The pizzas used to be Bigger , the taste has remained the same , good quality, the pizzas I feel are getting smaller , the Garlic bread was very tasty , but once again , they were very Small , no longer generous amount any more , staff are friendly and wish you a good Appetite…. Thank you Staff .

Very disappointed!! I ordered from downtown as I usually like their kebabs, however the meal came in fat Jack's packaging?? Very confused and disappointed. I've ordered a kebab from fat jacks before and didn't like it then.... I'd like a refund please!

My order was missing dessert but the food I did get was tasty.

Used to be OK but now you can never get a delivery. It says open on just eat but order never confirmed. The time before we ordered at night and it arrived the next lunchtime. Don't waste your energy.

I just ordered a pizza and chicken to come to my door and I have never been so disappointed in my life the pizza was disgusting I was in the toilet being sick and I also opened the box of chicken and I found hairs on the chicken I phoned them about a refund but what surprise they didn’t reply worst place I have ever got food from 27 pound for that

Generally good, but, the food was cold when it got here.

I'll grant that this was a late night order and I wasn't expecting the finest, but the food was burned, greasy beyond belief, and both pizzas were missing ingredients ordered. I'm also unclear on how one gets the cheese part of cheesy chips to be quite that tasteless. Store bought carrot cake slice and donuts were okay, but that's the kindest thing I can say.

Chicken was soggy, curly fries burnt to a crisp. Drink was forgotten and took far too long for a replacement to be enjoyed in time, *and* was room-temp.
