I ordered a pepperoni and had way too much cheese on my pizza. No tomato ! Besides the staff is unpleasant

If i give 0 star i will. This is bad experience every time. I ordered large family deal i received small pizzas and rang them they checked it who was on the phone telling me they are large i must be blind or what i can not compare small or large. Pizza was disgusting cheese and tomato was no cheese pizza only tomato sauce pizza. Create ypur own pizza was extremely awful 😖. Never ever order there again.

No eat in just delivery. I have ordered pizza from my phone to collect and also ordered in the shop. Staff was always friendly and food was ready on the time they informed. Food is always as you expect from dominos pizza.

Order from here at least once a week at this point usually very nice but today the order was 10/10 whoever made my dough balls needs a raise they were so nice and not dry, don’t usually write reviews but I had to😂

Ordered pizza after 13hrs of work. Put a message/note to call and not knock/use doorbell as roommates are sleeping. The delivery guy knocked aggressively and was very rude stating he’s been knocking a long time which was a lie and told him that put I note not to knock. Pizza was adequate and the service is very bad

Never disappointed with this place, they got our order right, it was ready on time and tasted just as good as always. A great solution if there isn't time to cook. We ordered a 2 topping medium pizza from the pick up deals. It worked!

I can’t complain maybe because I always collecting from them. Pizza ordered and paid online is always ready for collection within 15-20 min. Every time order is correct, pizza is hot, quick service, nice people, all good!

The delivery took 2 hours on a week day evening .No one picks up the phone if you phone to chase up your order.When it eventually arrived ,it was cold ,soggy and if very poor quality .

Ordered 1 vegan pizza and 1 non-vegan pizza last night and have been throwing up all morning with a dodgey tummy on the non-vegan pizza 😢 I have had to leave work early so have now lost a days work and wasted money on food last night.

This dominos outlet opens till 11 pm which is good as very few food options are available in this area after 10 and that too under £12 and the staff is helpful and polite. Also it is on road so easy to find

Same experience as another reviewer said they had 2 and 3 years ago, nothing has changed: delivery took ages and my food was marked "delivered" on the app when it wasn't, clearly they are trying to fiddle their statistics. Separately, the Dominoes website/app lists all prices WITHOUT VAT - without mentioning as such. Then they add the VAT separately at checkout, very sneaky. Didn't think this was legal in the UK.

I order semi-regularly without issues and 0 complaints. But recently I'm not happy with 2 things: - The pizza was cold on my last order. - They've discontinued double decadence (again). Other than that, it's usually consistent, good pizza.

We order vegetarian without onion and mushroom they forgot and when went to complaint there On duty Manager name start with S. no action or apology. Not happy. He charged extras for Dips & also for the replacement for onion/mushroom Not good customer service.

I wanted to order and one of the employee who was on the phone asked me to wait for someone else to come and take my order. I waited for more than 15 mins but no one came while the employee was still on his phone talking. I decided to not buy and came out. Wasted my time.

Uninterested staff, poor customer service. Made to feel like you are an inconvenience. They have messed up my order more than once. One time I called them back to let them know they messed my order up and they told me they'd send someone back with the correct order. Over an hour later they turn up and 10 pm, nearly 2 hours after my original order. They simply don't care, no apologies, no friendly service. The pizza quality is also very inconsistent. Tonights order was very doughy, and over cooked. It is rare you get a perfectly cooked pizza, they is usually something wrong. How Dominos don't investigate their poor performing stores is beyond me!

I was at there at 22:50 and was turned away by the staff as they told me they are closed! They even refused to talk to me and kept saying “we are closed” from behind the glass/door which was very upsetting experience. They are supposed to close at 23:00!!! I will never ever use Dominos again!

Pizzas are delicious and second to none, but the garlic bread needs a bit more flavour to it. The service was great as usual!

I've never had a worse food experience than from this Domino's. More than once an order has been late and there's no value in talking to the staff. Most recently I've had an order simply not delivered and no response when calling to find a resolution.

Disgusted with delivery driver who when delivering 6 pizzas for my stepdaughters birthday party, literally dropped the two large bags of pizzas onto the bonnet of my brand new car. When I moaned about him doing it I got no apology, just some comment about it not doing any damage.

After calling the branch when my tracking app for my order told me it hadn't been delivered and I didn't receive anything, I was greeted with very rushed and unwelcoming service. I was hung up on and still don't know if my delivery is coming.

