Dont order from "fresh" pizza. Arrived 1 hour late, pizza and burger was cold, tried calling 4 times, no answer..

This is a handy stopping off point being near Victoria train and coach stations for a pizza meal at lunch or tea time. The eat as much as you like buffet which includes pizza (meat and vegetable options), pasta and salad for just £7.99. There is a reasonably good variety of salad items but the meat pizza contains only meagre amounts of meat. Pizza naturally cools down after a while even when left under heat lights and does not taste quite as good but this is an inevitable situation with a pizza buffet. When we visited at tea time, however, the pizza supply was not replenished for at least an hour. This led to the situation in which for quite a period of time there was no pizza (veg or meat) to be had (see picture). Although this was annoying, I did manage to raise a smile because it occurred to me that the Fresh Pizza Co had become, for a period of time, the No Fresh Pizza Co. I am unable to comment on the quality of the non-buffet individual pizzas. Overall, the service is no more than average and the buffet pizza is not the tastiest but this has to be counter-balanced by the low price and the cost of eating generally in the metropolis.

Estuvimos charlando durante más de una hora y ninguno de los compartimentos se rellenó. Sacaron un par de pizzas pero eso fue todo. Nunca volvería Despida a su personal y emplee a personas que realmente se preocupan por su trabajo.

Es un lugar bastante agradable! He estado aquí un par de veces y la última vez estaba extremadamente ocupado. Haga cola al gerente externo ayudando, mientras el personal estaba ocupado. Ni siquiera pude comer aquí el hecho de que nos dejaron durante 10 minutos sin que nadie nos preguntara si nos cuidaron. No pude tomar una bebida y mucho menos comida. El miembro del personal negro que trabajaba allí fue increíblemente grosero que nos llevó a nuestra mesa como si fuéramos una tarea difícil de sentarnos. Luego, el resto del personal nos miró y nos ignoró. No vayas aquí, pasarás un momento terrible y terminamos yendo a Franky y a Benny's donde obtendrás un servicio mucho mejor.

Hi , My wife and I stopped here on the 17th and 19th of January 2020 on a weekend break to london . The place was very nice and clean with the seating very comfortable . We had the buffet breakfast with tea and toast , Absolutely lovely . Staff on both mornings were so pleasant and helpful , really nice ladies . Will return next time we are in london Victoria .

Came across the Fresh Pizza Company by accident! Greeted by Lila who was one of the most refreshing people we have come across in a long time! Clearly enjoyed working here and gave us the run down on what was available. Food was to die for! Could not fault it. Restaurant was immaculate. Other thing of note was that the soft drinks were served with the proper CO2 mix! Not flat as seems to be the norm. Pizza was to die for as was the pasta and the salad was fresh. Some places we have been, you could tell that the food had seen better days. Lila checked on us to see that everything was ok and to be fair, we were so happy to find such excellent quality food at a reasonable price in London, We will be definitely coming back. Thanks Lila for an excellent experience. Hopefully management will recognise what an asset you are.

On the morning of Dec 26, I went to "The Fresh Pizza Co" at Victoria Place, Victoria station and ordered the "Unlimited Buffet" with Tea. The total bill coming to £9.14. At the till I handed over a ten pound note, the lady on duty took it and then said this: you give me £1.15 and then I'll give you back one pound. She then gave me back one pound and kept the tenner and the 15p. This is an awful lot of trouble to diddle a customer out of one pound. I'm very disappointed. This was the first time and it'll be the last time I shall frequent the establishment.

Stopped off here on the way home Boxing day. Always wondered whst it would be like. Its just somewhere we never really thought about going. So today we went. Immediately greated by a women who was too busy having having a converaton with another employeet to talk to one of their "mere customers" Sat down ordered the buffet option. Thing is, there wasn't really very much in the buffet There were 3 maybe 4 different flavour pizza's and that was it the rest was salad. It was £11.00 wasthe buffet and a drink. Stuf we not exactly polite. Toilets were clean, soft drinks had sugar in them a welcome change and were not flat agaiin a welcomw change. I wouldnt come back here. Staff don't care and so neither do we.

Visit every time I’m in London, and every time I receive top notch customer service with the food being fresh every time too. Good food for a good cost of £7.99 too.

