Lentos sirviendo, la comida no estaba del todo mal aunque poca, las bebidas muy caras (escrito en bolígrafo detrás de la carta) todo tiene un recargo del 12.5% y no se puede pagar con tarjeta de crédito.

Este restaurante es ahora llamado Casa Mia. . Mi hija y yo comimos aquí recientemente y tan pronto como vi el pescado y patatas fritas servido a un joven, pensé 'Oh cielos. . Obviamente congeladas. pescado podría conseguir en el supermercado Asda en miga, ni siquiera sirve con guisantes. De todos modos todavía comimos allí. .

La comida estuvo rica, aunque muy poca cantidad por los precios que son.

Tuve una cena con mi pareja en casa de y estábamos dudando de venir o no, ya que había obras de fuera, pero decidimos dar una oportunidad. Comimos bistec y patatas fritas. Era agradable y no muy caro. Personal muy agradable.

this was the worst. the fish was not cod. some kind of greasy, smelly and slimy substitute's i'm sure. i even asked and was assured it was cod.

i m very fassy with my food, but i came to this place with my friends, so we decided to go with pizza and my friends had steaks. the pizza was excellent. i was very surprised for the price we paid as i visited london so many times and i found it so reasonable. the money we paid was worth it.

Yo caña aquí para cenar temprano con mi novia, y realmente lo disfruté. El restaurante no es muy grande, pero estaba limpia y ordenada. Tuvimos el relleno de pollo y carne. El pollo era nuestra favorita, jugosos y tiernos. Los precios promedio para la zona, y el personal es agradable y eficiente.

Fuimos allí para un almuerzo tarde, no estaba muy concurrido, pero decidí darle una oportunidad. El personal era amable y educado, que siempre es una ventaja en mis libros. Yo tenía un lado Penne Alfredo con de pan de ajo, que era preciosa. Yo estaba demasiado lleno para el desierto, quizás la próxima vez :).

Vinimos a Hyde Park para un día y después nos apetece una pizza. Vimos este restaurante de la estación de Queensway. Fue alrededor de las 4:00 pm. Parecía vacío, así que decidimos venir ya que tienen señal halal al lado de menú. Yo le digo...

Em busca de um restaurante na região com preço acessível e que não servisse apenas lanche ou fish and chips, decidimos entrar no De Casa. Pedi um Penne Al pesto por £10,95, que me deixou satisfeita, sabor ok, massa ok. Meu marido pediu uma pizza margherita por £8,95, que de acordo com ele não chega nem aos pés das brasileiras, parece pizza comprada em mercado, e uma longa neck budweiser por £3,99 que estava quente. Fora que ficamos surpresos com a taxa de 12,5%!!!! Enfim, com fome e no desepero o restaurante na região é uma boa pedida mas aposte nas Pastas!

Ordered fish and chips in a light batter, chips really tasted of old fat but the fish I say fish there wasn't any, really thick heavy batter and know fish, just skin and mush. Sent it back changed for lasagna , my God never had lasagna like it, horrid. And then to cap it all they charge us for they lasagna double the price of the fish and chips

We had a risotto that obviously was heated up one too many times at least, a fish and chips with a fish that was like jello, a Caesar salat with disgusting chicken, even the garlic bread tasted horrible. Oh, and the bench we sat on lost its armrest during the meal. Seriously, better stay hungry.

I can recognise some reality in the reviews which have small niggles about this place but not those which simply slag it off. It is worth 4* but I have given it 5* as a sympathy vote!This s a fairly small, but very well positioned, restaurant at the very top end of Queensway. The decor is thoroughly acceptable. Every member of staff I had any dealings with was both competent and friendly. Given the Queensway location, they are obviously as used to people eating one course, as those eating a full 3 course meal. No attempt was made to push me into eating more than the mushroom risotto I ordered, or drinking more than the 1 glass of house red either.As several other reviewers have commented, the risotto was extremely tasty. I have one further comment. They had the confidence to add Parmesan before bringing it to the table. It looked like a minimal quantity. If I had been left to my own devices, I would have added far more and had a less enjoyable meal. They got the amount absolutely spot on. Well done!Now for my own tiny quibble. It is a sensible compromise to give the title of all dishes in Italian only and the description in English only. The Italian version of the French town of Nice is Nizza. The Italian translation of salade Nicoise is unlikely to be insalata Nicoise! Consistency please!

