The best restaurants in United Kingdom serving Pizza pasta food

Absolutely horrible the pizza was a soggy mess felt like it was cooked until the cheese just about started to melt completely inedible.

Pizza arrived lovely and hot unlike other restaurants. Great flavour and plenty of toppings too.

Food was good but arrived late and cold fairly disappointed

Awful service!! Took 1/2 an hour to get there attention and be served!! Not good enough! charged us £3.75 for water when we asked for tap!!

I have ordered from here for YEARS. Nearly every weekend. And always sang their praises. Well tonight I received the worst costumer service of my life. Firstly my order was wrong because it had no sauce on it which quite frankly I don’t want to eat it dry, so I simply called and asked for a replacement as it was already getting cold and I did not want just a tub sent to me. They were shouting at me, calling me a liar and saying there was sauce on the kebab and then changed their mind and said actually we put a tub in. Nope you did not. After a lot of back and forth and explaining I’m a Loyal customer, nearly every weekend. They then said ok we will send a new order to you with sauce on but it might be a while the driver is busy, that’s fine. Which I then learned that was also a lie. Nearly 2 hours later no order. I called and he shouted down the phone you weren’t to get another order we told you that. Which I said well that’s a lie you said you would send one out. I explained I have just finished a busy 12.5 hour shift in hospital, I’m pregnant and I took your word and now your telling me you lied to me. He was not empathetic, couldn’t give sh**. So whatever staff you have working tonight. Learn manners and how to deal with customers because you’ve lost one. And genuinely upset me. Thanks for that.

Ordered from here disgusting to see that MOULD was on the garlic bread 🤢🤢🤢 will definitely not be ordering food from here again.

Why advertise on google that you are open until 11 pm for me to drive 10 minutes to get to you as your food is generally good for me to arrive at 10:45 pm and be told I can have ei a tray of kebab meat nothing else not impressed at all

I was trying to cancel my order on Uber eats. Female manager at the Clapham Branch was very unhelpful & rude over the phone. Hanging up before every request to cancel the order. Was saying that I had to cancel through the app, but the app said I needed to contact the branch directly. Rude manager, not worth ordering from.

This place a joke after 2 hour from we ordered food was cold not what I ordered still waiting for other part of order

Absolutely awful do not order from here!!!! Told me it would be just after 4 waited over a hour and a half to ring them to here it’s gonna be another hour the food finally came it was still moving

Order was 15mins late, so called up the takeaway, who informed me it was on its way and they were sorry they had ‘been busy tonight but the orders on its way’. When the order didn’t turn up by 30mins late, I called again and was informed the driver had just left. He clearly hadn’t left on my first call and was lied to. Then 40 minutes late, the driver calls to say my address isn’t on Google and my husband had to go walking around the estate to try and find him. Really poor delivery service.