This is by far the worst pizza restaurant I have ever visited. In fact, the worst restaurant, no matter category. The staff ignored us, we had to ask three times to get something to drink. The pizza was dry with very little, dry topping. The buffet was messy and didn’t look clean. The «chef» refilled the buffet using the filthy containers. Looked disgusting. We had to wait too long for the staff to finish their cozy chat, with each other, before we and others could pay and leave this disaster. Avoid at all cost. Cannot recommend!

I eat here breakfast quite a lot as I am in London once a month. It's cheap and normally OK. But I visited on the 2nd of november this year, 2019 and I was told they had no hot drinks, i asked for a glad of water and it came full of ice (at 930 on a November morning !)I went for the buffet breakfast the hot plate tub that the mushrooms normally sit it was full of some sort or fluid (unknown) as normally they ate just alone in the tub.the beans were very very few in a very runny thin sauce and the bread that was out (only 4 slices) was quite stale although it had been placed out while I was there. And when I can to pay the £6.99 I was told ' I have no change " and charged £7.I know it's only a penny but at least offer an apology, but couldn't they have a float with penny's in it ,I have to do it every day in my daily job.

the manager and waiter lean against the till ignoring anyone who needs service and commenting very loudly on how people are dressed. They seem to think they are NYC club kids in the 80's deciding who gets in to their exclusive club rather than workers at a pizza buffet upstairs in a station. Food is awful, warmed up from days before, you can tell because the cheese is SO hard. Fire the manager, she's awful

Firstly, for a restaurant situated within London Victoria train station you’d expect the staff to be more considerate with their timings. We had to go and locate our waitress to ask for the bill at the end of our meal because we had been been sat waiting for 15 minutes trying to lock eyes with somebody since we had a train to catch. We told the waitress this and she skulked off with a grumpy expression on her face. No bill after yet another 10 minutes (the restaurant wasn’t busy and there were ample staff) so, yet again we had to go and find the waitress to explain that we will miss our train and she retorted “Yeah, well I was busy!” like a petulant teenager! My friend started arguing with her at that point because she was so appalled by this woman’s rudeness and how she could possibly still be working within the hospitality trade. This was AFTER she had already made us wait for drinks orders and plates at the start of the meal and each time we managed to ask one of her colleagues to call her back over she had done so with a disgusting attitude on her, even walking off part way through our order! We noted that the only time we saw her smile was when she was fluttering her eyelashes and flicking her hair about in the doorway the the kitchen talking to the chef. Secondly, for a relatively small place, that seems to be centred around it’s value for money buffet service and refillable drinks stations, the staff seem to be disappearing an awful lot... ??? The buffet food wasn’t brilliant, luke warm pizza and the salad was about as fresh as week old-worn socks! Freshly cooked pizzas off of the usual menu were nice but unfortunately there is no way I’d return due to the appalling level of customer service being offered here. I’d advise you to go elsewhere and avoid the experience we had yesterday!

At first I didn’t like the place it felt like they made me wait on purpose. But afterwards it was really welcoming. There was this one waiter called Francis, we call him fran. He was so welcoming, extremely easy to talk to! Fran made my experience here fantastic!!! I want him to get a raise immediately for the level of service he provides.

Oengagerad personal, grisiga sittplatser. Fick varken bestick eller glas utan fick be om det. Pizzorna smakade alla samma, buffén var i stort sett slut vi var tvungna att påpeka till personalen att fylla på buffén då det saknades både grönsaker och köttfärs. Det tog 15 min innan det fylldes på. Gå inte hit och ät...inte värt pengarna för fem öre. Det finns både subway och McDonalds brevid restaurangen där du garanterat får mer valuta för pengarna.

This is a good value meal if you take the buffet - as much pizza, pasta and salad as you like for 8.99 pounds. Drinks are bottomless - refill yourself from a machine - for 3 pounds. We had no trouble with service, as others have mentioned. Went on a Sunday evening. Were seated promptly and provided with plates and drinks quickly. Bill was delivered as soon as we indicated we had finished. There was a very good variety of pizzas and salads. I always think you tend to eat too much when eating at a buffet, but you can certainly get your money's worth. This was not our first visit here when in London and we would return.

Alright if you need a quick carb fix. Pizza is dry and indigestible. The bolognese sauce is very tasty but the pasta is rubbery and awful.