Worst pizza place in Cambridge. Claimed that they couldn't deliver the food so I had to collect but when I went in to collect it after the specified time they then claimed that they had lost me order. 40 minutes later and two attempts to get me to pay again they had finally cooked my order (my order being 2 cheese pizzas) and I was on the way home. Less than 20 minutes later a domino's delivery driver arrived with my order again so in the end I had twice as much pizza as I had ordered which was a plus but we couldn't eat it all so it had to go in the bin. All in all its communication is terrible the customer service is terrible but the food is a little bit under what you would expect.

If you are thinking about ordering on-line a pizza from this joke of a place - do not bother. Happy to take your money but then conveniently 'forget' your order. Then they claim not to know your address. Please people in TripAdvisor land - don't make the same mistake as me and think that you are getting a lovely meal quickly. Also, the person who answered the telephone needs to go back to 'customer service school' There are plenty of better places on the High Street in Cherry Hinton, including the kebab wagon near the level crossing - in fact, I shall go there now, and be greeted with a smile.

Had a delivery from here a couple of times. Each time has been fantastic.

Ordered pizza at 1615 and selected 1700 delivery time. Pizza turned up at 1729 and was cold. Not great.

2nd time in a row, disappointed by the pizza quality at this branch, few months apart. Should have saved money and bought a good quality supermarket pizza. Sadly can't get delivery from a different branch, so sticking to Pizza hut or frozen/chilled kind.

Waited for an hour for the delivery of two pizzas from their website deal. Then calling them by the phone to ask what's happening. Then no explanations, and hearing message that was trying to suggest I'm just impatient and the driver i practically here, and will knock the door any minute. Waited another 10 mins for the driver to turn up. The delivered pizzas were just barely warm by then. Wedges - already all soft and soaky (like steamed in its own moisture). No sorry, no nothing. Never again.

Perfect service, quick efficient and at the end a banging pizza

after calling them to complain about the wrong order they have sent to me, the person who took my order who was named Seyed started being rude and shouting at me insisting that they did not make any mistake and finally hanged up the phone on me. i was very disappointed and shocked by this behaviour. Made a Complain to the head office, because i did not know the name of the incorrect pizza they send me and used the wrong pizza name, they have decided that they are no longer able to serve me as a customer. i do not expect this from domino's.

I’ve been to Cherry Hinton Domino’s for the first time and I have to say that I’ve received outstanding customer service from Chalton. Very friendly and helpful whilst explaining and suggesting menu items. For sure an asset to the team!

This is the second time I've ordered from here (the last was over a year ago). The same thing has happened both times: I order via the website, 30 minutes or so later the pizza tracker says it has been delivered; I ring up and they apologise for hitting a busy period. I'm still waiting for the pizza and have no idea when it is coming but their reported statistics will be good because they are scamming the app. The bs reason given was, 'the app doesn't track our busy periods'. I'll try again in another year - hopefully it will be under new management.

Pedimos pizza. No recibí ninguna llamada telefónica, nadie vino nunca al alojamiento para estudiantes en el que vivo. Los llamé y supuestamente habían venido. Como había estado sentado en la recepción durante los últimos 40 minutos, sabía que era una mentira. ¿Me devolvieron mi dinero? No. Me dijo que volviera mañana ya que el de North Cam estaba cerrado y ELLOS recibieron mi pedido. Ordene nuevamente, la misma noche desde Central Cam. ¿Llegó a tiempo? No. ¿El rastreador de pizza dijo que estaba aquí? Si. Llamé y me quejé de que otra vez no conseguí mi pizza, sí. ¿Conseguí mi pizza, no. Simplemente horrible Y HORRIBLE servicio al cliente, las dos personas con las que hablé son descortés, grosero y ni siquiera hablan correctamente.

Pedimos pizza. Esperé casi una hora por eso. El conductor ni siquiera se molestó en llamar o llamar que había llegado. Ya habíamos pagado la pizza. Al llamarlos nuevamente, no pudieron reembolsarnos. Hicimos exactamente el mismo pedido nuevamente. Esta vez bajamos y esperamos porque teníamos mucha hambre. El conductor nunca llegó. Finalmente los volvimos a llamar y esta vez se olvidaron de nuestro pedido. Así que tuvimos que esperar 15 minutos extra para las pizzas. Además, nos dijeron que esperemos fuera de la 1 de la mañana cuando hace mucho frío afuera. Pésimo servicio. . . No les compre, ahorre su dinero. Pagamos un total de 40 libras por dos pizzas medianas que ni siquiera eran buenas.

Pizzas taste great however are quite expensive so I'd suggest looking through the deals to find something that suits you, will save you more money in the end. Sides are pretty good but other chains are better, service here is usually pretty good however if you do have a problem they will usually sort it out for you.

Absolute garbage service. Ordered a pizza called an hour and a half later to ask where it was they replied 15 minutes. 40 minutes later I called again. They then told me they shipped my pizza back to the store because the driving tried calling me which was a lie. So basically they lie and and don’t deliver pizza. Refund is another 5 days but who knows maybe they will be late in that as well.