Okay, I accept that our choice of food may not have been the right one. We decided we fancied penne arrabbiata,, chilli, garlic, peppers, what could go wrong?Although there were quite a few restaurants offering this dish, this looked restaurant looked like the best place to go to. We should have followed our normal rules: If it's not busy when other places around are, DON'T GO IN!The two ladies warmly welcomed us when we went through the door. My husband had bruschetta to start which was okay, if a little greasy.When the main of arrabiata arrived it looked okay but we were not offered parmesan cheese. This I asked for and the young lady rang downstairs and later appeared with a small bowl of, well to be quite honest, looked like fine sawdust.And then to the food.... Well it was awful. No garlic taste, no chilli, there were red and green peppers in it but no taste of even mild heat, and as for the sawdust, sorry cheese, well it was awful. Having finished - not - the main, my husband decided that he would have a dessert (as he was still hungry) He looked at the menu and picked a pudding. 15 - 20 minutes after the main had been cleared away, we still had not been asked if we would like a dessert, even though my husband had the menu open on the table in front him AND we were sitting in front of the counter! The cost EXCLUDING any drinks? £40.00 - not worth it! Even I don't make meals as bad as that and I am terrible in the kitchen.Sorry to go on, I have never posted a bad review, deciding that even though I did not like it I respect other peoples views but this place was so bad I thought I should.

To find a restaurant still open at 11.30 not selling greasy fast food is a winner in my books.We ordered just a pizza on both nights in the area and quite frankly it was pretty damn tasty. Reasonably priced with friendly service. We didnt actually see a menu, so it would be hard to tell if we would go back for a proper meal during another visit, but for pizza? Sure!

I took my girlfriend to De Casa. It was a spontaneous visit that ended up being a night filled with memories. Our waitress Jasmine was friendly and very professional, the food was amazing, and the atmosphere warm and cosy. Thanks for an amazing evening.

Mi auguro che i turisti non prendano sul serio la pizza "italiana" che servono in questo ristorante. Senza sapore, povera di condimenti, aveva il sapore di una pizza congelata da 2 soldi. Peccato, perché l'ambiente potrebbe anche essere piacevole, ma... la vera pizza solo in Italia!

Ordered the steam medium rare, it was well done. Sent it back and received one very rare, sent it back and asked them to cook it a bit . finally got to eat while my husband was already finished with his meal by that time. Service poor and not very clean.

I rarely write comment, but this one is SO bad that I feel obligated to warn others. So how bad was it ? Even the kids were not eating their pizza and asked me what's wrong with the restaurant. This is the first time this happened. Not going to write about the rest, incl the service. It'll be a complete waste of my time. Sorry if this sound obnoxious, but pls stay away at all cost so not to ruin your holiday (I suspect locals don't come here, most patrons were tourists like us).

Went here for a late dinner with a few friends. Although the restaurant was small it had a nice atmosphere. The service was fast and friendly. Great food, you could tell it was home made. Their wine selection was not extensive, but we didn't mind as the manager recommended one of the wines that turned out to be excellent.

I usually don't have a problem per se if the staff is not particularly cheerful, or if they are more serious, because I work in this sector and I understand how much of a carousel it is. I have eaten there three times. The first time it was actually OK and the food was decent. The second time the lady who served us couldn't be in more of a hurry to get us out the door in spite of us paying a bill that amounted to over £40. The third, and this is the last time I am dining there, was tonight. The waitresses were sloppy and careless. My friend ordered a cake, and the girl serving us actually suggested she use the fork she ate her salad with, before making the effort to bring a clean one. Then, as we were enjoying ourselves and having a nice chat, she just comes up out of the blue and serves us the check. I am one for chances, but when you bring me the bill without me asking it, or without you verifying if I'd like anything else, that's it! Horrible service and the food is sub par. NEVER AGAIN!

I went here with a group of friends, we were immediately welcomed by a friendly waitress. You could tell she was new, but we didn't mind as she was nice. I ordered a pizza, which was excellent, it was big enough for two people to be honest. My friends had the risotto, a pizza and penne siciliana. The wore all happy with their food. We didn't get to dessert, as we were all to full. It was reasonable priced and had a nice atmosphere. Will definitely be back if I am in the neighbourhood again.