Customer service was disgraceful from the moment we went in, there was plenty of seating options , she tried seating us next to in a hot and stuffy section of the restaurant when we asked to be moved she rode her eyes and didn’t help us move we had to get up and move ourselves, after finishing the first set of food we asked for our plates to be changed and she hesitated to change them in a rude manner and then told us we are not allowed to get our plates changed , which I believe is very unhygienic. The manager should definitely reconsider wether she should continue working there.

Brought a group of 8 girl guides to eat here as we were restricted with time. When asked to be seated, the waiter saw we had a group of teens and suggested we go across to McDonald's! In retrospect we should have. It was advertised as an all you can eat buffet, however we had to ask for plates and then had to wait for the buffet to be replenished as there was very little food out and the pizzas that were there were all overcooked and the salad not the best quality. The service was slow and the wait staff quite rude. All on all, disappointing.

It's a pizza, pasta, salad buffet. The options are huge for the salad or pasta but it includes the basics. A couple types of pasta and a couple types of sauce when I visited. There were several pizza options with meat or vegetarian that were good. No complaints overall and a good value meal.

Saw the sign for the pizza buffet so went to have look, great selection of very fresh salad, pastas and good selection of pizzas. Lovely service, great price for London.

The restaurant, located in a good location on Victoria Station, signboard, banners and price for the buffet, encouraged us to enter. And here the end of pluses. Unattractive food, small selection, cold. Unlimited soft drinks, but for two we got only one glass and after about 20 minutes! We asked for a second but the service staff were few and probably forgotten about us.

It was ok to have pizza buffet, with Pizza, pasta and salads buffet, fresh pizzas, but the pasta sauce was ok, plenty of choices mix for salads in Victoria.

I visited The Pizza Fresh Company on 12.04.19. I was seated to my table where the waitress stated she would bring me a glass. She never returned I looked round the empty restaurant and saw she was in conversation with her colleague.

We went there, mainly, for the spaghetti bolognese and we were not disappointed. We had a good fill of the various salads and pizza available and topped it up with the spaghetti bolognese, penne was also available but spaghetti is best. We had a short wait to be given a table because the place is very popular. Staff were nice and efficient to find us a good table. Drinks quite expensive in comparison with the fixed priceof the eat as much you can food.

El buffet es bastante limitado, pero es barato y saca del apuro. También tienen platos individuales bastante bien de precio, la lasaña que pedí era bastante generosa en tamaño y además estaba muy buena. Lo recomiendo.

Staff were very pleasant and helpful, pizza was stodgy yuk. Salad like value supermarket ranges. For the 10 pound you spend for the buffet and a drink, you could get a much nicer lunch elsewhere in the station.

Staff have difficulty with English. Service was poor- probably not enough staff. It was advertised as a great salad place with the main feature, a salad bar. The salad was non-existent. When this was pointed out to the waitress, she just shrugged and said "It's finished". This was at 6.45pm.

He estado en este lugar un par de veces en los últimos 6 meses para el almuerzo. Pizzas y ensaladas eran buenas. También me gustó la salsa que guardaban para la Pasta / Fideos. Es un lugar decente para comer en Victoria y el precio tampoco es malo (7. 99 para lucnh para una persona) en comparación con otros lugares tipo buffet como Pizza Hut. Sin embargo, la principal parte negativa de este lugar es que no sirven agua y se vería obligado a comprar refrescos que cuestan más de 2 libras cada uno. Además, los empleados que trabajan aquí no son tan amables y no quieren interactuar mucho.

I arrived at restaurant at about 6.50pm and made my order of lasagne. I took 45 minutes to bring this order to me and it tasted awful and made me sick later on. (then had baked it twice which didn't help). I know it was busy but to take 45mins to serve which is utter disgrace. Never to return unless their service improves.

After having a blow out at nfl Wembley yesterday... Go seahawks! I found myself heading to Victoria coach Park to go home with very limited funds left. Found the fresh pizza all you can eat for £8 and thought, challenge accepted as I can probably eat about twice that much worth. Food was really good with excellent selection of salad and veggie pizzas as full as fully loaded meat fests as well as pasta. Staff were also brilliant and helpful by carrying my own body weight in merch to the table for me. Defo give the place a go. You won't be disappointed

I was not impressed with the waiting around as I can only have the vegetarian pizza I had to wait a few times for them to place it down. They just stacked the veg pizzas on on top of the other so it was hard to get slices out while holding your plate. I paid around £40 for 2 kids and 2 adults including drinks however the Pizza did Taste okay but think now I would go to pizza express andpay a little bit more.

