Pizza Gogo in Southend-on-Sea

i added my bank details to the website as i was ordering some scran and it literally has stolen my details and my card is being used via apple pay in turkey- i just wanted a pizza bruv and now i am moneyless and have been scammed

Terrible customer service. I phoned the restaurant 3/4 times they kept lying and stated the driver was on the way. Terrible attitude with bang average food. Do not order from here

They got our order wrong twice, when calling to feed back the management hung up on us, very rude... Salty, over cooked dark brown pizza. Very surprised at how filthy the premises were on collection. The FSA need to re inspect this business, no feedback is acceptable to them at all; regarding food quality or cleanliness. Absolutely shambolic! Will not be buying from them again 🤮.

We love this place and order from here once a month! It's by far our favourite pizza place, great value for really tasty food. Can't ever remember having a bad meal from here. Only reason I've knocked off one star is because the service can very occasionally let them down a little bit and it can take a long time to get an issue resolved. But honestly, it's rare and certainly hasn't put us off ordering from here! Delivery is always fast too.

I was recommended Pizza GoGo by a good friend, I popped in today and ordered a Hawaiian 12” for just £5.99. I managed to park right outside the shop, So I ordered and sat back in my vehicle, When the pizza was ready, The kind man brought it out to me. The pizza is “Top class” Cooked to perfection, Generous toppings, Absolutely fantastic! I can’t wait to go back! I would recommend this pizza GoGo to everyone.

Great value for money. Two extra large pizzas fro 5.99. Can't go wrong. Pizza's a delivered quickly, turned up hot and not greasy. Fresh too

Worst pizza I have ever eaten. Cold and stale with an added extra of black curly hairs. I had to throw up. What made it worse is we had to wait for 2 hours because they kept forgetting and we weren't the only customers in there that has this problem. They can't cope with more than about 2 orders.

I used this restaurant for my daughters birthday party. I pre-ordered the pizzas which were ready exactly on time and made e act key to order. Very good offers on - any pizza, any size £5.99 to collect.

I would usually have something from here if there is nothing else open, or if I am very hungry after a night out. very average, nothing to shout about.

I've order from this take away a few times now, however, the last few times have just been terrible. It's taken over an hour and half to arrive and when it does the food quality does not make up for the wait. I phone them yesterday (last time I;ll be ordering from them) after waiting an hour and was told "5 minutes" phoned then again 15 minutes later "5 minutes" and finally it turned up after 90 minutes at which point I turned the pizza away as we had decided to cook at home. Regardless of how busy it is, be it pay day weekend or not, a business should be able to staff their orders accordingly...every month has a payday weekend, thus, the same level or orders will be both consistent and predictable. Poor management and service which is a shame as the pizza's are pretty good.
