Domino's Pizza in Welwyn Hatfield

Had food delivered for our family. I was the only one who had there own pizza and afterwards I felt really ill, sick stomach cramps and no energy. It runied my evening with my family I felt that bad. I was fine till I ate the pizza from them. I won't buy from them again !

We made a order tonight and the Pizza made me feel ill, felt sick after it. Ruined my evening !!

Couldn’t even place order past midnight, the app kept saying the store has closed but it was obviously open according to google and I phoned there to make sure, tried ordering through website and it took me to Hatfield store so cannot place orders online to this store. Ridiculous

I have placed an order for two deals by accident where I wanted one. The store manager said he would contact head office and I would revive a voucher which I haven not received, also. Contacted the customer support and have not heard back. This is a week after the order. I have still not had my money refunded.

I would recommend this place to anyone. It’s beautiful, and the staff were amazing.

Very very very greasy. I couldn't eat more than 1 slice. Chicken strips horrible.

Wow ...shocking......I order 55 minutes ago to receive a phone call now that my order was cancelled? .....and I'll receive my payment in my account in 5 working days? REALLY? WOWWWWW! SO WHY YOU CHARGE ME IF YOU CANCEL MY ORDER?......if I don't have my money in my account in the morning I will report it like fraud? Because it is? !!!!

Me and a couple of friends came here after a particularly heavy drinking session. I asked for a meat feast pizza. The offer was two for one so I got another. The pizza seemed to take ages to get done. I did not check the pizzas before we left. Unfortunately when we got back. I was shocked to learn that the pizzas had hardly any meat and we're smothered in veg. Not exactly the type of food you want to soak up the alcohol. They wasnt particularly great. I very much doubt I will go back. This was the backup plan as the other place we really wanted to go to had shut. Sad times.

Ok if you like paper with your pizza! Couldn't eat it all die to so much paper stuck to the bottoms of it. Shame

My daughter placed an order here, but her App was set to an incorrect address. She phoned immediately to inform them, and they tried to tell her the food was already in the oven and couldn't be cancelled. Very nasty attitude towards her.

Ordered a BOGOF, of two half and half pizzas. First one no problem. Second one was supposed to be thin and crispy, half and half create your own and the works. It was thin and very soggy. The toppings had stuck to the lid of the box and it looked like someone had sat on it. A replacement was sent. It was not the half and half that i had ordered. Toppings were missing, all mixed up all over the pizza. It was crispy at one of the edges. Worst bit was they had put pineapple on it which was not ordered and in my book NOT A PIZZA TOPPING. Could not be bothered to try again. Avoid like the plague.

Very good pizza overall, however can sometimes be a bit too greasy for my liking. Would recommend the sizzler.

After sticking to a competitor for years, we were persuaded to try Dominos again. I'm glad we did. The menu is more interesting. The food arrived quickly, was hot and cooked well (I hate undercooked, not browned pizza). Delivery driver was friendly too. Nice.

Where to start with this complete shambles of a bag of crap. They said on the app it would be between 33-55 minutes for delivery. It’s currently been 120 minutes. The app said half hour ago that my food had been delivered but nothing. The MANAGER of the shop said he can’t track his driver. Does the driver not have a mobile phone. Avoid this place like covid 19, although I imagine covid 19 is a lot more professional! Absolutely shocking outfit!

Food warm not hot. Drink did not arrive with order. Took 3 hours and 3 phone calls for this to be resolved. Not good customer service.

Domino’s provides a great tasting pizza at a fair price and it’s click and collect service is second to none.

Friendly staff. Reasonable prices with offers . Nice fresh hot pizzas when delivered or picked up. Menu has a good selection of pizzas, side orders etc.

I have ordered Pizza 🍕 from Dominos couple of times and their pizza are really tasty and soft.

Didn't have great experience with this Domino's pizza location. The one where I ordered, the pizza arrived cold and was boxed very badly. So next time I went in for a pick up, only to see how unhygienic the staff and the place was.

Disappointing that having ordered a pizza and given waiting time of 12 minutes only to arrive to collect and finding ive to wait 45 minutes...... My pizza was then thrown in the box causing the topping to slide off. A complete mess, no organisation by staff and extremely unprofessional.

Waited ages for our pizzas and when one hadn’t been cooked a man said give her free garlic breads she has only been waiting a few minutes. In front of me. So disgusted with the way I was treated. Will never go back.

Always had a good experience ordering from Dominos Pizza in WGC. Food always arrives hot, on time and correct.

It’s not the first time they’ve c@cked up on an order but as when I’ve complained they’ve done sod all to keep my custom .. today they delivered the wrong order .. he knocked twice at my door to try to negotiate the order after 20 mins of the original delivery one for the pizza then the other for the sides in a different times.. I told him tough and to stop knocking.. I wasn’t prepared to negotiate food swaps on their incompetence and due to Covid who would want to swap?

