Order it’s gonna arrive after 1-2 hours 🤬🤬🤬🤬

If you know it s going to take 2 hours to deliver pizza at least let the costumer know when they call 3-4 times instead of saying “10 minutes”

Ordered treble pepperoni with pineapple&got A slice of pepperoni slapped on top around to make it look loaded,asked for bbq chicken wings to be crispy got half cooked chicken wings&extra crispy garlic bread instead,totally disappointed!!!! Wouldn't recommend

Worst pizza ever ordered it online and it took 1hr 15 to come and it was stone cold so sent it back with the driver for the same pizza to be delivered an hour later just reheated plus the manager is no help whatsoever

Terrible service. Was told pizza would be delivered in 45mins but it took nearly 2hrs. When I complained I was offered a £1 discount on my next order. Will never use again

Pizza is banging, aswel as the sides. HOWEVER, delivery is soooo slow and never arrives when they tell you it will.

I won't order ever again from them.And I won't recommend to anyone. My order didn't come due to the weather,they have told to me that my road is closed.When I have tried to call them third time to ask about my order,the phone number was unavailable. I waited my order from 11pm till 1.20 am and i won't hope that my order will be delivered. In Just Eat app is written like delivered.

The best Pizza shop in Hatefield. And it's still disgusting. Greasy, nasty food and all of the meat for some reason tastes like turkey bacon, which does not taste like bacon at all, just so you know. I used to buy Pizza from here a lot but I refuse to now. The standards started slipping badly.... don't get me wrong, it's still the best Pizza in Hatefield, but that should just let you know how awful this town actually is. Seriously do yourselves a favour, Go to the Japanese or the Polish restaurant instead. The Pizza shops in Hatefield seem to be allergic to money, people, and customers. Can everyone please stop buying from them so we can get some people in who actually know how to prepare food?

this pizza shop is the worst one i have ever had in my life, no customer service they sent me the wrong pizza and when i got to looking at it there were green peppers on it and i am allergic to peppers, i ended up in hospital and unable to breathe

Pizza was amazing and cheap but my grandmothers mother had just passed away and she doesnt have great hearing so she politely asked him to repeat what he said and he yelled in her ear. This is horrible customer service and i hope he gets fired. People have feelings. Get better employees.

TGF Pizza in Hatfield is Halaal. I have been ordering Pizza from here for couple of years now. I never got disappointed with their Pizza. Pizza is scrumptious and hot. They have wide variety of Pizzas both Veg and Non-veg. Thin crust Pizza are really good. You should give it a try. Note: They have only take away or deliver service You can't dine-in here.

They need to learn to cook! Vegetable lasagne with a few peas and some minutely diced carrot? Weird choice, never had that in a lasagne. One slice of mushroom and a small diced courgette, it was layers of lasagne sheets with white sauce and a sprinkle of cheese. It was bland, tasteless and a total waste of £6. 🤢

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY Hands down the worst pizza I’ve ever had the so called cheese is revolting below average ingredients I don’t even want it give it one star 🤮

Ordered from here through uber eats leaving a not to call on my number. They didn’t bother to call me so took the food back. When I called they said don’t worry they won’t charge you place the order again. They have now charged me twice (£40). When I said to confirm my number I was told “don’t worry we have your number”. So they had my number yet did not call me. Very very apalled. I was fasting too so I am very disgusted by these people.

Ordered a chicken pizza from the place and initially it seemed okay but then later on, I started feeling seriously sick and it turned out that I got food poisoning; I was having bad diarrhea, a painful stomach ache, several major throw ups and at one point, I was struggling to breathe. Just writing this review about this place makes me feel sick, just stay away from this place.

Pizza was 1/2 late despite being told is was 2 mins away (20 mins ago), staff were really rude and the pizza was barely warm, undercooked and very tasteless ! Thus venue has definitely gone down hill !! It used to be the best pizza in the area, but now the worse ! I certainly won't buy from there again - awful!!!

I do the order online , and I call after 1 hour to check why don't arrive, and they don't start to prepare pizza. I request the refund , but don't give to me. I DON'T RECOMMEND THE TEAM FROM HATFIELD

Trust me on this do not order from this franchise, pizza store. They have been fine before the last 6 months and I love my pizza so I stuck with them. Last night I ordered £50 worth of food and both pizzas had a soggy base and were missing the base sauce which made them inedible. This was for my sons birthday and I called them to explain and was told they would get back to me, 1 hour later nothing so I called again and they said this would not happen they did not do it so i said please let me bring the pizzas down to you myself and show you i am being honest. They said no and they had checked their CCTV which I know was a lie as they do not have a camera anywhere near their pizza making part. Sounds pathetic maybe but to me it was more than that. This was an honest complaint and they have ignored it. I will now take that personally and get on every single site that they are involved in as it is not right. Do not order from this place and read previous reviews. Numbers do not lie. I will post a picture of both pizzas and the state of them everywhere. Cheers