De passage dans le coin nous avons trouvé ce petit restaurant juste à côté de la station de metro queensway.Servis par une serveuse inexpérimentée mais très avenante nous avons été stupéfaits:J'ai goûté le vin de la maison qui ne m'a pas plu. Du coup nous avons pris une bouteille de leur chianti, malheureusement bouchonné. Commentaire de la manager à sa serveuse, "chianti is chianti" sans même le goûter. Et... et rien, on nous retire les verres. Lorsque je m'adresse à la pauvre serveuse elle m'indique que je peux prendre le vin de la maison ou le chianti, oui, celui même que je venais de goûter.Passons au repas. En entrée une soupe à la tomate insipide et des bruschettas molles couvertes de pesto au lieu de l'ail.En plat des penne trop cuites, à l'arabiatta pour moi, avec un cheveu bonus, (en réalité des penne napolitaines avec trois gouttes de tabasco) et pour elle au pesto (en réalité basilic, crème et parmesan râpé pour décorer).Du jamais vu.

After a long day walking around London, my girlfriend and I decided we would really like a traditional hearty Italian meal. We came across this little place, and were encouraged that it seemed busy. We went for a Carbonara - a classic. Unfortunately when it was served up, the portion size was embarrassing. It was fancy style wide-brimmed bowl. The bowl was no more than 5 inches wide and the brim (which cannot accommodate any food) was about another 6 inches across. The portion was tiny - seriously about 4 mouthfuls of hard (not al dente) pasta. When I asked about the miniscule size of the portion the waitress just said "the bowls are deceptively deep...." OK. So I delved in to discover that deceptive depth was in fact a whole inch and a half deep. Wow! 4 miserable mouthfuls for £12! What a joke.... It seems most of the restaurants patrons were in fact unsuspecting tourists who had the same misfortune to stumble on this place. I would be very surprised if they see any return customers. Please - if you walk pass and consider popping in - do yourself a favour and keep on walking.....

I've never left a negative review for a business before, but then I've never had to return food before. The ladies on the front of house were very pleasant and apologetic, however the food was completely inedible. My main course had what appeared to be mould on it and was promptly returned, only for the replacement to contain multiple bits of eggshell.From the few forkfuls of food I had it was very bland and the quality was poor. As I've said, the front of house staff were very apologetic and their service was good, but the food was appalling. Do not eat here.

Wish we'd checked TripAdvisor before visiting!!!!!! Awful awful food! Calamari starter completely inedible. Fried to death. Apparently they were fresh but unable to tell. Sent back and did not bother replacing. Wife's carbonara had some blue bits in, which looked like Stilton or mould.... either way shouldn't be in a carbonara. Sent back and replaced. The replacement had egg shell in. My pizza was OK-ish. Got the bill and after I queried why I was still paying for the calamari and explained the second carbonara had egg shell in they sent us away without paying. I really don't make a habit of sending food back normally but this was appalling. Two girls at front of house were very pleasant. 1/5.....0/5 had it not been for the staff!

Nous sommes venus en groupe dans ce restaurant (9 personnes) : la carte des pizzas est décevante, quand ils nous ont servis ils avaient oublié de prendre une commande : un des nôtres a donc du nous regarder manger pendant 10 minutes et aucun geste commercial n'a été fait bien sûr; PIRE : ils voulaient nous faire payer l'eau, nous avons donc demander des verres venant du robinet. Les boissons semblaient avoir été coupées à l'eau (jus de pomme fade, coca cola presque sans bulles ! ) et pour finir nous avons du payer chacun 15 % de notre repas en plus pour le service : ils ne se gênent pas ! Heureusement que les serveuses étaient sympas ...

Vi ankom sent til London, og fandt det første og bedste sted. Maden var hurtig, og god. Vil mene det er pengene værd.

Worst restaurant I walked in during my holidays. Where to start?! The ginger waitress acted like it was her first day at work and like she didn´t want to be there at all, she was clueless and unpolite. We ordered spaghetti bolognese and fish and chips and as a started garlic bread (worst garlic bread I have tried in my life). For the spaghetti they used a cheap bolognese sauce and they were watery, poor quantity and quality. The cod in the fish and chips was not fresh but frozen and it was bassically water and oil. To sum up: don´t go there it is overpriced and the quiality of the food is awfull!