This is a convenient place for a quick and easy meal. Service is poor, but if you have the buffet you are helping yourself anyway! The GBP 8.49 for the buffet makes a good value meal. The food is ok and there was a good variety of pizzas and salads when we were there.

We went there for our last dinner in London, ordered pizza and mac'n cheese. Our food was servered piping hot, and didn't take that long. The pizza was good, but the mac'n cheese somewhat boring in flavour. While we were there, a huge group of teenagers stormed the place, I believe they were about 50-60 people. This caused a big ruccus, and the buffet was emptied quickly. The personell became a bit flustered by this, even though it looked like the group had ordered in advance, and the other customer were somewhat forgotten/ignored. We had to chase down a waiter in order to pay.

Very accommodating staff, they made a pizza just for me as I have a dairy intolerance. The selection is good and including the salads. Only thing I would suggest is balsamic vinegar and chilli oil.

The buffet is OK but the service is the worst I have lived (give the bill before I order it; not to replace empty dishes in the buffet; toilette not opperating and the only option is to pay 0,5 pound in the toilette of the commercial centre; some food in not-good condition). I think the service must be improved; but the boss was very kindful with us. In conclusion, only one time and not more.

Our waiter was rude and unwelcoming. The nuttella milkshake tasted more like cheap nesquick than nuttella, the burger I ordered was horrible with lukewarm meat and a stone cold bun. My partners pizza was burnt and saturated in oil to the point he only managed to eat one slice. When our rude waiter returned and noticed most of the food had been untouched, he asked if we would like a bag to take it home rather then be concerned as to why we hadn't eaten anything. Avoid!!

The pizza its the worst I ever ate, cheap food but not worh it for 10.49 you recieve unlimited pizza and salad buffet but the choice is really poor and the staff extremely rude. Do not waste your money.

Who greets customers with ‘who told you you could sit here?’. How about have people on the door, greet us politely and don’t be rude. My bags were heavy and wanted to put them down. You’re not even busy. Left straight away.

Velice milý personál. Využili jsme akci sněz kolik můžeš. Výběr nebyl moc veliký, ale jako rychlé jídlo na nádraží za rozumnou cenu je to ideální. V nabídce je několik druhů pizzy z tlustého těsta, saláty, zelenina, těstoviny. Jídlo nic extra, ale v pohodě jsme se najedli. Jen záchod byl celkem ošklivé.

先吃過 Pizza Express.到 Victoria Station 後極餓，挑了ALL U CAN EAT的這家PIZZA+PASTA店，首先是批薩吃到飽，呃……批薩很多烤焦不說，邊緣餅皮又超硬，咬不動。因為很多人貪便宜來吃到飽，竟然有5分多鐘沒一片批薩可吃，只能呆坐（怕客人吃嗎？）。然後pasta生硬，還有自助BAR菜色單調又不符亞洲人口味（生菜超硬）。總之把錢省下來去對面吃麥當勞和KFC還比較飽又划算。

Si estás esperando un tren en la Estación Victoria de Londres, no busque más allá de este lugar para una pizza y ensalada. Hacen un gran buffet de pizza a muy buenos precios. La comida está recién hecha y de muy buena calidad. Tuve muy buena pizza vegetariana pero también hacer variedades de carne. Yo recomendaría este lugar a cualquiera que desee tener una experiencia rápida pizza en el oeste de Londres.

La variedad de las pizzas así como de la pasta ha decaído en los últimos años, pero es la tónica general en este tipo de locales "All You can eat". Recomendable si estás de paso por la zona, tienes prisa y no te quieres complicar.

