Pizza Hut Delivery in Colchester

I'm a regular at pizza hut and always enjoy ordering in with family, a lady called Kazzia took my order over the phone (a long order!) and she was super friendly, incredibly polite, with great customer service skills, the food was great as always. Very pleased all round.

We are regulars at pizza hut delivery we always get top quality service even over the phone especially with cassia she is very accommodating and makes the overall experience a great one! Love the party crew

I ordered a pizza delivery at approximately 1200 and chose the delivery time to be around 1pm . I called at 1.35pm as I still hadn’t received my order and I had a hungry child waiting for lunch , to be told the traffic was bad , I confirmed with a friend who was out and infact the traffic was normal . I could tell the male on the other end of the phone was flustered and staling for time . My order arrived at 1356 hours almost 1 hour late nearly 2 hours from the point I ordered it . No apology . Very very disappointed ! I’d advise anyone to use another pizza establishment around lunchtime as Pizza Hut clearly can’t fulfil customers orders Only gave one star as no option to give none

Every time I order from here I swear I won’t do it again, they promise delivery in half an hour then take an hour+, I ordered today at 12.00 for delivery at 6.30, according to their online tracker it came out the oven at 6.20 and they just knocked on our door, it’s 7.08 I’m not expecting a hot or even warm pizza. I promise never to use them again.

I placed the order online and the delivery time said hour and half. I called up to cancel the order and the man on that answered straight away accused me of swearing and hung up even though i was very polite and had literally just asked to cancel the order politey. The man then hung up and wouldnt pick up the phone anymore. I have been a customer for a long time and was completely shocked by the individuals behavior. please review the calls at 8:00-8:15 at the northstation road restaurant.

***DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE*** Worst service I have ever experienced. Asks you for a delivery date online, chose 12:30 (ordering at 11:45), by 12:45 pizza is still not here so we try to call to ask how long it will be.. I have called them 9 times, it rings for about 2 minutes each call and then the line cuts out. Fuming really is an understatement, how can you run a delivery service if you will not answer your phone.. EVER. I have had to call the other site in Colchester and ask for the guy there to contact this site and find out where our food is, he agreed to try and call for us and would let me know. In the meantime still tried calling with no luck. Pizza finally arrived an hour later than it advised. We paid for an additional garlic dip, which was not included. I would call to complain and request my money for the dip however its impossible to call them. Asked delivery driver to get the manager to call me, lets see if I actually get a response. Very dissapointed.

So after waiting 80 minutes, my order arrived. Delivery driver not bothered, no apology, I was assured the food would be hot as he had just left the shop. Well that was nonsense, pizza was freezing cold and rock hard. Cookie dough was hard and cold. Ice cream was totally defrosted and the 3 for 99p dips didn't arrive. After a hour of waiting I called the store over 10 times no answer. Once food arrived, cold... called again many times no answer. So I called back another 2 hours later to speak to the guy working, he was rude, no apology and told me its not his problem, hes working alone.... he said he didn't have time to answer the phone to me. Called customer services, got my refund but no compensation for my troubles. Not impressed.

The pizza is freshly cooked nice and hot and a good variety Pizza Hut never fails to deliver what we expect

Super tasty pizza, delicious garlic bread, excellent stuffed crust was very pleased and thoroughly enjoyed it.

I asked for the veggie pizza as part of the £5 deal but I asked if I could have it without the mushrooms, the person serving me then said that if I didn't want mushrooms I would have to pay full price as the £5 pizza deal is only for the veggie pizza as it is. This suggests the pizzas aren't made fresh otherwise I have no idea why you would refuse to not put mushrooms on I haven't asked for anything extra I've purely asked for something not to be placed on. The staff are also quite rude and the service is slow

Gross pizza and even worse customer service. I Complained about pizza looking like as pictured below and about it being under cooked. I asked to speak to the manager and asked who is doing the quality checks of these pizzas. When I spoke with the manager he responded by telling me he made the pizza and that there was nothing wrong with it ! He was so rude and as soon as he realised I had ordered and paid for the pizza online he did not want to speak to me anymore. And just carried on repeating himself saying there was nothing wrong with pizza, and I would have to contact pizzahut online to get any sort of refund. To which I eventually did but nothing what so ever was done about done the managers terrible attitude rudeness and lack of knowledge and care. I really should of thought twice about ordering from this Pizza Hut delivery as when I’ve previously passed the store Ive seen some of the staff in there uniforms outside the front of the store smoking. Gross !