We went for an early dinner and there were no other diners when we arrived (maybe that was our clue that we should not eat here). Our waitress was polite and asked if we would like to start with some garlic bread but I did not realise that this would cost us extra on our bill. I ordered a chicken burger which was extremely difficult and messy to eat. It might have been better if the chicken breast was not as big or that it was sliced to make it easier to eat. My husband ordered Chicken Arrabbiata and he was disappointed as it was bland and it really did not taste great. I would not eat at this establishment again.

Dette var en forferdelig opplevelse. Min lasagne smakte egentlig ingenting, kun en fæl smak av plastikk iblant. Broren min bestilte fish and chips (aldri gjør det på en italiensk restaurant) og fisken var seig, våt og kvalmende. Ikke ble det noe særlig billig heller, da de automatisk la på 12,5% på totalprisen for bordservice. Lite og dårlig mat for pengene, til og med McDonald's eller Burger King hadde gjort en kveld ute på restaurant hyggeligere. Svært skuffende i et ellers fint strøk i London.

What a great little gem, pizzas to die for, a glass of chanti and share a pizza a little garlic bread and you are in heaven. Great little surprise.

Concordo sul fatto che non si tratta affatto di un ristorante italiano e che invece la gestione e i piatti siano "ibridi". Quello che colpisce è comunque la cortesia e gentilezza dello staff che asseconda ogni richiesta. Il cibo è buono, fish and chips e Caesar salad di qualità. Il prezzo medio alto. Il locale ha poca storia e pochi elementi connotativi e sembra una accozzaglia di stili. Comunque è una alternativa valida per una cena senza pretese.

Pizzeria ou l'on mange des pâtes tres correctement cuisinées pour un prix raisonnable (c'est une chance à Londres ...).Le personnel est accueillant et à l'écoute.Cela permet de passer une soirée sympathique.

I came here with my husband and two small children on a Thursday evening, of a recommendation by a friend. The place is not very big, but that gives a more homely feeling. The staff were welcoming and very friendly, they were very sweet to my children. They have a extensive children's menu (smaller portions on most of the dishes from the menu), which was great. The food didn't take long, and was excellent, my favourite was penne Arabiatta. Will definitely try it again if nearby! Thank you guys!

I'm fan of Italian food & this was one of the best places I have tried in London, my Risotto was awsome, my firends had passta, Pizza & Lasagna, they were all enjoying it.Thank you chefs & thank you to the friendly stuff. 5* will def come back again !

We were looking for somewhere to eat and catch up and we end up in this small and pleasant restaurant . First we were hesitating to come in as it was quite but we made the right choice as we were first . The food was perfect just what we were looking for and after it was busy . I really recommend it .

I went here with a couple friends after the previous delicious meal I had last time I was here. I was a bit nervous it wouldn't be as good this time around, mainly because I brought my friends who were a bit sceptical. But phew, we had a lovely dinner. The waitresses were as nip and charming as last time, and the food was up to standard. Ask for the lasagna, everything is homemade, which you can really taste. Give it a try!

Was staying at a nearby hotel near Queensway, and wanted to grab something quick to eat before a meeting. De Casa was recommended to me by another hotel guest, so decided to give it a try. I was greeted by a very friendly waitress, who took my order rather quickly. I went for the bruschetta and salmon, which turned to be a great choice. Both dishes were clearly fresh and homemade. The decor is a little old fashioned but the food and staff more than make up for it. Thank you for a nice lunch.

We came to de Casa restaurant as group of friends on carnival day to eat some pizza very quick and we end up staying for a few hours . My friends came from USA and we had a very nice and enjoyable diner . The food was excellent . I had after my desert ( apple pie ) and all brilliant . Staff very pleasent and friendly . We will be back when we visit London again.

Went here after a stroll in Hyde Park, and had a nice early dinner. Looking at the other reviews, finding it strange to see all the bad ones. Maybe it's a hit or miss, but me and my boyfriend really enjoyed it. The staff are lovely and attentive, the restaurant cosy and has a authentic feeling to it. We had the penne Arabiatta and pizza florentina, both were excellent. We shared the cheesecake afterwards, which was nice too. Would recommend it.

