Hi guys, this is my first time posting review about any restaurant. The pizza was authentic and properly cooked. The staff is very knowledgeable and gives you suggestions about pizza’s. Even order was on time and hats off for the packaging of food. Must visit

The food was delicious. On time. However, I did not liked that the driver called me on the phone to go downstairs, to his car to take my order, when he should have come to the door with the delivery. Thank you.

Unbelievable! I ordered an hour ago only for it to show as delivered with no trace of it anywhere. We called the restaurant but conveniently they’re closed now. I have ordered from this restaurant many times but safe to say won’t be ordering again anytime soon.

Being a resident i rouinely order from here directly by phone. Sometimes pizza is well made, but sometimes its not so great. Appreciate if its consistent with taste and making. Also commonly noticed, taste is mostly never great with bigger sized pizza. 10inch one is best.

food as always fab... on time.. tasty... tho extra toppings were sparse... anchovis and minced beef i hardly saw !! ... and salad half the size and really all lettuce.... big let down this evening...

The worst pizza I ever had in my life, I got food poisoning after having this, even my friend wasn’t feeling well. The price is very reasonable, I do like that part, But what to do, you will spend more on medicine after having pizza from TGF!

I've ordered a few pizzas from infact it was my go to pizza shop , untill one day they bought my pizza with card reader and it didn't work ,which was there fault ,there man was very loud in saying it had declined and do I have cash we tried another card same thing , this took a while for him to realise it was there machine was broken , by this time I've told him I'm not gonna pay full price which for the embarrassment I went under with how loud this man was and the fact it was there fault and pizza was cold as he left to get new card reader he started laughing and said you will pay full price , he came back and I stuck to my customer rights that I'd had bad service and wasn't paying full price , after a long and pointless discussion with the driver the and phoning shop they said I could have the pizza on the house , ok ,well a few days later I gave it as a one off and ordered again phoned office, they asked for my bank details incase the card reader didn't work , I did this pizza came it had slid round the box was damaged . I didn't complain because I couldn't be bothered arguing how right I was again , then I ordered from there again to have the pizza turn up damaged and cold , delivery man didn't have change of a 20 so he had to go back to which point I've phoned the office complaining about everything , they told me to leave the pizza and they send me new one , I asked for all the trouble to send me mychange back new pizza and a side for again the trouble with my order .this all came and I had to argue with the delivery driver about my 5 quid and the state of my pizza , they called me and was racist very abusive and just damm right rude I hung up and have since reported them to the right people , then to look at my bank statement to see that they took money out my account for the pizza they said I was given for free Out right theft and that I'm going to my solicitors to seek advice tgf pizza hatfeild worst ever experiences and one of the drivers is a racist and trys intimidating you which I laughed at .

Not much to cheer about, i mean its a pizza, noting jumped out at me, the food was bog standard pizza delivery food .. Cheese isn't acutal mozerila its like it, but not.

really hit & miss when ordering from tgf. Either really good or terrible. Tonight ordered 4 pizzas 2 were good but the other 2 burnt to a crisp & unedible

Ordered 2 pizzas both were overcooked, the toppings and the edges of the thin crust pizza had burnt a bit. Wings and curly fries were good, had better food last time

Some of the pizza was stuck on top of the box bit disappointed but the rest was okay x

Very little amount of chicken in the pizza. It was mentioned that it is spicy but had blend taste.

Cheese pizza was burnt and cold, chicken pizza was also cold, most places give a pot of garlic pizza dipping sauce, there was no sauce, milkshakes were watery, and was 20mins late, all in all pretty disappointing

Everything was as requested as far as very thin base and less cheese but presumably because it was late the food was not hot, it was barely warm. What's especially annoying is that I actually phoned as it was late but was assured it would still be hot. When they get it right the quality and delivery is spot on but something goes wrong too often.

Terrible customer service, food said delivered, not reviewed anything. Rang the restaurant, and the guy who answered was rude, interruptive , and impatient. Constantly saying I was called and emailed, neither was true .