Not good experience ordered on app when delivered garlic bread missing. Rang to inform them, could then hear manager berating driver then came back and basically called me a liar, said driver delivered it! Why would I bother! Couldn't be bothered to argue, terrible customer service, won't order again. And food luke warm!

Nice food. Contacted them as the app was supposed to remove £10 from anything over £30.00 didnt work. Ordered coleslaw never came with my meal. All they said was we will give you a free one next time. Not good enough as this was a treat, do not buy pizza very often. A refund should have been given.

When I call he can’t speak very well English and understanding and 7” pizza £4.50 I did buy last week 2 7” sem £4.99 I don’t go any more and report to cancel don’t going there

Ordered and paid by debit card online, left a phone number to ring when they got here as I live above a pub so I would come down and collect off the driver, tracker had said it had been delivered, phone never rang, phoned up the store and they told me I had ordered it from the Milton Keynes store, checked email and it said Welwyn garden store with order number, after a Lengthily phone call with swear words from the member of management we paid for a taxi to go and collect our order from the store all could of been avoided if the driver hadn’t of phoned the wrong number and had also attempted to walk inside the building and mention my name to a member of staff, absolute calamity from a big named brand store on a Friday evening, maybe send all these people that work here on a customer care course an English course and also a anger management course. Food is always okay but I have been billed twice for my order on more than one occasion now. Terrible customer service when I have queried and even hung up on me once. Still chasing for a refund....

Dominos is one of my favourite Piza

This branch is usually very good, but I think we caught them on a bad night where quality control had been allowed to slip.

Ordered a dominos from the Welwyn Garden City branch for collection. I was told on the phone call that the pizza would be ready in 15-20 minutes. I live 5 minutes away, so gave it 10 minutes and left to collect. On arrival on the screen, I could see that my pizza was in the oven and would be ready in 2 minutes which it was. The pizza was really good. It was still hot when I got home and I will be ordering from them again. The only reason for not giving a full 5 star rating was because the pizza was quite greasy but didn’t affect the taste.

The staff are always friendly and food is well prepared for you and on time.

Ordered 10 chicken pizzas online. Two veg and 8 chicken pizzas. Within 12 mts all pizzas ready to collect. The taste is perfect. Original domino's taste. Good customer service too..

Ordered two medium pizzas, garlic dippers and cookies. I’ll keep this short: Pizza was terrible - not enough cheese even though double selected (see photo) Cookies not cooked and totally inedible Garlic dippers Is just a large splodge of dough with garlic dip had two bits and discarded. Going back to Pizza Hut what a terrible shame.

I tryed to order online via website but wouldn’t let me pay by cash. I was told after midnight payments taken by card at 11.55pm!! I voiced my annoyance at this nothing on website to advice this and before midnight deadline!! Welwyn Garden city dominos basically couldn’t be bothered absolute disgraceful service !!!

A business is built on your reputation and how you value your regular customers. You have disappointed lots of recently. Pizza has gone completely downhill with no good service here. Ordered a pizza. Was advised it would be delayed to an hour. Ok no porblem. however 2.5 hours later they delivered a pizza which was cold. They also didnt bring the drinks we ordered. Advised the driver before he went and was told no english, no understand! he then got in car and drove away. I phoned the shop explaining this was for the kids Lunch and it was now almost team time. She apologised about the drive and said she would talk to manager re this as he had only been there a day or so and was new to the country. I have no porblem with this but surely to deliver to customers a basic english is required! Said would bring a new pizza. Said no i wasnted a refund. Said she would get the pizza collected then but could not refund money. She coudl creedit account. After argining a while i gavein and accepted credi. Aso said could not advise when pizza would be collected so i would have to wait in for them!! No chance as by this time it was 3 hours later. When i next called to place order they had no recollection of the free pizza or drinks i was supposed to get - complete con and terrible service

It’s not often I have nothing positive to say but in this case, well I have escalated a complaint with there head office for starters I was on hold on the phone for 17mins ! My plan was to order ahead, anyway I got to the branch while still on hold. I was swore at by jimmy who repeatedly excepted that a 17 min hold Time was appropriate because he is f%#king busy ! I had to walk out. I will never ever use dominos again due to this ! AVOID AVOID AVOID !

Order never arrived. Please warn people not to use this branch. They do not deliver the order and staff are unhelpful.

Placed an order at 22.10 last Thursday. Night cash on delivery, received an email confirmation tracker said out for delivery, an hour later still no pizza, never turned up it was gone midnight and i couldn't be bothered to contact the store as it was to late for me to eat anyhow, never had an issue in the past so contacted head office with order number etc and still no reply, think I will use papa johns from now on.

Me parece muy difícil pedir de Domino's Pizza. Si pagar el precio completo, entonces me parece muy caro para una pizza. Si acumulas tú mismo, es mucho mejor relación calidad-precio. Aunque puedes llegar BOGOF, es demasiado para el almuerzo para 4 personas. Pero si acumulas tú mismo, puedes conseguir una pizza grande para 10. 99, que está a la derecha.