Disappointed. Bad customer service !!!! Rude Delivery and rude manager. I will not use this outlet again.

My order was delivered quickly and was extremely hot the pizzas were perfect good amount of toppings and stuffed crest nice and full

I’ve ordered from here many times where the food has been average-good. Dominos pizza is better as is closer, but they don’t do cookie dough! Ordered couple of weeks ago, food took an hour and a half when it said 35-45 mins. Food was ruined.. basically binned the lot! Then today only one cookie dough arrived when I ordered two (yet two ice creams arrived so clearly they knew was meant to be two!). I did my usual order and did reorder which always reorders the same two cookie doughs but just one shows up. Well, you should have heard the “manager” on the phone. The way he spoke to me was absolutely disgraceful! He shouldn’t even be allowed to deliver pizzas his customer service is that bad let alone be a manager! Was shocking! Told me I’d have to pay another £11.99 if I wanted another one, obviously I was kicking back off at him and he was just aggressive and so rude. Throughout this argument yet another pizza was basically cold and I still didn’t get the cookie dough as he hung up on me! Not good. Not good at all!

What is the point in being able to book a time for your food to be delivered if it just gets ignored? I ordered at 1115 today for a 530pm delivery and it turns up at 605pm....no apology or reason for the late arrival. This is not the first time this has happened either,so it's not an isolated incident.Pizza Hut delivery need to start getting theirselves organised for what is,nowadays, a very overpriced product.

Comer en Pizza Hut era como comer masa jugar. Tardó un año en llegar. Estoy seguro de que todos los ingredientes son caducados. Sin embargo, no estoy seguro de que lo ponen allí, pero no creo la pizza se supone que el sabor de la masa jugar o calcetines sucios.

I have Pizza from Pizza Hut regularly, I find their Pizza & Service to be one of the best in the area. Judge for yourself.

Food had taken over an hour to arrive - expected, however it was cold, tasted like cardboard, undercooked, thin as paper and not even cut properly Wont be ordering again thats for sure!

Ahora tienen pizzas gratis al gluten, así que llamé para pedir uno como im sin gluten. Pedí entrega pero me dijeron que no puedo entregar sin gluten pizzas. Yo realmente no veo por qué no como su justo como cualquier otra pizza puede ir en una caja y ser entregado. Yo estaba muy enfadada por esto, así que terminamos pidiendo de Domino's.

No utilizamos el servicio de entrega como amigo vive cerca, así que hicimos a pie. No he utilizado la cabaña antes decidir qué edad así que pasamos mucho tiempo, había mucho donde elegir y muchas ofertas. El personal no podría haber sido más útil si intentaron, eran amables con un sentido del humor también.

Pizza is one of everyones favourite food and omg This pizza was finger licking ! the delivery was a bit late but worth it ! :) Surely have it again :)

Worst place for pizza Unless you like waiting over an hour every time, like people being rude to you and you like cold food. It is truly terrible. AVOID AVOID AVOID. JUST USE DOMINOS OR PAPA JOHNS

After the third time of giving Pizza Hut delivery a chance i have decided enough is enough. I have e-mailed them but no reply! I have complained three times with no reply. I am sure they do not care as they are a large company. Three times i ordered a delivery and each time it took over an hour and a half to arrive after phone calls and complaints, not even an apology! Shocking customer service and please do not keep sending me offers as i now use a much more reliable and conscientious delivery service PAPA JOHN'S always arrive within half an hour!PIZZA HUT ARE RUBBISH!