If you know it s going to take 2 hours to deliver pizza at least let the costumer know when they call 3-4 times instead of saying “10 minutes”

Ordered treble pepperoni with pineapple&got A slice of pepperoni slapped on top around to make it look loaded,asked for bbq chicken wings to be crispy got half cooked chicken wings&extra crispy garlic bread instead,totally disappointed!!!! Wouldn't recommend

Wow..... First time ordering from here and the food was absolutely delicious. The pizza was piping hot, the toppings generous and cheese stringy, the stuffed crust was huge and tasty. So nice. The chicken wings were meaty and hot too. Really impressed. Great last meal of the year. Thank you. Delicious. Highly recommend.

Worst pizza ever ordered it online and it took 1hr 15 to come and it was stone cold so sent it back with the driver for the same pizza to be delivered an hour later just reheated plus the manager is no help whatsoever

Terrible service. Was told pizza would be delivered in 45mins but it took nearly 2hrs. When I complained I was offered a £1 discount on my next order. Will never use again

Chicken wings were burnt in places

one of many issues we had here. 1) I ordered several items and only received the 2 pizzas and 3 drinks. (the drinks were incorrect, some odd French branded strawberry thing instead of dr pepper) 2) the order was 2 hours late and it appears the pizzas were reheated the cheese was burnt in places and it was solid and crunchy... went straight in the bin. 3) the driver claimed that there was no answer at my door or phone and actually was returning to the business with half of my order until I called and chased it. I was concerned perhaps my intercom system was down so I went and tested it, it was all working perfectly and was used by the delivery driver on his return visit. I want a refund! Less then half my correct order arrives and the parts that did arrive were burnt.

It never even arrived! I waited over an hour for the delivery slot for it to not even turn up.

Driver didn’t arrive on time. Did not call us when delivery was here, was very late, extra delivery charge applied to get pizza once we called up to request they bring it. Pizza was cold. Altogether waited over 1.5 hours for a pizza.

Regularly come here, but this time we ordered, the pizzas had less toppings and cheese too.

Don’t order and pay for extra dips - you won’t get them. The chicken pasta is nice, but when you order the meat lasagne they send you a disgusting vegetable version instead. It’s probably because they can’t sell it to anyone. These guys are a waste of time and money.

I specifically asked for the food to be extra crispy. My mozzarella sticks were cold and soggy and my garlic bread was weirdly thin. Chips were good.

Great food, and excellent value, everything arrived piping hot. The big square pizzas are huge, days worth of leftovers, and delicious, highly recommended

First time ordering from you and to be honest food was pretty good - the wings were a winner with everyone. Sadly the main issue I had was that the driver was quite rude. I don’t think it would stop us from buying again but I didn’t end up tipping cos of his attitude!

love the pizza here... BUT... u have option on choice of wings on 12 " not on 15" meal deal... i got hot wings... cannot eat... sort that... and chocolate donuts sent on pizzabox... choclate had melted... worst meal in ages... you will always get 5 stars... but tonights meal.. dreadful

Fantastic food and very quick delivery, food arrived about 20 minutes after ordering, half hour before the stated time.

They burnt both pizzas, and wings as well.

Chips were slightly over cooked, but not greasy, and the pizza's looked nice. The children said the pizzas is tasting yummy. Thanks.

Pizza was hot, fresh and yummy, what more could you want. Delivery guy was a star too.

Chips like bullets freezing cold. Pizza still frozen. Chicken “wings” look deep fried and too disgusting to even try. Also cold. Will not try again.

Most tasty pizza for reasonable prize. Large 18" enough for 4 adults.

Ordered a Dr Pepper and got a Diet Coke instead which is fair enough if they did not have Dr Pepper. Garlic bread pizza was so burnt I couldn’t eat it. Cheesy chips where made with curly fries instead which has never happened when I have ordered from here before. Chilli cheese bites were soft and not cooked properly (some of the batter on the outside was doughy). The last time I ordered from here none of these things happened and the food was decent, this time however was just poor from them.

The food was really nice, me and my family really enjoyed it and we will definatly order again.
