I ordered tandoori chicken pizza when i ate its very bad smell which chicken is used is overdate and when i ring him and he very rude with us on the phone just check pictures i attached with them Here is no 0 star otherwise i give 0 star

Food was cold and soggy even the boxes were like theyd been beat up, literally chucked half away in the bin it was horrible

lovely and hot lots of salad and meat,such a lovely meal, best one we've found to order doner meat from and the delivery ppl arefriendly

fantastic food everytime! although they are a little shy with the amount of garlic sauce they give, there's always room for a little more in the box 😉. either way great food and great delivery times 👍🏻

Really good value food here. Enjoyed the kebabs. Generous portions. Very busy which is always a good sign. Only had the chicken shish but the other food looked delicious.

Absolutely gorgeous pizza's 🍕. No grease just pure flavour Pleasant driver and Pleasant phone service. Great value for money. The donor kebabs are full of meat which is extremely filling.

Generally the food here is very good but say 1out of 3 times ordering off them you receive very small portions of food in relation to the VERY HIGH PRICE YOUR PAYING for it and also the food will be stone cold. Sometimes you feel you get your money's worth and sometimes you feel like you've been completely ripped off.

Really cold delivery this evening. Not enjoyable at all.

2 hours later and still not received any food, rang up multiple times each time they claimed it was leaving but after 40 minutes still nothing

Delivery was late and the food was cold. Tried ringing through to complain but no one answered.

Would be zero stars if I could. Food was suppose to be delivered in 40 minutes. Was not. Delivery was over a hour. Food was cold. Complained and they decided to send a replacement order which I refused as would rather a partial refund. However the restaurant sent replacement anyway. I sent replacement order back to the restaurant as I’d already been waiting over a hour for the first delivery. And was not going to wait for another order to turn up cold. When trying to resolve the original issue of cold food, restaurant tried to make out I accepted there offer of a replacement meal. Which I did not. I feel my evening was wasted by waiting for food. Disappointed it was cold. Utterly gutted with the customer service. Not ordering again. 2nd time in a row I have been disappointed with this restaurant with same problems.

Chicken nuggets and garlic bread with cheese was good but the kebab was 80% salad and was little bit of kebab there was is cold even though the delivery took less then 15 minutes from ordering

Avoid if you fancy a burger comes plain, & dry won’t be ordering again

They're pizza's are very very very good il be honest.

I buy my food from here all the time tonight I was very disappointed it was cold upon delivery I went ahead and eat it as I'm a diabetic and need my food quick but this is the second time I have not a good review in years I normal have great words to say on this occasion sadly very disappointed

Donner wrap was way too greasy and wasn’t very nice due to that. Pizza was great but never got my extra toppings Personally I think prices you charge are way to much and always seem to change prices all the time which is wrong. Probs won’t be ordering from you guys till you make better food with less grease. I don’t like grease dropping off my food it was soaked…

The food was good quality as always, the portion size was generous and it was warm when it arrived. Friendly driver, who also provided a complimentary large bottle of Coke.

Food was cold like it had just come out of a fridge. Chicken dry. Salad dripping wet. Usually get from here but after tonight’s was that horrible doubt we’ll be ordering from here again. Waste of food and our money.

this place is absolutely amazing me and my mate come here every time we go out its so good and so cheap and they give you so much £2 for small chips but trust me they are not small there is so much it’s honestly amazing, when you get cheesy chips you wont believe how much cheese there is its fab the pizzas and kebabs dont even get me started on them they are banging i love everything about it , the service and the people are so nice and just amazing , i LOVEDEEEE pizza choice its the only kebab i eat in 10000000000000000/10

Very disappointed, ordered for 8pm as was working late. Food was delivered at 18:45 I didn’t get home till 8pm meaning my food was stone cold. Waste of £17

Ordered from here before but this time the kebab and garlic sauce was way too salty, didn’t eat it was thrown in the bin

Food was not hot on delivery, had lamb shish and chicken shish, the meat was not very nice at all chicken funny texture, the lamb was mutton not lamb. The salad was lovely and lots of it and my onion rings were ok, bit pricey but came crispy so overall ok , would never order from there again !!

The lamb shish kebab is amazing, also the combination shish are fantastic. Pizzas are spot on. Will definitely use again and would highly recommend this place to anyone

Ordered a deep pan pizza and instead I received an extra thin crust pizza which was awful.

was very late delivery pizza and all chips were cold. Not happy with this order at all.

Absolutely shocking order arrived stone cold my partner called the shop straight away and they apologised and promised to cook fresh if i returned my order I suggested that I would drive down there which I did I entered the shop the door was wide open it was freezing inside staff where aware that I was there but left me waiting without acknowledgement. Then turned so I said I'm returning my order as its cold utterly blank face on their faces the girl who answered the phone confirmed that she had spoken to us and them. They replied that my order had been sent! I complained at the fact I had now got dressed and jumped in my car and wasted my time and fuel told them that they where out of order and that they had done me dirty x2 then they became abusive I said what I thought and left under more abuse. I arrived home and suprise no food my partner called them bit and was met with yet more abuse and disrespect delivery driver eventually turned up with a cash refund. Bunch of utter Whoppers in my humble opinion give this one a swerve..

Cold and very greasy but flavours were ok

Came in here over the weekend for a pizza and kebab after a good few drinks around town.. Ended up spending £35 on poor quality rubbish food.. Definitely wish I'd not wasted my money.. Staff was rude aswel and impatient...

Everything was good, came early but was missing a piece of my order.

The best chicken kebab locally. Loads of lovely crunchy salad and the garlic sauce is amazing. Totally our favourite and we have tried a few

Awful…. Cheesy chips were delivered upside down and was all stuck to the container. Kebab had lettuce and that was all. I asked for all salad on the kebab. Not happy this evening after spending £50

The food was lukewarm but not a huge issue. The driver trying to trick us into paying more is an issue though. He only feigned realisation of his ‘mistake’ when my partner asked to see the receipt, which had been taken off the bag.

Have been a regular for years. Food is usually great but more often than not lately the staff get the orders wrong. Apparently there are new owners and this time the call-handler was very difficult to understand due to accent and then they made out they couldn’t understand us… and basically stopped taking our order as the call ended. Unprofessional and quite rude. A shame really.

Once again I choose a pick up time that allows me to drive into town only to get a text saying my food is ready for collection 15 mins early. Cold chewy chips, cold congealed fat on kebabs. I’ve complained about this before but no one gives a toss it seems.

Had many kebabs, we ordered first time with these, so glad we did, we had, doner meat, salad and chips, so much of it all, piping hot, not greasy,was very tasty, we will use this place from now on

No communication had to call personally no happen with the service but the food was very nice

I ordered our food at 19:20, it was due between 20:00 and 20:20, I called the shop at 20:35 and they said it would be 5/10 minutes…the food came at 21:00, all food was cold and inedible. Really disappointed in the service and more over the food. We will not be using again.

If you are a contractor working at HPC and staying at the sedgemore campus please avoid ordering a delivery!!! I have ordered 3 times for delivery and the portions keep getting smaller! I went into the shop 3 weeks ago and the portion size was massive and also £2 cheaper. I can’t complain about food quality it’s really good, but I don’t like being taken for a mug because they think that because we work at HPC it’s there right to rip contractors off!!!!!!

Food was cold….considering the takeaway is only 3minutes drive away! Not very enjoyable so won’t be back again
