 2021 for a order what was cancelled I have still not received a refund. Ringing the store everyday to ask for the manager and every time he's not in or he's on a delivery. Asked for call backs loads of times and still nothing. The staff at this store are nothing but liers I will be making a formal complaint as over a month I have been waiting for a refund for £50. Very poor service as they always hang up the phone.

One thing I need to criticise is that I've noticed when ordering a double pepperoni they will purposely put a regular amount of pepperoni UNDER the cheese, especially when taking advantage of the buy one get one free deal. So you can't assess or realise you have been short changed on toppings until you open the box and realise what they did. Make sure to ask that the pepperoni is put on top of the cheese so you can ensure you are getting what you ordered and not what THEY wanted to give you.

This is a review based on extreme circumstances. It was new years eve, we ordered £50 of goods and waited. We waited and waited some more. Eventually after waiting over 2hr30mins, I decided to drive in to see what the hold was. Bless them, they were working their socks off to get the Tier 4 lockdown, new years eve orders out. They were SO apologetic and made up for it. Great work guys.

My husband ordered a pizza from the Bedford store at approximately 7pm via just eat. It is now 10.05pm and no pizza has arrived. The Bedford Store isn't answering there phones and the Kempston store has confirmed they are open. I am very upset by this as now we have wasted £26 for nothing.

Papa John's took the money from my account and yet the Bedford branch apparently had no record of my order and no pizzas materialised. I've had £18.49 stolen from me.

Papa John's, kempston , Bedford. Wow offered 50% off from a previous weeks poor service ! So went to use today and the price was more than the offers !! So it was really a Con to to lure customers back !! Really Wont be using again and for a newly opened business it's very very poor service

Shocking and rude customer service absolute joke, unfortunately we stopped there important conversation but apparently they dont they don't do half and half sauces, was rudely told "no" it's policy... We even offered to pay extra but was told we had to buy large and then £5 on top - no problems I will spend my money elsewhere, typical Bedford takeaway attitude :L

Absolutely Magnificent, base cooked with a nice crispy bite, with nice evenly spread toppings and rich cheesy taste.

First time ordering from this Papa John's and trying butternut squash base with vegan cheese. So good! We ordered 2 pizzas and a side and all arrived hot. Driver friendly and polite. Will be ordering again

once again, over cooked and just so burnt. Tasted dry, chewy and just revolting, and im so fed up with wasting time and money on this place, its just completely and utterly diabolical. i just threw it all (large vegan thin based pizza) after half a slice as was so disappointed and angry. i cooked a pizza express pizza i had in the fridge instead, a millions times better and a 1/4 of the price! papa johns should be absolutely ashamed of themselves. this place needs to be shut down.

Very good people and service. They accidently charged us twice once but then called us immediately and gave us our money back and free Pepsi. The food also tastes really nice.

my other half ordered pizza we waited 2 hours it my pizza turned up cold and the garlic bread and my chicken strips so we rang up and asked for it to be delivered again hot we then got it again but they only gave us the pizza warm and garlic bread but no chicken strips so then my other bald rang up again and asked for his money back and they said no to the money and no to another order how rude

I placed my order at 6.30pm for it to be delivered at 7.30pm, it is now 8.15. I phoned around 20 mins ago and was told the delivery driver should be with me soon he's on his way. I'm not happy with the service.

Ordered online came on time left outside driver stayed till it was taken in. Garden pizza fresh veg very tasty. Vegan potato and cheese not as nice as normal. Cant get wow everytime.

Absolutely fuming with the service I've received, not only have I been waiting over an hour for my pizza when I called to ask when it was the man on the phone was very rude and said he was too busy to deal with me. Completely understand times get busy but to talk to a customer like this is unacceptable. There should be some sort of tracking so that you know when the pizza is coming, if I knew it would take this long I would not have ordered!!

Mmmm so nice!!! Pizza is well made and has plenty of topping. The dough is not too thick and for me I have to have stuffed crust and the cheese was lovely.

My buddies and I decided to try the new Papa Johns in Bedford Nova Scotia. We had been to the one in Maine and it was very good . We had Great Expectations going in. The Pizza was okay. Probably a 5 out of 10. That could be because it’s just newly opened. We’ll probably give them some time to get the hang of it before we try them again. They have some work to do.

Decent pizza at a good price. £2 for a 7 inch, 4 slice mini pizza makes a great lunch treat. One star knocked off because last time I went, I got the wrong toppings on my pizza (had already left before I opened, didn't want to cause a scene). Service is usually pretty quick, but sometimes there is a queue at peak times as it generally doesn't have that many staff on at one time.

Food came in good time, but was pretty bad i thought and I’m not sure if its Papa Johns recipe itself is bad or the outlet cooking it is. Lack off sauce, dry over cooked cheese, just tasteless as soon as I saw it I knew was going to be a average one. Sorry but no return order from us. Need to add more Tomato sauce, more cheese, and don’t let it completely go hard, if not stringy it’s over cooked then all you’re left with is burnt cheese on bread and all the taste is gone. Miles behind your competitors sorry to say.

only use when offers come through... totally dislike their dips - disgusting and unfair to have to pay for "ordinary " dips while their "buttermilk" ones are free. personally not my choice at all.. Pizzas are nothing special - just like all the rest - same toppings..

We stopped by today at lunch time for a treat for the children. The gelato was perfection as was the coffee. Excellent service, attentive and tidy.
