Wish I could give zero stars. So rude and obnoxious

Absolutely useless. Don’t brother spending your time & money here! Always leaving bits out- food is cold. Staff are incompetent & rude!

Food never arrived. Rang them and they said they didn’t even receive an order. Liars.

Ordered on just eat, order was accepted but then cancelled 40 minutes later. I called to ask why and then said they don't deliver to my area, they didn't accept my order even though they did, and then they hung up the phone. AVOID

And best kebabs ever so fresh and tasty always delivered fresh and on time BRILLIANT VALUE FOR MONEY !!! if u have any special requests cooking notes etc they Always pay attention ... if you read my reviews you have to try here id reccomend large chick shish kebab extra pitta and sauces and burgers are a winner !!!!

Been using TGF since 2005. The food is usually very good with a good selection. Unfortunately in the last year they have been very hit and miss via deliveroo to the point of not even acknowledging receipt of the order or canceling it and saying it was us that cancelled it. Time to not use them anymore.

Don’t Waste your money here didn’t even get my order bunch of scammers walk into the shop take one look it’s pretty self explanatory, bad customer service as well it’ll hopefully be shut down soon after hearing someone who actually received there order here two weeks ago got violently ill, the place is a joke

The best!!! Seriously, I don't ever waste time on negative reviews, I just never go back. I can honestly say that you can keep your dominoes or whoever else it is, these guys ALWAYS deliver the best tasting, HOT, topping loaded pizza's. They are so consistently good that it does make me wonder - what has motivated others to give bad reviews - are they competitors?

I ordered through Just Eat On Sunday and my ordered never arrived… they told me that I have to call just eat because they never catch my order… they lied 🤥 because I’m a restaurant owner and I work with Just Eat….YOU ACCEPTED MY ORDER… YOU UPDATED THE ORDER AS DELIVERED AND YOU DIDNT ANYTHING… I’m wasting my time trying to get my money back… I won’t ordering again…

An unreliable and unprofessional business. Rude staff who cancel orders for arbitrary reasons. Spend your money elsewhere.

My girlfriend ordered on just eat and it was cancelled so we tried again. We were then phoned and told we hadn't order enough then told to go and cancel our order in a very rude manner.

Please don’t bother. They give you a thumbs up and then they’ll cancel you out. Absolute waste of time. And it happens regularly. Seriously if you don’t want to do delivery TGF then say so.

How rude! Ordered multiple times before via just eat and had deliveries. Tonight I tried ordering they accepted then cancelled. Tried again the same happens. They then ring me directly saying they cancelled as my order is too small for just eat with delivery even though I’ve met the minimum spend applied by just eat!? They said I can pay over the phone or cash. When I queried this they hung up on me! When just eat apply a delivery fee and service charge this is disgusting behaviour and service. Trying to con your repeat customer.

We have food here at least once a month. Good food and great service and price. Delivery is very good and parking not far away

This is second time I have the same issue with them. I'm not gonna order any more. The box has a very strong smell of damp so as pizza. That's embarrassing in my opinion.

Ordered online and 1 hour 15 mins later get told order cancelled as we don’t supply your area 5 miles away. Spoke to the site and told call back to speak to a manager. The rudest place so avoid.

I have been buying pizzas and side orders for delivery from this excellent place for over 10 years and have never had a bad experience. For quality and variety they are the best.

Regular customer but this was the last time i order from TGF Pizza , Ordered Food for delivery 1 hour later they arrived 30 minutes later just as i was getting out the shower. Person made excuses they was busy and didn't see the note i had left even though it was typed in the message box in Capital Letters with his limited vocabulary he was not apologetic and to my annoyance the food was not the standard Burnt Burger and limp soggy chips. Got my money back

Took order via Just Eat, then cancelled an Hour later without warning. Partner phoned to see what the issue was, to be told it was 'Too far' for them to deliver, despite having been to us several times before. Guy on the phone refused to take any responsibility, instead blaming Just Eat, and told us to take it up with them.

We can't fault the service ( they're usually earlier than quoted ) The staff are polite, and courteous. The food is always properly cooked, and well-presented. We especially love their pizza, and chicken strips. Their salads are works of art. We highly recommend them.

bit cold but only as we live a while away from Bedford. Will definitely order again. probably best pizza had in a while comparing to the well know ones, not too much sauce and right amount of cheese. Very good keep up the good work.

FOUND SHARDS OF GLASS IN PIZZA! Order pizza for my family and found shards of glass in the pizza!!! Now we are paranoid to if our children have swallowed the glass!! Definitely will be reporting them!!