A great feeling of comfort food, fresh and delicious, followed by their tasty variaty of desserts Very friendly and happy waitresses plus the atmosphere makes the place even more relaxing.Will definitley return.

After a brilliant day sightseeing and enjoying London we chose to eat near our hotel, the menu at De Casa had enough variety for each of us. The waitress greeted us as 'ladies' which is a pet hate of mine, but I thought I would give them the benefit of the doubt. When taking the drinks order the waitress informed us the Coke HAD to come with ice as it was warm. The food was substandard, tasteless and over priced. The spaghetti bolognase was watery, made with cheap produce and lacked seasoning as did the pesto pasta and the garlic bread, four teeny tiny piece of hard ciabatta with herby butter. The pizza was OK the best of the bad choices. The hardest things to digest was the compulsory 12.5 % service charge and the 'if only' I had read the reviews beforehand. The oriental supermarket across the road does a nice range of noodles.

Total disaster! The waitress was nice enough but that's not changing too much. The food is horrible. I had a pasta Carbonara...that in my opinion is not even a fake Carbonara, it's a total waste! I lived 6 years in Italy and my favourite italian dish is Carbonara...so I know how it should taste! Fake italian restaurant!

We bestelden een soep vooraf. Deze was ontzettend zout. We hadden de soep nog nog niet eens op en het hoofdgerecht werd al opgediend. Door de te zoute soep viel de smaak van het hoofdgerecht tegen. De cappuccino op het einde was echt verschrikkelijk. Later zagen we ook dat deze gewoon uit een senseo apparaat kwam. De serveersters waren vriendelijk. Het restaurant zelf is oud en aftands. Snoeren zijn niet weggewerkt. Schilderijen zijn oud en versleten en vies. Te duur voor dat wat we gekregen hebben.

The atmosphere was nice and cozy, kind and helpful waitress, small place, nice food. The coffee was not good in the end but the food was great and home-made style.

Was walking around Queensway after a nice day in the park, looking for a decent place to eat. We were first worried that it would a typical tourist trap, but were pleasantly surprised. We were greeted by very nice and attentive staff, and were served very fast. The food was excellent, the pastas were our favourite. The price was similar to other restaurants I usually visit, and well worth the price, comparing to other restaurants in the area.

Nada recomendable ni el trato ni la comida. Entramos en el restaurante porque desde la calle parecía acogedor y nos equivocamos totalmente. El trato nada deseable y nada colaboran te, teniendo en cuenta que el idioma no lo dominamos, la que parecía la dueña no se esforzó nada en ayudarnos en explicar la carta. La comida muy justa tanto en cantidad como en calidad, y eso que mayoritariamente escogimos ensaladas. Al acabar nos retiraron los platos de mala gana para que nos fuéramos. Además muy caro por lo que comimos.

After reading some of the reviews, it looks like we lucked out with our menu choices. We got the spaghetti and the steak. It was decent and I enjoyed it. Our waitress was very efficient in getting orders in, getting our check, and returning the credit card. We had a good experience here.

Always check trip advisor before going a restaurant!Don't order the fish and chips here. The fish is watery, the chips might have been nice if they were not cold.The meals weren't all brought out at the same time.The waitress was verging on polite, but not really interested in her job. We asked for water, weren't given the option of tap water, and then brought a bottle for which we were charged £4. There was a service charge on top.For £48 we felt ripped off.

The portions were very generous, and my main was amazing. I had a steak, which came with a side salad and fries. Had the cheesecake for dessert, which was to die for. We had a really nice meal. The menu had a lot of variety including some traditional middle east options. The price was reasonable and the service was good. There are loads of options in London, some quite expensive, but I would recommend De Casa

Stopped by based on location near the Queensway underground station. It was busy, which I took as a good sign. I wish I had kept walking a bit further. The service was okay, the pizza was almost okay, and the wine was terrible. I drank as much wine as my taste buds could muster, had two pieces of pizza, and then gave up. I won't return, there are just too many other options.

das Essen war mittelmäßig aber recht teuer. Die Bedienung nicht besonders freundlich.Das Restaurant und besonders die Toiletten könnten eine Renovierung vertragen.Das Gerät für die Kartenzahlung funktionierte nicht und so mußten wir unser wirklich letztes Bargeld am Abend vor Abflug ausgeben.