Do not order from this place please trust me, I have been in Hatfield for 36 years and ordered from here many times. Unfortunately last night on my sons birthday it was inedible and I called them to let them know the pizza was soggy and so undercooked that the meat was almost crawling off each slice. They never put any pizza sauce on either pizza were obviously in a rush or someone less experienced had made the pizza. They went to the extent of lying to me saying they checked their CCTV on who made them but I know full well as I work as head if security and collected many times from there that is not the case. Pathetic and god knows what else they are willing to do to get the job done. This was an honest complaint from a long term customer you have now lost guys and this is something that I hate wasting my little spare time on complaining on a review site but now it means war. You guys are going to go out of business and out of work for letting honest decent people down and my honest lobely son who chose his birthday meal to be from you and after all my attempts you have laughed me off and not resurrected the honest complaint. AS an Italian chef myself I was rather pleasantly surprised by the exquisite quality of this divine pizza not to mention the fact it only cost me TWO WHOLE QUID!!!!!!!!!!! highly recommend

Pizza had items id asked them to take off, we paid for cheese and pepperoni crust but we judt got cheese crust (an extra £2!!). The 'cinniballs' dont taste at all like cinnamon and were mostly burnt. My brothee is allergic to peppers and them leaving the peppers on meant my brother couldnt have any, ON HIS BIRTHDAY!!

Ordered from the Hatfield branch, pizza arrived hot and on time. Was delivered by a polite man who allowed me to take the box out of the bag ( as to minimise contact) and it was absolutely divine!! First time trying TGF and certainly won’t be the last!

Me and my frend for a small pizza and it was good but at the end of as eating it there was a log black hear and we might of eat part of the hear.

Pizzas from this place are great, but their delivery time is shocking, on multiple occasions they have been hours late and the customer service is disgusting. Only order if you're happy to recieve a decent pizza after 2 and a half hours

Would have given 0 stars if it was possible. I placed my order through uber eats just before half 6. My expected delivery time was between 18:45 and 19:05. But the pizza arrived at 19:30. So roughly 25 mins late. Then when the pizza arrived I did not have two sauces I ordered. The driver gave me two options. He would either refund me the money for sauces or I can wait 15 minutes for sauces and a driver will drop it off. As I had to finish off some chores and put the ordered pizza in the oven to reheat (as it was cold when it arrived), I thought i'll go with the option of another driver dropping off the sauces in 15 mins. It has been 30 mins since the first driver left and my sauces have still not come. The customer service is atrocious. Let's hope the pizza isn't the same.

If you're not in a hurry it's good. Pizza was 40 minutes late which was annoying and they didn't provide any updates as to where it was The pizza itself is reasonably priced and tasty. The crust was a bit thicker than my liking but that's just personal preference. I was quite put off by the reviews I've seen, however the pizza we had was cooked perfectly and somehow still arrived warm. Customer service- not so great Pizza - okay

Always used to buy pizza here, tasted great. Customer service is terrible. Had to call to change an incorrect order, staff member refused to do anything to help, wouldn’t let me order a replacement pizza and hung up on us when we said don’t deliver the order. Still tried to deliver the wrong pizza to us and said it was our fault. Not a pleasant person to talk to.

Had a deliciously meaty stuffed crust hidden on our VEGETARIAN pizza. My partner's throwing up as I angrily type, having been vegetarian since birth.

First time I’ve ordered from here, probably won’t be the last. Not the best, but not the worst. The pizza was nice, although I don’t know why they’d put tandoori chicken on a country chicken pizza. The chips were soggier than wet toilet tissue, and the bbq chicken wings were just chicken wings. Not a drop of bbq sauce in sight. It’ll only be the low prices that might bring me back to them, definitely not the food quality.

The very best Pizza .. and 18" is massive & flavery.. Absolutely sensational pizza. Great customer service too.

Pizza was nice and has been before but our pizza tonight was burnt on one side, now they see the pizzas before putting them in boxes which means they couldn't be bothered to make a new one and would rather send us a burnt one I will be using pizza GOGO from now on

By far the worst customer service. Was told 45 mins for delivery and received cold pizza after 1 hr 30 mins after 2 further phone calls. Had the cheek to give £2 off, what an insult. Will never order from him again.

Used the St Albans TGF for many years with no real issues. Moved house and tried the pizza houses near us and left wanting. Tried TGF Hatfield tonight and delivered hot and tasty. No complaints from me.

Love their 18 inch pizzas, size is everything. Delivery is always efficient and value for money is great.

Ordered an 18 inch pizza for 11 pounds delivered, any 5 toppings of your choosing. Was very tasty with generous toppings and delivered quickly. Will order again.

My daughter got food poisoning from them!!... Phoned them and just got fobbed off... Never normally order pizza... First and last time!... I will stick to the Chinese or Indian from now on. I am not impressed. My daughter said the cheese tasted funny, ordered a margherita with pepperoni. Absolutely disgusted by this, she's been throwing up all day, unable to eat!.. Ordered a pizza to quell a 'beer hunger' on a Saturday afternoon. It was delivered within an hour with no missing components. The pizza cheese didn't taste of anything, the crust was teased with cheese as opposed to stuffed with it. They were very economical with toppings and bbq sauce (if there actually was any). I've had better pizzas and with so many other vendors close by, I probably wouldn't bother using these guys again. Never say never, but it's a firm 'next' for now!
