One of the most worst customer service .The lady serving was rude and she didn’t even listen while taking order. We can’t even say anything while making the sandwich as she is giving the food for free . Careless way of making sandwiches as well She was talking bad things about us to the other male colleague . She is not fit for the customer care job. Extremely bad experience ruined entire mood in the morning just because of her.

The lady was serving in the till was very rude and unprofessional way of handling the customer and the attitude is very arrogant. Her thought was we are slave and she is the emperor. Bloody shame for you subway never again I’ll not go and recommend for public.

What happened to subway? Used to be a big sandwich now the staff choose what fillings you have and give the stingiest portions 😂

Says it’s open till 11pm on Sunday, yet when i turned up at 10:10pm i was told they close at 10pm. Update the closing time!!!!

Awful. I’m not the kind of person who complains a lot nor post reviews, but I felt like I should. Paid 9£ for a cold bacon sandwich with no toppings (only caramelised onions). Like, seriously that subway is charging 9£ for a sandwich without even lettuce?

Don’t go to this subway. I have ordered on multiple occasions now, either in store or via Uber eats. Literally every single time I have, my order has been wrong. On multiple occasions I’ve been given frozen hash browns and other inedible food options. Don’t try complaining it’s not worth it, they don’t listen.

Wish there was a zero star option!! Extremely arrogant staff. they said they couldn’t pack a footlong separately. This is the first subway in the world that said no They said no to give one extra wrapping paper because the sub was getting wet.. Ridiculous attitude of person serving. I was going to order a sub also going to claim my free birthday cookie. As I mentioned the cookie they grinned and said their scanner isn’t working. Their scanner never seems to be working. Always an issue claiming points. Ridiculous.

The treatment of the public is disastrous, and I have eaten at this chain before and they have never treated me like this nor have they deceived me with the menus. The menu consists of a sandwich, drink and cookie. And they have charged me separately for everything, we have complained and they have still laughed at us, the attention they have had seems very bad to me and they have charged us supplements each at a certain price Very bad the truth

Good food great store service at this one

Pros: 1. Easy location. 2. Good place to sit and spend time with friends 3. Lot of veggies on sub Cons: 1. Over-heated biscuit in place of sub. Probably old bread as it is hard, breaks off when u eat, tastes like expired bread with an unplesant scent. 2. Racist and impolite staffs. Probably from south asia, no masks, untidy hands. 3. Dont ask for sauces, else they would start crying. Only 3 sauces allowed(1 thin line each). 4. The lettuce looks like a year old, yellowish and watery. I had to ask them to skip lettuce. 5. Contaminated veggies section, very untidy. Overall experience: good place with a horrendous sub. If u want to fill up your stomach then come and eat. If u r a subway lover and enjoy the real taste of sub, let me tell u u would probably be disappointed.

Quick, cheap and delicious. But the best part was the friendliness of the staff! All had smiles in their faces and were kind and patient and in the end they even gave a treat to my little daughter. Recommend!

I was charged £6.39 for meal deal which was supposed to be £6. The staff just game me an random excuse of system error which was quite not expected.

Food served was fresh and well prepared.

Neither employee wearing a mask, or hanging by neck. Neither spoke good enough English - the order took 12 minutes just to understand what was wanted. Cooked my sandwich incorrectly (did not pre heat patty).

Staff didn't say hello when we got to the counter, they stood near the back room looking at us and talking to each other for a few seconds. I told them what sandwich I wanted, never asked me what bread I wanted before they started making it, if they guy didn't understand what I said he would just stand there and look around, not ask me to repeat myself. The meatball marinara barely had any sauce and was dry. Disappointing all around and wouldn't recommend. There's plenty of better places a few steps away to eat.

Sent the wrong sandwich to me. Was a disgusting meatball sandwich. Dried up with a few pieces of lettuce on it. Honestly they did a favor by not serving that to anyone.

