Vine aquí para tomar un café y un bocado rápido y me encantó lo amable que era todo el personal. Muy amable y dulce, déjame usar el baño, me dijo que podía relajarme y disfrutar aquí. (Quería trabajar de forma remota y conectarme a los enchufes). Eran realmente encantadores y me hicieron sentir como en casa. Definitivamente regresaré aquí cuando trabaje de forma remota la próxima vez.

Good grief, Pizza Express - what HAVE you done? Used to take my children here every Thursday evening for supper. This new ‘ZA’ concept is an unmitigated disaster. Rubbery slices served in a box even though we were eating in. Appalling fizzy wine in a can. No substitutions so 10 year old daughter couldn’t get a few pieces of pepperoni chucked on her margherita- sorry, “Za-gherita” - which was so heavily laden with black pepper and herbs (no mention of either on menu) that 8 year old son couldn’t eat it. Clear your own table into bins marked “cans” and “general waste”: “Where do we recycle the plastic bottles, Mummy?”Spoke to the server and manager afterwards. They looked as depressed as the pizzas. Bad move Pizza Express. We shan’t be back to “ZA”.

Coffee took ages, seeing as the place was empty as usual, they were chatting and drinking coffee but not serving me, Pizza is re-heated, aarrgghhhh!!!!!, No way as good as the old Pizza Express that is has replaced, bring it back, would not recommend anyone to go there

Service was fast and nice and the food came as perfect as you get in the regular pizza express restaurants. Plus the inside is beautiful!!

Wasn’t expecting to get pizza in London but Willy Guardado loves the place so I tried it. Very good, thin crust was great, chewy and crisp. Was there 5 days and went there twice so I guess I liked it.

Visitamos esta sucursal de pizza express un viernes por la tarde en noviembre y no fue muy concurrida, lo cual fue bueno. Tuvimos una encantadora camarera húngara. Para empezar, elegimos las bolas de masa de ajo con un trío de salsas que estaban calientes y sabrosas, así que no hay quejas. Elegí la pizza Margherita y su compañero tenía la pizza diavolo, las pizzas eran deliciosas y la mía era enorme. Pedí una porción de polenta de patatas que nunca antes había comido y fueron una de las cosas más sabrosas que he comido. Para el postre, tuvimos los profiteroles con un plato de carmel salado y esto también fue delicioso. Terminé la comida con un chocolate naranja caliente con crema, pero desafortunadamente hacía bastante frío. Mi única preocupación era que el fabricante de la base de pizza estaba haciendo las bases en exhibición en el restaurante actual, pero no sentí que era higiénico ya que las estaba colocando en una pila al lado de donde dos personas estaban sentadas bebiendo al hablar. Nos recibieron con una cálida bienvenida del personal tan pronto como entramos en el restaurante. El servicio fue genial durante toda la noche. La joven camarera húngara que servía nuestra mesa fue una absoluta delicia. Buena comida, tuvimos bolas de masa, la pizza de 'pollo ad astra' seguida del pudin de chocolate derretido y la torta de dulce de chocolate, todo muy recomendado. El vino blanco fue muy agradable también! Un lugar encantador para una comida tranquila. ¡Volveremos!

No hay grandes sorpresas de Pizza express. Esta rama es siempre popular en el almuerzo y el pasado viernes fue sin duda ninguna excepción.

제가 머물렀던 호텔이랑 가까워서 방문했었구요. 테이크어웨이해서 호텔룸에서 먹었습니다. 페페로니피자주문했던거 같애요. 맛은 괜찬았어요. 특히 여자 직원분한테 주문하고 계산하였는데 웃는 모습으로 응대해주셔서 기분이 좋았습니다.

Dette stedet er en del av en pizzakjede. Stedet fremstår som lyst, Skandinavisk inventar a la IKEA. Maten var helt grei, men ingenting å skrive hjem om. Prisene var forholdsvise høye. Lasagne til £12.15 var ikke store greiene og ut fra prisen burde mengden vært langt større. Dette er en plass for en rask matbit. Betjeningen var hyggelig og effektiv.

Yo no había estado allí por algún tiempo y decidimos parar para una pizza después del trabajo.

Regularmente ir a pizza express pero no habíamos ido a esta rama antes. Entrantes eran buenas, como siempre. Pero cuando llegamos, las pizzas en la mina la masa estaba cruda en el medio, así que envié. Cuando fue re-cocinado y llegamos a la mesa, no sólo tenía mi otra mitad ya había acabado su principal, pero una de las coberturas de mi nueva pizza que faltaba, el borde estaba quemada y la masa estaba todavía crudo en el medio de la pizza. Para colmo, había un corte de corriente y todo el personal, en vez de venir y tranquilizador diners de la situación, que se escondió en la esquina y no hacer nada. Le dije a la camarera que faltaba uno por encima pero ella no hizo nada para rectificar la situación. Acabé no comer la pizza y tarda una eternidad para la camarera para venir y conseguir la cuenta para nosotros. En este punto, dijo que el topping para ser añadidos y llevar caja, así pude cocinar el resto de la pizza cuando llegué a casa. Sorprendentemente, nada fue tomado fuera de nuestra factura por el mal servicio. Lamento decir que no volveremos a esta rama - el personal realmente decepcionantes.

