Domino's Pizza in Bedford

I don’t know what it is, but this particular Dominos tastes so fake and does not taste authentic whatsoever. And If you want a dry pizza then you’ve come to the right place. Enjoy

This branch is happy to take your money but if things are missing they don't want to know. Gave them a chance to rectify, but they didn't even acknowledge. Next time don't let the delivery guy go until you have checked in front of them that everything is correct. A shame as otherwise they have been okay.

Order accepted, money taken. 2 hours later.. NO FOOD ARRIVED.

Awful. Twice I've ordered and both times delivered to wrong address, even though we gave clear instructions on getting to our address. Everyone else gets it right. The first time we waited 2 hours for delivery of cold pizza. Last night the pizza eventually arrived with no cheese and hair in the garlic bread. Both times we spent ages on the phone to staff chasing our orders. I've learned my lesson, never using this lot again.

Dominos is usually Good. Today the pizza was cold, no flavour and hard toppings! Needed reheating but tasted awful so was a felt like a waste money which was a real shame.

placed a order, including 1x pizza with pepperoni. 1x vegetarian wrap 1 x garlic bread 1x wedges 3 items that are vegetarian 1 item that contains meat! the wrap box it’s self has no indication or confirmation of order. To my absolute disgust, the wrap i received was pepperoni! not vegetarian like i ordered. i called to explain the clear issue, i was told but the pizza i ordered had meat on it! yes i know, was my response, i placed the order! The person on the other end of the phone, then went on to say i’d ordered a meat wrap! knowing full well this was rubbish! then finally admitted sorry yes, it was vegetarian but because your pizza had meat on it, we made a mistake!!! after arguing with me for 10 minutes. i received a new wrap only! with a very little and begrudged sorry! which arrived 46 min after i initially advised i’d eaten a bite, when id ordered a vegetarian! shocking service! shocking food! will not be ordering from here again! i do not recommend at all.

I am very unsatisfied with dominos pizza which is located at Kempston Saxon centre 29/11/23 we went to the store in the morning with my son to eat and i forgot my card at home i only had cash and i was shocked when they told me i couldnt pay by cash and only card every other store is happy to accept cash this is nonsense and my son was very upset that we couldnt go and eat therei will never go to dominos pizza again

Didn't even know it was there until I looked after having a pizza that gave me the liveliest guts I've had since I used to chop Snake Bites in the Bear.

Their pizzas are tasty, but recently, their prices are basically skyrocketing, including delivery charges. Now, energy and fuel prices have already gone down for many months, but they haven't reduced their prices. They raised them instantly when fuel and energy prices went up, but it never went down seems like that. They should have reviewed them.

Not ordering again. Waited 1.5 hours food didn't arrive, called the shop for them to tell me they will talk with the driver. No contact for 20 minutes again, for us to then call and they claimed it was delivered over an hour ago. Best bit about my experience...I know not to order from them again.

Most staff are welcoming and the service is good. Home delivery is also available.

Two pizzas ordered with burger sauce topping (different days, different orders) two pizza delivered WITHOUT burger sauce topping, despite it saying it on the label on the box, am I going to get a refund for the extortionate toppings you didn't provide?

Not sure where all the negative reviews are coming from. I've lived in Kempston for 5 years and have been ordering from these guys for the same amount of time, and not once have I ever had an issue with them. The pizzas, wings and cookies always arrive piping hot, I've never had a mixed up order from them and even the delivery drivers always appear chipper. It never takes too long either, no matter the size of our orders. My partner also feels safe ordering the Schar gluten free base pizzas from them, as she has coeliac disease. It's Domino's, at the end of the day 🍕

Watched our pizza get cold while they all looked at their computer screens.had to nag them to pass the box over

Ordered online for pickup. But although my card has been debited. They didn't make it. They CLAIM that the order never came through, but its obvious they got the payment, but as it was for just one pizza, they probably had other orders in that were paying more. So decided against it. Their loss though. I'm never using them again. Not just Kempston but all doninos. As this is obviously company policy and a loophole they use to get away with it. I love pizza, but will go elsewhere from now on. I suggest others do also. To be honest, I have only collected from here over the last 18 months anyway, as their delivery is terrible too. So advice to all is, DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS STORE OR COMPANY.