Placed an order on Just Eat then they cancelled it so I ordered elsewhere. I then got multiple phonecalls and multiple voicemails saying it was done in error and they'd like to sort my order (although it was too late by that point). I then ordered from them again about a week later and they once again cancelled my order. I placed it again just in case it was an error again, and they once again cancelled. I don't understand, do you want my custom or not? Reading these reviews and it's clear I'm not the only one unimpressed with the service. Appalling

Order was wrong, and after a tedious phone call with them, did that I am too far out to sort it out - I am 10 minutes from them... After hanging up I thought I'd make sure the puddings were right, alas, they were not. We were missing some. So I called them again, and as I told him something else was wrong, he started laughing at me!!! Absolute shocking customer service with mediocre food! Update, my daughter just found a hair IN her chip! Like,literally, cooked inside the chip

Called to ask for cost of Pizza. Guy was very rude, no customer service skills and spoke with an attitude because I called again to ask how much a pizza would cost! Won’t be getting my money.

Vile. Food was rotten. Staff seem to think they are something special. Extremely rude. Delivery guy in the red metiz is a piece of work aswell. Called me and English piece of s##t which to me is disgusting. All this because I complained about the pizza being cold and soggy. I will be going to trading standards and I will be speaking to the local health inspector. Should have known by the 4* health rating.

Don't even waste your time. Cold and chewy. Couldn't tell the meat from the veg half and half. Vinegary salad side was brown. Was also later than expected. Dead.... Euggh

Have just had 2 pizzas from TGF pizza which were not quite right. When we have called to complain the person told my brother that I was lying about what I had ordered and then him that he could f off and that he was an a hole before hanging up the phone. We won't be ordering from here again!

I was truly shocked when, caring for my 5 year old nephew, TGF failed to deliver my meals. I was horrified at there language and attitude towards out response as we paid for the whole meal. They missed out seven boxes of strippers. I was disappointed and disgusted.NEVER GO HERE!!!!

Have ordered from here many times before this time when the pizza arrived the driver said there was a £2 delivery charge we had not bee advised of. The pizza was ordered as thin crust when I phoned TGF they said it was a new recipe please don't insult me it was deep pan and you could not admit it. Never going back which is a shame as the Pizzas are normally very good

We ordered and delivery then took over an hour, once it arrived one of the three meals was missing and was cold. The delivery driver started making excuses for the error but would not go and get the other meal. Told him to take the cold food away. Glad I didn’t pay prior to delivery and I definitely will not be ordering anything again from them.

Not bad pizza, very cheesy, very filling. Reasonable price too, delivery was on time, we had the Chinese chicken pizza.

They refuse to deliver food unless a pizza is added into the order. You pay them money to make and deliver food, and they will still refuse to take it. Two orders were cancelled in space of 10 minutes for this very reason. Pathetic.

Although some of their food is quite expensive, their pizza's are the best!

I ordered at 23:26 on a Tuesday evening and it is currently 00:43 so am outraged about how my food has taken so long!!

I always order my pizza from TGF in Bedford...they make the best pizza in Bedford!!!! It is always fresh and tasty!!! Fast delivery, Lovely staff and great prices! Cant wait to order again. Higly recommend

Just terrible. I asked them to knock rather than use the door bell and they didn't which woke my wife up who I'd pregnant and angry. I am in so much trouble.

I had two large pizzas, both were surprisingly nice quality - that was the good bit. When I placed my order on the Just Eat app, as my order was going through, the app crashed. I open the app again and noticed the order had gone through fine. To make sure, I called up it went through okay. When TGF answered the phone, /' extremely rude gentleman told me that despite accepting the order, "they aren't going to deliver to us because they're too busy" - and then hung up on me. I called back, in anger obviously, and he told me he only had one driver out, and we were too far away. Now, this was at around midnight, we had loads to drink so weren't up for walking there, but we could have, as it's about a 15 minute walk from our house. So our location was not far enough. After being hung up on, again, I called back and said forget it, I'll get my friend to collect it to save us wasting money and haven't to wait two weeks for Just Eats rubbish refunds setup. He then said "No problem, but I'll have to pay again". By this point I was furious, I asked how this was fair, and he said "that's just eats problem", and for the third time, hung up on me.. Order arrive 1 hour 30 mins later

Estado pizza de estos chicos por más de un año siempre disfrutamos del servicio y la calidad de los alimentos. Última noche pedimos pizza y otros alimentos, pagar con tarjeta como de costumbre, tarjeta no paso (primera vez) me dijeron que no había problemas con los pagos de la tarjeta de esta tarde, me dijo que no me preocupara registró mi bolso y tuve dinero suficiente para la orden. Conductor de la entrega apareció y me dijeron que tenía que pagar un extra de £2 para la entrega? Sólo tuve un cambio en mi bolso, así que le dimos lo que teníamos estaba realmente molesto para ser honesto. Luego la pizza... No como calidad estándar en todas, no estoy seguro de que le llamaremos más

This is the best tasting home delivery pizza - tasty, fast delivery, great staff, great pizzas - nothing too much trouble, friendly. Recommend - will use again!!!