I was there with my friend we took a pizza and a chicken Caesar salad...horrible pizza no way to eat something like that ..chicken Caesar with sick chicken ...don't go!

What a lovely restaurant, the service is amazing and the food is to die for! We came here for a meal before heading into the west end to see a show and we will definitely come back!Lovely Italian food, we visit Italy every year and I can honestly say the standard of food at De Casa was on par with the top restaurants we visit.Thanks again for the amazing meal- see you soon!

Me and my family had a nice meal in De Casa. Food was nice and fresh, served in good speed. Waitresses were friendly and happy to help. Good choice of food and affordable prices. Will definitely be back.

This is a hidden jem the food was fantastic and the service was even better will definitely return soon This is our second visit and both times has been excellent thank you for a great night see you soon

After me and my friends had a great dinner party at our first visitto London, I had informed the manager that we where coming back to London for Christmas and new year, he gave us a nice deal for Christmas, we had our Christmas eve yesterday and I must say, not just the offer was great but the atmosphere, Christmas decoration, music and food was brilliant. The staff as usually were very friendly and helpful, they made sure we had a great time by checking on us from time to time.We would like to take this opportunity and thank the manager and his staff for providing us the best Christmas Eve 2015 and wish them a Merry Christmas and happy new Year. My credit card was copied there on December 17th, 2015,and then some made three fraudulent charges (of about 300 pounds each).

If I was drunk, and called in to a kebab shop on the way home I would receive a smattering of French fries and a salad garnish that would pale tonight's fayre into insignificance. If you are reading this I imagine you are sat at oune of the tables with an uneasy feeling as you see the quality of the food being brought out to neighbouring tables. The only thing I can say if this is the case is that you have left it too late. Ask yourself why there were tables available at this time of night, smile sweetly and pay London prices for drunken town centre kebab shop fayre. Imagine it on a polystyrene tray and you won't be disappointed.

I came across this restaurant along Queensway and went in basically because it was quiet while all the adjacent restaurants were crowded. I soon found out why this place was so quiet!Initially, I liked the place. I sat down, looked around at the rustic decor and nice music in the background. I then waited 5 minutes before the waitress gave me a menu and came back within minutes to take my order. Usualy in a restaurant it is customary to ask the customer if they would like a drink at the time of giving them the menu, not the case here. I then waited 10 minutes for the waitress to bring over my coca-cola (in the meantime she seemed to be clearing plates, replenishing sauce pots etc.) I noticed that a couple of customers also came in at this point and instaed of being seated, they were left to wait in the doorway. They soon left and went elsewhere.Now we come to the food - awful. I only ordered lasagne and the dish was served stone cold. I told the waitress who took the dish away and said 'I will ask the chef'. No need to ask the chef, the dish is cold!! She then brought over a replacement (no apology by the way for the inconvenience). This dish was the complete opposite - very burnt! I scraped what I could out of the bowl onto the plate and forced my way through the most bland, tasteless lasagne I have ever eaten. I've had better lasagnes from the frozen food department in a supermarket! The salad was just about edible albeit soaked in olive oil.Overall, the food here was awful, service poor and the fact that a 12.5% service charge is applied automatically is very disappointing. I would not recommend this restaurant when there are so many others nearby. Avoid!

Been there last week with friends of mine (8peoples). The place is very cool I mean the atmosphere, the staff was very friendly and helpful. We had mix of pizzas, burgers, fish and chips and pastas we did share between us. Everything was tasty all my friends was happy and will definitely come back. Tks you de casa

I agree with all the reviews already submitted. Unfortunately I didn't realised that the service was included in the bill...I am an Italian who lives in London since long time so I have not great expectations with Italian restaurants...a part few, I just choose these kind of places as a safe option when out with the children. But the pizza here was really bad, especially my daughter's one. What upset me more though, it is not the food itself, but the rude reaction of the waitress. Generally, in London, if something goes wrong with your meal, you find polite staff, managers ready to give you a discount or offer you something, or just showing some concern for your complain. The waitress just responded badly, briefly said she was going to refer to the chef but insisting that she has many happy regular costumers. Not a single question about "what wad wrong".... Horrible, very dry black olives and undigestible garlic spread on the pizza....my daughter felt sick all afternoon. Very little tomato sauce on the pizza. On top of these, while still seating there I read (wish I did it before!) the Tripadvisor reviews ...the "lovely" waitress said that the managers are aware and the quality of food has improved since the last ones....no comment. The restaurant is in a lucky position, very touristic, only reason why it's not failed or closed yet.suggestions? Change chef and front line staff...