Rude delivery guys, and also this place can't seem to cut pizza slices normally. It's as if theyre eyeballing each individual slice.

I have used this branch twice, and on both occasions they have “forgotten” items on the order. I can’t quite comprehend how you can miss out items. Asking you to wait another 10 minutes (while the rest of the order is getting cold) is just unprofessional. I can only go on personal experience, and in this instance I’d strongly suggest you look elsewhere for your takeout.

Delivery was on time but the pizza was so disappointing. I absolutely love Domino's but this franchise have just got it all wrong. My pizza was practically raw. The dough was raw on the inside, the toppings fell off every single slice and I dont even think there was any cheese on the pizza to hold everything together. I ordered a stuffed crust but only found this on half the pizza. What an absolute waste of money. Never visiting this one again.

Weird experience - tried to walk in but ordered out aggressively as apparently closed. I’m not sure thats the customer’s responsibility if the door is open and the lights are on...

Have been waiting an hour for the food. It has been out for delivery for half an hour. The staff say they don't know who is delivering the food and have no contact with the driver. Terrible. An update after waiting 40 minutes for my food and calling there times with the promise of it will be there any minute I said I wanted a refund. The woman passed the phone to some guy who said the wait time is 1.40hr said I have called three times and you didn't tell me this. I said I would like a refund he hung up on me.

If I could give negative review, I would, ordered a pizza from 9:15 for 10:15 pm, and until 11:15 I called 3 times to ask what's going on because it wasn't arriving, and got "it's on the way", the forth call had a different reply. "Sorry the order was made for a different store, they are closed now, call in tomorrow if nothing arrives". Guess what

Absolutely baffed someone ate my pizza on the way round. I cannot express how upset and hungry I still am. This has upset me and my fellow dominoes eater. On the other hand the pizza wasn’t to shabby. Cookies were lovely, could do with some white chocolate in them aswell.

It's Domino's. ...what can I say

Had a bit of a weird one with Dominos recently - when trying to order a Gluten Free pizza, we were told that you could only do this on the app or via the website. Tried to do it on the app or via the website, but the options were a bit convoluted and hard to find, so then had to go back to the store so that they could point this out to us. It was then eventually done, but was such a faff. Why can't they take an order for a Gluten Free pizza at the till? That's ridiculous.

Driver got lost, so pizza was lukewarm.

Only giving one star because you can't give zero, worst service and rude staff ordered online and paid through PayPal with a live advertised delivery time of 30 mins only to get a phone call to say it will be 1and1/2 hours making it 12.30am, asked for refund to be told 5 working days, absolute piss take

Very very rude, visited on the 2nd may, impulsive walk in order, wanted something different to a boring sandwich, as soon as I stepped through the door, I got shouted at behind the counter "are you picking up" I said no I would like to order, replied before I finished speaking with "30mins too busy" and then walked away in to the kitchen, such bad service and attitude from a well known company, taking this up with head office. Nice staff, quick and enjoyed the pizzas

PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU ORDER. I understand that Tuesdays are busy because they're two-for-one days. If a pizza comes late, I usually let it slide. But the customer service on this particular occasion was abysmal because Domino's made 20 people wait 45 minutes for a large order of 8 pizzas without advance notice and refused to give a reasonable discount to compensate. I think almost 20 hours' worth of people's time is more than a £14 discount on a large order, isn't it? That's why I'm taking the time to write this review. I called as soon as the store opened (at 11am) to place an order of 8 pizzas for an event I was organising at 7pm. (I called the day before to try and be organised, but was told I had to make the order on the day) The manager (Viktor) took the order dutifully, and I asked for a receipt so I could claim the money from my society after, to which he agreed. When I asked, he also said he would tell the driver to call me so I could direct him to the right building. During the event, I kept checking my phone to keep an eye out for the pizza. No message/call at 6:45. Still no messages/calls at 7pm, or 7:05pm. When I call the store at 7:05pm, Viktor decides to tell me then that the pizza will be 25 or 30 minutes late. (In fact, it'll be another 45 minutes before the pizza actually comes.) During this time, I negotiated for a discount, but a £14 discount was as low as Viktor would go, even when I made it clear that Domino's was making 20 people wait more than half an hour for pizza. When the pizza finally came, we had to walk to a different location to meet the driver. And guess what, the driver wasn't given a receipt. The driver helped me call his manager (Viktor), and I asked him to send me an email receipt. Viktor dutifully took my email, but I still haven't received anything at this point. Honestly, I don't expect anything anymore, given the terrible customer service. What really upsets me (and others, from the other Google maps reviews I've now seen of this place) the blatant lack of communication, lack of concern displayed for people's time (including the driver's) and lack of responsibility. As a result, I was forced to make 20 starving people wait, pay extra to get snacks to feed them, and had I not thought to peel a sticker with the payment total off the pizza box I would also now be unable to claim money for 8 pizzas back from my society because someone couldn't be bothered to communicate instructions properly or send a receipt. I don't think I need to say anything more to give potential customers an idea of what they might be getting into if they order from this branch of Domino's.