Very, very grotty conditions. The salad section was completely cross contaminated and the lettuce was looking verrry sad. Never thought i would review a Subway but this one i had too. Will not be going again, no matter how desperate i am for junk food!

Not opening !!!!! Opening hours from 7 AM - 10:30 PM, arrived early to take my breakfast till 7:15 AM they were not open , all other shops are open only them.

If you want to lose all faith in Subway's ability to give you minimally acceptable service, this is the spot! After being served by a braindead woman, I no longer have expectations for when I venture here for a sandwich. In what was a feeble attempt of efficiency, this woman tried to take two orders at once (another customer and myself) and subsequently needed our requests repeated at least twice. She then tried to ring us up at the same time whilst toasting the sandwiches. The end result, she handed myself and another customer the wrong sandwiches. Throughout this, she was rude and short.

Quiero escribir mi opinión sobre un Subway que está muy cerca de Greenwich, después de cruzar el río Tamesis por el tunel. es un local muy pequeño, allí comí medio bocata hecho a mi gusto, perfecto para cuando vas con prisas. Pero quiero destacar a las dos personas que me atendieron que fueron muy amables y serviciales... pero sobre todo a la señora que trabaja allí que era hispana, en todo el tiempo que estuve no paró de trabajar y atender con diligencia y amabilidad a todas las personas que estaban, que eran muchas... desde luego si yo fuera su jefe miraría con mucho mimo a esta señora y a todas las que son como ella, no es fácil encontrar alguien tan entregado y amable. El otro trabajador, un chico joven, muy aplicado y atento a lo que se le decía. Mis felicitaciones para este establecimiento...

El personal es muy bueno, tienen mucha paciencia con algunos de los clientes incómodos con los que me senté y vi pasar. Se cambiaron los guantes después de cada cliente y no soy un fanático de los guantes pero estoy bien hecho

Worst costumer service I’ve ever seen in a subway

Yesterday at 19:21, I went to Subway there are two staff member named JAY and SHREYUAL are both very friendly and gave us a very good service. They both know how to treat with customers in the most amazing way. Thank you so much for all the help. They are beyond my expectations.

I felt very uncomfortable and disrespected at this subway today. I came up to order and Jay and Shreyul kept talking in a foreign language ignoring me there for a bit. I assume they don’t speak English well because they had a hard time understanding me, but that’s ok, I speak multiple languages myself and I know it’s not easy. That is no reason to be so rude though. Shreyul says something to Jay, they both look at me, then talk in their language for a bit, then both look at me again. It made me feel very, very uncomfortable, not just as a customer, but as a person as well. No one said hello, asked what i would like, say thank you, you’re welcome or enjoy. Even if your English is not good, these words are very easy to learn. Subway is hands down my favourite restaurant, but I am definitely not coming back to this particular one again.

Got there before 1030 and it shuts at 11. Got refused as they were shut even though everything was in the containers still. Went for a 10 min walk just to get it. Not good

Inpolite staff, they are unfortunately not understanding english very well and are not very tidy in making the sandwich, so everything fell apart while eating. The seating area in Victoria Station is not great either, not very clean and it's very warm there so not a place where you want to sit longer. Although I think as long as it tastes good the service is not really relevant, I don't want to go to this subway again.

Un manque d’efficacité navrant pour une chaîne de fast food et surtout depuis quand le personnel soupire sans se cacher quand un client commande un wrap car ça t’enmer**e de le préparé ?! Déçu sans compter l’hygiène pas terrible dans cet établissement. Je ne vous le recommande absolument pas.

By far one of the most miserable staff I have ever come across. Not atttmeot to even make out they enjoy their job. I have just started working nearby to the location and needless to say won't be making the mistake of going back there again.

First visited to a subway but to be honest wasnt impressed,staff seemed impatient as we made our order and we felt rushed,both our subs were warm on outside and cold in the middle,didn't taste like real meat slightly plastic.my son took two bites and gave up as sub smothered in Mayo .waste of money and there not cheap.