My youngest always wants a Domino pizza. The Kempston branch is the best in our area. Polite, quick, and easy.

Incredibly helpful staff. Came in Sunday to get some takeaway. Got lucky to meet a great employee working the till, who helped us work out the best option. I was absolutely impressed by the great customer service. Their name was a short one - four letters, and started with an N. Looking forward to going back soon.

I ordered and collected a few weeks ago and everything was great (one pizza ordered). So felt confident to order a bigger order for delivery. Big mistake. The delivery driver wasn't sure he'd got the right address, the order was similar in some ways to what we ordered but also totally wrong. I ordered a vegan pizza with ham&pineapple as I am lactose intolerant, along with 2 Hawaians. My pizza wasn't labelled to show it was the dairy free one, good thing I don't have an allergy! My pizza was margarita, no toppings and like someone had dropped a spice container all over it, inedible. The others had mushrooms on them as well, strange Hawaian. Also the garlic bread had cheese all over it which we didn't ask for or want. Lastly, the person taking the order over the phone could barely understand English and was pretty incompetent. Never again.

Ordered over 2 hours ago, food finally turned up cold, the order was also wrong. Rang the manager who repeatedly kept questioning the order. In the end offered 50% discount for food we could not eat. Terrible customer services, will not use this establishment again. You have to choose one star to oust a review, one start is far to generous .

Ordered a deal today online for delivery. The order arrived in a reasonable time. When we got the food, I was surprised at the quality of the pizza as it was hard and the toppings appeared as if they had been nuked in a microwave. Very disappointed as the pizza was a whole load of processed rubbish and the worst I've had for a long time. Well done Dominoes you are on par with the P Hut and PP John brigade. Never Again.

Took longer than initially advised to arrive. And we ordered a free ice cream (as per offer). - Which didn’t arrive with the order and delivery guy didn’t know about it. PROMISED to come back with much anticipated ice cream- no show. Disgusting, shattered dreams

Ordered pizza, it never turned up however it says delivered on the app over an hour ago! Total con artists

What a waste of time. At 5.30pm the food was going to take 1hr and 15 min. As I only live in Kempston not far to come, dough not cooked and food stone cold. Not worth £17.00. We will not return. Reading the other reviews it looks like Domino's can only deal with cold food.

Prices are a bit expensive but good tasting pizzas like that they have gluten free range.

Avoid at all cost, took ages too deliver and food was freezing cold. If you want great pizza in Kempston try Bella Italia

Worst service ever!!! Failed to deliver my order despite numerous phone calls and was told it was on its way - 3.5 hours later gave up!! Staff were rude and unhelpful. 1 star is generous.

Order delivery at 7:30. Told an hour to deliver. 90mins later - nothing. No one answering phone. After 2 hours got through. Order not ready - but promised quickly. Nothing an hour after that. Not even the curtesy of a call to explain why. Abysmal service. I’ll be expecting more than a refund after this rubbish experience.

If i could give less i would.. i ordered pizza and 2 hours later it still wasn't delivered. I rung there shop no one picked up. So disappointing. I had plans to drive from Bedford to London and travelled really late because of that. If i knew i would have picked it up from the shop myself. Kmt

Overpriced dough with stuff on it. I always feel slightly not right after eating one. The staff are nice though. Location is awful.

Ordered from the app which sent me to this take away restaurant but order was actually in another restaurant 25 minutes away.

When you would rather order from the Bedford store and collect it yourself, you know the Kempston is useless. Their staff don't even know the deals

Not this one but the one next to Hatters Ordered 2 pizzas system said error no money taken so ordered again Confirmation received Went to collect but while in car park another confirmation received so checked and sure enough order taken twice Girl who was very helpful tried to sort it but Mamager said HQ would refund what they see fit (his words not mine) Hq refunded part of order but kept some back because they said I had to pay for wastage even though I proved that it said my order had not been processed and no money was taken. Wrote to customer relations not interested wrote to CEO no response . This appears to be a regular occurrence so be careful and don’t part with any money until you get the goods .Dreadful Store Management and Customer Services Department spoils what isn’t a bad product .