Read a lot of the bad reviews.....are these people real? If it was that bad I'd walk out! We went on Saturday for quick bite to eat, just got off Coach, and not a lot of time, before off to a Show, so as we have been here many times before, we headed straight there. It was very busy (lunchtime) as we walked up to desk, and acknowledged straight away, by nice Server, who was taking a customer's payment. She then showed us to a table, asked if we had eaten here before, (yes) we went for their Weekend Buffet (All you can eat for £8.49)and she took our drinks order, which swiftly arrived, along with our plates. You serve yourself from the Salad Bar, which has Veggie Pizza slices one end, and Meat Pizza slices the other, brilliant. There is lots of choice, and regular top ups from the Kitchen. We find the food is always very tasty, and the Pizza's hot, obviously, if it was quite, and nobody taking any hot food, it would cool down, but it has always been busy (good sign) when we have eaten there. We find the staff friendly and helpful, and work hard. Thank you...see you soon...

Il locale ha soddisfatto quelle che erano le nostre esigenze ovvero un posto con prezzi abbordabili dove fosse possibile mangiare anche un po’ di verdura. Volendo c’è anche pizza e pasta. Stay away if you want proper quality pizza and pasta. The pizza although it came in hot from the oven was bland, and the dough seems uncooked still. There was only one flavour on all four hot dishes which was the one with chilli and corn on it. It’s cheap as it’s eat all you can but I would save your money and eat somewhere else. The fresh veg and salad counter was dirty. The only thing i mildly enjoyed was the meat spaghetti but there was hardly anything on the buffet station. Never again! Plenty of other decent restaurants close by.

Fue buen desayuno pero los huevos estaban tarde y por el tiempo que estuvimos comiendo, vinieron. Es una experiencia diferente para todos, pero esto está basado en mi experiencia de primera vez. En resumen, un gran sitio. Todo lo que van a comer el desayuno es una buena manera de empezar su día.

Pour manger pas cher. Un point c'est tout. En plus on peut enfin manger quelques légumes. Les parts de pizza sont à volonté mais attention car certaines sont froides ! Donc privilégiez les plats qui tournent Pour avoir du chaud !

Llegamos directamente del aeropuerto y eran bastante hambre, nos topamos con este restaurante y la opción por todo lo que pueda comer pasta y pizza + ensaladas, que era como una bendición para nosotros. La comida era genial, pero un poco fría, la pizza era genial, incluso un poco fría. Pagamos 19 libras por dos personas (buffet + 2 botellas de agua), que es un precio estupendo! La higiene en el baño, aunque estaba bastante mal.

Con su fuerte mensaje proveniente de su nombre del restaurante, "fresco", Pizza estuvimos tentados que quieren probar este restaurante, que para el almuerzo antes de bajar para encontrarse amigo de la familia en Cafe debenhams Clapham Junction.

Lekkere en eenvoudige buffetformule. Kwaliteit is goed, bediening is zeer vriendelijk. Ideale locatie, foodcourt winkelcentrum. Vlakbij Victoria station en Victoria underground.

Cuando viajo a la Estación de Autobuses de Victoria, siempre intento tener tiempo para comer aquí.

Mi segunda vez y aseguró mi recomendación, ya que este es un gran lugar para una parada rápida en un precio barato en todo lo que puedas comer. Buen servicio por el personal. La comida era bastante fresco, buena selección de ensaladas y una buena selección de pizzas diferentes y pasta. Sin duda lo recomiendo.

Myself and my partner decided to give this place ago while in Victoria station, walking up to the "wait to be seated" area, we stood for nearly 10 minutes waiting to even be noticed, after our invisibility potion eventually run out and a staff member noticed us we got told the half empty restaurant had no where available and told there was 5/10 minute wait for a table. We decided to just wait since we fancied the food and after 5 minutes a family walked up behind us. One of the waiters saw them and walked straight up to them, spoke in Spanish to them, they responded back, and clearly showing our invisiblity potion had kicked back in, took them too a table right in front of us. Whether this was a case of homophobia (which I, fingers crossed, doubt it was), or the fact we spoke the wrong language, we decided to walk away at this point as clearly we weren't important to the site. On the plus side, the Nando's nearby I would give a 5 stars too, walked in, got noticed straight away, told a 20 minute wait for a table and before we even had a chance to sit in the waiting area, got seated instantly.

Great value at £6.49 then add coffee £2.40 = £9 for all you can eat breakfast :) before heading to a football match what more could you ask for?