We ordered some pizzas online at 7pm. The online tracker said it was on its way after approx. 20 minutes. It arrived over an hour later and the pizza's were cold. When I tried to call to find out where our pizza's were we got no answer. We live about 5 minutes from Domino's so we don't know why it took them so long!We're never using them again!

Ordered 14 wings and a large pizza for ASAP delivery. 40 minutes after the app said it was out for delivery it turned up stone cold, rubbery and devoid of flavour. Needless to say it ended up in the bin.Dominos is not cheap and this household won't be wasting our hard-earned cash here again.

Ordered food for delivery. It took ALMOST 2 HOURS to arrive, was cold and soggy. This was despite the app saying the pizza had been sent out 90 minutes prior. I wish I'd checked reviews on here first before ordering. I'm never ordering Dominos again!

I received chicken strips instead of the potato wedges I (a vegetarian) had ordered and when I called to sort out the mistake I was told they would send me my original order of potato wedges but that it would be about an hour...! Obviously I said this was not acceptable and got a "well what you want me to do about it" murmured at me by the unhelpful staff member. I was then offered a "free" portion of wedges on my next order and had to spend longer than was in any way reasonable explaining that they would not be free as I had already ordered and paid for wedges that I had not received..! In the end I had to press for a refund of the wedges and go back to my now half cold pizza with absolutely no compensation for the inconvenience. Go to papa johns instead.

Ordered pizza, waited for it, given free wedges and dough balls because order was very slightly longer than they said it would be. It was so slight I wasn't even worried about it. It was nice to be given extra without even asking. Food was the usual dominoes quality and all was enjoyed and eaten. Will go back again and again.

Ordered a takeaway today and the delivery time was shocking. I ended up ringing the store to trace delivery and was told our order had left the shop 10 mins ago. Half an hour later the pizza finally arrived.

Pizza is ok but the staff are rude. Got a delivery order in one hour twenty minutes (huh) and they forgot my coke. Tried ordering in store another night and the manager is not friendly at all.

Ordered online via app on 18 March. Pizza was never delivered despite 2 calls when they told me it was on its way. They were in a state of chaos. The manager promised to refund my money and still has not done so 5 days later. Their customer complaints dept just blames the franchisee and does nothing. Don't know who has taken over - they used to be fine but they have effectively stolen my money. AVOID.

Absolutely revolting, found a small black hair in my food (I'm blonde) and the chicken strips tasted like some sort of cleaning fluid, refused to do anything about it!

For the 2nd order we are very disappointed with dominoes pizzas. Ordered Half Tandori Hot half Chicken Feast. If it hadn't said what it was on the box you would never have guessed. Is there a chicken shortage in Welwyn Garden City? Certainly is at Dominoes Pizzas. Same problem with Gluten free Tandori Hot. 3 pieces of chicken on the whole pizza. Gluten Free Hot & Spicy lacking in any meat topping. Not up to the usual standards sadly, Once is a bad night, but twice is unforgivable. There are better establishments that are more worthy of our custom.

We had a flat party where we met for a few drinks and ordered various take aways between us. I wanted a dominos and my friend wanted a Papa John's - the perfect opportunity for a race!We both ordered at the same time and both ordered 2 pizzas. 20 minutes later Papa John's had turned up within 20 minutes and my friend had to leave it for a short while to let it cool down.1 hour later I dominoes had still not turned up so i had to call and chase them up. After two calls they turned up but the pizza was stone cold. I called to complain and they said they would send the order again for free. They did resend the order again. Again another hour. Again cold.Papa John's won hands down here and I was left with 4 cold pizzas.Won't be using them again. Poor outlet.

I have tried different places for pizza but find Dominos best. Everything is fresh and once cooked lovely flavours. I always eat tandoori hot with extra toppings of pineapple and sweetcorn. Staff team is very friendly and dominos has best offers for pizza lovers.

I really don't know why I use this branch. They mess up your order and refuse to do any thing about it. No replacement no refund. Just an angry customer. It has totally my evening.

I like the pizzas from here but after receiving such poor service from them I will not use them again. I called to complain as I ordered a pizza and wings for the wife. They sent us hot wings instead. They collected the wings and said they would refund us for them. Which to this day they never did. They were very rude and not polite when complaining. Even swearing over the phone. They showed total in unprofessionalism and no customer service.

Typical Domino's branch, food always tasty and piping hot. Only used for takeaway so can not comment on service.

As always nothing but the worst service from Domino's. These guys really haven't got a clue what they are doing ! Avoid and just go to the late night supermarket opposite. Least then you'll know what your getting !

Ordering on line, I liked. However it took for ever to arrive and were just offered a free bottle coke in compensation. The meal should have been offered free or a massive discount at least. Just didn't happen - Shame

I love Dominos pizza it tastes the best and always arrives really hot. The staff are always very friendly and it's great to be able to pay over the phone by card or use the website for delivery.