Wanted a pleasant atmosphere with good food. It was dirty, young adults getting drinks from McDonalds and bringing them in, not asked to stop walking around, waited an hour for food, they had forgotten us, when it did come 15 mins later - it was awful. My son had wrong food and I had a piece of chicken slapped on a plat. It was a joke. Nearly £30.00 for rubbish. It needs a good clean, staff who care and are trained to put the customer first and who are professional. Clean up your act and stop taking so many orders to takeaway rather than treating the customers in side better please.

Always loved dominos pizza.... but I decided to try their "Gluten Free" pizza as part of the 2 for Tuesday deal...... the first impression of it.. something nasty had crawled into the box.. It was badly overcooked(couldn't find the cheese).. I could have done better with a Tesco cheap and nasty 50p pizza. hardboard and unlike a fizzbee.. while I was breaking teeth.. my daughter was in raptures with her normal style pizza which looked and apparently tasted superb... Think I would order normal then order Gluten-free again.

Great service and delicious Pizzas. Staff is extremely helpful and on point. Pizzas are always delivered on time and steaming hot! Brilliant all the way.

Disgraceful experience. Ordered 3 pizzas at 7pm, finally arrived just before 11pm. I had given up and gone to bed and ended up paying £30 to a company who seriously let customers down. I will never be back. UPDATED - I popped in and spoke to manager who apologised and refunded me in full. From 1 star to 3.

So I ordered at 18.40... at 19.13 the tracker says it's delivered. 19.20 I ring the store as still no food. Rude staff on the phone they hung up on me! Eventually got to speak to a a manager and got a refund. Food just turned up stone cold. Place is a joke avoid it

On several occasions put meat on my vegetarian pizza

Poisonous pizza. Always been a fan of Domino's pizza, tried this branch for the first time last night, we (the whole family) all got seriously-sick/diarrhoea and spent our morning and parts of the night in the toilet. They probably have a serious hygiene issue, we have children and will never order from them and risk our health ever again.

Collection may be fine but there delivery is shocking. Over 40 mins to deliver 2 cold pizzas and the drivers response: "Not my problem. Call the store but the next one will probably be cold as well!" I've always used Dominos but this one is shocking. Will be going elsewhere when I want delivery pizza.

We have been using this dominoes for two years and it used to be top notch. Sadly something has changed recently, the pizzas are delivered late (30 mins to an hour) even when booked hours in advance. When they arrive they are luke warm. The staff are nice and give a refund but that's not the point. If I order a pizza I expect it to be delivered and at an edible temperature.

Sometimes we get great pizza and sides and other times not so great - assume it is down to the staff at the time. It is OK and when we want to be naughty then we have the odd one from here. Service on the phone is pretty appalling - they are always rude but we try and only order on line so we do not have to deal with them.

Ordered a cheese pizza and a meticulous, got two cheese pizzas which are cheaper but paid full price for the expensive pizzas! Absolutely useless. Very disappointed for the price of the pizzas.

At least 20 minutes late every single time I order. Has been over an hour and a half late on more than one occasion and the food isn't the best, they have the odd good day but it's not often. Disappointing overall.

I've never enjoyed these pizzas but I had a slice of my Son's tonight and was truly disgusted. It was like eating cardboard.

Absolutely shocking. Took well over an hour to arrive. When it did arrive it looked and tasted like it had been on the road (literally) since the order was placed. It was stone cold and my other half was sat pulling hairs from the pizza. Needless to say it ended up in the bin and we shall not be ordering again.

I have had deliveries from this store on several occasions. I would say its a 50/50 average of receiving a correct order on time or not. My last delivery left the store and took over an hour to arrive. On contacting the store they did apologise and advise they would refund the cost of the food and deliver the order. The order arrived and was not as hot as should have been but we were able to eat. The store gave great customer service in the end and I had not expected a full refund of £28

Ordered delivery and was very disappointed. Both pizza boxes were damaged on delivery and the coleslaw had been squashed into the top of the box and had warmed it up in transit!! One good point, the manager offered a complete refund, different pizza next time.

I love Dominos Pizza and this store doesn't let me down pizza-wise. They do have problems finding my house which is in Kempston so I guess I should dock a point but the pizzas are so damn good I won't :-)