I've been there in June 2015. I don't know how do I start. I really had to write something about this, because it's really the worst restaurant that I ever been (I'm 30 years old). The food is horrible, I mean... REALLY HORRIBLE. I couldn't eat my entire dish, and the manager... OMG?!?! What a rude person. At the end, I was so upset that I've asked to remove the 12 pounds service charge in the bill, and she told me something like (with a bad face) "WHY? You've eat all the food". How can a manager tell me a lie on my face? I haven't meet the chef, but he should be working in another business. Zero to this business.

Went there with a couple of friends on a Sunday around 6 pm. Didn't read the reviews, but afterwards saw that the most complained topic was the service. Only problem we had was that she turned on some light, which was a bit annoying but no big deal.The food tasted great, and was arranged nicely. The place were a bit worn down though.

Assolutamente il peggior ristorante in cui sia stato a Londra. Non pretendo un ristorante italiano come ce ne sono in Italia, ma cambiate nome se offrite cibi così pessimi!La pizza è immangiabile, la pasta era gommosa, i funghi non avevano sapore e la mozzarella sapeva di pesce.... oltre ad avere una pessima consistenza. Sconsiglio vivamente di mangiarvi, anche a chi non è abituato al cibo italiano, ci sono altri ristoranti in quella via che possono essere definiti italiani e con prezzi più bassi.

Io e i miei amici decidiamo di provare qualche ristorante "italiano" a Bayswater e in una di queste sere ci fermiamo al De Casa. Ordiniamo tre pizze e un hamburger. L'hamburger non era niente di che, le pizze erano pessime. La salsa al pomodoro sembrava ketchup, la mozzarella non era mozzarella (forse qualche altro formaggio, ma di sicuro non era quella) e i funghi non sapevano di nulla. La pizza ai funghi sapeva di pesce, il che ci ha lasciati alquanto basiti. Da italiana mi sento di chiedere di non spacciare per italiano quello che in realtà è solo un tentativo (mal riuscito) di imitazione. All'uscita del ristorante abbiamo consigliato ad una coppia di nostri compaesani di non entrare neanche,

Me and my new husband went here on last day of our honeymoon and wat a dissappointment. Waitress seemed like she didnt care about job. We ordered a malibu and coke and a bottle magners the bottle was already open in fridge.for starter we had tomato cream soup and garluc bread nothing special about them. We both ordered steak mine 6oz and his 10oz both welldone. When they came mine was a bit pink but didnt bother me but my husband was almost raw with a pulse. When my husband mentioned it to waitress shw took it off his plate and 10 minitues later turned up with same steak still raw. We werent impressed refused to pay £16 for his meal. Would not go to there again and wouldnt recommend.

We ate here our first night and it was lovely. Good selection on menu and it was clean and tidy. Staff were friendly and quick.

Restaurant a eviter a tous les niveaux! I asked a table for one person. I did not like the place too close from other clients. I left. The waitress pretending she was the owner of the place stated to yell at me in French screaming that I had insulted her, which is not true. She followed me and told me that she will cut my throat if I did not leave from "her" restaurant! I spared you all the details. I told her that she was nuts and left. I am a older man and could not believe that this young woman could have been so violent and aggressive toward myself. I had traveled a lot in my life. It is the first time that I was treated so nastily in a restaurant. There is another pizzeria a few streets down that I recommend highly. Mais evitez cette place a tout prix!

I would NOT recommend coming to this restaurant. The food was not good. I ordered the chicken and mushroom risotto and by the end of the meal, I had oil already separating in the plate because so much was used. As an appetizer, they serve garlic bread, 3 slices per person on plates, not in a basket. The prices are high and the quality of the food is low.