Just to warn anyone else thinking of ordering from here. It has been late every time I order from here and then the one time I complain they told me that I’d get a free pizza the next time I order which never happened. The food was quality though..

Ordered pizza at 5pm for a 6.15 delivery for our girls party. Still not arrived sat 7. The hopeless app said it was delivered at 6.15 and after 2 phone calls it finally arrived at 7.15 and far from the ‘piping hot’ pizza as promised. Called for a refund and told I had to send it all back to get that. Expensive, overpriced pizza with absolutely terrible service and appalling delivery. Really - don’t bother.

It has been quite sometime since I have ordered from this store, due to previous experiences. However, I tossed caution to the wind and gave it another try. When I ordered online I was informed it would be about 30 minutes for the arrival. Guess how surprised I was when 22minutes later my door bell rang and there was a charming, smiling delivery driver with 2 hot pizza’s. I opened each box and was impressed with the fact at the appearance of the pizza’s...they were perfect! Tasted lovely! Well done! I am pleased that my local shop seems to be back on form.

I had no issues with this pizza facility: walk in, order, pay, get what you want, and go on your way. Quality is like in any other Dominos. Nothing bad, nothing eventful. I like that they always have some sale or a discount going on.

I never write bad reviews normally but was so incensed by my treatment I made an exception here, I ordered a meal deal at 7:30. The tracker seemed to suggest that it had been delivered by about 8:30 (why do they even have a tracker?), so rang them 1:20 in and was told it would be there in twenty minutes. Then rang again forty minutes later and was told it would be another twenty minutes. No amount of asking when it had gone out or any other kind of question would be answered. Eventually I cancelled it at 9:50, some two hours and twenty minutes later. Very stressful and evening wasted. Would never use again.

I placed this order at 7pm. The order tracker told me it was out for delivery at around 19:45-19:50. At 20:25 I had not received the order and called the store. The person answering changed stories from telling me that my order had gone out on time to it had only been cooked and then put me on hold to find the manager. I remained on hold for some time before hanging up and ringing back. I spoke to someone different this time and was told the tracker is incorrect and the pizza had been dispatched and a refund was not possible as it was out for delivery. 15 minutes after this the pizza was delivered but was so cold I could place my hand palm down on it and feel very little heat. You could also see uncooked grated cheese on parts. I called but the phone wasn’t answered 3 times before they picked up. I said the pizza was cold and was told I would be refunded within 5 days. Great! Nearly 2 hours after ordering food we have no food, I’ve made 3 phone calls and I’m really pissed off. The store really couldn’t give a ****. This is not the first experience like this from this store but I guarantee it will be the last.

Having gone through the online order, including payment it was clear something wasn't right. We called the shop and ended up speaking to three different people to try and sort out the issue. We ended up having to reorder and pay at the store - even then they couldn't find our order initially. Pizza was good but customer service need to improve.

Awful customer service, and the meal wasn’t delivered. We were waiting from 2130 until 2245 and still we have received no meal, despite the internet site saying that it has been received. Unsatisfactory. I have asked for a refund and I’ve been told despite my internet banking, it will take 7 working days to get the money in my account. Awful, awful service.

Have allowed me to order and pay 40 minutes before closing. Took the money but never delivered, excuse was that I ordered to close to closing. Been calling for a refund and now nobody is answering the phone to deal with it!! Very poor business. Delivery was on time and the driver very polite, Starters nice HOWEVER the pizza base was completely raw and undercooked, phoned and asked for a refund just for the pizza (I thought I was a loyal customer and have used them a few times) and was met by one of the rudest people on the end of the phone and told I can't have a refund and that that is how all of their pizzas are!! - will NOT be going back!!!

If your pizza is tasty, made on time and reasonably priced what more do you want from a Domino’s? We had a couple of large pizzas, some coleslaw and wedges. Everything was ready in 15 minutes and was delicious. Winner!

Ordered the family meal deal for £23.99 paid £40 and was short changed they didn't want to give me my change in the end had to go and collect my change after calling couple of times to ask for my money. Brian was very rude to me I when I got there I then had to tell them how much they owed me will not be ordering from them again. Then they threatened to come to my home.