You all wait in Victoria coachstation, which is around the corner. Victoria coachstation is overcrowded, smells, is hot and toilets.. don't ask. Why not wait here? The fresh Pizza co. has fresh pizza, pasta and bottomless drinks. It's warm, cozy and toilets (downstairs near the station) are clean. Not to expensive 8,50 gbp for all you can eat. Walk to Victoria coach station is about 5 minutes. Just a tip ...!

Kept waiting at host bar althougheight 3 members walked past us. Eventally we were asked how many and taken to a table and just left. No drinks offer. Sat us on a table next to the kitchen. This must of been the worst place for customer service we have ever been to. We didn't eat just walked out.

Disgusting, tasteless, dry, cold, & extremely far from fresh.

Visited here before going to the theatre thinking we could grab some quick food. Honestly the worst pizza I have ever had. It was dry, flavourless. Barely any topping on them. The pasta had been left out for a while as it was discolouring around the sides. The Bolognese sauce was horrible! Toilets were disgusting. The only thing that was nice was the salad.. but I didn’t go to eat a salad. Really wish we went to Mc Donald’s.

El buffet y la comida está bastante bien. Por desgracia, tuvimos que esperar 10 minutos para conseguir mis socios de copa, sólo me dijeron que se les había acabado y alguien iba a comprar algunos más. Poco molesto, pero no importa mucho en el tiempo, ya que estábamos hambrientos. A pesar de una pequeña selección de comida, fue buena y vegetarianos (genial para mi pareja) pero algunos alimentos sabía un poco soso, sinceramente.

Went in having seen the buffet advertised. We should have looked more closely at the buffet selection before ordering. The pizza was not that good. The crusts were very well done, bordering on burnt. The toppings on the pizza were ok but were not plentiful. The salad was fresh and tasty. The pasta was ok. We will not be e going back.

Didn't have to wait long for a table, albeit a grubby one.

Carbonara is swimming in oil and there is no available parmesan or any cheese available. A canned sauce tastes better

After a nice day out at the theatre with my family we chose to eat at The Fresh Pizza Co and I am very sad to say it was a total let down.We were shown to our table which was clearly a mess underneath from dry crusts, napkins and cutlery. We overlooked this as it could have been busy and they might not have had time. Our drinks order was taken and we were given plates and went up to order our food. When I went up there wasn't much Pizza to choose from and the three half pizzas that were left were burnt and dry looking so I went for the salad bar first. The salad was not too bad however there were a couple of items that were very low. When I went up the second time the no new pizza's had been brought over so I waited a good 5 minutes before a fresh one came out - this lasted about 2 minutes due to a queue that had formed waiting. When I finally managed to eat the pizza it was dry, flavorless and very burnt around the edges. When I went back up the next time I asked a member of staff if the Pizza was normally that dry and burnt - his English being very basic he just said more pizza coming. I then tried asking another staff member the same question and again English was very weak and asked me if I wanted a clean plate. I then noticed a member of staff who I later found out to be the manager if the pizza was normally this poor quality and explained the pizza was dry and burnt. She said fresh would be out soon and that I had to be patient as the Pizza' take 10 minutes to cook. I waited a further 6-7 minutes when they finally brought out 2 peperoni Pizza's (I hate peperoni) so I waited for the next one to come out which were chicken and Mushroom (again I am not a fan of mushroom but it was getting ridiculous so I had a couple of slices removing the mushroom) and that was also very dry. When we left I asked for the bill and the waiter did ask if everything was ok knowing I had already question the poor quality so I politely explained that it was dry, overcooked and flavorless to which he offered to cook something fresh however seeing as we had one straight from the kitchen we declined. I did ask for the head office e-mail address and was told to ask the manager. I did ask that he get the address from her which he agreed to do but didn't. If you are thinking of eating here then I would highly advise you don't waste your money and instead try KFC of McDonalds for cheap food or for something less rushed try Ed's Diner. It was truly disappointing and not even worth half of what we paid - I have had some fantastic all you can eat meals before but this was seriously the worst by far.

It was definitely good value for money as we all got the buffet meal, but everything was greasy and seemed tasteless and the pasta made me feel quite sick. A lot of the pizzas they had on offer that day had a lot of Mushrooms on which I don't like. The staff seemed tired and bored. Probably wouldn't go here again but wouldn't say no if offered.

I came for lunch, and i left this place unhappy.One of the worst pizza i have eaten, taste like frozen from supermarket.
