Domino's Pizza in East Hertfordshire

Dominos pizza brand in my opinion the best one in the world. BUT if you want to experience third world country street food experience order a food from this branch. I ordered 5 times and 3 of them was terrible. HOBESTLY STAY AWAY

After an initial huge disappointment of a failed delivery (“we rang you five times but did not ring the door bell”) we visited the branch to collect our meal. There was an instant offer to refund delivery and provide a free drink, and following a further discussion about customer service and values, Management was magnanimous and offered a substantial discount. We left feeling listened to. Many Thanks.

so i ordered a meteor pizza medium i selected to remove onions when the pizza got here i saw onions all over it so i had to pick them off myself, but otherwise yeah outstanding as always

Consistent, somewhere you can always trust to get a good, reliable delivery. Good pizzas and a range of toppings. Great sides to especially the pepperoni dough balls.

This is the second time I’ve ordered online with them and yet again they got the order wrong. There won’t be a third time, that’s for sure.

Dominos website playing up - rejecting payments. Called local branch and spoke to Jed who checked payment had been made and offered to deliver the order for free(was takeaway). So really impressed with the top service here, showing other companies how to handle temporary problems to delight customers rather than make them wish they had never heard of you. Glad to be a loyal customer again.

Ordering pizzas for delivery. Always on time plus you can use tracker, to see progress of your order. Driver always nice and polite and sometimes faster then mentioned tracker. He/She is knocking on door, even if tracker is saying "baking". :)

We ordered pizza from here again... you can track your food being cooked, they have options of collecting or delivery if you order over a certain price its free delivery, we had a large pizza between us and had half meat and half ham and pineapple, we did not have to wait too long and it was delivered piping hot,,, GREAT

Fab branch of domino's. I always order via the app which is quick and easy and offers trackingbservicebto see when your order is ready and our for delivery. Delivery is always very speedy and food is always piping hot. Delivery men and women always courteous. Voucher codes often available making good value for money.

I ordered a pizza collection after a very long and tiring day out. My order consisted of a large Ham and Pineapple Pizza, Potato Wedges and Chicken strips. I received Chicken strips, Garlic bread 1 slice minus any garlic just plain bread and the Ham and Pineapple Pizza was slightly burnt, most of the pizza contained one square of ham and one piece of pineapple. In my photograph the best slice had 2 pineapple & 2 ham. I love garlic bread but it wasn't what I ordered. 3 slices did contain a small amount of garlic and one slice was not even edible as it was just dough. In my opinion this is the worst Pizza I have ever had in my entire life. Even a supermarket value range contains more toppings than this. They wanted me to drive back and collect a replacement but as mentioned above it had been a long day and I was not going to do a 5-6 mile round trip costing me even more money to collect another pizza.

Made an order on the Domino’s app, firstly the app is very helpful as it lets you know how your order is getting on, so you know when to expect your order to arrive. The order came within 25 minutes of ordering, which is very good; however i think the consistency in food lacks, sometimes the pizzas dont taste as good and seem rushed. I will still buy from Domino’s but they should look into their consistency.

For some odd reason, many Brits like this "stale bread" style of grease-drenched sponge-cake-like mush, masquerading as "pizza". It's about as far from real pizza as Voyager II is from planet Earth.Show this to someone from Southern Italy and they would swoon... proper pizza has a thin crust, and quality mozarella cheese. Domino's seems to succeed in spite of this - and one can only put it down to clever, if not surreptitious, marketing. I've never (personally) ordered online, but my housemates have, and (as other reviewers testify), you are thereafer plagued with a deluge of marketing and advertising trash. They also have these "2 for 1" deals on certain days - but when one looks at what you are paying, you can actually get far better value (and a more appropriate pizza), by crossing the road and buying 3 or 4 of roughly the same size from Waitrose. I suppose the one advantage is that the place provides a lot of young people with employment... but apart from that, there's not a lot of positive stuff to say about this place.

They tell you that you can opt out of getting messages. They also say that you can text "STOP" to opt out. Don't believe them. Once you've handed over your details, you'll never stop getting spam text messages from them.

I've never been to Bishops Stortford - I live 150 mikes away - let alone Dominos and I've only ever been to a Dominos once before in my life and I have never given them my phone number: So how did this shop get my number and what in God's name is the point of them sending me a text offering me a two for one deal. It's not even like I enjoyed the only Dominos pizza I ever bought.

Dominoes impress me every time. Only negative is, when you order extra mushrooms, it comes with the same amount as normal mushrooms. Other than that, great restaurant.

We order fairly regularly, about once a week. Pizzas are always hot. They seem to have stopped doing Black Olives. OK value for money if you use a deal.

He pedido de por lo menos 2 veces dominos un mes (no juez), pero por alguna razón, el último par de meses esta dominos ha ido, muy cuesta abajo. Les dan mal mi pedido cada vez ahora. La última pizza que tuve fue una absoluta catástrofe, que literalmente no se podía comer, que es un gran problema para mí.

As the title of this review suggest the Pizza I had from this venue was awful!! One side was burnt and shattered when trying to eat! The middle was squidgy and uncooked. Toppings not equally spread! I also had a garlic bread, to which I couldn't taste the garlic, it was more like warm pizza dough with butter! Awful experience!

Awful. Dry, tasteless, hardly any toppings.There are much better and cheaper places to get a pizza!

Ordered from Domino's several times now; unfortunately there is no consistency, pizza is either really nice or burnt or dried out (or both). Cannot really recommend for this reason, however, if you like to be surprised or like gambling it’s probably worth a go! Have to agree with some of the other comments; compared to other Domino’s this one is poor, purely because it is so inconsistent. If I’m spending £40 plus on pizza I expect it to be good!

This Dominos pizza is disgusting. They either forget to send something, or they burn it. It's a disgrace and the staff should be changed. Such a disappointment. We won't ever order from here again.

Once a month delivery at agreed time and able to pay online make this ideal for the non-cooking person who wants reliable and tasty pizza - with as many sides and desserts as you could wish for - to your door.

Even the frozen basic pizzas of the cheapest store are better.Arrived more than half an hour late. Pizza was dry, tasted as plastic. Tuna tasteless, chicken tasteless, mushrooms tasteless, tomato tasteless.Never again. Chicken wings where very nice, but at I guess they just microwaved them.

Even the basic pizza from local supermarkets taste better.really disappointed,very dry overcooked tasteless. But we were very happy with sides BBQ chix wings and garlic bread.

Having used these before and had items missing I decided to use them again. They haven't changed. My order was missing a side again, When I spoke to them they promised me they would deliver within 20 minutes? It is now 2 hours later and still waiting.I really don't understand that in this competitive market they treat customers this way. Good luck Domino's from an Ex customer.

Just a quick extra to my usual restaurant reviews for this takeaway. If they are doing one of their offers then you cant go far wrong. This leaves you with a nice takeaway pizza , good value and exceptionally friendly helpful staff which makes this branch worth a mention. They have messed up my order twice but never argued and always loaded us up with a decent freebie to make up for it.

On the £9.99 collect deal, the topping was, on this occasion somewhat sparse. It's a shame as we had some really good pizzas in the past.