Por desgracia, acabé tienen una reacción alérgica a unos 5 picaduras en mi comida. Casi Arruinó la noche para toda mi familia. Yo estaba muy claro con la camarera que tenía un trigo. Preguntar varias veces para asegurarse de que sabía que necesitaba el gluten pizzas gratis. Me sirve la corteza normal y eso es lo que ella escribió. El personal parece que no importa o quizás el no se da cuenta de cómo las alergias a los alimentos pueden ser peligrosos. No lo sé. No vamos a volver.

Even though it's a huge chain, Pizza Express is still really good. The service was very good and the food was delicious. It's ideal for lunch as the service is quick. It does get noisy upstairs at lunchtime, so this isn't the spot for a quiet business lunch. Prices are normal for the City and they do take Tastecard (Mon-Thus I think), which makes it completely worth it!

We asked to sit upstairs for a little privacy but were told it was full even though we could clearly see how empty it was from the outside. Despite this, the waitress who eventually served us was very friendly and service was quick. The pizza bases seem a lot thinner than usual and not as topped as they used to be.

The restaurant is well placed in the heart of the City at the base of a Richard Rogers designed building. The service is friendly and helpful. The price of food is much as you would expect in the City but the quality of the food is way, way below acceptable. The pizzas were thin (which can be OK) but the toppings were even thinner. I had a four seasons pizza which I normally expect to be covered in toppings. However I would say that the topping covered no more than a quarter of the base. Our visit was in the evening, not at lunchtime, but I don't see that that should make a difference.

Travelling through London on business with my son when we stopped by Pizza Express about 5.30 pm last Friday night. Our first contact was the waiter called 'Edi' who was most welcoming.Showed us to a seat and gave us time to make our minds up about drinks etc.I noticed he was always on top of the game whether it be cleaning the restaurant or welcoming other guests. when I spilled my beer...pure accident.. he arranged another table for us.Pizza was perfect and when my son ordered the choc fudge cake it was off the menu...what did Edi do? He went away and we saw him create a choc fudge special.This guy is a real asset to Pizza Express and if we are ever back in the area we'll be back with our custom

Food was great and served really quicky which was a nice warm treat on a cold rainy day. WE didnt really have to wait long for a table, as all of the staff were really attentative to their customers.

I know what you might be thinking, Pizza in London, how good would it be? This is good and easy to carry out or eat in. My wife had a combination pizza that has four different pieces with different toppings and she loved it. I had a one with meat and it was very good as well. We were at The Double Tree and it was right around the corner making it easy to take back to the room. Great service and great pizza! They are in multiple locations and for good reason. They are good.

We were craving pizza while traveling around and decided to try out Pizza Express. The pizza itself was okay. (I am a Chicago deep dish pizza girl) It helped with the craving. The best part of my meal was the dessert. I had the pie that was made of bananas and toffee and absolutely wonderful. The wait staff was very friendly and attentive with anything that we needed.

Service was a bit slow, but I found this to be the case at most places in the UK. Food was decent and the atmosphere was laid back and cozy.

Got a pizza from here for take aways one lunch time, was good and fresh. A quick/close location from the hotel when you prefer something different from the hotel room service.

We loved our thin crust pizza and salad we had here. Because of the name, we thought it was going to be fast food. But we were pleasantly surprised at the food quality and service.

I went for a quick lunch there today with my son. The staff were lovely; friendly, welcoming, helpful and made the lunch an enjoyable experience. The pizzas were really tasty, and I was pleased that the calorie numbers were shown as I need to watch my weight. The lighter helping option of desserts was a great idea, and we particularly enjoyed the latte coffee with Baileys. Altogether a great experience. Good food, staff, lovely venue and everything was as it should be.

Es Londres...Da igual que te pidas una simple pizza, una patatas fritas o lo que sea, aquí lo pagas y bien. Eso si, todo muy bueno y la atención correcta.

I don't normally visit n my own time but found very reasonable £35 -£40 for three people not bad for London, went twice

The service was friendly, if a bit hectic and slow. The food was decent. Not great but not terrible either. The prices were pretty normal. All and all a pretty average experience.

Arrived here at 9.40 pm to find the manageress trying to close the unit and discourage customers from entering.She indicated last orders at 9.50pm as kitchen would shut down at 10pm - when (if ever) did this become Pizza Express policy?It was made pretty plain we were annoying the staff arriving so late and food was served in a fairly hostile fashion.We didn't leave a tip.As regular customers to Pizza Express my GF and I were shocked quite how unwelcome we were made to feel. Food was not great by Pizza Express standards and generally we were made to feel highly unwelcome - like we had messed up the staff's plans for an early getaway.

Was sent here by my hotel front desk. Just wanted a simple supper. Ordered a pizza that was supposed to have a thin crisp crust, got chewing gum instead. Tried to get waiter's attention, took 10 minutes. They put the then cold pizza back in the oven & burned the cheese. I took three bites and gave up. Server came back for dessert order; I passed. He cleared my dishes and then I waited another 10 minutes to get a check. Terrible.

Good restaurant in city of london which seated us quickly and food was good. Busy but worth going for if you are in hurry/know what you are after like we did!

had pasta and it was ok, but I have a feeling the pizza would have been better. We also shared a calazone, and it was a bit dry... Needed sauce over the top I think.