Arrivati tardi a Londra, abbiamo cenato in questo Subway all'interno della Victoria Station vicinissimo al nostro B&B la prima sera, visto che i ristoranti ed i pub della zona erano chiusi o non servivano più da mangiare. Due panini preparati al momento con gli ingredienti scelti da noi, ottima varietà di pane e di farciture. Ha a disposizione anche numerosi tavoli nella terrazza al primo piano dedicata al Food della Victoria Station

I have had different experiences in subways bu this one was not one of the good ones. Staff can't be less accurate when making a sandwich, lacked the bread I wanted (which is understandable) and generally food was not looking nice, I had a stomach ache, which to be fair could be caused by something I ate before or after, but I'd say its plausible it was caused by the sandwich I got from there. I would say that the one just over the road is better, if you like Subway more than KFC/BK which are next to this one at the station.

Was there at around 20:30 on a Sunday. The sub itself was nice, I was a bit disappointed they were out of cookies hours before closing, but as I don't know if they bake only in the morning or throughout the day I can't really complain on that front. However I found staff to be disinterest and very impatient, even after trying to be pleasant as I figured it had been a long day. Totally understand the pressure of a hospitality environment, but the attitude can definitely be improved.

Popped in to grab something for two hungry kids before our coach journey home. Certainly won't be using this branch again.Rude, grumpy staff. My sons 6 inch bagette couldn't have been any more than 4 inch. The server decided to remove a chunk and throw it which was a complete waste and left us with a bagette almost half the size of what we paid for.Staff wear gloves BUT DO NOT CHANGE THEM. So wearing the same gloves to handle meat, cheese, salad.Staff do not listen. He added cheese to my sons meat which we had not asked for. When corrected he removed the cheese from the meat and threw it back in the cheese pot!! VEGGIES BEWARE.Awful service with no knowledge of handling food.

The food here was lovely, I had a cracking breakfast sub. One of the members of staff, however, mumbled each question to the point of irritation and annoyance. I had to ask him to repeat things 2-3 times. It wasn't that he couldn't speak English, he just couldn't be bothered

This Subway is quite pretty much the same like the others, the only remarkable thing about it being that is close to the Victoria Station and it can be a good place to eat fast if you're transiting London.

I bought a bottle of Pepsi and asked for a cup as was told no as it was a bottle. Rather rude and no idea how to make customers happy. Will not be stepping foot and spending hard earned money here again

The place was very crowded over the lunch period but they did well to handle the crowd, as they had enough staff and everyone was performing their preassigned duty very well. The taste of veg patties was not great

By far the worst Subway I've been to. Staff is incompetent and rude, the bread must be kept overnight, as it is very dry in the mornings. There is another subway 2min away, so I'd advice anyone to go there instead.

Jeder kann sich sein Sandwiche so zusammenstellen wie es seinem Geschmack entspricht. Das Konzept ist sicher für Kunden gut, ob die Konditionen resp. die Geschäftsbedingungen für das Personal oder die Betreiber vor Ort aufgehen ist ein anderes Thema.

Great team very polite and clean environment

Thought we'd grab a quick bite to eat before our journey home. I barely ever write reviews but I have to say something about this subway. The food is okay but is prepared by the grumpies uncaring staff I've ever encountered. Usually subway staff are quite bubbly as a rule but when I said what bread I would like first the staff member said okay then prepared it and walked off without seeing what else I would like. They then proceeded to put cheese on my subs and toat them without even confirming if that was okay (luckily i was watching what they were doing). Just literally throwing the fillings back into random compartments in the fridge (ever heard of allergies?!?!?). They'd ran out of lots of things (not necessarily their fault) but they let me pay for a cup drink when I said I would like a Pepsi. I then went to the machine and there was no syrup it was all soda. When I said to the staff member about it he said 'yeah I know pick something else' rude. Just complete lack of respect for every single one of their customers and from the looks I saw on the other customers faces I think that they were feeling the same. Not good enough.
